if you're experiencing reduced or no suction the dirty water tank may be full there may be a clog in your system first remove the dirty water tank take off the lid and remove the filter basket then rinse all parts under running water take off the nozzle cover then rinse it to remove any debris push these two latches to release the brush assembly rinse the brushes and clear off any debris reinsert the brushes by aligning this post with the hole underneath push firmly until it snaps into place put the nozzle cover back on and lastly secure the dirty water tank in place and that's it if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us if solution is not dispensing from your power scrub xl first make sure the handle is pushed all the way down into the body ensure the solution tank is filled and fully seated and that the dirty water tank is firmly in place also check that the hose port door is completely shut next turn on your power scrub tilt the handle back and squeeze the trigger to prime the pump hold for around 30 seconds to rid the system of any trapped air when using the hose ensure that the hose connector is firmly attached to the hose solution port then prime the hose by holding down the hose trigger until it begins spraying water and that's it if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us
