What do you do for work, man? >> This is crazy cuz I should be doing that. But thank you for doing this cuz I am so tired right now and there's no way I could interview people. So, appreciate you. >> What's your name, age, and where are you from? >> What's up? My name is Charlie. I'm 33. I'm from Orange County, California. >> And what was your time on this Iron Man? >> The 636. >> What was the hardest part of the Iron Man? The bike, the swim, the run? >> Probably the run is the hardest. I was nauseous the whole time, so it was kind of a rough Iron Man, but it was still really fun, really beautiful. I'm glad I did it. >> Is it something you would do again or no? I plan to do one Iron Man per year in like a different country. >> How much did you train for this Iron Man? >> We trained pretty hard for 2 months. Before that, it was just like every once in a while. I'd say like it was 2 months of pretty hard prep. >> What did the training look like to be able to get ready for this? >> We followed this training plan we found online. Basically, I think six workouts per week. Pretty tough workouts. Every weekend I'd be like slammed with like swimming, biking, running. Basically whole day workouts. Like the last four weekends I basically did a Iron Man 70.3 every weekend. Yeah.
