[00:13] So now I created a shorter version which is 30 minutes, with no equipment, no routine. Great thing about this workout is that I divide in five different sections. Section number one is going to be the warm up head to toe section, but two is going to be
[00:26] upper body. Section number three is going to be lower body, that's straight through the section number four, which is going to be core, and we're going to finish off with section number five which is high intensity heat as a feature.
