▶ Play Clip"Delivers on the promise of five business ideas with actionable steps, but padded with motivational fluff and self-promotion."
The video presents five online business ideas that the creator claims are practical and profitable in 2026, emphasizing performance-based models and avoiding course selling. The ideas include social media marketing with revenue share, affiliate marketing via YouTube, lead generation for agencies, a data-driven dropshipping approach, and LinkedIn ghostwriting services.
The creator shares personal experience and quotes Swami Vivekananda, emphasizing commitment and persistence. He mentions a mentor's saying: 'everything works but people don't work.'
The first idea is offering social media marketing services, specifically customer acquisition via Google Ads or Facebook Ads, to local businesses. He advises niching down (e.g., cafes, dentists) and charging on a performance basis (revenue share) to stand out.
He explains the revenue share model: instead of charging upfront, you take a percentage of the results. Example: bringing 100 customers to a dentist at ₹3000 each, after deducting ad costs and expenses, you can ask for 50% of the profit, which could be ₹75,000 per client.
The second idea is creating a YouTube channel focused on product reviews in a specific niche (e.g., health and fitness) and using affiliate links. He emphasizes commercial content over chasing views, as affiliate commissions can far exceed AdSense revenue.
He advises using tools like VidIQ for keyword research and ChatGPT for topic ideas. He demonstrates finding a low-competition keyword like 'Best Vegan Protein Powders in India' and shows how a small channel can earn significant commissions.
The third idea is providing lead generation services to established social media marketing agencies. He outlines steps: choose a niche, find agencies needing leads (via LinkedIn, Google, job portals), and create high-quality lead lists using tools like Google Maps, JustDial, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and social media.
He suggests charging per qualified lead (₹50-₹200 for Indian clients, ₹1000-₹5000 for international) instead of monthly retainers. He emphasizes validating leads and building trust.
The fourth idea is a different approach to dropshipping: instead of trending products and Facebook ads, he recommends using Google Ads for intent-based marketing. He demonstrates using SEMrush to find products with good search volume and low CPC, like an eyebrow trimmer.
He shows a detailed calculation: with a ₹2 CPC, 2% conversion rate, selling at ₹1000, product cost ₹150, and other expenses, he calculates a profit of ₹8,000 on ₹20,000 sales (40% margin).
The fifth idea is offering ghostwriting services for LinkedIn, targeting founders and executives who lack time to create content. He advises choosing a niche, building a portfolio, reaching out to clients via LinkedIn, and pricing either monthly (₹10,000-₹30,000) or per post (₹500-₹3000).
He mentions that one of his friends earns over $30,000 per month from a LinkedIn ghostwriting agency. He suggests targeting international clients and managing 10 clients at ₹15,000-₹30,000 each to earn ₹1.5-3 lakh per month.
The video concludes by encouraging viewers to take action and start one of these businesses, emphasizing that education should be free and that performance-based models are the future. The creator promises to share more if the video gets 20,000 likes and comments.

22:30[00:01] I have tried multiple businesses and side hustles. First try and side what is real ? You have to go all in. And whatever you are doing, you have to do it until you start making good money. I really
[00:14] respected Swami Vivekananda words. Get up, wake up and don't stop until the goal is achieved. Whatever you are going to do after watching this video, make sure you do it and you do it great. What is the matter, sir. What is the matter, sir. What is the matter. That's it.
[00:28] Because one of my mentors says everything works but people don't work. Well in this video I will share with you five such online business ideas from which even ordinary people are earning lakhs or crores. And if they can do it, you can too. Whether
[00:41] you are a student or already doing a job but you want something of your own. Make watch this one video. I will try my best that by the end of this video you have a path, a destination and a decision to take forward in life.
[00:55] Okay the way the well the sets [laughs] is social media marketing marketing services in India. Every other social media
[01:09] marketer is either absolutely below average in terms of skills and service quality tell you my personal story. I dived into the Indian insurance market and I had into the Indian insurance market and I had
[01:22] I asked him, have you confirmed again whether you have case studies and success stories? If that is the case then
[01:34] quite a bit of budget to spend. He said, of course, you come. I cancelled three of my important meetings and when I managed to find time, I went to Delhi. He had a tablet in which literally an MS Word document was open and in it he had
[01:47] written that so many clicks will come and if there is even 2% conversion then you will get so many customers and we will charge ₹1 lakh plus 10% of the ads spend. I thought of doing this but I came back and realized what a huge opportunity social media
[02:03] marketing is if you really learn to do it the right way. I have said so much but what exactly do you want to do ? Well, within this you have to learn two to three major customer acquisition skills. Such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads. Customer acquisition means
[02:15] helping businesses bring in customers. So you have to first learn any of these skills and then reach out to local businesses or international businesses to help them get new customers. For example, you can reach out to any good gyms nearby. You
[02:27] can reach out to cafes. Dentists, Physiotherapies, Clothing Stores, Restaurants etc. And then you can help them grow their business with your customer acquisition skills. you can help them grow their business with your customer acquisition skills.
[02:39] this charging angle, you will have to bring a differentiator. You will have to weigh a little for the butt differentiator. Before that I want to share YouTube about Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You
[02:52] can check out this video by Jordan Platin for Facebook Ads and this video by Daren for Google Ads, which are completely free. So the process is simple. Learn a skill like Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Reach out to business owners whose business you
[03:04] can grow with your services. Help them get new customers and get paid. But there are two important things for you to keep in mind. First, you so that you become an expert. For example, you can target only cafes. You can
[03:17] target real estate agents or just music academies. You get the point. And the other thing you have to keep in mind which is also a differentiator is charging on performance basis. And that's why I
[03:29] said social media marketing on ref share model. Ref Share means Revenue Share Model. This means when everyone is harassing the businessmen by calling them saying Sir give me ₹00 we will bring customers for you. You stand out and you charge on performance basis. And if
[03:42] you want, you can bear the first ads spend, that is, the first expense of running ads, to take the risk. I also take my clients like this and they don't even mind because they don't have anything to lose. Look, social media marketing or any business
[03:55] runs only on value exchange. So if you take the initiative of charging on a performance basis, you will see how you start getting clients quickly and your income also increases significantly. For example, you
[04:07] bring 100 customers to a dentist in a month and he charges on an average ₹3000 per customer. And let's say you spent ₹00 on advertising to bring those 100 customers. So now 100 customers into ₹3000 which is ₹3 lakh in this case minus ₹50,000 ad cost,
[04:22] 50,000 staff cost, 50,000 miscellaneous cost, you can ask to get paid 50% of what's left. Which is ₹75,000 in this case. Why? Because you have not charged anything extra. If you sign up 10 such clients and
[04:36] bring good results for them on a consistent basis, that's easily ₹7.5 lakh per you can make lakhs or crores of rupees by starting a social media marketing agency.
[04:48] If you do not think of earning ₹75 lakh or ₹20 lakh per month then you will not be able to earn. And if you have seen this video till here. I really really appreciate you. Because it means you are really serious about making a change. I'm not
[05:01] telling you this because I want to sell you a course or pitch you something. That astrologer's trick is not there here. This moment, our being here is all written. Everything is written. Enough of fun. Now let's move towards another business idea which is
[05:17] affiliate marketing vs YouTube videos. And I am not talking about that kind of affiliate marketing in which you work for 30 minutes a day and then money will pour in. I don't understand when these content creators will mature and
[05:29] people's lives. For those who don't know what affiliate marketing is. It's basically a business model where you promote someone else's product or service and then whenever you make a sale, you make commissions on that. If you want an in-depth video
[05:42] Beginners video in the description below. Now before understanding this method further, if I tell you that even a new channel can earn ₹1 lakh or more with just 10,000 views. What will you say? Am I from a village?
[05:56] Is printing fake notes a business? But this is absolutely possible with strategic impact marketing on YouTube. Views views views. Hey brother, what is the meaning of views when you are earning ₹20 for 10,000 views on Adsense. So in this online business, you
[06:09] start a YouTube channel and then just create commercial content that Let's start a YouTube channel called Health can create content like Best Protein Powders Under ₹2000 or My
[06:25] Protein vs Optimum Nutrition Top Five Pre Workouts You Should Try and then I can affiliate link or even take coupon codes and put a call to action inside the videos that you can buy the product by clicking on the description link given below
[06:39] 10% discount. Now whenever someone buys a product by clicking on your affiliate link, you will get commission. I myself use this method at multiple places and generate good revenue. and type in Beast Life Protein Review. The first video has
[06:55] 18,81,000 views. And I open the description below and see. As you can see there are lots of available links and coupons. This is the whole game. Using the conventional method, maximum ₹ 15,000 to ₹20,000 would have been earned on ₹1,81,000 views. But if
[07:09] even 2% of these ₹181000 people have bought their recommended product and if they have received an average commission of even ₹100, that is 3600 customers into ₹100 which is ₹3600
[07:21] in commissions which is much better than Adsense. You get my point? So don't chase views. Create content that you can sell something that is commercial. That's where the money will be made. Now the method is fine but you will have to choose such topics which have
[07:34] less competition or you will have to do keyword research in other words. If a YouTuber with 2 million subscribers made a video on the same topic you are planning to make, then 90% of the time you will get very few views. If there is no major differentiation in your content,
[07:47] which is not the case with commercial content and that is why keyword research is important. To do keyword research, you can use a tool called VidIQ, which I also use myself. So whenever
[07:59] you choose a topic, make sure you go to VidIQ and then validate the keyword idea or topic idea and see how much competition there is. You can install the Vid IQ extension for absolutely free. And you can generate topic ideas through ChatJPT.
[08:11] come to chat.jpt and write this. I am a product review uber in health and fitness niche in India. Give Me 100 Topic Ideas That People Are Searching For That I Can Create Want and Earn Commissions On. Something like best protein powders, x
[08:25] brand reviews etsetra. And as you can see, I have a lot of ideas. So I choose this keyword Best Vegan Protein Powders in India. And now I paste it on YouTube. And as you can see on Vid IQ the competition isn't that much. There
[08:38] is not much competition. So I can make a video on this topic to promote my products. Now I come back to YouTube. But if I scroll down you can see that a YouTuber with 22,000 followers has reviewed Cosmix Plant Protein
[08:50] and the links are available in the description below. Now out of ₹1,000 views, they also get 500 customers and ₹100 is also the average commission. That's ₹50,000 in earnings. And how much would the ad generate? ₹500 to ₹1000 maybe or even less. That's the
[09:05] power of affiliate marketing with YouTube videos. Once again I sum up by creating a product review channel in a particular category like only health and wellness, only kitchen items etc. Find low competitive commercial
[09:17] keywords and topics, create the best possible content that also provides value to people and then use all links in your description to earn commissions. Now, you can do this method as a side hustle also, if you don't have time.
[09:30] time. End first try and side what is the actual End first try and side what is the actual ? Hypocrisy also has its limits. And with this let's move on to the third online business idea. Which is lead generation for
[09:42] social media marketing agencies. Mind you, Very simple, in this online business you help established social media marketing agencies in lead generation. Now what is this? Well, if
[09:56] someone is running a social media marketing agency, they also need a validated list of businesses whom they can make their customers. Let's say you're a social help restaurants bring in new customers. You also
[10:10] and this is where you come in and Now some of you might be wondering where are so many social media marketing agencies in India. So to prove you're wrong, I come to Lindin and search for
[10:23] marketing agency and then select advertising and marketing services in the industry. And as you can see there are over 19,000 agencies you can start reaching out And this is only the data of India. If you
[10:36] So to start your lead generation service, you have to take these steps. First choose a specific niche. Choose a specific niche instead of blindly pitching to all marketing agencies. For example, you
[10:49] can pitch dental marketing agencies or real estate marketing agencies or those that only work within gyms and fitness. So choosing a niche will give you expertise and credibility. Now the second step is to
[11:01] find agencies that need leads. You want to target agencies that are actively looking for new clients. Now how to do this? There are three ways to do this. The first method is the Lindin search method. Lindin Open Caro End Search Marketing Agency.
[11:14] Select the industry. Advertising and Marketing Services. Apply location filters like India, USA, UK or any country in which you want to reach out to agencies. Check out top agencies that have large employee sizes and then
[11:26] message the owners or decision makers directly. The second method is Google search strategy. You can come to Google and search something like best dental marketing agencies in India. Then you
[11:40] can visit their website and then pitch by noting down the email and contact details. And the third way is job portals. You can also check job portals to see which agencies are actively hiring for lead generation. For example,
[11:52] I search for Lead Generation on Lindin and then select the Jobs section. And as you can see this marketing agency is based in Mumbai and is looking for lead generation specialists. If you want, you can apply for the job in the same way on Indeed or monster.com.
[12:04] If an agency is looking for a lead generation specialist, meaning they need leads, you Now the third step is find high quality lead list for agencies. And how to do this?
[12:18] Well, there are five ways to do this. The first is Google Maps. Open Google Maps and search for a business category. For example, I will enter dentist in Delhi and then after that I will sort the listing via rating. I will target two to four star brands
[12:30] because five star brands are already marketing. And then I will check out the websites to see if the proper website is maintained. If not, they may need marketing services. And we also have to see if that business is already
[12:42] running ads. If not, the agency can definitely target him. And to check this you can go to the Facebook page of that particular business. If they are running ads then you don't have to reach out to them and if they are not then you can add them
[12:54] to your list. If you don't have a Facebook page, that's even better. And to check Google Ads, you can either use a tool like SCM Rush or you like SCM Rush or you
[13:06] sponsored ad appears then leave it. Once you have verified all the details. Create a spreadsheet and then add the business name, contact information, website link and address into it. The second method is just dial. So I'll just open dial
[13:18] and I'll search for a business category once again. For example, I type Cafes in Mumbai and then I will select the option of Verified Businesses. And I will target only those cafes which have got three to four star rating.
[13:30] The rest of the process will be very similar to Google Maps. Now the third way is via Apollo.iio. If you want to message a business owner directly, email address and Apollo.iio is the best tool for that. This technique will be used
[13:43] mostly for US clients. So you have to create a free account on aio and then search industry plus location. For this example, I will type in restaurant owners in bore. After that, in the title I will select CEO Founder or Marketing Head.
[13:56] Company size should be five to 50 employees because only these businesses can then after that I will note down whatever details there are in my sheet. The fourth method is Lindin. I can come to Lindin and search something like gym owner and then change the
[14:09] location to India. And as you can see, there are so many business owners you can contact to verify they need marketing services. And the fifth way is social media. You can also use Facebook or Instagram to contact business owners who will be
[14:22] helped by marketing services. And the fourth step is you need to decide pricing with gurus will tell you to sell monthly retainers. But I would suggest that you charge on paper lead basis. Meaning you can charge ₹50 to ₹200 for every qualified lead.
[14:36] take international clients then it could be as low as ₹1000 to ₹5,000 per lead. Now some tips I have for you guys are to make sure that you pay validate the leads properly and do not try to fool the agencies.
[14:49] He already knows marketing, brother. Secondly, try giving free leads term relationships with your clients. So this is an online business with very active work. Now let's go ahead and explore a little passive method. Well, the fourth
[15:02] online business you can start is dropshipping. But in a different way. Well, you must have heard about conventional dropshipping many times or maybe even tried it. But I have a better method which is probably not being taught by any online marketing guru
[15:14] who is selling false dreams. What is? What are you talking about? So what do you do within conventional dropshipping? Choose a product that is trending and then run Facebook ads. Which
[15:26] not a good method for beginners at all. And there are some people who promote products which they think will bring good results and sales. dropshipping is not a good method for beginners because you do
[15:40] You don't know how much money will be spent on one click. Thirdly, whatever you are doing, other people are also doing the same thing after watching it on YouTube. And fourthly, generally a trend is a phenomenon which is not necessarily consistent. Meaning,
[15:53] a product will trend for some time. People will make money and then it will become saturated. My method solves all these problems in a very simple way. Within my method, you approach dropshipping in this way. First, create an account on a
[16:05] platform like Selloo, Zenrop, or Auto Deals. Now some people platforms and we want to do Indian dropshipping. Well, with my method you can do both. Have some patience. Once you have created an account for example
[16:19] see which products are interesting, problem solving and have a mass appeal. Now let's go to the Zenp products section and see this product. No, it doesn't make sense to me. Let's scroll a little bit more.
[16:35] Electric eyebrows. Let's Click On This Electric Eyebrow And Facial Trimmer. That's interesting. Now once I choose a product that I find interesting. We will come to a tool called SCM Brush. And the same rush which is the second step in this process.
[16:48] Now we are using SCM Rush because we are going to use Google Ads instead of Facebook Ads. Well Google Ads because there are two types of marketing. One is interruption marketing and the other is intent based marketing. So when
[17:00] you advertise on a platform like Facebook , you're interrupting people because people do n't come there primarily to buy something. So you interrupt and say, hey buy our product. But when you advertise on Google,
[17:12] people come to you on their own to buy a product. So it's more powerful if you can properly optimize your website, landing pages, and overall sales panel. And SCM Rush will be able to tell us how much demand there is for that product
[17:24] every single month and how much money we will have to pay for a particular click. Not completely right but it will be very close to the actual data. So I will come to SCM Rush and type in eyebrow trimmer. As you can see 18,000 people are searching for this keyword
[17:37] every single month in India and the CPC is also around ₹2. This means there is not that much competition. And if we also look at the data of adversary keywords, the monthly search volume becomes quite high. Adjacent keywords mean that
[17:49] when someone searches for eyebrow trimmer on Google, he will not exactly search for eyebrow trimmer. Some will search for best trimmer for eyebrows, some will search for best trimmer for women etc. So based on the search volume and CPC data, I can definitely
[18:01] you won't get this eye-pleasing data right away. Sometimes it will take hours and then maybe you will find a keyword which has good search volume and low CPC. Now the third step of the process is to search your product on Google and
[18:15] then see how much a product is selling for on an average. S u can see if I search eyebrow trimmer on Google. A product is being sold in the price range of about ₹1000 to ₹2000. And now let's do the math. If we promote this product
[18:27] and spend even ₹2 per click on these ads, we get a conversion rate of 2%. Can we validate profitability in a rough way ? Let's find out. So if I want to bring 1000 visitors to my website it will
[18:40] cost me ₹2 for 1000 visitors which is ₹2000. Great. Now I sell a product for ₹1000 and aim for a conversion rate of 2%. That's 20 orders in ₹1000 which is ₹2000 in gross sales. And now let's assume that my product cost is ₹300.
[18:56] Actually let's see it. So I come to indamar and search for eyebrow trimmer. Not even 300 It's about ₹150 per item Roughly. So ₹2000 total sales minus ₹2000 ads spend ₹150 * 20 which is ₹3000 product cost, ₹1000 shipping, ₹3000
[19:12] returns and ₹3000 miscellaneous expenses that leaves us with ₹000 - 12,000 which is ₹ 8,000 in profit or 40% margin. You See What I'm Talking About? So, move away from the herd mentality and do business in a creative way. You will have to do everything yourself anyway.
[19:26] So instead of wasting money on useless courses, spend it on actual product testing. What's the problem? Once again to summit up a list of interesting products. a list of interesting products.
[19:38] verify retail pricing, verify wholesale pricing, and then start a dropshipping business that consistently generates revenue for you. If you want me to upload a full dropshipping course or do a challenge in which I
[19:50] show everything transparently and then scale the store from absolutely zero to millions. Make sure you get 20,000 likes and 20,000 comments on this video. I will do it. And you have never seen so much transparency.
[20:02] I promise. And with this, let's move on to our fifth online business idea which is Lindin Ghostwriting Services. I don't know why people do n't talk about Lindin ghostwriting services. What is the matter? She keeps everything hidden.
[20:17] No one gives. Well, you must have heard about ghostwriting, when you write something for someone else and get paid for it. And whenever your content is published, the person not you. Now there are many founders and agencies who
[20:31] get business from Lindin. But the irony is that he has absolutely no time to write content on Lindin. And that's where you can position your services. Now Lindin ghust writing is no different from normal GS writing. But it is laser focus because it is a
[20:43] very niche market. There is a lot of demand and less supply, it is relatively easy. This market respects writers with high quality and real world experience you start? First of all choose Ach. Every founder or executive has a different audience.
[20:58] So using a niche helps you build expertise. Some popular niches are startup founders, tech and SaaS professionals, coaches and consultants, agencies, marketers and creators, finance and investment
[21:11] experts and legal service providers. step is to build a portfolio. If you do n't have clients, first write sample posts that you can use to pitch to potential clients. And there are
[21:24] two ways to build a portfolio. You you can write for free for a couple of clients first to get more referrals. One tip for you would be that the more you analyze successful posts,
[21:37] the more networking you do, the more practice you do, the easier it will be to get clients. And that's where the third step comes in: find and start reaching out to clients. Now this process is not very complicated. You have to come to Lindin
[21:49] send connect requests to all the founders. You can write a simple message like Hi First Name I Came Across Your Profile and Loved Your Content. I Help Founders Craft Engaging Lindin Posts That Boost Brand Authority. Would love to share
[22:03] some insights open to a quick chat and that's it. The more messages you send, the greater your chances of landing clients. You will have to send hundreds of messages before you And step four, after getting responses from the client,
[22:16] while deciding the pricing, you can either keep monthly pricing something like ₹1000 to ₹30,000 per month per client or you can also charge per post like ₹ 500 to ₹3000 per post. And for this online service business I would
[22:30] prefer to target international clients. One of my names runs a Lindin ghost writing agency and earns over $30,000 per month. If you want, you can treat it like a full-fledged business income. Even if you manage 10 clients and charge ₹15,000
[22:44] to ₹00 per month, that's easily anywhere from ₹1.5 lakh to ₹3 lakh per month in revenue. I don't believe it. But you have to focus on your skills and client finding approach. You will have to convince the clients and then
[22:57] also negotiate on premium price. But if you do all this then you can operate a very big Lindin ghost writing agency. I feel like Well, if you liked this content then make sure you support the channel because
[23:12] I believe that education of any type should be free. My mission is to bust all the myths and build an online entrepreneurship community that will make a major difference to the upcoming Indian growth story. Instead of
[23:26] and work on performance basis. Instead of selling e-commerce courses, boost the revenue of other e-commerce businesses and take 50% profit if you want. Who has another video. But you know what I am talking about.
[23:39] best in your online journey. And if you need any other help, I am always there. Take good care of yourself and I will see you with the talk.
