[15:13] didn't want to be stuck in the kitchen
[15:14] inside so I'm brought the kitchen
[15:16] outside and we're going to cook
[15:18] spaghetti marinara spaghetti marinara is
[15:21] a pasta is a seafood pasta made with
[15:24] fresh local seafood and I'm going to use
[15:26] the mussels just to give you that really
[15:28] nice sea flavor you're gonna love it so
[15:31] let's hit it first let's boil some water
[15:36] for this I'm using a whole chili split
[15:40] in half scrape the seeds chop finely set
[15:43] it aside some flat leaf parsley it's
[15:46] been washed chopped finely
[15:49] set aside
[15:51] once water boils add some salt
[15:57] cook your pasta almost al dente
[16:01] I've got some beautiful fresh scallops
[16:05] add them in half width wise if they're
[16:08] really small just skip this step
[16:10] with the muscles you want to make sure
[16:13] they've been cleaned just scrub them and
[16:15] remove any beards okay let's start
[16:17] cooking some olive oil
[16:20] and you want high heat
[16:24] some prawns or shrimps
[16:27] you want to see them nicely on each side
[16:30] that's where all the flavor is
[16:33] no need to cook them right through just
[16:35] yet Now set them aside as Seafood Cooks
[16:38] at different rates
[16:43] some anchovies
[16:46] place them on a cutting board and give
[16:48] them a rough chop
[16:50] back with the same pan on high heat you
[16:53] may need a little more olive oil

[17:02] some garlic minced or chopped
[17:06] mix it up and leave it until it starts

[17:09] then quickly deglaze with white wine
[17:14] add some marinara sauce it's a tomato
[17:16] sauce you can buy it or see my recipe
[17:19] how to make it now mix that up
[17:22] add the muscles give them a mix and cook
[17:25] for three minutes with the lid on
[17:30] return the prawns and add the scallops

[17:40] add your spaghetti straight to the sauce
[17:42] cook for another 30 seconds
[17:45] mix well
[17:47] spaghetti marinara is ready
