A winning product is one that sells well when shown to the right audience. The video outlines six criteria to determine product success.
Products that solve a specific problem (e.g., for gym-goers or parents) are more likely to succeed than unique novelty items, which are no longer viable.
Trend-based products (e.g., election-themed t-shirts) can generate quick sales but are unsustainable. Building a brand on evergreen products leads to long-term success.
Products should appeal to a broad audience. For example, solving a problem for all gym-goers, not just teenagers, increases market size.
Products should come in various designs, colors, or sizes to appeal to a larger audience. Example: BlendJet offers a blender in ~50 variations.
A good supplier with quality products and short shipping times is crucial. Poor quality or long shipping (30-40 days) can kill a product's success.
60% of dropshipping failures are due to bad suppliers. Many abandon the business instead of switching suppliers.
OmniScent is an email/SMS marketing tool that helps collect customer emails and send campaigns to boost sales. It offers ready-made templates and workflows.
This traditional method is now obsolete due to communication issues and quality control problems, especially post-COVID.
Tools like Team Drop, Salda Trend, and Zan Drop use AI to analyze social media data, showing products with good engagement and sales. However, they are not 100% accurate and may show non-dropshipping products.
These tools also connect you with vetted suppliers who offer warehousing in the US/Europe, quality checks, and faster shipping (3 days). They also allow customization and branding.
Search TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for trending products, then analyze the product's page, ads, and stores. This method is time-consuming but yields high-quality results (90-99% success).
The recommended approach: start with manual social media research, then validate using product research tools, and finally check AliExpress for suppliers and reviews. This increases success chances.
The video concludes by encouraging viewers to apply these methods to find products themselves, eliminating the need for monthly product lists.

11:02[00:02] month we release a video, and in the first month we tell you about profitable dropshipping products. But a very famous saying came to mind: "Don't sell a man a fish, teach him how to fish." That's why I decided to make this video, which teaches you how to choose your
[00:15] fourth product in dropshipping. So instead of me having to do this myself every month and bring you the products, you can do it yourself. And this doesn't even have to be done at the beginning of each month; you can apply it whenever you want to start your business or store. So, in short,
[00:28] in this video, we'll talk about all the methods used in 2025 and 2026 to bring you your fourth product. This video is sponsored by Ami Sand, and we'll talk about them in a Welcome to a new video with you, Walid Al- Saluki. Let's start by sending blessings upon the
[00:43] Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) before we delve into the idea. How do we create a winning product? We need to talk about something very important: what exactly constitutes a winning product? What makes a product profitable compared to another that might not be? Many
[00:57] winning product, and that's somewhat true. Any product, if you reach the right people, will be a winning product because it will sell as long as those people actually want it. But let's define the criteria that determine a product's success. We'll discuss six
[01:13] points. The first point a product should have to be considered winning is that it solves a problem. In the past, we used to look for dropshipping products with something unique, products that always had something new that no one had seen before. This kind of approach is
[01:26] n't viable anymore because there are so many of those products. Now, what sells the most is that you... You choose a product that solves a problem. For example, look at the niche market of people who go to the gym; they face a problem. Create a product for that problem. Or look at the problem faced by people with children; they face a problem. Create a
[01:39] people with children; they face a problem. Create a be classified as a fourth-tier product. The second characteristic of a fourth-tier product is that it's not based on a trend. For example, during the US elections, I saw a foreigner who said he
[01:54] made print-on-demand t-shirts with Donald Trump on them. He said that in the month of the election, he was able to make approximately $700,000 in sales. This is certainly a good thing, and he made good money in a short time. But as soon as the election was over, that store closed, and
[02:06] this guy had to look for a new trend to open a new store and get into all of this from scratch. In contrast, another person built a brand from scratch, not based on any trend at all. Maybe he didn't make $700,000 in the first month, but this guy... Within two or three years, he was able to
[02:20] make millions of dollars with the same brand, so it is very important when you choose your product that it is not current trend, that you don’t sell during times of disease and then hit a wall. The third feature the fourth product should have is a slightly wider finish.
[02:35] Like I mentioned earlier, look for problems gym-goers face and then solve those problems. But if you go to the gym and think about the 12- to 13-year-olds who go to the gym, they have a problem. So, I'm selling a product that solves this problem for young people.
[02:51] How many young people are there in the world? So, the bigger your niche, the more suitable it is for all people. That's the best. The fourth feature the fourth product should have multiple shapes. In other words, something called "S's." You know, if you go to the website PlanGed,
[03:04] PlanGed is famous for being one of the biggest dropshipping stores in history. This store has made hundreds of millions of dollars. It actually only has one product, a blender, but if you go to the website, you'll find that you can buy this blender in
[03:17] about 50 different shapes. So, the idea is that the product Batajeeb has several designs, so people can choose different colors, different sizes, or different customizations on the same product. This helps the product to be profitable because it actually opens the door to a much larger niche than just
[03:33] one design. The fifth and sixth characteristics are things we will talk about together because they are very closely related. Fifth, to remain in a good supplier with good quality products. The sixth is that the shipping period should be short. In short, you might find a very dangerous product, but then you look into the suppliers
[03:49] and find that the actual quality of the product after people buy it is very bad and unsatisfactory. Or you might find the product price at the supplier is very high, so you really won't be able to make a profit on it. The worst thing, and what we all face, is that shipping from the supplier's country to your selling country takes
[04:03] 30 to 40 days. If you can't find solutions for all of this, believe me, this product won't work and won't last. I want to tell you that almost 60% of the requirements I've given to anyone starting out in dropshipping are usually related to finding a really good product, but a very bad supplier. Unfortunately,
[04:17] people are afraid to abandon the product, so what happens is that they abandon the entire dropshipping business. One of the requirements for the fourth product is your supplier. Before I show you how to find your fourth product, let's talk briefly about OmniScent. If you're not familiar with
[04:30] OmniScent, it's one of the programs we use to run our dropshipping business. Osan helps you create campaigns through emails and SMS messages to increase your sales when you visit any store. You'll see a page appear above
[04:43] your store asking you to enter your email address so they can send you a discount or a wheel (if you play it, you get an offer). You enter your email address to receive it. This is OmenSand, the company that makes this possible. They help you collect data on the currency that has entered your store. Then you use
[04:56] OmenSand to send emails and SMS messages to these people to encourage them to buy. You this currency so that if you have a promotion, launch a new product, or even for a holiday like Christmas, you can send them emails to encourage them to buy. I've
[05:11] tried OmenSand in several stores before, and it helped me place orders in less than 24 hours. The main advantage is that it uses ready-made templates; you don't need to build anything from scratch or even write anything. Emails from scratch: Amsan Sand has all the templates ready,
[05:24] and the workflow that the client goes through is all ready. With just one click, you can build emails in different styles and with different text, and you can send them to a large number of people at once. So, if you haven't used Amsan Sand yet to generate sales, use the link
[05:37] at the bottom of the video to start. Now, let's get back to our video. When it comes to choosing our product, there are many different methods. We used to always explain these methods and tell you to choose one and follow it. There was a particular method we preferred, but today the
[05:51] situation is completely different, so pay attention. The first method we want to talk about is the most traditional one: using AliExpress and Alibaba. I didn't even explain this method in the video I released last year, and the main reason for that is that this method is obsolete. Alibaba
[06:04] and AliExpress used to be the backbone of dropshipping; there were no suppliers anywhere else. Through Alibaba, but of course, the number of supplier problems that emerged, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, was a huge issue. Communication between you and
[06:18] traders in China was practically impossible online. That's why Alibaba isn't really can't use it to produce a profitable product; it's perfectly fine, but you'll struggle immensely and can't guarantee product quality or anything else. That's why I wanted to mention this method
[06:32] first, because many people are still relying on it or trying to learn it, and this method is obsolete. Just a quick note, if you don't understand, the suppliers you'll deal will also be from China and will still be offering their products on Alibaba, but we'll
[06:46] reach them through a different channel. This second method is one of the best available for producing your product. Rabeh, which are the tools or companies that make the products, the fourth of which is Team Drop, Salda Trend, Zan Drop, all these things, and believe me,
[06:59] there are many of these tools, and we talked about no less than 10 of them on our channel. So how do these tools actually work and what do they do for you? These tools use artificial intelligence to analyze all the data about products on social
[07:13] media. They use product images to find ads for these products, search for online stores selling them, and then provide specific data such as ad engagement (likes, views, comments), and even data on the
[07:25] stores selling the product (how many people bought it per month, how much money was spent on the site). These tools are designed to show you products that are actually performing well. However, it's important to understand that these tools aren't 100% accurate. The
[07:39] problem is that they work on any product on social media, even non- dropship products. This is a significant issue because sometimes these tools might show you a can of tuna, for example, because tuna went viral in China, causing a surge in sales. So, it's
[07:52] not necessarily true that every product is a dropshipping product. The products that appear are actually products you can start trading. Now, let's talk about the second problem you face with some of these platforms: aren't very strong, so sometimes they give inaccurate figures. Sometimes they drastically reduce reach or artificially
[08:07] inflate sales figures to convince you to buy the product. This, of course, ultimately messes things up for you. But to be clear, about 50% of the products that appear in your search results on these tools are actually profitable. So, these tools really save you the time you used to spend
[08:20] searching on AliExpress. But you'll spend talk about something very important about this method. These tools are important for something else entirely: the idea of suppliers. Whether it's Selda Trend, Zan Drop, Team Drop, or any of the
[08:35] others we're discussing, these tools all work to select the best suppliers. They're based in China, and when you work with them, you go to them and say, "We'll display your products with us. Not only that, we have warehouses in America and Europe. We'll buy a quantity of products and store them there." This is
[08:49] very helpful because, firstly, they check the product's quality to ensure it's not broken or damaged before shipping it to the customer. Secondly, they reduce shipping times from a few hours to three days. So, these companies completely solve the supplier problem we always face. Also, some of
[09:02] these companies will tell you if you see a product you like but can't find it, "Please get it for me." Other companies help you customize the product's packaging and add your logo. These are all the things we want to do because we're building a
[09:15] brand, not just a dropshipping store. This is one of the easiest methods, of course. Okay, I won't say it's the best, but okay. Now, let's talk about the third method. One of the methods that yields excellent results is using social media
[09:28] to research products yourself. We demonstrated this method in the course and in several previous videos. The general idea is to open TikTok and search for things like " best products this month," "dropshipping products," " any commerce products," "
[09:42] top products," or anything similar. Then, start browsing through all the videos until you find a product that looks unique, different, and very appealing. Next, open the page where the videos for that product are posted and look featured on that page, check other pages selling the same product, and even the
[09:56] store's in-store profile. In short, conduct a comprehensive social media search to understand the product. This is n't limited to TikTok; it applies to all social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You can also access ads. The
[10:09] library doesn't show the ads created for this product, so you're essentially doing the work that AI used to do with the tools we discussed in the previous method: conducting the research yourself. The advantage of this method is that,
[10:22] 90-99% of the time, if you do everything correctly, this product will actually be fourth. The problem, of course, is that it takes a lot of time and depends 100% on you. Focus, write down the numbers, do the research, and so on. Also, you're required to find at least five to ten products using this method.
[10:36] You could easily find a product that's already got 10 million views, but the problem is that 10 million views means the product has already sold out, so no one will buy it again. That's why this method can sometimes be a bit tiring or time-consuming and require a lot of
[10:49] effort. But in my opinion, it's the best method, and it works for a long time. Now, whenever I open a new store, I use this method. I stopped using the other methods, and that was until I reached the fourth method, which we'll talk about in this video. The fourth and final method
[11:02] is, in my opinion, the right way: combining all the previous methods. Today, I'll explain that if I'm starting a new dropshipping store, the first thing I'll do is open TikTok and start the search I mentioned. Then I'll look for products. Once I
[11:15] find, say, five to ten really good products, I'll start researching them on the tools for profitable products. I'll open all these tools and search for the product to see if its numbers are good on each tool. I'll also look at the analytics or the numbers of
[11:28] competing stores to see if the tool tells me this product will be successful or not. The I sometimes do, is to also go to Ali Express, and I start by looking at all the suppliers offering this product. I check the different prices, the
[11:40] different quality levels, and the reviews people have written. Honestly, when I do all this, it increases the chances that the product, thank God, will work well. This doesn't mean that there's no such thing as 100% success; you could do all this and the product still not work. But if
[11:52] you're really asking what the right and appropriate method is, in my opinion, you should do the last method, which is to do everything together to make sure that the product is truly profitable, and second-best in terms of the specifications we mentioned at the beginning of the video. That's it, my
[12:05] these are the things we do and the research we conduct so that at the beginning of each month we can present the menu that we create ourselves on social media, and the part where we use our information. And there's the last section, which is the AliExpress or Alibaba section. I hope you
[12:21] liked this video and that the message got through to you. I hope you don't need any more videos from me where I list the winning products; maybe this is enough for you to find the products yourself. Don't forget to like, comment, share, and subscribe to the channel. See you in the next video!
