4:15[00:01] So, the current best dungeon for raw
[00:02] gold comes from the Dragonflight
[00:04] expansion. So, head over to the portal
[00:06] room in your faction capital and go to
[00:09] Valdrakken. From here, take flight and
[00:11] go southeast to the Temporal Conflux.
[00:15] We are heading for the Dawn of the
[00:17] Infinite mega dungeon.
[00:20] Now, most YouTubers will recommend you
[00:22] just plow through the dungeon
[00:23] mindlessly, but that's really not a good
[00:26] way to make raw gold because of all the
[00:28] downtime you get from roleplay and
[00:30] running around. We don't want any of
[00:32] that nonsense. So, the thing about the
[00:35] Dawn of the Infinite is that there is a
[00:37] ton of trash right near the entrance
[00:40] that drops meaningful raw gold and a
[00:42] boss that can be killed straight away
[00:46] without any complex mechanics being
[00:48] involved.
[00:49] So, what we are going to do is exactly
[00:51] this. Into the dungeon, run in and talk
[00:54] to Nozdormu here. He takes a few seconds
[00:57] for his tooltip option to become active.
[01:00] Now, wait for 15 seconds of roleplay as
[01:03] Nozdormu and Chromie take down the door
[01:05] here. Get ready to use your movement
[01:08] abilities the second it's down.
[01:10] Now, use a single cast ability and
[01:13] target one mob only on the left and one
[01:17] mob only on the right. That will pull
[01:20] almost all the mobs you need. Descend
[01:23] down the stairs and target the first
[01:24] boss, Chronikar. With decent gear, you
[01:28] should be able to kill her in only a few
[01:30] seconds. I'm using best-in-slot PvP
[01:33] gear. It's best-in-slot for PvP, but
[01:36] it's average for
[01:37] player-versus-environment content like
[01:39] dungeons.
[01:41] Now, how much can we make doing this?
[01:43] Well, it's impressive for raw gold, but
[01:46] it's not as much as the amazing methods
[01:47] you can find currently on my Patreon.
[01:49] Currently, we have this amazing exploit
[01:52] where you can farm infinite mobs and
[01:54] level and farm super fast at scale. All
[01:57] this amazing invincibility exploit here
[02:01] where you literally cannot be touched by
[02:03] players or mobs and get away with super
[02:05] fast gathering, running mythics super
[02:08] fast, or just really annoy pre-made
[02:10] groups in epic battlegrounds by cheating
[02:13] even harder than they do. Anyway, that's
[02:15] the ad over, back to Dawn of the
[02:17] Infinite.
[02:18] Now, finish off the trash packs with
[02:21] area of effect abilities. Loot
[02:23] everything. The raw gold drop itself is
[02:26] impressive, in some cases over 200 gold,
[02:29] and the other items that drop can be
[02:31] worth 100 or more in vendor value.
[02:34] Though, the average total is probably
[02:36] around 270 gold.
[02:39] Now, we could continue through the
[02:41] dungeon at this point, but it's not
[02:43] really a good idea because it gets less
[02:45] efficient. It's better to leave, reset
[02:47] the dungeon, and do the same thing
[02:49] again.
[02:50] A small but significant amount of time
[02:53] is actually spent exiting and resetting
[02:56] the dungeon, so it's important you know
[02:57] how to do this. There are two basic
[03:00] methods. The first is the simple method
[03:02] I and most people would use. Simply
[03:05] queue for a follower dungeon, any
[03:07] follower dungeon, enter it, and then
[03:10] teleport out immediately. You will find
[03:12] when you do that, you are ported right
[03:15] outside the Dawn of the Infinite portal.
[03:18] Note, you should keep your follower
[03:19] dungeon active so you can teleport in
[03:22] and out at will.
[03:25] There's another method which is slightly
[03:27] faster, but a bit trickier to use. Make
[03:30] a group on pre-made group finder when
[03:32] you enter the dungeon. A countdown of
[03:35] exactly a minute then occurs, and you
[03:38] are ported out automatically.
[03:40] This requires you to time it perfectly,
[03:43] but if you can do it, then you can cut
[03:45] out one loading screen from the process,
[03:48] which saves you 10 to 15 seconds or so
[03:51] every run, depending on the speed of
[03:53] your computer and connection.
[03:59] Now, doing this until you hit instance
[04:01] lockout is worth just under 3,000 gold,
[04:05] which is comparable with the lucrative
[04:07] daily world quests you get in midnight
[04:09] zones on a minute for gold basis. This
[04:12] has a major advantage in that you can do
[04:15] 10 runs every hour. And if you have
[04:18] tunes on different realms, you can
[04:19] actually do this endlessly for probably
[04:22] more than 15k gold per hour.
[04:25] Now, for raw gold, this is the best
[04:27] available option.
[04:29] Now, there's two other dungeons which
[04:31] have been excellent for raw gold. You
[04:34] should check these out. Why should you
[04:36] do that given that I just said Dawn of
[04:37] the Infinite is the best? Well, even
[04:40] after instance lockout, you can run
[04:42] these once as you can run unique
[04:44] dungeons even after instance lockout.
[04:47] So, you can do 10 runs of Dawn of the
[04:49] Infinite and these two in a given hour
[04:51] and still have a lot of time left over.
[04:54] Also, some faster classes may find these
[04:56] more profitable than Dawn of the
[04:58] Infinite where the trash is concentrated
[05:00] in a small area.
[05:03] The first is the motherlode. This used
[05:05] to be the best, but some of its weapon
[05:07] and armor drops have been nerfed
[05:08] recently, making it slightly worse than
[05:11] Dawn of the Infinite. If you gather up
[05:13] all the trash and DPS everything down
[05:15] before the first boss, as I'm showing
[05:17] here, you can even run the whole dungeon
[05:20] for 500 to 600 gold. Though, that takes
[05:22] a bit longer and isn't that efficient.
[05:25] You can also run Halls of Attunement.
[05:28] That's from Shadowlands. The entrance is
[05:30] located in Revendreth. Again, gather up
[05:34] all the trash as I'm showing here.
[05:38] Now, of course, you can make gold faster
[05:39] doing other things. For example, this
[05:41] herbalism method I uploaded recently
[05:44] still basically prints gold, but none
[05:47] are as straightforward and simple as
[05:49] this dungeon farming technique. All the
[05:51] other methods that are superior require
[05:54] playing the auction house, which could
[05:56] be risky, or some kind of significant
[05:58] upfront time investment, such as
[06:01] leveling your professions, and that can
[06:03] be very time-consuming.
[06:04] Or there are certain methods which some
[06:08] consider unnatural, which again are
[06:10] available on my Patreon.
[06:13] I would recommend doing your daily gold
[06:15] quests on all characters before doing
[06:17] this dungeon run, however, as that is
[06:20] excellent and very fast gold, at least
[06:23] until you complete the weekly mega
[06:25] quest, which itself awards a large
[06:27] amount of gold. However, you should be
[06:29] able to do that in 15 minutes or so,
[06:32] leaving you with plenty of time to run
[06:34] Dawn of the Infinite.
[06:37] Bear in mind also that when you hit
[06:38] instance lockout, you can still do
[06:41] unique dungeons or raids after that. So,
[06:44] for example, you can run some
[06:46] Dragonflight raids after you've hit
[06:49] instance lockout. This is very poorly
[06:51] understood.
[06:53] Which raids should you do? That's
[06:55] probably something I should cover in
[06:57] another video. You might want to sub for
[06:59] that
[07:01] to avoid missing out.
