[00:16] comes to sports, I'm pretty solid at

[00:19] predictions. Actually, setting aside my

[00:21] March Madness brackets, which are

[00:22] genuinely sinful with how terrible they

[00:25] are, I know the Lord's up there

[00:26] disappointed every time I fill one of

[00:28] those puppies out. When it comes to the

[00:29] NBA, I'm a [ __ ] sharpshooter, man. I

[00:31] I'm pinning the tail on the donkey every

[00:33] time, basically with the predictions. I

[00:35] said the Knicks were going to take it

[00:36] over the Spurs, and they did. And I

[00:39] think a lot of people were expecting

[00:42] pandemonium and chaos in the streets of

[00:44] New York if that was to happen. They

[00:47] were also right. You didn't have to be

[00:49] Nostradamus to see that coming, but

[00:51] damn, New York City got turned into

[00:54] [ __ ] Gotham last night. Apparently,

[00:56] there have been 63 people arrested, four

[00:59] stabbings, and one shooting following

[01:01] the championship win. So, Jaylen Brunson

[01:04] dropped a 40 burger, and the Citizens

[01:06] were actually tickling a double double

[01:09] of their own there, dropping 63. Holy

[05:41] of like shuttling fans back and forth

[05:44] and then this this happens to it.

[05:50] bunch of cars like just people's cars

[05:52] getting busted up, a lot of fighting. Uh

[05:55] I didn't see any videos of like the

[05:56] stabbings or anything, but yeah, just

[06:00] chaos. Complete chaos. Now, I want to

[06:02] talk about the game itself because man

[06:05] oh man, what a game. This whole series

[06:07] was crazy because the Spurs led by

[06:09] double digits in every single game.

[06:11] Every game the Knicks had to come back

[06:14] and they made history with their

[06:16] comebacks, especially in game four,

[06:18] which I already made a video covering

[06:20] with the the Taran Fox super super show.

[06:25] Like I I have a feeling Jaylen Brunson's

[06:28] getting himself a [ __ ] statue in New

[06:30] York. De'Aran Fox needs one, too. He was

[06:34] the secret sixth man on the court for

[06:35] the Knicks, bro. I have never seen a

[06:38] back-to-back butthole performance quite

[06:41] like the Aaron Fox put up in game four

[06:43] and five. Like, yes, he had the most

[06:46] obvious super super stupid collapse in

[06:50] game four where he uh on the breakaway

[06:54] instead of just dribbling out the clock

[06:58] which does end up costing them the game.

[07:03] that game. And then in game five, he

[07:05] comes in with that same lack of

[07:06] momentum, but the fearlessness to keep

[07:08] embarrassing himself, like actual

[07:10] humiliation type fetish [ __ ] He went,

[07:14] what was it? Three for 15, one for eight

[07:17] from the three. And also just a turnover

[07:20] specialist. And they still kept him out

[07:22] on the floor the whole time. Bro, the

[07:24] Knicks need to be giving that man his

[07:26] flowers cuz De'aran Fox was doing

[07:28] everything he could to help them. But

[07:30] yeah, throughout the whole series, the

[07:32] Spurs dominated like going into the

[07:34] second half. And the Knicks always

[07:36] mounted super impressive comebacks. Like

[07:38] I said, I predicted the Knicks to win

[07:40] the the championship. I thought they

[07:42] were going to do it in dominant fashion,

[07:44] but it was actually the Spurs that came

[07:46] out slapping every single time and then

[07:48] just petering out, falling off. And I

[07:50] really think you can point the finger at

[07:51] coaching here for a good chunk of it.

[07:53] Because why are you throwing up so many

[07:56] threes in the second half with such a

[07:57] sizable lead, leaving the door wide open

[08:00] for the Knicks comebacks? Like they're

[08:02] just giving them all the possible

[08:04] ingredients to get back into the game

[08:07] for this. Like I I don't get it. Like

[08:11] first half. Not so much in game five,

[08:12] obviously. They were looking real rough

[08:31] even tried to get a look in the paint.

[08:38] around, trying to work it in, get

[08:40] penetration. Like they are so content

[08:42] with a lead to just throw up a three

[08:49] hitting them and you already have a

[08:51] lead. I just it's it's such an

[08:53] interesting bad game plan. So, while the

[08:57] Knicks are extremely resilient and

[08:59] extremely talented, I think a lot of

[09:01] what happened was the Spurs beating

[09:02] themselves. Like legitimately, they just

[09:06] loved choking. They they loved it. They

[09:08] were really a big fan of that. Now,

[09:12] going into the series, I had said I

[09:14] actually said for a long time, I like

[09:15] Wimyama. And against OKC, I was very

[09:19] heavily pulling for the Spurs cuz I just

[09:21] do not like the Thunder.

[09:23] But man, it was hard to be a Wimi fan in

[09:32] court behavior just like he shoving

[10:03] overall. I think they deserved it. I

[11:59] is the veteran. But the veteran is the

[12:01] one making the most mistakes on the

[12:03] squad by far. He is detrimental. So why

[12:06] not check him out and put him on the

[12:08] bench for a little bit? Like it doesn't

[12:10] make sense to me. I understand he's

[12:12] getting paid a ton of money and I

[12:13] understand why. He is an extremely

[12:15] talented player, but this was just this

[12:17] was not his game. This this he was not

[12:26] brother, you're in the finals. You've

[12:28] got to be doing what works. You have to

[12:31] be prioritizing winning. and De'Arren
