[02:47] 1% of people that visit the website into actual 

[02:54] it boosts the number of leads and the number 

[02:59] the people that are already visiting our website

[03:14] go and select this live chat right here And then 

[03:19] widget down here in the bottom righthand corner 

[03:24] want So if you want to change the color if you 

[03:28] might be So we're just going to leave it just like 

[03:33] And this is the first step that we're going to use 

[03:38] click on get code We're just going to copy this 

[03:45] body or the footer section of your website All 

[03:51] software which all softwares all website softwares 

[03:56] paste into the website We're going to come back 

[04:00] injury lawyer one right here Click on settings 

[04:05] code and the body tracking code So I'm just going 

[04:11] scroll down Make sure I hit save so that this is 

[04:17] this is saved I'm going to pop up a new preview 

[04:24] just added right here So it says "Hi there Have a 

[04:29] start a text conversation with this business Now I 

[04:35] well who's going to be responding to these text 

[04:40] go and respond to all these text messages We just 

[04:45] don't have all that." Well this is where AI 

[04:51] up AI to respond to all of your customer support 

[04:58] requests to automatically book an appointment on 

[05:03] that is we're going to come back over here to the 

[05:08] down here to settings We're going to click on 

[05:15] I've already put it on autopilot Normally it's on 

[05:20] then we're going to say "Hey anyone that reaches 

[05:26] so they text our business or the chat widget or 

[05:31] right here Then we want to be able to train an AI 

[05:39] coming in." And so we come down here for advanced 

[05:43] your business's name is right And then we can say 

[05:48] We might say hey we only want to wait one minute 

[05:52] then the maximum messages a bot can send We've 

[05:56] and select right there Now the next thing that we 

[06:02] training because we might be thinking well cool 

[06:06] how to respond to all of these questions Well we 

[06:12] move my head here once again just so you guys can 

[06:18] So this one right here And we're going to copy 

[06:22] don't have everything set up But you would grab 

[06:27] here in this area And we would click get data So 

[06:33] to take about 10 to 20 seconds It's going to scan 

[06:39] your business services all your hours of operation 

[06:45] want to ask you and it's going to learn everything 

[06:52] times businesses have questions that come in They 

[06:57] website for some reason And so if that's the case 

[07:02] questions right here You just type in the question 

[07:07] click save right here Okay And then once you've 

[07:12] up how it should be we come over here to the bot 

[07:18] going to reset this right here So we'll say "What 

[07:26] just a demo The bot is going to scan the entire 

[07:31] through through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00." You 

[07:36] information snippet doesn't match." So basically 

[07:40] website which is totally fine So if we do like the 

[07:45] up But in this case it didn't respond with the 

[07:50] So all we would do is click on this thumbs down 

[07:58] Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 p.m And then 

[08:08] over here and just say what hours are you open And 

[08:15] response it gives us So it says "We're open Monday 

[08:21] works best for you to book an appointment?" And 

[08:25] the accurate the right response So just like that 

[08:32] now anyone coming to your website we're not only 

[08:37] more data and create more conversations with your 

[08:42] AI respond immediately to all of these customer 

[08:49] through and we can say hey we want to configure 

[08:54] Do we want to direct them to a certain web page or 

[08:59] on our calendar And in this case we're just going 

[09:05] So this is enabled right here Okay And then we 

[09:10] want them to book on Okay This is obviously once 

[09:15] a calendar for each one of your sales reps or 

[09:21] that click save and now the bot is going to guide 

[09:27] client has but then guide the conversation to 

[09:33] prospective clients Okay so now we've got this 

[09:38] messages live chat Instagram DMs Facebook messages 

[09:44] can add AI voice for all the phone calls that 

[09:49] this website doesn't have it but they'll typically 

[09:54] got a phone number down here to be able to call 

[09:59] that 62% of incoming calls go unanswered to small 

[10:05] small businesses they don't have the time to sit 

[10:10] therapist a chiropractor they're back doing the 

[10:16] not all of them have assistants or secretaries to 

[10:20] the phone calls So what we're going to set up 

[10:26] going to come over here back into the same exact 

[10:32] to go over here to this AI agent and I'm going 

[10:38] call comes into the business we're going to be 

[10:43] legit and realistic which I'm going to demo for 

[10:49] couple of clicks to set up You don't need to have 

[10:55] through and make this happen So all we'll do is 

[11:00] we would just give the agent a name So we'll just 

[11:06] in your business name test business for this 

[11:11] right here We can name her Samantha But we've got 

[11:15] Oh we've got Sally right here Look at that Very 

[11:20] this right now is only for incoming calls inbound 

[11:26] outbound calls So if you need to go through and 

[11:31] or go and make outbound calls to go and try to 

[11:36] able to go through and make that happen And then 

[11:41] customize this to tweak whatever you want them to 

[11:47] whatever the business name is How can I help you 

[11:51] again so you can see this whole process So over 

[11:57] the AI agent say whatever you want it to say And 

[12:03] And then we'll say what are the agents goals Like 

[12:07] we want them to do And this is just on the basic 

[12:13] name We want to grab the email and also what their 

[12:18] back pain and they're calling into like a massage 

[12:23] a toilet leaking and they're calling to a plumber 

[12:28] switch to advanced mode where you can train the AI 

[12:34] history and this is how you want like kind of a 

[12:38] your potential clients However for this example 

[12:43] you can do some really cool advanced things Now 

[12:50] number that's associated with your account So for 

[12:54] number And then we would click save Now I'm not 

[12:59] already got another demo account already set up
