How to Create Faceless Instagram Reels Using Canva (Step-by-Step)

[00:28] is like the secret weapon of producing a lot of content especially if you're doing faceless so I'm going to walk you through literally my exact method okay I'm going to show you exactly what I do so every week I batch record the week's

[00:40] worth of content and I'm able to do it by this system but also a lot of repurposing the key with repurposing is you need to change the cover so let me

[00:52] show you so this right here these are the covers of the faceless reels and you need to change the cover so this one right here you're not broke is actually repurposed from somewhere a while ago I can't find it right now let's see you're

[01:08] not broke um right here see that one so I repurposed it you know about two months later and it's a different cover it is the same words uh that are on the

[01:20] different audio and then I quickly rewrite the caption chat GPT I mean seriously all I do is recycle content and then I also when I'm I'm batch other people are posting to see if I really like anything and then I'll I'll

[01:34] work that into the mix so it's not all regurgitated the other thing you want to think about is when you're rewriting the caption there's always a call to action in your captions so you want to ask yourself does this even make sense still

[01:46] Workshop you're doing and it's done like you need to you need to update that okay so here's my method what I do is I open up my reels okay so here's all my video up my reels okay so here's all my video reels I open them all up um I put done I

[02:01] move them to done after I've posted them and then they go over here when they're so I have one left this week to drop and then um they're in order so if I want to go through and I I label them with by date this has helped me a lot uh over

[02:15] time I'm just getting a method down for all of this so these are all the reels I all of this so these are all the reels I open this up I open up this the covers as I just told you date those as well so they match up and then I also opened

[02:28] they match up and then I also opened this up so a lot of these made in um via AI so I use mid Journey um I actually did and I'll make a note to include that below um the mid Journey tutorial is so easy it's going to blow your mind I did

[02:43] do a Cana or a YouTube on it and I'll include the link below this description so creating AI images with mid Journey the benefit of that with a faceless because everything just starts looking the same right so if you can make your

[02:56] own images that's always cool if not um I have a way for you to get a thousand images from me I'll talk about that in a minute so I pull these up and then I when I after I've used them they go down to done down

[03:09] here because the top part is all the ones I haven't used yet oh I must have missed it there see used I've already used the ones below those so you have to come up with a system but this is what I have pulled up I have the images pulled

[03:22] up that I'm going to use for the cover I have Chad sheet PT pulled up I've got the real covers pulled up and then I have the video reels so then what I do is I will look and see where I'm at and I'll go to

[03:36] see what the next one's going to be about before I pick my video so this one says you're not broke um make this you know something about being broke right so I know I'm going to come down here and I'm going to find the one that said

[03:48] and I'm going to find the one that said you're not broke let me find you can see it right there you're not broke so I know that this is going to be something about not being broke make this invest I did and see what happens because I

[04:01] want to get an idea of what the video is about before I choose the video then I come down here and I look at all of my videos that I haven't used yet so let's say if it's something about not being broke maybe because there's different

[04:15] Vibes to all of this right so maybe it's this girl who's like on her phone okay so I take it and I'm going to drag it up here to up in the front because it's going to be the next one and then I'm going to

[04:28] put the date where just I'll just pretend that this is going to be for let's see three I'm spacing these out every few days now um for this account okay so 93 is the day okay boom this is the

[04:42] video then I'm going to take the you're not broke I'm going to go to that one and I'm going to grab the captions now while you're watching this you might be like oh my gosh what the heck is she doing I'm telling you if you really just

[04:54] follow me of what I'm doing and do it you're G you're going to be a machine and it's G to the great thing is you admit it it's we get mental fatigue with this right we're just like H so a little hacks I just copied that um which the

[05:07] hardest part about this is writing the writing the hook right so I've got that but the little hack here is that you're going to want to put your username you can go follow me faceless and passive put your username on here because that

[05:21] otherwise people can download this with apps and they could take your thing and people copy my stuff every day there's this one girl like literally if I post for word don't don't be that girl okay

[05:34] here then people can't copy your I mean minimizes that so now I've got the caption okay the next thing I need is caption okay the next thing I need is the real

[05:50] is the one we're going for so I'm I need a different image the other thing I'll do is I'll look at the flow and I'll see okay I had a a girl close up face forward this this is more of like a b-roll type thing of uh someone's hand

[06:03] and then I've got a side image so I could definitely do like face forward so I'm going to come over here and then what I do is I will duplicate this um

[06:16] duplicate it it's not letting me because it's annoying okay hold on Camp is so weird sometimes all right hold on one second so I'm going to grab an image I'm going to come over here I'm going to grab an

[06:31] image what would be something that could be good for you know Face Forward I have all the ones that aren't used so let's just say I'm going to pick this girl what I have to do is copy her um and I know why it's not working it's because

[06:45] know why it's not working it's because it's showing them his videos so copy okay so we're going to copy her and then we're going to go over here and we're going to paste it let's do uploads

[07:03] on and then move it to expand or you can drop it in the uploads area Okay so caption so then I just go back to the last one that I did for it and I just take the caption I'll actually normally what I'll do is I'll duplicate this one

[07:18] and change the image out so you get the point right just put that there okay so now I've got a new cover with the same caption or I guess thumbnail and so caption or I guess thumbnail and so we've got the real we've got the caption

[07:32] I mean excuse me the cover the real cover then what we need to do is we need to rewrite the caption so what I'll do is I'll actually caption so what I'll do is I'll actually grab the caption off of Instagram let me

[07:46] show you how to do it you could do this from your phone but I've personally found it to be faster to do everything on desktop so after after I've done ready to post and I just download from

[08:00] canva so copy the caption from the last one that you did go to I have a real captions one and this is what I say o let me show this tap so you can see it okay so I have a real captions uh thread in chat gbt so I'll copy the caption and

[08:13] I'll say please please and this is important please rewrite this and update the hashtags to be trending is key and because I know the relevant so I have

[08:28] internet if you have 3.5 I don't think it will so just it's probably better to then I put the caption in there and hit enter and then it's going to rewrite it

[08:40] so after it rewrites it what I do is I copy it and then I'm actually going to where so that way when you go to download it it's just all there you're not you're not having to do multiple things so we've got this right here

[08:55] we're going to copy this and then you're going to go over to your real and then this is the one that we're this is for you're not broke what you're the Reel and then down here see where it says notes click notes you're going to

[09:09] paste your caption like this and then you just X Out it automatically saves it so when you're on your phone and you go to download this um just make sure when phone you choose one individual reel to download and this would be the first one

[09:24] same with the covers when you go to download them just choose the specific your entire Library which is really annoying but all you're going to need is the cover and then you're going to need the real and the caption and that is
