[00:01] So, Crunch just released an episode entirely without dialogue. I'm not even joking. I I'm not even jo like look look the beginning of the episode. It has the music like the the ambiance, but there's no dialogue. They

[00:16] ambiance, but there's no dialogue. They released a whole freaking episode with no HOW DO YOU DO THIS? HOW DO YOU DO THIS? Crush her.

[00:28] Crunchroll did this, right? Like, this this has to be a troll. Like, I just saw this DM. There's no way Crunchroll actually did something so disastrous. Like, okay, we got to cross check. We got to see for ourselves. So, Grow Up

[00:44] Show episode 9. So, let me pull it up. Okay, so this is uh Grow Up Show. Okay, so this is the Japanese version, and they talked about the English dub. Okay, let's see. So, here it is. As you can see, I'm on a Crunch account, English

[01:00] and all that. And uh we we saw subtitles and dialogue at the beginning.

[01:16] No way. No way. No way. No way. No way. No freaking way.

[01:31] random point in the episode. I'm not even going to look. I'm just going to even going to look. I'm just going to uh right here.

[01:59] HOW DO YOU DO THIS? HOW DO YOU DO THIS? LIKE, no way. No way. This is recent. Look, did this this aired on August

[02:16] Look, did this this aired on August 29th? Wait, so this has been theoretically like this for two months? I don't know when they released a dub for this, but

[02:30] theoretically it's possible that this episode has been in this state for 2 months now. Hey guys, Future Chibi here. It's been about 17 hours since I recorded pretty much all the footage for this video and also 17 hours since I

[02:45] made this post on social media which went semi viral with 3K likes and 81 comments. And within those 17 hours when I was going to upload the video this morning, I decided to go check on the episode that I showcased his footage

[02:57] within this video and Crunch has shadow fixed the problem at hand which let me play it. >> Yes, she collapsed out of nowhere. this video, you will literally hear no dialogue. I'll showcase once again.

[03:10] Here's English and all that, but Crunch Roll straight up did shadow fix the issue that I was complaining about on social media and brought to everybody's attention. So, this indicates one big thing. Crunch roll actually listens to

[03:22] my post. They actually see my post. Someone from Crunchroll actively sees this and they went into the system and they fixed it. This indicates one big thing. Crunch roll sees my complaints. They see my effort and feedback that I

[03:35] give them, but they still choose to ignore it. So, I think that this is a pretty big deal. I'm just going to say that this indicates that yes, I do probably get under Crunch skin and they definitely see when I'm making videos

[03:47] about them. But the other thing I want to point out as well is that I will give credit where credit is due and Crunchroll did fix the issue with the episode. it doesn't invalidate the video that I'm making because I'm still going

[03:59] to show it for transparency sake because this is a problem that Crunchroll has quite often with a lot of their shows either with messed up subtitles, translations, not even uploading the episode or in this case not having a

[04:12] full audio clip for an entire episode. It is inexcusable. It's not okay, especially when they have raised their prices this year and they are asking for more money. They've taken away the free tier. It is inexcusable. So basically,

[04:25] I'm still going to upload this video just to showcase it. But I will, like I said, give credit where credit is due. Crunch, good job on fixing it. But I am curious though when you would have fixed this issue if I didn't bring attention

[04:39] to it. Would the episode have been left in the the purgatory for months at a hand? I I I don't really know, but I just once again wanted to be transparent here that Crunch has fixed the issue. But it does make you wonder how long h

[04:53] like would this have lasted like it. Okay, granted English dub it's a joke. Okay, we know that Crunch Rule especially English dub but okay just throwing aside hatred of English dub for a second.

[05:07] This is so bad. Like this is actually inexcusable because this is clearly an issue that has been ongoing for a while at least with this episode. Because I pointed this out to me, they sent this to me yesterday. Okay, they sent this to

[05:22] me yesterday and time of recording this is the day after. So basically at the very minimum, it's been a full day since this has been an issue, which we know it's been longer because the episode came out on August 29th of this year. So

[05:36] about two months ago. So basically what this implies is is that this episode has been in such a disastrous state left like this and Crunch is just not doing anything with it. Oh my god.

[05:52] That is This is actually So Crunch just released an episode entirely without dialogue. I'm not even joking. I I'm not even jo like look look the beginning of the

[06:06] episode. It has the music, like the the ambiance, but there's no dialogue. They ambiance, but there's no dialogue. They released a whole freaking episode WITH NO HOW DO YOU DO THIS? HOW DO YOU DO THIS, CRUNCHYROLL?

[06:29] How How did Crunch even manage to do something like this is insane. Like something like this is insane. Like what an absolute company, man. Dude, you can't even get your English dubs right. Like, you're trying to cater

[06:45] to the West with these anime tourists that will definitely prefer a dub because reading comprehension or just reading in general is hard for people nowadays. And you can't even release your dub, right?

[06:59] And the problem here is this is not a like a isolated issue. We we we know this is a common thing that Crunchroll does with their translations and stuff or episode releases. Like I made a video a few months back talking there was like

[07:12] an anime episode that came out and Crunch just did not freaking release it. There was just not an episode out despite obviously them releasing as a of why it's delayed or anything why there was no episode. It was just gone.

[07:25] AND THEN ON TOP OF them shadow removing things and just removing anime like you even know why they're gone. You don't even know when they're going to leave. What an absolute terrible company. Another tally mark on the board for just

[07:40] how Crunchyroll is and why it is so bad that they have a monopoly on anime. And before anyone says I'm overblowing this situation, it's not that big of a deal because who the hell cares about the growup show. That's not the point.

[07:55] The point here is is that this showcases their complete disregard for anime that is not high priority of like high classification. If it's not mainstream battle shownen that is being sponsored by Crunchyroll, they don't give a rat's

[08:08] ass about it. They will just throw it under the bus and get ran over. And this inherently hurts these Japanese studios. For instance, the group that weren't on Group Show, this might not be the most groundbreaking show of all time. the

[08:23] most noteworthy anime to ever be made. But the point is is there was a team actors and a team that worked on it. Even the English dub voice actors worked on it. And the fact that this is done like that in this sorry ass state is

[08:36] just throwing away money and outright hurting this brand. Like this honestly crunch should be liable for damaging this anime. And they do it to a lot of shows, but this is this is really bad. This is absolutely shameful that Crunch

[08:50] roll actually even has this in this state. And this is something that happens often. This is not a nor like a like a an uncommon situation. This is common. Crunch makes these mistakes so often. It's just oh my goodness, dude.

[09:04] just I'm going to upload this video just to showcase just how bad Crunch Roll is because it's a free clown show for me and to be able to just uh farm Crunch showcase just how bad this company actually is and there is literally zero

[09:19] that. If you enjoy my content, please subscribe. It helps me out a lot. Chibi subscribe. It helps me out a lot. Chibi outs.
