10:15[00:02] show you how you can set up your own print on demand shop with Gelato and how you can sell your own t-shirts, calendars, mugs, hats or whatever else you want to sell with your print . And before we
[00:14] link at the bottom of the video description, the first one here, Gelato. And it sign up for free and try it out for free, and at the same time you'll be helping me and my channel. Thank you very much if you use my link. Once
[00:28] this page where you can find your language and currency. Then you can click on "Sign up for free" and once you have registered, you will be redirected to this page. You may need to
[00:40] done that, you'll land on this home screen here, and here we can . And before we begin, actually do. Most people sell through Et. They
[00:54] simply buy funny t-shirts through Et, like this one with a smoking cat or this funny Harry Potter t-shirt. You can start selling your stuff on Et, or you can even create your own store with
[01:06] Wix or Shopify, which are just e-commerce platforms where . But first, we need to
[01:18] , but we do n't really need to, because the T-shirts are just T-shirts and they are of good quality here at Gelato. So second step and connect our own shop. And here you have
[01:32] all the integration. As you can see, they can either use Shopify, the world's largest e-commerce platform, or they can also use ETSI. The advantage of ETSI is that you can simply create products and upload them there,
[01:44] so you don't have to create a website, a shop page, a shopping cart page, . This is much more technical and it's simply easier for beginners to set up. You have to pay some fees to the platform to
[01:56] sell it, but it's easier to set up. You can also sell via Amazon or TikTok Shop or even Wix , which I always recommend because it's easier to use drag and drop website images. I will link the
[02:08] video description. These are also affiliate links, so thank you if you Shopify, or even Squarespace are well served by ETI, because ETI is also the platform where
[02:21] . Therefore, I would recommend that you start with Etsi. So let's connect the ET shop. You can simply click Connect and then log in with Google, Facebook, Apple or your email address. And once you've done
[02:34] that, you'll see that your shop is connected. So, if I go back to Home, you'll see that my business is already connected, move on to the next step and create my first product. And now comes the
[02:48] go here and release their first product . And here we see the complete Gelato catalog. And it 's truly amazing what you have. women's clothing, children's clothing, bags, calendars, maps, and mobile phone cases.
[03:02] You can even stick your logo on a hat or put it on photo books and so on . But I think most of you will start with T-shirts, mugs, or phone cases, as these are the most common print-on-demand
[03:15] products. Let's start with men's clothing. Very simple and go with T-shirts, but you can also okay, and now comes the important part: the price. So you can
[03:30] have a very expensive shirt for 17.99, which means it costs approximately $18 to purchase the shirt and put their logo on it . Therefore, I would e.g. this one, because then your profit margin will be much higher. Let's look at
[03:45] profit margin will be much higher. Let's look at the other prices. 5820, that's very expensive. Yes, I think these two are the cheapest, so I'll go with this one choose it. And now we're already in the design phase of our shirt, which
[03:59] something now, and as a beginner, I wouldn't recommend simply going to Etzi and searching for shirts; you'll searching for shirts; you'll
[04:12] cage. Someone put their head on a woman's body, or that of copyright infringements in Kanen. So yes, there is no guarantee here. And one thing I would recommend is
[04:24] to get the Chrome extension. It's called Ever, and you can find the best-selling products install it on Chrome and it will show you the page views, i.e., the number of views this page has received. So this one has 10789
[04:40] views, and if we do the math, that's approximately 10,000 views, and if, , that's 500 people who bought this product. And if we multiply it by, say, $, it's
[04:54] already $1500. So it's pretty good to sell and receive a shirt . This offer brought in approximately this amount of money, and to copy it or to find good designs , simply search for it, and
[05:08] then you can either get creative yourself or simply be inspired by this kind of idea and then create roughly the same image. For example, and then upload it to Chat GPT and create our own version of it
[05:22] . So I just gave him the prompt. I needed a similar image for my print-on- demand shirt in sRGB (which is the color space) and 150 dpi (dots per inch), and I simply used a
[05:35] different type of cat, same settings, and Chat GPT gave me this one, and then I just said, I made it a little more retro in style, and now I have this image here, and I think it's
[05:47] simply click on download, then I can upload it to my creative editor I can upload it to my creative editor here at gelato videolrics.com paste it and then it will be uploaded and then I can click the plus sign here
[06:02] editor here and it will be uploaded here and then I can rearrange everything and yes, I know it's not copying. Pablo Picasso said good artists steal, they don't copy. So we simply stole the idea from
[06:17] . On Etzi you can find a lot of T-shirts with cats smoking on them. So this is not a new idea. And this person is probably not the original artist of the idea, but it sells, so we want to
[06:31] here we have uploaded our T-shirt . And now comes the print this T-shirt in different colors . For example, we can choose grey or pink see the different colors, how it will look. It actually looks
[06:47] also choose a blue one. That doesn't look so good, so I can remove it. Look at what that looks like. That . I would recommend that you get four to six different colors of T-shirts
[07:01] people will be overwhelmed by the selection . Perhaps a simple black. That looks nice too . And down here you have different sizes. So depending on the region, I think maybe in the USA you need a 5XL.
[07:15] I don't know it. Uh, not in every country, so you might be able to take 3 L , but it won't cost you anything because you're not producing the shirt yet, only when people buy it. So you can actually leave it at, say, 4L.
[07:28] onto the shirt, and then we can proceed to the next step, which is the mockup. And here Gelato gives us some mockups, but most of them are premium. So you can upgrade to Gelato Plus at any time, and
[07:40] it also gives you a 20% discount on most products and access . So it will look good, but at the moment they are behind this paywall, but they have a new Magic Mockup Generator which
[07:54] is AI. You can simply open it, enter a prompt, e.g., "Lifestyle image: just a woman wearing this on the street," and then click on "Generate Mockups." woman wears this shirt. I don't think it 's very nice, but you understand
[08:07] phrase the prompt a little better, or simply try again, but I will add it now. And if you really want to get creative, I can link you to another service called Playseed in the video description
[08:22] and here you can find many different designs where you can upload your print-on-demand image. So you 'll find plenty, for example, let's take them. It's even a video, and then
[08:35] It's even a video, and then you can simply click on edit and upload your cat. Cut it to size and then flatten the edges so that it is placed here on the sweater . And now we see
[08:48] is on the sweater. I know it's a sweater now, idea. You can even play it. so we can click play, and that's pretty cool. They
[09:01] added music. It's in motion, so you can use it directly for your social media product description. And yes, if you need T-shirts, just type in "T-shirt" and it will give you a lot of T-shirt mockups, and then
[09:16] , because they are all lifestyle images . So you can simply place your . And yes, the service is called Place It. You can also use it for cups here. This way you can sell your own mugs,
[09:30] calendars, or canvases. You will definitely find a good Mogup here. The often use it to create my own mockups, and then you can simply upload them here or use the creatives from here. And now
[09:45] we are ready and can continue with the description. And of course, we don't do that ourselves anymore these days. We just jump into GPT chat and I simply gave him the prompt . Give me a brief
[09:57] product description. Retro smoking cat T-shirt, funny vintage nightlife design, and then I can simply enter the title here and get the description. That way it does n't take up too much of my time.
[10:15] pricing" and here comes the important part. Depending on the region, I 'm in Germany, but if you 're in the USA, for example, and calculate your product prices in dollars, then you'll find different versions. So, these
[10:29] find different versions. So, these are the sizes S, small, medium, large, versions we have made, the different colors, but I think they will simply sell the same color for the same price. And
[10:41] now we can simply go in and, uh, set our profit margin. Or . But I think the you can go ahead and say, okay, I want to make a 70% profit, and then
[10:54] the prices will be updated. And here you can see the product price, depending on the different options. Naturally, the white shirt is the cheapest. If you cheaper. Black has the same price. But if you don't
[11:09] want to do that, if all products should have the same price, say have the same price, say then you can simply say: "Okay, that's what I want." and all products cost
[11:22] the same. The problem with this method, however, is that sizes 3XL and 4XL are more expensive for them to buy. This way, they always see the product costs here, and the small version is of course the cheapest, but as soon as you get to 2XL or
[11:38] 4XL, it gets more expensive. So you would say here you could go to $32 and here maybe $34 and here, I do n't know, $, because there's simply
[11:50] more fabric there and more fabric is more expensive. That's why they're making the 3XL and 4XL sizes more expensive. But here you see the price of the product and the estimated profit margin remains the same at approximately 19 to 20%. So I think we're
[12:05] . You can also . Then you can simply click " publish your product. And now the product is being released. And now
[12:22] is ready in our store. So I can see the product here. I can also click on it and make changes to the price and so on. And I've connected my Wix website here . So, if I go to Wix now
[12:36] that the T-shirt has already been imported into my Wix shop, which is pretty nice. So I do n't have to do it manually, it's already there. I can see that the shirt is already being sold. So I can choose my color
[12:50] and my size, let's say extra large, and then I can put it in buy it. This is just a test page that I use for my tutorials, but you get the idea. You create this in Gelato in the editor, choose your
[13:03] colors, specify your sizes and enter your prices. And then, whether they have connected their eShop or their Shopify shop, or in my case I have connected this Wix shop, the product is automatically imported into the
[13:16] management system. Either ETSI, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or whatever released it, people can pretty cool and it's very easy to make gelato. You can simply
[13:31] return to the product log and then start your next product. Perhaps a women's shirt or a women's hoodie, and then simply click there and so on, just go through and select the product you want to sell.
[13:43] Yes, if you would like to start making gelato now , you can find the link below in the video description. Gelato, and I will also link you to Shopify, Wix, and Plusite. So, if you use my link, thank you very much, and if you
[13:55] comment section here. And thank you for listening, and I wish you all the best with your print-on-demand shirt. And if you want to start now, click on you want to start now, click on the link and get going. M.
