[00:00] Let me tell you how I monetized my faceless YouTube account within three months of opening the channel. Hi guys, good morning. Welcome back to my page. My name is Roni Ye, a faceless mom based in the city of Port-au-Côte, Nigeria.

[00:13] You guys, I opened my faceless channel five months ago. And when I, first of all, I opened, I opened, I opened a particular faceless account,

[00:25] but because i didn't know my left from my right because see believe me faceless channels are different from normal channels that you show your face faceless channels are mostly outside people

[00:38] like all these foreign countries that watch it mostly especially u.s depending on your niche me i'm doing this a prayer a prayer i choose a prayer niche because i don't have strength for

[00:50] AI, automation and all those things. So I choose a particular one that will not be difficult for me. So now when I opened that channel, I don't know, I don't even know the voice to use,

[01:02] I don't even know how to start, I don't even know the time to post so that my video would do well and all those things. I don't know the right thumbnail, the title and everything to use. Now I contacted a lady that taught me. I paid her, like I paid for her to teach me.

[01:18] Even though after I paid her, when she tossed me, like, I was like, at some point, I wanted to start regretting why I even paid. Because these are some of the things that I could have done on my own. But because I didn't know it, I still have to pay to get it, to get that money, right?

[01:35] So now, when I paid her, I told her that I already have one that I opened. She said I would have to forfeit that one and open a fresh one. She opened a fresh one for me that day. and we posted the first video on that page.

[01:50] The next morning, we could not find the account. After a few minutes, the account came back. That lady told me not to use that account, that it has been tampered with, that even if I decide to continue using that account,

[02:03] that maybe during my monetization, it is going to affect me, that I should leave that particular account. So I had to open a fresh one. After I opened a fresh one, after a few days, because according to her,

[02:16] that I don't have to post immediately I open the account I should wait for at least three to four days of opening the account before I post my first video so after that um three days I posted my first video she told me the time I will always post see I'm going to explain everything here I was posting

[02:33] by 3 a.m 3 a.m Nigerian time that was when I was posting I would day I wake most times I would sleep and then I would set alarm immediately it's three I will wake up and then set my video public

[02:45] because I must have put everything together, uploaded it on my YouTube and then forwarded it. So once it's 3 a.m., I'll make it public and sleep back. So I was posting by that 3 a.m. and the thing was going gradually.

[02:58] It was going but at some point, I was not getting any views. Whenever my video gets to 11 to 12 views, it goes hook. It doesn't go front. It doesn't go back. I suffered this for like a few weeks. It was not going anywhere.

[03:11] I was so frustrated. I was not getting subscribers. I would not get in anything, use the notice, or sell the notice, or watch our notice. It was frustrating because going into a faceless channel a faceless niche you must be prepared in terms of finance because most of the tools you need to embark on this journey you are going to pay for it

[03:33] one is 11 lab that is where you get your voice i do prayer niche like i said and i choose nice prayer some people do morning prayer but i choose nice prayer so i that's why i post 3am

[03:48] Nigerian time so that it will be their own it will be their own night period because I think we have five or six hours difference and you know this is my prayer that they sleep with right so I was not getting views I was forsaken but the lady should keep on you know encouraging

[04:04] me to continue posting because me see when I started I thought I was going to monetize the next month or the next week because I've seen people who got monetized within one week within two weeks within three weeks for me one month two months i was still stuck at 50 subscribers

[04:18] and maybe like 500 or maybe 300 who was our at that time nothing was moving but i kept on posting i saw at one starting time i remember i started the lady that's you this is not working i wish

[04:32] i was not closed down this account i opened another one maybe this one has a tamper this again she said no i should continue that is like that i should continue posting what i did i changed the voice I was using. I started using

[04:44] another voice. Then you know it's not going to work. And funny enough, immediately I changed to that particular voice. That first video went viral. That first video gave me around 2,000

[04:58] something watch hour. And you know, for you to monetize, you need 4,000 watch hour and 1,000 subscribers. So, I was getting watch hour, I was getting views, but I was not getting subscribers. When I finally got 3,500, that is 3,600 watch hour, I contacted the lady because I didn't want to do anything on my own.

[05:20] I would have to seek her opinion before I do anything because they have been here before me. So I told her that, Sue, I've gotten up to 3,000 and something watch hour, but my subscribers is still at 200 subscribers.

[05:33] We are 1,800 subscribers and I'm close to 4,000 watch hour. She said I should start posting shorts. I started posting short videos short is like goes viral quickly and it gives you subscribers

[05:45] on like long form videos but she warned me not to start my channel with short if you start your channel with short see short audience are different

[05:57] from long form video audience people who watch your short will not come to watch your long form video that is it so when I know that I've gotten enough watch hour I started posting short the moment i got 4 000 watch hour i was really at 500 subscribers and i joined the youtube

[06:17] partner program because when you when you get to 500 when you get 500 watch hour 500 subscriber and 3 000 watch hour you will join their program but you you there are limits like there are some

[06:31] things you will be limited to i don't know if i'm making sense like if you get that 500 watch hour and 3 subscribers you will only be eligible to for a super thanks people can just gift you but for your videos to pay you so you must get 1 000 subscribers and 4 000 watch hour for you to join their program fully to end everything that youtube has to offer on youtube

[06:55] so yeah so when i got to that five hundred and three thousand i like i got four thousand what hour before i got 500 subscribers i joined then within a week i got another 500 subscribers that

[07:07] made me join their program fully you understand so in two months of opening that channel i was not getting anything i was still stuck at 50 subscribers and maybe a few watch hours

[07:20] but within that next one month that i changed the voice i was using i changed so many things i got monetized i got my 4 000 watch hour and 1 000 subscribers and i joined the program and

[07:34] Within two months of monetizing, I'm already seeing more than $1,000 on that account. Now, this is what I want to tell you. As someone who wants to join the faceless niche, first of all, choose a niche that will be very convenient for you.

[07:54] I chose a niche that I know that it will give me time to do other things that I'm doing. A niche that will not stress me. a niche that even if even i can be walking on the road and be tracing and be you know editing my videos and it will not be stressful for me people who do ai automation i don't know how they do it

[08:10] but they are really trying but for me this prayer niche is very perfect for me choose a niche that is okay for you that will not stress you right and then another thing you should know is that

[08:23] youtube does not do magic nobody should tell you oh do this do that do that it will work no if your video comes to move they will move i did not really do anything special i was only copying people if i go to your page now if i type if i go to all these prayer and and channels i will look

[08:40] for their video that i did very well i will look at the title they use i will i will keep it and then change one or two things there and use it for my own that is what i've been doing you know one post now where person never posed before so we are just copying each other we are just copying

[08:56] eat all that that is it so the lady that taught me she really did her absolute best one thing she told me when i started was i should move my mind for monetization because if you carry monetization

[09:08] for my income you'll be disappointed i should remove my mind i should just have i should just see it that let me just like that she does give this channel at least six months i should just give that channel six months before i start thinking of monetization and the moment she

[09:24] told me that it can't be like anything from my head. I removed my mind from anything monetization. I was just posting even though I was not getting views. I was just posting. When my video moved,

[09:36] like, I was so shocked because within one month, I got monetized. Right? So I've seen people who got monetized within one week, within two weeks, within six months, within one year,

[09:48] within three years, every one year. De facto. So don't put pressure on yourself because this person monetize within one week so you you could die for real you want monetize no as long as you know you are doing the right thing don't worry monetization is going to come this is me telling

[10:04] you from experience i do not do anything special to get monetized i do not you know start doing no Because you might there you won do this do that Your channel itself they will remove it They will say you are doing copyright You are doing this you are doing that

[10:23] So as much as all of us are struggling to monetize, do well not to do anything that will make them delete your channel at a matter. Right? So that is it. You can do it. You can do it.

[10:36] You can do it. The last video I posted about how much YouTube paid me within two months, I got a lot of messages, a lot of comments. People asking me, how did you do it? How did you get? They are getting low views. They are getting low subscribers.

[10:48] They are getting low that. That is why I am making this video. If you've gotten a... Just focus on your watch hour and your views. Leave subscribers for the start. The moment you've gotten enough watch hour,

[11:01] start posting shots. Me, all my shots that I posted to get subscribers, I've privated everything. I've privated because shots will not... It doesn't really do much. If not because of subscribers,

[11:13] I wouldn't have posted shots because long video is the cocoa. Is the cocoa. So yeah. That is how I got monetized though. I had to, you know, change small, small, small, small things.

[11:27] Like I copied people's thumbnails, people's titles. You know, I changed the voice I was using. If you want to know the voice I'm using, if you are using 11 Labs, you should know Clara Voice. That is the voice I started using.
