⚠️ Average / Some Fluff

"The title promises a $10k/month framework, and the video delivers exactly that with a clear, repeatable system—just wrapped in a bit more promotional fluff than advertised."

AI Summary

This video presents a focused, step-by-step framework for building an AI agency that generates $10,000 per month, emphasizing the importance of choosing the right niche and avoiding the 'reset tax' of constantly changing strategies. The speaker, who has built a $25 million AI business, breaks down his proven system for selling to local businesses.

[00:01]
The 1% Problem

Only 1% of people learning AI are actually making money with it, because they're constantly chasing new tools instead of using proven systems. The speaker built a $25 million AI business before ChatGPT existed.

[00:39]
Right Niche Selection

Choose industries where a single new customer is worth a lot of money (e.g., roofers, electricians, HVAC, med spas). For example, a roofer makes $3,000 profit on a $15,000 roof, so they'll pay $1,500/month for 5 new clients.

[01:42]
Evaluating Markets with AI

Use tools like Claude to evaluate market attractiveness based on customer value and willingness to pay. The speaker shares a prompt that filters industries based on three criteria, including profit per customer.

[07:09]
Avoiding the Reset Tax

The 'reset tax' is the time and energy lost every time you switch your strategy. It's driven by novelty bias—our brains reward new things but it's counterproductive. Stick with one proven system.

[09:54]
The Six-Exits Framework

The system solves six 'exits' that lose customers: 1) I forgot they existed, 2) I didn't trust them, 3) I reached out and heard nothing back, 4) I called and no one answered, 5) I talked to them but they didn't convince me, 6) I never knew they existed.

[10:59]
Lead Follow-Up Gap

Only 27% of businesses follow up with leads past the first visit. An AI agent can automate follow-ups, turning forgotten leads into customers.

[12:08]
Review Generation

Only 11% of businesses ask for reviews. Automating review requests and responding to them can significantly boost trust and local SEO.

[13:41]
Missed Calls

67% of calls go missed. An AI answering system can capture those leads, book appointments, and follow up via text.

[15:28]
Sales Training Opportunity

70% of businesses have no sales training. A GPT can role-play sales scenarios, grade calls, and provide feedback, leading to over 50% increase in sales.

[17:26]
Using Paid Ads Effectively

Paid ads are like a vending machine—predictable and scalable. Target a broad audience (e.g., age 27-65) with simple, fifth-grade reading level copy that calls out the specific audience.

Tutorial Checklist

1 01:42 Use the provided prompt in Claude to analyze industries with high customer value and low competition, filtering by profit per customer and market fit.
2 02:51 Choose a niche such as electricians, HVAC, med spas, gyms, or dentists. Focus on industries where a single new customer is worth at least $1,000 in profit.
3 09:54 Implement the six-exits system to close the gaps: automate lead follow-up, review requests, response to web inquiries, missed calls, sales training, and visibility.
4 18:07 Set up a single Meta ad set with a broad audience (age 27-65, local region) and a lead objective. Use simple, fifth-grade reading level copy that names your exact audience.

17:26

[00:01] make $10,000 a month from scratch, the first thing I would do is close Claude. channel because everyone's telling you the newest tool is the piece that you're missing, but they're wrong. And it's the exact reason why so many people are

[00:14] learning AI, but only 1% are actually making any type of money with it. I built an AI business that's made over $25 million before Claude or even ChatGPT existed. I use them now, but if I had to speed run it to 10k a month, it

[00:26] distraction. So, today I'm going to show you how I do it from zero in just three boring but very effective steps that anyone can follow. Let's get into it. The first step is picking the right car. In 2023, Ferrari sold around 13,000

[00:39] cars. Toyota, on the other hand, sold millions, but Ferrari made about that they sold. And that's the kind of work with a business where a customer is worth nine bucks, you'd have to get them

[00:51] thousands of customers to even justify charging anything at all or making any money. So, what I'd do is very simple. Only go after businesses where one new customer is worth a lot of money to that business. If a roofer makes $3,000 in

[01:03] profit on a $15,000 roof, that owner will hand me $1,500 a month without thinking if I can get him five more clients each month. So, one job covers my fee for months. For example, my partner Jason sells to electricians that

[01:16] power goes out at a residential house where one job is worth thousands, and he charges $500 to $2,500 per month per client. My brother Mackey, he picked dance studios, and just one student there is worth about $3,500. So, before

[01:30] to sell, you need to know which business you're going to work with so that you let me show you how I do this. All right, so the first thing I want to show you real quick is how to make this easy

[01:42] right here and then go ahead and put it into Claude, and I'm using Fable, what answer. And if you want this prompt, I can send it over to you. But basically, what it's going to do is it's

[01:56] figure out industries that are good to go after and then from there it's going money per customer that can justify paying high fees for agency services in breaking down in this video and showing you. And then in addition to that what

[02:11] within these segments of the market, these different markets where there are franchises. And so basically it's asking me what's your edge, what marketers do just going to say I have no connections

[02:24] because when I first got into this I had literally zero connections to any gym connection I actually had was to somebody who owned a restaurant which interest in working with restaurants for this exact reason simply because they

[02:38] don't make a lot of money per customer or at least it takes a very long time one customer. And so you don't want to go after those businesses because it's justify paying you. Because they want that money quick. They want that return

[02:51] back very fast. And for that reason that's why if you're going after businesses like electricians, HVAC owners, med spas, dentists, chiropractors, they charge a lot of money. And because of that the time it

[03:04] services you provide them is very small. So we'll let this run, we'll come back to it once it's finished. Here we are. Since I said no edge I evaluated all three filters cold. Filter number two becomes which market can you build an

[03:17] is below. And so you can see that it gave a list of 30 different markets. And that passed all filters and what it came back with was HVAC and plumbing the average customer is worth a lot of money. Why they'd be happy to pay it is

[03:33] because they make a ton of profit per customer that they close or do a service basically saying it's easier than people think because the owners are tradespeople not marketers which just simply means they didn't get into the

[03:45] anything like that. They got into the business to do the thing that they are easy to sell them stuff because they're so ignorant when it comes to how to they really need a lot of help and they're just used to paying other people

[03:59] their own. And in addition to that, there's a ton of franchises, which is really good, right? As you can see here, it's listing off a couple different locations each. Med spas, you can see it's bringing on the same thing, high

[04:13] generating customers, and in addition to that, there's a lot of franchises, and then last but not least, gyms, which is the industry that I work with. So, if Facebook page, what you'll see is I have hundreds of testimonials and interviews

[04:27] with clients of mine. And the way that I've used my Facebook is as a marketing asset. It's not as a like social media tool to see what my friends are doing started my Facebook page when I started my business when I was 21. And so, if

[04:40] all the way through it, you'll see back in 2019, my very first post were with clients. And so, right here, this is the founder of a major franchise called Alloy Personal Training. His name's Rick Mayo, and they have about 138 locations

[04:54] became a preferred vendor with them. And so far, right now, we have 39 customers of theirs working with us that are paying us anywhere from $1,500 to $2,500 on that. It's a big, big deal. And so, the reason why this is so great is

[05:07] because we haven't had to do any marketing to them. We haven't had to these people to come to us. They're just coming to us through word of mouth and my Facebook page right now, what you're going to see is this is an Alloy owner.

[05:20] partnership because we became a preferred vendor with them. This is an So, right, we don't only work with them, but my point of mentioning this is this talk about is if you can really jump into a franchise and really get people

[05:34] you're doing is so great and how it's different from anything else they've ever paid for, you're able to grow organically very, very quickly, which is been doing this in a ton of different franchises for the last seven and a half

[05:48] years. And basically, what you want to do with this is you want to find people let's say, and you want to go to their friends list and find all the people you want to do is pull up their profiles, and you want to see if they

[06:01] And one other thing to mention is you can see all these reviews on my Google business page for my agency, and you can see we literally just got a review from an alloy like an hour ago. I think we got one yesterday as well, right? So you

[06:15] I'm working with Gym Launch Experts now." And then people start looking up this, they can instantly see other people they know leaving reviews. So right away, their guard comes down, and now the tide completely flipped where my

[06:29] it's not like he's having to do anything crazy or hard sell them at all. These the result that they're looking for running the exact same business that they own and operate just in a different

[06:42] know. And in some cases, they're people that they look up to. So if you have want to be like, and they're working with someone to help them grow their business, your guard completely comes down because you trust that person, so

[06:55] your brain off and go, "This is probably someone that can help me out. I'd like with them." So you have your target, but even with this, there's something that money with a business like this. And what I call it is the reset tax. Every

[07:09] up abandoning what you were building, and you kind of just start over with the feels like you're making progress because you're busy, and you get that like you're actually making progress. But let me show you how insane that

[07:23] actually is. Picture a guy who wants to get in shape. On week one, he starts a looked popular cuz he got a lot of views. The next week, he switches to a dropped or maybe because he saw the Liver King talking about it. And then on

[07:37] friend told him to try it out. And after four weeks, he doesn't see the results he wanted and he probably won't ever get the results that he wanted because every reset all the progress he had made. It's the same thing that 95% of people are

[07:52] with AI. They build something they want to sell, then they watch new video that went viral, something completely new. They throw away every hour they spent selling the first thing. That's the reset tax. It's the time and energy you

[08:06] spend on one thing and you pay it every time you switch. And this happens because we tend to assume that the newest thing will work a lot better than the truth. This is known as the novelty bias and our brain feels a reward, a

[08:19] time we switch our focus to something that's new or different. And the brain is just built to consider something old, boring, and the new thing feels stuff that you should focus on because that's what works. Some of my partners

[08:32] tried to sell Agentic workflows and other innovative AI agents and they when they switched to the system I sell in my agency, some of them went from over ten thousand dollars a month in as little as 30 days just selling it. And

[08:46] changing what they were selling each month and they just focused on selling one boring but proven system. This is the only thing that I'd sell to make ten going to tell you what this system is so you know what the only thing you should

[09:00] sell actually is so you can start making real progress and stop flip-flopping. need to understand why I'm giving you this information for free instead of 250,000 dollars every single month so I do not need the money. What I do need is

[09:14] help three to four other people build seven-figure AI agencies, we can become partners and add our agencies into a portfolio. So in the future, we can sell them for around four to eight or even 15 times more than each agency is worth. I

[09:27] won't have to start a new agency on another niche and my agency will go from to being worth about ten or 15 million dollars basically with me not doing any my partner, check out the link in the description below and I'll be able to

[09:42] see if you'd be a good fit or not. Now, let me show you the system I sell in my AI agency gym members now. First, I want you to picture a business's customers as a car driving down a highway toward that business. The path is empty, but along

[09:54] the highway, there are six exits that'll lead the customer to another competitor. And each exit is a problem the business has that gives a customer a reason to business to the point where they could become a customer. So, what this system

[10:06] does is it closes each one of those exits, so each prospect can go straight customer. So, let me walk you through these six problems and how the system actually solves each and every one of them. So, exit number one is I forgot

[10:20] they existed, okay? And so, what most businesses do is they accumulate a ton sure you've probably submitted your information to a lot of different businesses. But, what these businesses do is they do a very poor job of getting

[10:33] these people to come back into the business. The I forgot they ever existed businesses have already paid for these leads, but they do not have a process to re-engage them to drive them back through. And so, what this AI agent does

[10:46] personalized message to pique their people that are interested get followed up with right away with the AI to then into the business to be sold. And so, the reason again why this is so

[10:59] beneficial is because about 27% of businesses follow up with leads past the first visit. majority of leads are never followed up with after the first visit. And so, all we do is we plug the AI into their database, which then drives a lot

[11:13] don't have to spend any money on. And it's not like these businesses don't try the time to do it. And then, when they do have the time to do it, they do it very lazily. And what ends up happening is they put together a really generic

[11:26] message that just feels very markety and salesy. And then, a lot of people opt money because of it. And so, us doing this, we've been able to generate customers an absurd amount of return without them having to spend any money

[11:38] on marketing. And because of that, it really sets the relationship up on a here with the first one, which is the I forgot they ever existed. Number two is I didn't trust them. And so, what we do with this AI agent is we help them get

[11:52] reviews and reviews on other platforms. And so, what we do is we follow up with And we do it in a very strategic way. Rather than just putting a QR code up or would you leave a review?" which is what the majority of businesses will do if

[12:08] shows is that only about 11% of businesses ask for reviews. What we do we'd really value your feedback. And if you give us your feedback on a scale of 1 to 5 on how your experience was, we'll give you a chance to win a membership

[12:22] that, we're able to get a lot of people to end up responding and leave reviews. reviews, we actually respond to the reviews for them on behalf of the if you look on Google, a lot of businesses don't even respond to the

[12:35] reviews, which impacts their SEO. And that's also just not a good look, right? And then once people leave these reviews, we follow up with them directly saying, "Hey, look, if you have any friends or family that would like to

[12:47] that they can use. And in addition to that, anyone that comes from you will handful more times where you have a chance to win that membership for free." bunch of friends and family, and we're able to generate them literally free

[13:01] having to spend any money on marketing. So, that's why it's exit number two. Exit number three is the I reached out and heard nothing back, okay? And so, website for a business, submitted your information, and then you just never

[13:14] heard anything back. This is not uncommon. This happens a lot. And so, what the data shows is that it takes about two days, almost two days for average. What the data also shows is that if you do it within 5 minutes, your

[13:27] through the door increase dramatically. And so, this happens all the time and that anytime someone submits their information on their website, they get system that nurtures them to book an appointment, show up to the appointment,

[13:41] appointment, it handles rescheduling them as well. Now, the fourth is the I sure you've probably called a business before, nobody answered, and you called instead. And so, what the data shows is that about 67% of calls go missed at

[13:56] what we do with this is if it rings for doesn't answer it, our system picks it up, talks to the person, answers any appointment. And then once that appointment gets booked in, they get

[14:08] followed up via text, just like with the last one. And so, again, the reason why businesses have hundreds of calls every single month that they miss of people that are ready to buy. They just miss them. And what ends up happening is if

[14:20] they miss them and don't follow up, they go somewhere somewhere else rather than lot of money that these people end up losing out on simply because they don't have a process in place, and that's why we have it here. The fifth is I talked

[14:33] to them, but they didn't convince me. And so, what this really comes down to before and you had a really weird or unusual experience with a sales rep, that's what this is. And so, what the numbers show is that basically none of

[14:47] training, and the majority of local brick-and-mortar business owners have no sales. They're completely winging it. They have no sales process, they have no regularly, they don't practice regularly, and because of that, they do

[15:02] up doing here is we set up a GPT for them that helps them with this. And so, what it will do is it will train them on a sales process where they can role-play with it. And then it can also they can upload their sales, so their sales

[15:15] recordings, and it will grade how they did on that sales conversation on the different sections of the sales process and let them know where they did a bad they should have said instead. And so, what the data shows is that people who

[15:28] receive formal sales training see over a 50% increase in sales. But, about 70% of mortar businesses never receive any type of sales training at all. And so, just by doing this, we're able to help them out a lot to convert more of these

[15:41] organically. And then, the final piece to this is the I never knew they existed a ton of times where businesses are like, "I'm here on the the main street drives past me all the time, but then I have people coming into my business all

[15:56] the time going, 'I didn't even know you existed.'" And I only hear people say right? Because we're able to get people coming to their business when we run ads that literally did not know they existed. And so, it's very critical that

[16:10] businesses do advertise, but it's even more important that they only advertise follow up with their leads, once they have a process in place to answer the to get reviews, and once they have a sales process in place so that the

[16:22] they spend on ads, they can actually make money from and sell and convert. And so, that is why we do this thing last, which enables us to get a ton of didn't even know the business existed, and then now with a trained sales

[16:35] And then, after they convert them, we generate reviews and referrals for them, have to lift a finger to make that happen. The system does it for them, and why I've been able to make so much money specifically because I figured out that

[16:48] offering it in this specific order generates a very, very big impact, and other people are not selling it, and the result is atypical. You've built a actually buy it. And here's where most people freeze. They think getting

[17:00] stranger they need something they've never heard of, but you don't have to convince anyone really of anything because the business owner already knows they have the problem. You just spent this entire video watching me talk about

[17:13] they really experience. You know what's breaking and why and what it cost them problem. The owner knows something's wrong, too. So, your job really isn't to sell, it's to remind them of what's going wrong in their business and how

[17:26] big of a problem it truly is. You need to put the problem back in front of them come to you asking how to solve it. And the best tool on Earth for that reminder is simply paid ads. A Meta ad doesn't show to random people, it shows to the

[17:39] exact type of person who has the problem that you're solving. Now, you may think when you post content, you're pretty much praying and crossing your fingers the right people. You have no idea who's actually watching and you can't choose.

[17:53] Meta for, the data that they have. Content is kind of like a lottery ticket your fingers it gives you something. An ad is like a vending machine where you put money in and a book call comes out. Here's how I make my first ad if I was

[18:07] starting over from scratch. This is exactly what I would do. Okay, so right here is an example of my ad account, an ad that we're recently running. All you really want to do at the campaign objective level is set it to leads. You

[18:20] can do campaign budget optimization or ad set budget optimization. It really want to do campaign budget optimization cuz I have three different ad sets, But if you're just doing one ad set, which I would recommend starting out,

[18:33] optimization. That's really it. Now, from here at the ad set level, all we're showing the ads to. And since like I said earlier, Facebook already knows all anything with this. All you need to do is set the location. We do Canada,

[18:48] Quebec. And then you want to set the age to be I like to do 27 to 65 because the specifically gym owners, are not under the age of 27. And then in addition to that, what you want to do is just leave everything else like I have it right

[19:01] audiences, any look-alike audiences, any interest-based audiences. You do not see right here, the audience size is around 215 million to 253 million. Now, if I go over here to the ad is what this is literally called the ad. This is

[19:16] where you have the ad, right? So, what the ad actually looks like. And so, if I come over here, what you're going to see is that everything around the ad is very a fifth-grade reading level so that anyone can comprehend it. A lot of

[19:28] people will end up writing very complex ad copy that no one understands or gets You need to make sure it reads at a fifth-grade reading level. You can editor. It will tell you it's a free tool. And then you can drive it back

[19:41] restructure this to make it read at a fifth-grade reading level." Put it back If it does, use that as your ad copy, okay? And you want it to be specific to they're going to be able to make more money while spending less time doing it

[19:55] to change anything at all in their business. So, you want it to be very not specific to the features. And then the image itself needs to be specific to image right here, you can see that this is for independent gym owners. And when

[20:09] you do that in your ad, Facebook knows, Meta knows who independent gym owners are already cuz they have so much data on all their users. So, it's only going because we've left at the ad set level at open. It's literally that simple. And

[20:22] headline, it's again calling out the audience that we're working with. And to this is someone that I've been helping that just started running ads. And you can see here over the last 7 days, they're going after HVAC businesses.

[20:35] They've generated 71 leads. And then this is someone that goes after home care businesses. And over the last 30 days, they've generated 528 leads for $2.33. And all of these follow the exact same framework. And then what I also

[20:48] built is this GPT based off over a million dollars in spend that I've done on my own agency that will literally generate proven ad copy that reads at a creatives like the ones I just showed you, proven ad headlines, and proven ad

[21:01] elements of an ad. And then the button. But the button is pretty tell it what industry you're going after and it will build them out for you. If you want this, just feel free to message me on Instagram and just say easy

[21:13] because Meta does everything for you if you do it hard part is actually closing the deal and getting people to pay money when the framework to help you like the one I show in some of my videos, but selling

[21:26] is a skill that requires a lot of repetition and coaching and it takes improving. Now, doing this can take a lot of time, but you can become a master sales calls in real time. That's how I became great and that's what my partners

[21:40] calls, showing them exactly where they're losing deals, and being on the other end when they hit a wall so they never have to guess or start over. So, scaling, and eventually selling a seven-figure agency alongside me, you

[21:53] can apply with the link below. If you're not ready yet, you can watch this video right here where I shared my exact sales call framework. Thanks for staying till the end and I'll see you in the next one.
