AI Summary

This video presents a beginner-friendly strategy for making money online, focusing on selling digital products — specifically ebooks on Amazon. The creator emphasizes validating market demand and minimizing capital risk, then walks through why Amazon KDP is the safest entry point and how to scale into multiple formats.

[00:15]
The Exact Beginner Strategy

The video promises a copyable strategy based on personal experience starting from zero, focusing on one clear path instead of jumping between business models.

[01:22]
Two Must-Check Factors

Before any business model, validate market demand and capital required; missing either causes lost time and money.

[02:28]
Physical Products Are Capital-Heavy

Requires upfront inventory, manufacturing, and shipping; trend shifts can leave you stuck with dead stock and high operational stress.

[03:47]
Services Trade Time for Money

Low start cost but income stops when you stop working, hard to scale, and competition on platforms like Upwork pushes beginners to low rates.

[05:37]
Digital Products Match Beginner Needs

Built on existing buyer demand, low startup cost, infinite inventory, and no extra work to scale.

[06:28]
Real Example: Morgan Richard Olivier

Regular person with 9 published books; most don't sell, but failures don't cost inventory or ongoing money.

[07:49]
Five Digital Product Categories

Ebooks, online courses, templates/printables, stock assets, and membership sites/communities.

[08:27]
Why Amazon Ebooks Are First

Amazon captures ~74% of US book sales, giving built-in buyer traffic without a website or ads.

[09:09]
Amazon Search Means Buyers

Unlike YouTube/Google, Amazon searches are 100% purchase intent; keyword-rich titles can rank organically.

[11:38]
Print-on-Demand = Zero Inventory

Upload a PDF once; Amazon prints/ships per sale and deducts costs from revenue, so you risk nothing upfront.

[14:20]
Proven Income Evidence

Creator has made $7.3M from digital products, with $2.2M from ebooks alone; this model ended four years of dead-end business attempts.

[18:01]
Nonfiction Books Are the Best Format

Easy to write, target specific readers, and convert into ebook, paperback, audio, translations, and bundles for multiple income streams.

For beginners, the safest and most effective online business path is selling digital ebooks on Amazon. It checks both critical boxes — real demand and low capital — while print-on-demand removes inventory risk and evergreen content can generate passive income for years.

[00:01] understand that things can get pretty confusing very fast. You watch a bunch of videos, you try a couple things, and then nothing really happens. If this is problem. You just need a better plan. In

[00:15] exact beginner strategy I would personally follow if I had to start over from zero again. I'll break it down step by step so you can copy the process, avoid the common traps, and focus on what brings an income. Because honestly,

[00:27] I learned this the hard way. I wasted time jumping between a bunch of different online business models at the start. But once I picked one clear path finally started working. That's exactly how I built an online business that made

[00:40] forward though, I do have to let you know that this video is not financial you what I think is the best business model for beginners to start making business, it's very important to understand that a real business takes

[00:55] time, effort, and consistency to build. I'm not promising a get-rich-quick scheme here. I'm not promising any results, but what I can show you is a So most people lose money online because they rush into ideas without

[01:08] money. They copy what other people are makes sense for beginners. Because how someone with experience should build a to how an absolute beginner should start making money online. So when this

[01:22] mistakes cost you time and money. So there's actually two things you must whether that is a side hustle or an online business. So these are the two important factors to check before you start any business model. The first one

[01:36] is the market demand. So many people create products or businesses without first place. When there's no real demand, even the best offers struggle to make sales. This is exactly how effort turns into frustration instead of

[01:49] results. The next important factor to consider is the capital required. So some online businesses require way too much money before you even learn the basics. If you make mistakes early, you can lose a lot of money quickly. So,

[02:01] to learn without the financial pressure, which if you're a beginner, this is exactly what you want. So, most people online focus on just one side. Some that needs a lot of money to start. Others pick low-cost ideas, but never

[02:16] That's why you see so many people working hard online, but lose money instead. So, now with that in mind, let's look at different business models and see how they handle both the market demand and capital required. Starting

[02:28] with selling physical products. So, when it comes to selling physical products, before you start selling because you usually need to pay for inventory, manufacturing the product, and shipping before any sale happens. So, you have to

[02:41] invest in a lot of inventory just to get started, and if product demand is lower the inventory is on hold, and it can be hard to recover. Demand can also shift without any warning because a lot of e-commerce products rely so much on

[02:54] chasing trends. A product that sells today can slow down quickly when trends risk if you're holding inventory that no one wants anymore. On top of that, you have operations that add more risk and stress such as handling storage,

[03:07] shipping, returns, and customer service, adding complexity to your business. You you're starting a physical product-based costs, increases headaches, and causes a lot of mistakes for beginners. So, if

[03:20] you search for something like skin care on Facebook ads in the US, you'll see ads at the same time. All of these brands are fighting for the same attention using similar creatives, similar claims, and similar pricing. So,

[03:33] to stand out, you usually need better ads, more testing, and more money than selling physical products looks simple on the surface, but it's very tricky in reality since you also have to handle inventory, shipping. Essentially,

[03:47] have to learn and do in this business model. Next is selling services online. So, in this business model, people buy your time and skills. So, the demand depends on your availability, experience, and trust. What I hate about

[04:00] this business model is that if you stop working, or let's say you get burnt out, stop working, you stop getting paid pretty much immediately. Because once money. Once you stop providing a service, you stop getting paid. Now, it

[04:13] is very low money to start, but it requires high effort. So, you can start because it lowers financial risk at first, but you trade time and energy scale. So, it's easy to start, but it's hard to scale. And once again, it can

[04:27] trap you into this golden handcuffs where you have to keep working even if need that income to keep coming in. The third con is once again, scaling is so many hours in a day that you can work, obviously. So, this makes it

[04:41] raising prices. But then, once you start hiring, now you're managing the people and complexity involved in that. Typically, people try to solve this by harder to sell the services. So, again, pros and cons everything, but these are

[04:56] services. So, when you search for virtual assistants on Upwork, you'll see service. If you do not have a clear skill to offer, it becomes hard to compete, and most beginners end up charging lower hourly rates. On the

[05:10] other hand, people with strong skills, portfolios, and good reviews can do very So, this model doesn't require a lot of capital to start, but it does require a lot of time to learn a skill and build credibility, which is not a bad thing

[05:23] to learn a skill. But what I hate the most about this business model is that paid. We call this a service-based business, but technically, you just have a 9-5 job that you work online. And for me personally, I want a business that I

[05:37] stop working and it's still paying me month after month, which brings me to digital products the right way, it is built on existing buyer demand. So, you just create products for people who are already searching for that specific

[05:51] building something that no one wants. You can also start with little to no money because most digital products can be created using free or low-cost tools. This obviously gives beginners room to learn without financial pressure. It's

[06:03] also easy to scale without extra work. So, once the product is created, it can be sold over and over and over for an infinite amount of time. The inventory never runs out because everything is digital. So, if you want to scale and if

[06:15] you want to sell more of your product, it doesn't require more money, time, or sell, you just lost a product and a little bit of time creating the product, not an entire inventory that you paid upfront for. So, this is an ebook brand

[06:28] by Morgan Richard Olivier, and she's just a regular person creating books published around nine books so far, and most of them do not make a lot of money, great thing about digital products is you have unlimited amounts of tries

[06:42] lot of money to create these digital products. Even if it doesn't sell, you're not wasting money on inventory or anything like that. So, notice this, are not selling, she didn't lose inventory or ongoing costs on the books

[06:55] that did not work. She only spent time or a small one-time cost to create these books. Now, look at these books here. This book is making between $200 to $300 called BookBeam that tells me exactly how much these books are making. If you

[07:09] in the description. But, this tells us that this one book is doing thousands of dollars a month. This is her other book that's also doing around $100 per day, so around $3,000 per month. And yes, I get that she has hundreds of reviews.

[07:21] media, but you actually don't need both this. So, whether she sells one copy or thousands, it doesn't cost her anything extra. You just have to build it once, and you can sell it forever. So, based

[07:34] my favorite business model for beginners to get started with making money online that brings us to the next question, which is what is the best digital my opinion and my experience of doing this for close to 10 years now and

[07:49] digital products, is that these five are First, you got the ebooks. Second, online courses. Third, templates and printables like planners, worksheets, business templates. Fourth, stock

[08:02] assets, so photos, videos, design elements, music. And fifth, membership sites and digital communities. So, I've sold most of these and made a lot of lot more complicated compared to the others. Some of these require a lot of

[08:15] money and time to get started with. So, what's the best one for beginners then? Well, if we're talking about beginners, what I recommend is you start with selling ebooks specifically on Amazon. Why do I recommend that? Well, let's

[08:27] first talk about the market demand. By selling books specifically on Amazon, nowhere else, not on your own website, not on other stores, I'm talking about Amazon, because you have massive built-in buyer traffic. Amazon is

[08:39] estimated to bring in about 74% of all US book sales. That means you can tap into millions of buyers who already shop for ebooks on Amazon. This exact number of 74% can obviously change over time, but the behavior is the point. Most

[08:53] they think of Amazon, at least in the US. The next huge benefit is that people the exact problem. So, what's crazy about Amazon is that Amazon is a search engine, just like YouTube is or Google is, except the difference is that 100%

[09:09] Amazon is looking to buy, compared to if you search for something on YouTube, you for something on Google, you just got quick question. 100% of the people looking to buy a product on whatever they're searching for. So, most buyers

[09:23] type the exact problem into the search bar, like meal prep for beginners or anxiety workbook. So, if you put those phrases into your book title, your ebook can show up on page one when a customer search for that. And that's exactly how

[09:35] without you running any ads or doing any promotion. And once again, Amazon is way better than low traffic marketplaces and new websites because a new website has absolutely zero traffic. And many marketplaces outside of Amazon is

[09:49] significantly smaller than Amazon. Once again, Amazon is the biggest online store. Most people buy books on Amazon, so it just doesn't make sense why you would sell outside of Amazon, right? If you can just sell it on Amazon. So just

[10:01] validate demand faster, get real data, you can improve your listing on there guessing for months. And Amazon's not just open in the US, it has a global reach and you can also tap into evergreen sales. Amazon global ships

[10:15] countries. That matters because your topic might be small in one place, but big worldwide. Sometimes I have books that do not do well in the US market, but it just blows up in the Canadian market or Australia. And that's the

[10:28] through Amazon, you're automatically selling your books on worldwide audience. So more reach means more chances to find the right reader without automatically because Amazon is going to do this for you. And a good book can

[10:41] stays useful, right? If it's an evergreen topic, the book stays valuable. You do not need weekly updates like social media posts. One good book years, which makes this model more stable long-term. And I'm not lying

[10:55] selling for years and years and years, so was many of my students, many of my publishing for a long time, this is a pretty common occurrence that a book just completely forgot, you stopped touching it, and it's still selling and

[11:09] paying you month after month for years. Not even kidding, that happens quite a book, right? When your book gets clicks, sales, and reviews, Amazon learns who it similar shoppers. Now, it's not guaranteed, obviously, that Amazon will

[11:24] comes down to how good your book is, but it's not that hard to create high momentum over time if the book truly fits demand. Now, let's talk about the capital required to start this. The good news is this is a print-on-demand

[11:38] print-on-demand works, you basically just have to create the content once, which is a simple PDF file of the book. Then, you upload that PDF file on Amazon, and Amazon can sell that as an ebook, they can print it out as a

[11:51] customer only once you make a sale, so you have zero inventory, and even as an product from scratch every single time. You're reusing the same content in a smarter way. So, you don't buy inventory up front or store boxes at home. A

[12:06] customer orders a product first, then Amazon prints one copy and ships it to the customer. The printing and the handling cost comes out of the sale, make a sale. So, you're not risking money until you actually make money,

[12:20] no monthly fee, nothing with this. It's also low-cost and scalable, so you can Google Docs or Canva, and of course, using AI. absolutely amazing with this softwares to start. You can write in Google Docs and design a clean cover in

[12:36] Canva. And the goal is simple. You make a clear book that solves a real problem for a real buyer. If writing yourself is too slow, AI can help you outline and budget to outsource, you can outsource the book to a ghostwriter that can help

[12:49] you move even faster. Either way, you still have to work with a ghostwriter or work with the AI, so it's not 100% hands-off, but it definitely speeds up using AI or just because you're using ghostwriters, a lot of people like to

[13:01] assume that the book is garbage, and I'm just teaching people to pump out low-quality AI-written books on Amazon and make money that way. That's doing here. Like, if you look at the books that my students are publishing, I

[13:14] significantly better than most books on Amazon. Most books written by real people without using AI, without using ghostwriters, because just because you wrote the book yourself without AI, does not automatically make it good. Just

[13:27] like how just because you wrote the book with AI, it doesn't automatically make individual book and if you did things right, if you focused on solving customers pain points, that's what makes a good book. So, after the ebook works,

[13:40] you can actually expand into paperback, hard cover, audiobooks, even do translations, sell a bundle, and there's so many ways to multiply your income. And more formats that you can sell means more income streams without doing brand

[13:53] product every single time. So, hopefully now you see how selling digital ebooks, aligns perfectly with what you should be doing if you're just getting started in trying to make money online as a beginner, which is checking market

[14:07] has low capital required. People are already buying books every single day and you do not need a lot of money up front to get started. I've made over 7.3 million dollars so far selling different digital products, not just ebooks, but

[14:20] over 2.2 million dollars of that came specifically from ebooks. So, this exact And if you're a beginner, just like how when I started this business model, I very first business model that actually worked for me after four straight years

[14:35] business models. This was the first one that worked, that started making me money. Based on that, I genuinely believe that this is the safest way and the best way to start making money online. So, now that you understand why

[14:47] capital, let me answer some common objections you might be thinking about. if I'm not a writer? Can I still do this?" The answer is yes, absolutely, because you can write a book using AI.

[15:00] faster and cheaper than ever. What used to take weeks now takes just a few days. understand that we don't just copy and fastest way to ruin your brand. As I said earlier, we're using AI to help us

[15:15] create better books faster, not to completely replace us so that we can just spam AI garbage on Amazon. You want to use AI to help you, but you still high quality. But, if you know what you're doing, it's actually not that

[15:27] hard to do so. If you want to find out what is the best workflow on using AI to video that I filmed. I'll leave a link to this in the description, so you guys can check it out. On top of that, the traditional text-based books like, you

[15:39] that has a bunch of text inside, that's not the only type of books you can create. As an example, let's take a look at this book here. This is an example of When I say low-content, you know, these are journals, a logbook, a tracker,

[15:53] People buy these books because they want something clean and useful, not because they care who the author is. So, once again, BookBeam tells me how much this book is actually making, and this simple book, very simple cover, you can't see

[16:06] inside, like there's nothing inside, and the cover is made on Canva super quick, and this book is doing $20 per day. So, that's $600 a month in royalties, which can sell. And you know what's the craziest part about this? This person

[16:22] actually made this book following a video that I made previously, where I is a great niche if you're a beginner trying to get started with this. And saying, "Oh, now that you shared it on YouTube, it's going to be saturated,

[16:35] it's not going to work." Or like many others who said, "Oh, you're just a work, it's just a scam, they're just trying to sell their programs, this and person just took action, followed the video, published it, now doing 600 bucks

[16:49] low-content is the easiest way to start because you can learn the business fast. You can learn how to create book covers, do the keywords, categories, pricing, it's super easy to create these books compared to other niches and other book

[17:03] competition. That usually means lower profit per book. So, you can use skill, then you want to move up to higher-value books. So, this is an higher-value book, which is also a design-based book example, but this is a

[17:18] instead of dealing with text, you have a lot of different puzzles and stuff designs. And this one book is doing between 293, so basically 300 bucks, to $430 per day in royalties. This one book, published 4 months ago, is doing

[17:34] thinking, "Sean, I'm not a designer. How do I even make these?" Well, for word search or other activity books, you can use a tool like BookBolt to generate the how to create these books. I'll link it in the description. Once again, whether

[17:48] a comment like, "Oh my god, it's too saturated. Now that you shared it on it." Right? Or, actually follow the video and take action, it's completely up to you. So, low-content books are cool. Design-heavy books are great. But,

[18:01] in my opinion, the best type of book is nonfiction books. Because they're easy books like novels, and you can target specific readers with these. Text-based books can be converted in more formats compared to low-content and design-based

[18:14] can't convert them into ebooks, audiobooks. You really can only sell as with these nonfiction books, you can do ebook, paperback, audio, translations, bundles, everything. So, way more income stream there. So, based on all this,

[18:28] this business model? So, in terms of how to get started, you got a couple just keep watching my YouTube videos. Those are forever going to be free. I hopefully you find those valuable. Again, a lot of people leave comments

[18:42] free tutorials and they started making The trade-off to that is obviously you're not getting any feedback from You're trying to figure everything out yourself by watching my videos. If

[18:55] and you want to shortcut a lot of the process, you can join my 7-day book where it basically walks you through step-by-step on how to go from idea to writing and publishing your very first book on Amazon all within 7 days. So,

[19:08] to do exactly that. Once again, it is a low-ticket product, meaning you have to bucks. A lot of people are loving it. We actually got a 4.9 average ratio on Trustpilot. So, 4.9 out of five stars on Trustpilot with over 500 reviews. So, I

[19:24] think we're doing pretty good. These are all real reviews, not fake reviews or check out the 7-Day Book Challenge, the link is in the description. But, that with the fastest and you want to work with me and my team of coaches to really
