How to Win Dream11 Grand Leagues: 7 Expert Tips

[01:22] to the video, I am been very fortunate and lucky to win more than 100 Grand Leagues on Dream11. I know it sounds unreal but it's true. I have sounds unreal but it's true. I have attached the screenshots as well. Ah so big

[01:36] Under 19 World Cup is starting from 17th of January. And I have a majority cricket. Finally decided to share some tips related to fantasy cricket which you can use in Dream11 to win grand leagues. Number one, score cards are sometimes

[01:49] misleading. Ah I have always believed and always said in previous interviews that score cards are sometimes misleading. Are in the words I can say numbers to lie. Ah he doesn't do true picture shows. Ah because ah score card will only

[02:02] tell you what the stats on numbers are just that. It will not show you how good a batsman played on a particular day or how good a bowler bowled. ah because if it is a T20 score card shows a bowler went for 40 and his four overs he will not show

[02:15] you that a couple of catches has been dropped in his bowling or a few runs came from outside edges and how good he bowled. But he could not get wickets. So you have to watch games for that. The more games you watch, the more

[02:28] ideas you will have. Ah bik it's I know it's not possible to watch every game. Ah but at least you can try to watch some highlights. It will definitely help. Ah for example, if that bowler, ah if you genuinely believe he bowled well but could not get wickets, if you pick in

[02:42] the next game, he will definitely win you the small leagues or the grand leagues. Number two, target your games and research well. Ah trust me, if you want to succeed in Dream 11, you can not play every game. Because there are almost eight to 10 games every day,

[02:57] and unless you are a super human you can't win every game. So if you want to win make sure at the start of the month now target all the games play these games and then start researching about the games about the players ah the more you will

[03:12] research the more you will learn and ah better ah you can achieve better results ah so what you need to research ah first of all ah place role in the side what does ah if his a

[03:24] batsman or if he his a bowler he ah fast bowler or a spinner if he his a spinner off spinner leg spinner whatever. Ever. And those same balls, those same bats, and apart from that, ah the pitch. Pitch is most important. You have to read the pitch

[03:40] reports from different sources. Also you can ah check the individual score cards and check on your own. If the pitch is slow, you definitely have to pick more spinners and the slow bowlers and the fast bowlers who can ah, who have the good variations. And apart from

[03:55] that, ah check the head to head records between two teams. And ah rec- games at the same venue, ah recent form of the players and for more research if for example if talking about under 19 cricket, you can go to every country's

[04:09] domestic or their official website and check the domestic records. For example, if the player is from West Indies Under 19. If he is playing for West Indies Under 19, he must have been selected from somewhere. So, go to the official domestic

[04:22] score cards and try to game where he is selected. So, it will definitely help you. Number three, match scripts. Ah match scripts you know I have always noticed when they make their team one that is a small league team. But the same four-five teams that are

[04:37] formed in the Grand Leagues, nobody gives that much importance because they feel that whatever they make, they will win or else they are not going to win. So, by match script what I mean is what do you think how a game can progress? Like from ball one

[04:51] to the last ball, how can a game go? Ah if you think the openers will score ah majority of the runs like in ah like India's top three then you don't need the middle order. You just need the finishers. And or if you think that all the openers will come out. So you

[05:05] need the ah new ballers in your team. So, like each and every selection has something, if one selection is being made then it will have an

[05:17] seeing the entire team. Number four, fixed and rotating players. Ah so, even after doing so much research, I know you will feel you will still feel unsure whether to take them or not. So, ah make two categories,

[05:34] of rotating players. Fixed players will be those who are very confident about what they are definitely going to perform like after your research. And number two is rotating players which you are not sure whether they can perform or they can simply

[05:48] fail. So, ah, what will happen is keep your fixed players in 70 and 80% of keep your fixed players in 70 and 80% of your teams and ah, keep rotating ah make a second list of rotating players and rotate them in different teams. What will happen is that

[06:02] For example, if you make 11 teams in Dream 11. So if you make 11 teams and if you pick five players and five different teams and in five different teams if that player decides, only five of your teams will be wasted. So this way you can rotate different players

[06:17] and make sure you make captain and vice captain of the rotating players and also make fixed players and drop the fixed players from these different teams. So in a way all your teams will be in contention in Dream 11

[06:31] Grand League. Next is head-to-head player battles. A head to head player battles which you can easily find somewhere on the Spin Cricfo Stats group. What happens is a particular player has struggled badly against a

[06:45] particular delivery and a particular bowler. So, you need to find out the true stats and like wise there are many players who have been

[07:00] So such stats will help you a lot. For example, Gayle vs Narendra. Gayle has a very poor record against naring. Ah and like Wise KL Rahul and someone like Suresh Raina they have exceptional records against Sunil Narine. So, you

[07:14] can use these stats when you create your grand league teams. Ah doesn't guarantee you always that it will work but most of the time it will help. Next is general and basic cricketing knowledge. You know it's a again works in both small leagues and

[07:28] grand leagues. A very you know it is a very basic thing. Very basic cricketing knowledge but it will help a lot in these grand leagues. Ah for example, ah like, if a team has four or five lefties in a top order that's a pretty left-handed dominated

[07:43] team in the batting line-up. So, what you can do is, you definitely have to pick an off spinner in your team. Ah because, he will bowl the entire over, and he is likely to get wickets. Ah but ah in some cases it will happen if if a team doesn't have ah any specialist

[08:00] spinner. What you can do is, pick a batsman who is a part time off spinner. Like for example, our current India Under 19 team doesn't have a specialist spinner. So, what you can do is you can pick a player who bowls off spin, a part time

[08:13] off spin for example, Tilak Varma. So, Tilak Varma can bowl off spin in such situations when ah you know, when you have four five lefties in the top order. Ah, what will he do? He will give you points just by batting and he can pick a wicket or two. But if he

[08:27] definitely be a Grand League pick for you. Because people will not focus much on it. And apart from like wise like are left handers. If there is a left arm spinner in your team, more likely he will not complete the quota of four

[08:41] overs, especially in the T20 format. For example, recently in the Sri Lanka series in the Guwahati and the Indore games. Ah Kohli didn't pick Soul and Jadeja just because there were plenty of left-handers in Sri Lanka's batting lines.

[08:56] So make sure this is a small thing. You just follow them. So last point join every single grand league that is available and join it with all your teams. This has

[09:08] nothing to do with creation but it is a very very important pick because after so much effort you have to join all your grand leagues with all the teams. Because if even if you win a Grand League and you have joined only one,

[09:23] if it wins then you will lose all the other Grand Leagues and it will definitely hurt you. So make sure that you join all the Grand Leagues because if she wins in one then she might win in the other. And if it does

[09:37] That would be a huge amount in Grand League. So make sure you win over the entire team. It should not be possible that one wins from one team and then joins the entire team from the other. So all the good luck. So because Under 19
