[00:02] for trading cryptocurrencies [music] and it may completely change how many people interact with digital assets. It's called Revolute X and it's basically like Revolut created a cryptocurrency exchange. And

[00:15] of course, the big question is, is it really worth trying? Because Revolut is one of the largest fintexes in all of Europe with millions of users world of cryptocurrencies with fees of 0% for Makers and 0.09%

[00:32] [music] what exactly this is, but to give you an idea, this is fees we usually see in traditional banking institutions. If you've been following the channel for a while, and if not I encourage you to subscribe, you'll see that I've

[00:47] made a lot of videos about Revolut. In fact, some of my most this bank. I frequently use Revolut every month . I'm recording my Revolute account and I can go to the analytics section where this month I've

[01:01] deposited €10,000 and spent €1,300, last month I deposited €7,500 and spent €17,900 and so on for several months. Don't think I spend like €10,000 every month, that's only money. I deposit money into Revolute, move it to investments, or use it to

[01:17] n't think I spend that much, okay? But it's to show you that I already seen that I have a lot of videos about it. And it turns out he also talked to me a lot about cryptocurrencies. That's why it's a bit awkward for

[01:31] experience, [music] also explaining investment tools step by step in best people to explain how this Revolut crypto ecosystem works [music] exactly what Revolut X is, how it

[01:46] works, what fees it has, and a step-by-step guide on my own screen of how to do everything, how Bitcoin and other cryptos are integrated for those who already because you may already be using Revolute for your day-to-day or

[01:59] personal finances, but now you can also use it for your cryptocurrencies. By the way, before we jump into Revolute X, you should know that in regular Revolute, so to speak, we already have cryptocurrencies. I'm looking at the Revolute comparison chart

[02:13] for Spain and if I scroll down I can see in the investments section that they have cryptocurrencies. The only downside is that the fees are 1.49%, which is considered high,

[02:25] but they have Revolut X separately for that. I say this because if for whatever reason you're a complete the Revolut X platform I'm about to show you, you should know that it's also available in regular Revolut. And if you don't mind if it's a long-term investment, and you're not going to be

[02:38] trading or anything like that, then it might be okay, although, I repeat, the fees in this case are considered high, the complete opposite of . Getting into Revolute X is very easy. You go to

[02:51] Google, type Revolute X and click on the first result that is not sponsored, that is not paid. And don't click " login" here because that will take you to your regular Revolute account. Instead, go to "discover market" and that will

[03:04] take you to Revolute X. I've already logged in because I just did will ask you to enter log in. You might log in with Face ID like me, but you also have a

[03:17] security code to log into Revolut. Well, you just enter that one and the platform opens exactly as it should. Right off the bat we can see that it looks quite professional, the graphics look great and we have many options, so let's

[03:29] go step by step. A very practical example that will be useful to us is buying Bitcoin. Let's see how it's done. You can trade here, and Bitcoin has already opened for me but you can click there and see that you have many other cryptocurrencies against the

[03:42] euro, or you can trade against dollars if you have them, or USDC, which is a very popular stablecoin besides USDT. But for this example, Bitcoin is already a very good match for the euro. To begin, we can look at the

[03:55] love this rule for viewing percentages; I can see that the graphs are well done, and you can also adapt it a bit more to your liking or enlarge it to see it better. Imagine I want to buy Bitcoin at the current price

[04:08] with €100 that I have here. But of course, if I go to the beginning I can see that I have €81 inside Revolut X, but I also have money in regular Revolut, as you've seen. So what you can do is, I go back here and put 100, this is where it

[04:22] says available, lower this and I can select the money I have inside Revolut X, but it's automatically already connected to my regular Revolut account . For example, here in this account I have €5,100, I select that and now I

[04:36] can do it with €100 or I could also do it with up to €5,000, why not? And let's look at the commissions, which I get as 4.50. Because? Because it says that the commissions are 0% for maker orders, which I

[04:50] will explain to you now, and 0.09% for taker orders, meaning that right now they are charging me 0.09%. If you calculate €5,000 times 0.09%, that's € 4.50, which might seem like a lot at first, wow, €4.50, well, it's

[05:05] a €5,000 transaction, but let's go back to the previous example for a more typical example, shall we? With €100, you'll see how they would only charge me 9 cents. And this is because I'm placing a taker order, meaning

[05:17] I'm buying right here at the current price, boom, fast, which is what's called a market order. But if I want, I can place a limit order where I first have to specify the price at which I want to buy Bitcoin. And this is

[05:30] easily understood by imagining that I expect or think it's a good opportunity expect or think it's a good opportunity if Bitcoin drops to €50,000, then I can set the price here at €50,000 and when that price arrives I

[05:42] want to invest €100. This is a limit order and therefore it is being a maker, which comes from being a market maker where you are actually leaving liquidity. If I click "buy Bitcoin" now, and I'm going to do it now, I'll be placing

[05:56] an order there so that when the price of Bitcoin reaches €50,000, then buying with my €100 is like leaving those €100 in liquidity. Therefore, it is beneficial for

[06:09] exchanges to have liquidity and therefore they do not charge you fees. Notice how they are now 0% because the maker is €0 and now I click to buy Bitcoin. If this is your using Revlute X, or if it has been a while since you last used it, then it will ask you for this required action; you need to

[06:24] verify yourself. You click continue, it asks you to open the Revolut app, so I'm going to do that. And I get a notification like this . The typical thing of just focusing properly. So I click confirm and that's it, it's been added. Okay

[06:39] , now I'll click "buy Bitcoin" and that's it . The limit order has been created with this summary. And look, I have it right here . moments ago. I just bought a limit-type Bitcoin and the status is that it's open. It is an

[06:54] open order, not executed like some I had a long time ago. When the price of Bitcoin reaches €50,000, then it will be executed. If the price of Bitcoin never reaches €50,000 but instead goes upwards or never reaches it, then it will

[07:07] stay here indefinitely. Or what I can do, obviously, is press the X to cancel the order and that's it. There's no commission or anything like that. And you've seen that it's instantaneous, and that way I have these €100 available again

[07:20] to do whatever I want. That's great, isn't it? This business of very low commissions. Now, let's look at another aspect of commissions that is not often discussed, but is very important to understand: the spread, that is,

[07:34] the difference between the buying and selling price. And we can see that here in the order book, where all the buy and sell orders . In other words, all the people who want to buy Bitcoin at a lower price and with

[07:48] how much money, and all the people who have Bitcoin and want to sell it when it reaches a higher price, right? To make a profit, and how much in total. And notice tells you here. The difference is 0.01%.

[08:01] 0.01%. That's the spread, and 0.01% is very, very small. That's really, really good. And another thing to note is that look at the price right now as I'm recording this video, the price of

[08:14] recording this video, the price of Bitcoin against the euro is 61.331, sites. I, for example, have thought of going to Binance, which is one of the largest and most used exchanges in the world. And notice how Bitcoin against the

[08:27] world. And notice how Bitcoin against the euro is currently at 61.347 and here at 61.331. So very similar, very good. In fact, it's even lower here at Revolut X, which suits us because

[08:40] we can buy Bitcoin at a slightly cheaper price, and if you want to buy, the cheaper the better, right? To give another example, imagine that you already have Bitcoin, you bought it a while ago and tomorrow, whenever it may be, you want

[08:52] to sell it. It's as easy as coming here to sell. You can also choose a market or limit order to have more or less commission, or according to what you Imagine that I want to sell it. When the price of Bitcoin reaches

[09:06] €150,000, then I want to sell my Bitcoin because that way I make a profit. You see I have 0.0001 bitcoins here, so I can write here equivalent in euros or I can swipe this. For example, I want to sell this

[09:19] this. For example, I want to sell this amount of bitcoins 0.0065901, sell button and that's it, I already have the limit order created. And if I want,

[09:32] tomorrow I can also edit the order so that, hey, I don't want to sell so much, I want to sell less or not at the price of 150,000, which might take a long time, but if it reaches 120,000, then I'm happy. I click save and

[09:44] happy. I click save and cancel it and have the Bitcoin available again to, for example, move it to a cold wallet, which is also possible, I'll explain that later. Another

[09:58] thing that might interest you if you like trading or are more advanced, you can typical TradingView indicators. For example, you have an infinite list, a very typical one is the RSI, the relative strength index, and it appears below.

[10:12] And since you have this one, well here, as I said, all you want. And to remove it, you simply tap the trash can icon, and I'll go back to where I was to explain that, given these graphical operations, we're going to see how to deposit and withdraw

[10:25] money from Revolute X. On the one hand, you've seen that it's not necessary because you can directly use the money you have in your Revolut account, but also, if you want to keep it separate for control purposes—for example, I want to put

[10:38] €1000 in Revolute X and keep track of how much I earn and how much I lose, right? For example, with this graph, you can simply have more control over it. You click the deposit button and one option you have is to move the money, okay? from your

[10:51] regular Revolut euro account. Imagine I want to add €1000 to my crypto account with euros. I click on transfer money and that's it, it's fees. And you can see how it's been updated. If I want to move it

[11:05] again, well, the same thing happens: you click on " deposit," "move money," or perhaps it's better understood as "withdraw," and it goes from the crypto account to my normal account. For example, transfer this €1000 again and that's it. Also, my

[11:19] instant and commission-free. Do you want to deposit money from another account you have at another bank? Then click " add money". For example, I'm going to make a transfer with euros from my Santander Bank account. So I

[11:32] have to do it to this IBAN here, a regular bank transfer, and it goes directly to your Revolute X account. These are my details; you enter yours as they appear here. And a third option we have

[11:45] is that you can also deposit or receive cryptocurrencies that are yours, that you have in another cryptocurrency exchange. You click here to receive cryptocurrencies, for example, with Bitcoin, you copy the address on the Bitcoin network

[11:58] and that's it. Or if you have USDC, which I usually move a lot of, well then it's move it. The fact that you don't want the Ethereum network because it usually has higher fees is not a rebrut issue, it's a blockchain and

[12:12] Ethereum network issue. You can change the network, for example, I use the Solana network, so the QR code and address are updated, obviously you copy it now, not the previous one, and you paste it wherever you want to

[12:25] retrieve it. If you already know how to move cryptomones, then you won't have any problem with this. And to withdraw money, it's the same thing, you just click on withdraw. And if you want to move money like euros or dollars to another bank account of yours outside of

[12:38] Reblut, then you first have to move it to your regular Reblut account and of all your euros to wherever you want. If you want to send the RevolutX to another place, for example, to a cold wallet

[12:52] with Ledger, which is also possible, I'll explain more about that later. Then, you click to send cryptocurrencies to any site you want. For example, here I have Bitcoin, I select the amount I want, for example, 75% of what I

[13:05] have here and I select the wallet. If you do n't have one created, then click add wallet and here you have to put the address of the wallet where you want to send the bitcoins. You also need to specify whether it's a wallet or

[13:17] exchange, for example, my MetaMasco account, right? He sent them to Phantom Enorca liquidity pools. Well, it's a story I won't get into now, to a wallet that's yours or someone else's

[13:30] . Clear. Oh, and they also have this section for earning a percentage, sometimes called staking or earning, where you have the available options here. If you have any small cryptocurrency that you trust—

[13:43] or not, that would be another video—but for example, right now I have Ethereum in Revolut X. If I want to take advantage of the fact that while I wait for Ethereum to be worth more in the future so I can sell it, that could be a strategy:

[13:57] leaving it here with an API, which is the annual percentage they pay you. I would click here to do stacking and follow the steps, I click continue. I'm not going to do it right now. In short, Revolute X is Revolute's bid

[14:11] to fully enter the world of cryptocurrency trading. We've seen that you can operate quite efficiently, with super competitive commissions and with tools that are already starting to resemble those of the

[14:23] most advanced trading platforms. Whether you're a beginner and just any other cryptocurrency, you've seen how easy it is. But if you want to go a step further and use TradingView charts

[14:37] , technical indicators, or even connect via API to automate strategies—more advanced trading stuff— then you might consider using Revolute X. Oh, and if you're interested in storing

[14:52] your own cryptocurrencies in a cold wallet (you know, "not your keys, not your coins"), there's also an interesting new feature: Revolute has partnered with Ledger Life, allowing you to buy cryptocurrencies

[15:05] directly from the Ledger—that USB-like device for storing your cryptocurrencies—using Rebrut as your purchase provider. So in the end you have quite a bit of flexibility because you can use Revolut to buy,

[15:18] trade, or move your cryptocurrencies into self-custody if you prefer. If you want to continue learning about cryptocurrencies, investment platforms, and how to invest step by step, you can subscribe to the channel because I

[15:31] upload videos like this every week. And if you're particularly interested in everything related to Revolute, I'll leave another video here where I explain how Revolute works and how to get the most out of it , which I think you might also

[15:44] least helped you, then smash that like button and leave me anything in the comments; I'll read and reply to as many as I can. read and reply to as many as I can. Thank you so much and see you there.
