[00:00] So there's an ongoing art trend that has been just actively destroying my social media feed for the last day and a half, getting to such a point where even have massive manga creators from Japan, like the creator of Black Lagoon, even talking about the situation, and even people within Japan talking about how were they not the ones to start this art trend,

[00:18] that how come it was overseas fans that started this entire art trend and not Japan itself, because it would make sense that Japan would start this, but for some reason, they did not. So we need to get some full-blown context here. So basically, this is what I understand the origin point to where this whole art trend began. It happened back on September 22nd, where we had this art piece being made by Redton, and basically it was a female version of Draco Malfoy that is now being dubbed as Draco Malfoy.

[00:49] and I don't think I need to explain that, the avoid and all that, it's pretty funny, but anyways, basically, this was created, which started spanning just non-stop artwork, like Shota Enjoyer artwork,

[01:02] obviously, the Feed Enjoyers, we have, like, the Tsundere or the Yandere type art styles, archetypes, there is just a lot of different stuff that, honestly, like, you have, like, references to Confident Andy and Lele, you got this cute little artwork as well, it's just, it's been non-stop,

[01:17] You even have hate monger you have people that aren Warhammer fans that love like for instance Space King doing fan art of the female version of Draco Malfoy or Draco Malfoy And I love this because this entire art train I want to talk about this because this is actually it positive there actually

[01:35] no negativity here, it's actually, I'm not seeing really anything negative about that, that, okay, that is incorrect, I have seen one negative thing, and I will get into that in a second,

[01:47] but mostly this entire situation is about 98 99 positive like i have pretty much seen overwhelming amount of positivity in this art trend i've seen people just jumping on on all forms around the

[02:00] internet just jumping on this and having a good time and honestly this is one of those rare moments where there's not really any toxicity you have artists just being able to flex their favorite type of styles and different ways they like to do things and i think that is just really fun i

[02:12] really like seeing this, and seeing this reach the eyes of Japan, and even, like, for instance, the Black Lagoon creator, and a bunch of other creators, massive manga creators, talking about this situation, I think that's what makes this so funny, because I feel like this might cause

[02:27] a trend of someone wanting to make, like, maybe a story like this, make a, you know, like, a story like Harry Potter, but, uh, have, like, a female, like, witch, or whatever, like, kind of similar to Draco Malfoy, but make a female version of it, I could definitely see this causing some form of

[02:41] inspiration or something for a, like a manga or something, or even an anime original series, because of this But even with that being said I do want to take a few moments to say that the negative aspect I seen from this trend since it started is probably this section right here So there been two pieces of negativity around this whole art

[03:01] trend that I noticed. It's this account right here, PantyPancakes, and then RedTin clarifying basically what they've been receiving for the last week since this art trend began, when they are the ones that basically initiated it. They basically said, I drew this to make guys yearn

[03:14] again. Sorry, but stop asking me to turn it into Yuri or something. Basically, people are asking to turn, you know, Harry into a woman, turn everybody other, like, other characters into women or whatever, and basically, the creator of that treasure trove didn't want to do that,

[03:28] and then they said they were, you know, actually, a few people were coming into their DMs being very annoying, and they were basically saying, please, uh, turn the characters trans, make them trans for trans or whatever, and they're like, don't be annoying, I will block you,

[03:40] and that's more or less the negativity that, you know, Red 10 was talking about, and that gets into the post I showed. So, this individual right here got very upset late last night talking about the Draco Malfoy, you know, trend. I think everyone drawing that stupid

[03:55] Draco Malfoy gender swap is utter cattle. And then, this tweet started trending, like for instance, people, you know, started liking my tweet I showed. But basically, this is what, you know, Penny Pancakes had to say. Eight months of HRT completed the last night

[04:09] I put on a brawl for the first time. I was initially excited, but I ended up nearly puking from the sight of myself. Much to struggle with, much to get used to. So let me explain this for those that don know Basically HRT is drugs and like different like things you use to try to change your gender to try to be a different gender That more

[04:28] or less what Panty Pancakes was doing, and so this person that wants to change her gender in real life has a problem with a gender swap fictional character, Draco Malfoy, and they think that,

[04:40] you know, anyone that is into that is absolute cattle. Now, obviously, the reason why there is some animosity here is very clear in this panty pancake has a lot of deep-seated resentment in their own image, I mean, they even say that they are, you know, they're actually puking from the sight of themselves,

[04:55] so basically, I'm assuming they have some self-hatred going on, and seeing Draco Malfoy having this artwork that's spreading around social media that people are loving probably sets them off, because obviously, it's just, it's a cute little anime character style,

[05:09] it's a cute anime girl, basically, Draco Malfoy, and that obviously would set someone off that has some deep-seated hatred that are trying to basically change their gender. So, yeah, that's really the only negativity I have seen around this situation,

[05:22] but everything else is pretty much 98 or 99% positive. I've seen more or less overwhelming support of people just jumping on the train and enjoying this. And I'm going to be honest with you guys, I would 100% be Draco Malfoy's chair.

[05:39] Just going to say it. Just going to say it. anyways, I will, I'll leave it at that, you will have a fantastic day or night, wherever you live, be safe, stay healthy, see y'all.
