[00:00] What's up everybody? Damon here and in today's gaming news, new PlayStation Plus games are revealed, a Witcher 3 anniversary stream is announced, and once upon a time, this would have been the day we got to play GTA 6. This is your daily fix.

[00:22] Sony has revealed the PS Plus monthly games for June, and if you're a fan of grimdark far-future sci-fi, you're in luck. Leading the pack is Warhammer 40k Darktide, along with Grounded Fully-Yoked Edition and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2.

[00:34] Warhammer 40k Darktide is a co-op first-person action game and spiritual successor to the Vermintide series. The game was developed by Fatshark and was originally released back in 2022. You and up to three other players can choose and customize four different playable classes to fight against waves of enemies, similar to Left 4 Dead.

[00:50] But instead of zombies, you're fighting against an Imperial regiment that's turned traitor and started worshipping the chaos god, Nurgle. We gave it an 8 out of 10, praising the co-op action, but the game did launch with some performance issues. I'm sure there have been updates to smooth out some of those problems now.

[01:03] Grounded Fully Yoked Edition is the ultimate edition of Obsidian's survival game. It features new ant queens to befriend or betray at your leisure, new crafting items, a new game plus mode with remixed challenges, quality of life updates and full cross compatibility with Xbox Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 and 5 Nickelodeon All Brawl 2 is a Super Smash Bros platform fighting game featuring a whole mess of Nickelodeon IP Choose from characters like SpongeBob SquarePants some of the kids from Avatar The Last Airbender

[01:31] Gerald from Hey Arnold, and more. We reviewed it back in 2023 and enjoyed it immensely, giving it a 9 out of 10. Also of note in this PS Plus lineup is Destiny 2, which is being added to PS Plus Extra and Premiere tiers the same day the game's final content update goes live.

[01:45] Speaking of content updates, CD Projekt has announced a Witcher 3 Blood & Wine special anniversary stream which has refueled speculation that The Witcher 3 is getting more DLC before the release of The Witcher 4. The stream is set for this Thursday, May 27th at 8am Pacific.

[01:59] CD Projekt did not reveal what's going to be in the stream, but via a tweet did say it will be a return to quote, the land of knights, vineyards and vampires, so take from that what you will. Blood & Wine was the last major expansion to The Witcher 3 and arrived in 2016, a year

[02:13] after the base game was released. It provided not only a change of scenery for lead character Geralt, but a change of pace from the doom and gloom of the main adventure. We loved it, giving it a 9 out of 10. It's a little weird to be celebrating the 10 year anniversary of a DLC pack, and not

[02:25] the main game itself, but it does provide CD Projekt an excuse to reveal, or even tease, the rumored third expansion. Our colleagues at IGN Poland, where CD Projekt is located, have said that their local sources have been aware of potential plans for another expansion for years The desert region of Zeracania could be the setting of the rumored expansion The next proper game The Witcher 4 does not have a release date could still be years away so a new expansion to The Witcher 3 would go over well with fans

[02:52] And finally, in an alternate universe, today we'd all be calling in sick from work or school or wherever and playing Grand Theft Auto 6. That's because today was one of the announced release dates for GTA 6 before its seemingly final delay to November of this

[03:04] year. But according to Rockstar Games' pinned tweet, the game is still scheduled to drop today, May 26. The pinned tweet is actually the second GTA 6 trailer, which at the end features the May 26th release date. Obviously, Rockstar didn't bother to update the trailer,

[03:17] with a new date, probably because it didn't want to unnecessarily hype up the entire internet, with a third trailer drop that was just a new release date and no new footage. Fans, though, are having fun with it, with one saying they will, quote, sue them for emotional damages and false advertising or something. Another predicted

[03:32] there will be people calling stores asking if they have copies available today. Grand Theft Auto 6 is very likely going to be the biggest entertainment launch in history and has some impossible expectations to meet. The marketing for this game hasn't even officially started yet,
