[00:01] YouTube automation business model, there's something you need to know. It can be either a resounding success or a complete failure. Today I'm going to tell you what no one else dares to say, because while hundreds of gurus promise you passive income and

[00:16] viral channels, almost no one warns you about what creating an automated channel really entails . The truth is simple. YouTube automation can either earn you thousands of euros or leave you frustrated if you truly don't understand the risks I'm about to

[00:30] tell you about. In case you do n't know me, I'm Eric Alanis. I've been in the YouTube automation business model for over 2 years automated channels to over €1000 net per day. I have generated thousands of euros with

[03:50] expect to provide real value with $5 videos , I think you'd better abandon this business model. Obviously the costs are low. In fact, there are channels that generate €4,000, €5,000 for me per month, and for those channels I pay $

[04:02] 200, $250 to produce all that content. But do n't think that you're going to pay 20, 30, 50 a month and you're going to have a profit of €10,000 a month with that channel because it's really not like that. In terms of how long it

[04:15] truth is that this business model is surprising because it's a business model where you can go from €0 to €5,000 a month in 60 days, but I want to be totally honest and that's not the reality. Of course you can do it. Because?

[06:33] very saturated when they were not really saturated, choosing a team that instead of adding to me was subtracting from me. And what really made me realize that, that I was making all those mistakes, was investing in training.

[06:46] Training can really be very useful, but something I want to warn you about is that you have to be very careful. Who do you buy those training courses from? Once I acquired that information, it was just a matter of process to achieve those

[07:00] results. I want to talk to you now a little about the pros and cons of YouTube automation business model. I want to start a little with the pros. The first is that you don't need to appear on camera, and that's a big difference compared to, for

[07:13] example, a regular YouTuber. A YouTuber makes a lot of money, yes, thanks to YouTube, but they always have to be attached to that camera. Today I have between 10 and 12 channels that generate

[07:25] recurring income, and nobody knows who's behind those channels, which is me. Those channels generate revenue every day. And now I'll move on to the next point, which is that since I don't appear on camera, I can sell those channels tomorrow and

[07:37] figures. I know people who have sold channels that were making them between €5,000 and €10,000 a month and have sold them for more than €300,000, and that is a real advantage because you are not attached to that channel and it

[07:52] generates income every month and you can sell it whenever you want. And for me that's very important because that's when you realize that this business model is very scalable and you can really scale it as far as you want. You

[08:05] can keep increasing the team and you can create as many channels as you want. In other words, you have no limit. You can create 100, 200, or even 1000 channels. managing them will be very difficult and I'm talking about many years, but you can

[08:18] do it if you want. You have no limit. Besides, the equipment costs are also extremely low. In other words, I'm generating between €10,000 and €20,000, and my equipment costs are between €1,000 and € 1,500. That means the profitability is
