[00:03] from scratch, with no capital, no experience, and even no followers—literally from zero— what plan and strategy would I follow, and how would I earn commissions? In this video, I'll share the essence of my experience since 2019, telling you everything that helped me, all the mistakes I made, and the things that

[00:17] wasted my time, effort, and money so you can avoid them. Most importantly, I'll explain the things that brought me commissions, step by step, so you don't start from scratch. You'll start where others left off, and you'll gain all the experience in this

[00:30] video, God willing. With this method I'm sharing, I was able to earn 3000 riyals in months beforehand, and I wasn't seeing any results at all. But I reached a point where, with minimal effort, I could earn the highest commissions and profits. I'll also teach you the best platform to start with in 2025, and the fastest one I've found.

[00:47] I earned $1000 from all other platforms combined. From the day I started on this platform, in less than three months, I was able to earn $1000 from it alone, thank God. It's practically the fastest platform I've ever been able to earn $1000 from. So, if you're in the same situation

[01:02] and want to create an additional source of income, but you don't have followers, capital, or experience, this video will be very helpful. I'll guide you step by step until, God willing, you earn your first commission. If you have any questions, I'll be there for you, God willing, until we sort everything out. Affiliate

[01:15] marketing, in simple terms, is about marketing products from other companies. If you can generate sales for these products, you'll earn a commission. For example, if you market a product that costs 50 riyals, and you bring in a customer who buys it, you'll earn 10 riyals. Almost all

[01:29] major companies like iHerb, Amazon, AliExpress, and ClickBank offer affiliate programs. They give you a unique link or discount code. Anyone who buys through this code or link will receive your commission directly. But let's get to the

[01:44] first point, which will define our strategy in affiliate marketing: choosing a successful niche. What niche will I market? To simplify it greatly, you have two options for affiliate marketing, practically no third. The first is to market tangible products like

[02:00] household items, clothes, vitamins, or anything similar. The second is to market digital services or products, such as courses, workshops, or subscriptions to programs or

[02:12] premium tools. In this case, anyone who buys from this course, product, or service will receive a commission. Tangible products generally have much lower commissions than digital services and products because they have an initial

[02:27] cost. For example, if I'm marketing a pen, it will cost to manufacture it, unlike a digital product. I'm going to create a digital product that I'll sell to a million people, and it won't cost me a single riyal more. The same applies to services and other products. You'll find that the commissions for

[02:40] services and other products. You'll find that the commissions for demand for digital products is low, and they cater to a specific segment of the population. Also, if you're a beginner,

[02:54] I advise you to focus on tangible products because you often won't need extensive experience or a deep understanding of the field to market them. Unlike other fields, digital products or services often require specialization to gain people's trust and

[03:07] then tell them, "Take this course, get this digital product," and so on. That's why, if you're starting with tangible products, there are many categories. If you go to Amazon or AliExpress, you'll find countless categories. So, which categories have high demand and

[03:21] moderate competition? Let me tell you, they're not extremely high. Always focus on three main categories and don't look for others. The first is the health category: any product that solves a problem, not just a pain problem or a health problem. For example, a product You put it on your back to support your back and keep it straight, or maybe vitamins or

[03:36] nutritional supplements. The second field is beauty—anything that enhances a person's appearance, whether it's clothes or accessories. Girls and women in particular can be targeted heavily in

[03:48] this area. The third field is technology. Focus here on trending products— something beautiful, something out of the box, something not readily available in local markets. Focus on these, and God willing, they will generate sales. So, if I were to start from scratch, God willing, the first step would be to

[04:01] choose tangible products and move into a field, probably health and beauty. I want to experiment a little here and a little there to test things out. I don't want to fully commit to one field, because I might not succeed in it, or I might excel in another. I want to test, experiment, do things like this, get

[04:16] feedback from customers, and then maybe venture further and focus entirely on that field. This is what I advise: don't base your decisions solely on your own expectations. What do you personally think? For example, try asking people to see what your audience wants from you.

[04:30] What can you offer them? The second key step, after defining the niche, is to choose the platform you'll use for affiliate marketing. Sometimes there's a slight difference of opinion as to whether to start by defining the niche first or the platform. You can start with either; it's fine. If a

[04:44] first or the platform. You can start with either; it's fine. If a you want to market it, then you can start with that platform and then choose a niche on that platform to market. As a rule, if you're a beginner and start with tangible products, try not to

[04:58] focus on marketing anything over 50 riyals. Any product over 50 riyals will seem like a Any product over 50 riyals will seem like a huge amount to the customer. Okay, 70, 80, 100 is a huge amount, so they might hesitate or not buy it. They might buy from another store. But if a

[05:11] product costs 30 or 40 riyals, it's very simple, and I'm comfortable with it. I don't have a problem even if it's... If something suits me, for example, if it's not good, that's fine. I'll just put it aside or something. So, I won't hesitate much to buy if the product is less than 50 riyals. Now, back to the platform. I have a health and beauty business, and I want to market

[05:26] products related to these two fields. I have AliExpress, I also have Amazon, and I have the website that I honestly recommend. If I start in 2025, I won't look for another site because 2025, I won't look for another site because this site gives us incredible features, services, and offers.

[05:40] I'm sure it won't continue like this forever. There will come a time when it will say, "Okay, I'm going to bring back the offers and commissions and change things to increase my profitability even more." Because currently, this platform's goal is expansion and gaining a much larger market share, not

[05:54] this platform's goal is expansion and gaining a much larger market share, not commissions, make great offers for your customers, bring me profits, bring me a customer base, I have no problem with that." But after a while, I honestly expect that... This reduces all these issues and lowers

[06:09] commissions, making them similar to other platforms. You've probably heard of the Chinese platform, Timo. Timo is one of the easiest websites and platforms to register for affiliate marketing. I'll put the link in the description below. Besides its ease of use, the commissions and incentives it

[06:23] offers marketers are very high. It has the highest commission rate for tangible products, ranging from highest commission rate for tangible products, ranging from 5% to 20% for every purchase. On top of that, if you buy through the app and download it the first time, you'll get an

[06:37] extra 40 riyals. Furthermore, the products you market are very competitively priced, and there are also significant discounts that make it easier for people to buy. So, marketing a product with a low price, a discount, and great offers is much better. Of course, marketing a product with no discount and a

[06:54] high price won't attract buyers. These offers from Timo will make it easier for us to increase our conversion rate and earn more commissions. They even give customers cashback of up to 400 riyals. Imagine buying For 400 riyals, you get the full 400 riyals credited to

[07:08] your account immediately. The transfer is very fast, of course, via PayPal. As soon as the funds are available affiliate marketing platforms, whether for products, services, or software, both Arabic and foreign.

[07:25] But among all of them, if I were to start from scratch in 2025, I wouldn't focus on or look at any other site except Timo. The third step we'll talk about is marketing without followers. Perhaps the biggest obstacle affiliate marketers face is the problem of followers. They say, "Brother,

[07:40] I don't have followers. Everyone else has 200,000, 100,000, a million followers. I don't have any. How can I market? I can't. I'll just stand aside." Let me give you the right and successful solution that I will implement, God willing, to start this project. The method I will choose to

[07:53] begin with is... I'm starting my journey of gathering followers and targeting potential customers. I know you've already answered, but look, you have three main ways to market affiliate marketing products. most of us don't even have the budget for that. Even ads won't cover the cost of

[08:09] these products, so it's a huge mistake to market tangible products and run paid ads and sponsorships. Let's leave that aside. The second thing is to publish articles on high-traffic sites like Quora. The problem here is that there's a very high chance

[08:25] your account will get blocked as soon as you post one or two links. On top of that, you're not actually building a digital asset; you're just publishing on Quora, helping them create content. Therefore, you don't have anything to gain international followers or acquire customers with. You haven't

[08:38] found that anywhere else on any platform. So, this is definitely not my approach, especially with the issue of being blocked. I could suddenly start working really hard and earning great commissions. And I don't know what Jack Block is, as they say, there's nothing special about you. The third method,

[08:52] which I will choose, God willing, is to start gathering followers. Let's be honest about this. Personally, before I started on my personal account, on the channel, or even on other accounts— I have more than one account where I created content—I started affiliate marketing. God willing, I'll share some of them

[09:04] soon. I started affiliate marketing on some of them, and even on some of them, because, thank God, we were able to reach a strong target audience, I stopped affiliate marketing. I started focusing on building digital products and targeting these people directly, so I earn 100% instead of earning a

[09:17] so I earn 100% instead of earning a 10% or 15% commission from a company or platform. So, before I created any account, I was basically in the same situation as you. I used to say, "This one has 60,000 followers, this one has 100,000, this one has this much, I can't do it anymore." So I used this excuse. I don't have

[09:30] followers, and I'm holding onto it for what? So I don't have to start and keep procrastinating and stuff. I've been procrastinating a lot, Twitter. I procrastinated for maybe a year, saying, " Everyone else has followers, but I don't." I'm sitting here watching everything because I knew that affiliate marketing, or any other project, requires

[09:46] time, effort, and dedication. So, while I wanted an extra source of income, I didn't want to give up going out, having fun, watching movies every day, and all that. To appease my conscience and avoid a guilty conscience, I started using the lack of followers as an excuse. I kept saying, "I don't

[09:59] have any followers, it's not my fault. It's not my fault. I'm sorry, my conscience is bothering me. It's not my fault. I can't have followers." Even though the main problem is that I'm not willing to take time away from movies, from my phone, from hanging out with friends, and

[10:12] put it into my project. I'm holding onto this because I do n't have followers. In this situation, I know I'm falling short, and I know I have a problem I need to develop further. But I won't make excuses based on external factors and wash my hands of the matter and shirk responsibility. At least I have a responsibility; my

[10:26] conscience is working. Okay, I know I'm falling short, okay, but I'm not ready right now. Let me devise a plan, for example, and I'll start on it, God willing. The issue for me isn't about an external person. That's why the problem problem. We don't take responsibility and try to throw around excuses.

[10:41] Everyone starts from scratch, and I'm sure some of you won't start. You'll make excuses about the lack of followers: "I don't have any," "I can't," "I don't know what." Others will start silently, saying, "I won't talk to anyone; I'm fine." I'll start little by little, and after a while, you'll reach a point where you have followers, and people

[10:54] will say, "Wow, you've had followers from the beginning!" I'll even get to the point where I'm using the same method, and the marketing tool is what I'll start with. I'll gather followers, God willing, if I start in 2025 with the same idea we talked about, which is using TikTok. TikTok is incredibly powerful. Its

[11:08] algorithms don't depend on having hundreds of thousands of followers to reach people. You might have 10 or 15 followers, and your video will get more views than someone with 10,000 or 5,000. I personally started with a TikTok account in the services sector, specifically in

[11:23] e-commerce. I started from scratch, posting a video daily. In the first month, I reached over 3,000 followers on TikTok with just one video a day. I wrote all the content for

[11:35] the month in just two days, putting it in an Excel file. Then I filmed the videos that needed filming. Some were filmed, some were memes, and some were motion graphics, and so on. So, the content took me two days, and the filming and all that stuff took another two, three, or

[11:48] at most five days. I finished the entire month's content, scheduling everything according to the time frame. For example, I see that there will be very high views throughout the entire month, so the best and easiest tool I will use in the current health and beauty field is the Temo platform,

[12:02] which is a TikTok tool. I will film the products I will be promoting and upload them to my TikTok account, God willing, with a daily video. I promise you, God willing, at least 1000 followers in the first month. The content I will post on TikTok to

[12:14] market Temo products will mostly focus on UGC (Uniform Convenience Store) videos, or I might do live videos where I buy the product and talk about it in three or four videos. I will distribute the content for the month to several main products. I will also mostly focus on

[12:29] meme content because meme content is one of the best types of content that spreads a lot, and this will help you gain social proof and gain a number of followers that gives the impression that people trust you more. 1000 followers, Having 2000 people, for example, is not the same as having 10 or 15 people who might not trust

[12:44] you at the beginning. But little by little, God willing, you will reach a number that will trust you. The fifth point I will follow is that I am focused on building a sustainable project. My goal will not be to see a profit after. My goal is to build for the long term. I want to work hard now, okay, but in the long run, I want to achieve

[13:00] higher profits and commissions with the least possible effort. To work this way, I must focus on the long term and treat this project as a sustainable one. The method I will follow is that I will create a Telegram channel and put the link to this channel in my bio on my page or my TikTok account.

[13:15] So, every time I post content on TikTok, every time I post Reels, my Telegram channel where I will post special explanations, discount codes, and specific definitions. And the product's features and other things, so the person who comes to me on TikTok, I can reach them whenever I

[13:30] want. I can gain a fan base and a customer base regularly. After a month, two months, six months, a year, I'll have 5,000, 10,000, or 20 people on Telegram. At any moment, I just post a product and this discount code, and I'll get at least four or five people working at the same time. And lastly, I'll

[13:46] give you four tips to focus on, God willing, that will help you succeed and enhance your success in affiliate marketing. First, focus on the hook. The hook is the first video, the first three seconds of the video. Focus on making it very attractive because it's what determines whether your video will go viral

[14:02] or not. How do your followers react to this video? If many people continue watching this reel and like it, they might watch the video again and again, and it will go viral on TikTok. But if they just look at the video at first glance, they'll skip it.

[14:16] this video isn't good, so he can't recommend it to other people. So, little by little, you'll experiment, see, and, God willing, you'll find the best hook. Secondly, focus on watching your competitors' videos, especially the ones that went viral. What made them go viral? You'll notice

[14:31] their hook is strong; maybe they have voiceovers, maybe they have a specific filming style. This will give you many ideas that will help you make decisions and improve the quality of your videos and content. Thirdly, try to target people in your own country. If you're in Saudi Arabia, focus on targeting people

[14:46] in Saudi Arabia. If you're in Morocco or Egypt, focus on targeting people in your own country. It's true that the Western and foreign markets are very strong, and a person might target those markets, but I've noticed that if your English isn't very good— not fluent

[15:00] like Americans or British speakers—your confidence level will often be lower compared to people who speak the language. With high fluency, and the opposite is also true. If you focus on content targeting, for example, people in Saudi Arabia, and you speak in the

[15:13] Saudi dialect, you will gain more trust from the Saudi audience compared to someone of a different nationality or country. So, gain this trust and target your own people. The fourth and final point, which I personally will start with and will do very importantly, is to film with my face on camera. Some

[15:28] people don't like to show their face or prefer not to appear and speak in front of the camera, but if I start in this field, God willing, I will show my face and speak in front of the camera because I know how much this can affect my success in marketing and commissions, and it affects the level of trust

[15:42] people have in seeing me personally. Consequently, they will trust me more than someone who doesn't show their face in front of the camera. So, it's your choice if you want to take advantage of this; it's not necessary or mandatory. But I feel, God willing, that if I follow this approach in the project, then in conclusion,

[15:55] if you wish I'll give a practical explanation of how to register on the Timo website and see how to manage marketing and commissions on the any questions or inquiries, write them in the comments section below. God willing, I'll answer everyone's questions. I would be very happy if you supported me with a like and subscribed to the channel. Thank you, thank you, thank you for watching, and I'll see you in the

[16:09] thank you for watching, and I'll see you in the next video, God willing.
