NiceDrama App Review: Can You Really Earn Money Watching Short Dramas?

[00:00] The NiceDrama app claims you can earn just  by watching short drama videos. And yes,   you can earn, but how much can you realistically  expect? And is it actually worth your time? I've   been testing it myself, and in this video, I'll  show you exactly how the earning system works,  

[00:15] how quickly the points add up, and also the  pros and the cons you should know before you   get started. In case you don't know, my name is  Mikael, and I have tested hundreds of different   ways to make money online. And today we're taking  closer look at the NiceDrama app. It's a watch to  

[00:32] earn app where you earn points for watching short  mini dramas. And I'll give you a walk through   of how everything works inside the app, share my  real experiences, testing it, and also break down   both the strengths and the limitations so you can  decide if it's a good fit for you or not. So let's  

[00:49] jump right in and start with how you actually  earn inside NiceDrama. So, just one thing before   logging in. Let's talk about who can join because  it is an app. It's available for both Android and   iOS devices. From what I've been able to find out,  you can join it from more or less all countries.  

[01:05] the App Store or Google Play Store to see if it's  available in your country. But before you do that,   please watch this full video so you know what  to expect. So, let me now log in and then we'll  

[01:18] take a closer look. So, I am now logged into the  NiceDrama app and as you can see there's a lot   of different dramas you can uh start watching  here and uh the idea is that you just click  

[01:30] it and then you watch the different episodes and  you can see also it says here earn up to $30. So,   you probably think that you can watch earn $30  here. Some of them even $31 as you can see here   just for watching it. But let's get back to that  later. Just keep that in mind now that that's what  

[01:44] it claims. So, you just choose any you just click  it and then you watch it here. And as you can see   here in the top corner, that's actually what you  need to keep an eye on because that's where you   will see that the points will add up. It's not as  such actually by watching here because I actually  

[01:58] earn now without actually watching it. And you  can see here there's a timer down here how long   that episode is. So you can just keep watching  it. I let it run in the background. The points   will add up. I would say however here that when  I first joined this icon here, it filled up a lot  

[02:13] faster. So it seems that for me anyways, I don't  know if you've tried it. Please feel free to share   your experiences below. But for me, it just seems  like it's slower and slower the more I watch. But   the idea is that then when you have some points,  you can click it to actually claim it. And you can  

[02:27] see here I need to then save 400 more. So I just  need to let it run there. And then I need to click   go and then I'll get points. But you of course  have to watch an ad. Even when you open the app,   you have to watch an ad. Also, there's a  check in. So when you want to check in here,  

[02:42] you can see then you you get some points, but you  can earn extra if you watch a video, but that's an   ad. So there are a lot of ads and they sometimes  also just pop up randomly when you're actually   watching a video there. So keep that in mind that  that's how they make money. That's how they can  

[02:59] afford to potentially pay you because there are  a lot of ads. So even if you just want to watch   these dramas here, personally, not something that  I'm really interested in to be honest. I don't   find them very interesting, but you know, again,  that's just my personal opinion. But be aware that  

[03:14] there will be a lot of ads popping up when you  claim the coins, when you're watching, when you're   checking in, even when you open the app, there  will be ads showing. But if you can accept that,   you can see the coins can add up. But what can  you do with the coins? How does this whole system  

[03:30] work? Let's also talk a little bit more about  that. So when you earn, you can see the coins   are added here. And then every 3 hours, you can  see they describe that they will automatically   be exchanged into cash and that will then go into  your cash earnings here. And there's a timer here  

[03:47] all the time that counts down. So you can see when  will it be converted again. So you don't actually   Honestly, a bit of a weird system because you have  no idea how much you will earn. And it's not that  

[04:03] there's a set value because it can vary a lot. So  sometimes you might seem like, oh, I got quite a   bit for my coins there. But then next time you  will get less. So you don't actually know how   much you will get. So I can't say that if you have  a,000 or 10,000 coins, this is how much it will be  

[04:19] because it can vary a lot. And that's something  I really don't like this lack of transparency.   I think like why even have this conversion  system? If you want to earn, why not just let   people earn and then just put it directly into the  earnings balance so you can see exactly how much  

[04:34] you earn every time you watch an ad or that's  my opinion. Often when they have these hoops,   you have to jump through like waiting time coins  that you don't know how much are worth and all   that because then you see the coins, it looks like  I have 200 coins, then suddenly I have a,000, then  

[04:48] I have 5,000. It looks like a lot, but in reality  it would be a few cents if you are lucky. So it's   a system that's just not transparent. is confusing  which means you do not necessarily notice how much  

[05:00] time you spend for how little value and that's  just something you really need to consider but   what I do like is that then you can get paid  via PayPal and it's not that there is a pay   out threshold you can see whenever it has actually  converted you can withdraw it of course it doesn't  

[05:16] make sense to cash out a few cents PayPal you  risk that PayPal will even see that as a little   bit suspicious so that's just something to keep  in mind but that's the one good thing I would say   about it that they do not have some kind of like  crazy high payout threshold, but it will really  

[05:30] take an extremely long time to earn. And speaking  of that, let's talk a little bit more about the   overall earning potential. So, as mentioned,  I think that it really takes a long time to   earn and you can see there I actually tried to  show you something here now and an ad popped up.  

[05:46] That's one of these really annoying things. So,  I will just be back when this ad is over. So,   as I was trying to say is that here on the screen,  as I showed earlier, it says earn up to $30. Earn   up to $31. So, they make it look like you can  earn a lot just by watching these videos. But,  

[06:02] as you can see, it's not as such by watching these  videos, collecting the coins. And the reality is   that is because they show all these ads. That  is what you get paid for. You do not as such get   paid for watching these short dramas. And you will  not earn $30 by watching this here. I don't know  

[06:17] where they got that number from. uh to earn $30  inside this app. I don't I can't even calculate   or imagine how long that would take. It would take  many weeks probably or months to reach that. So,  

[06:30] it for a little bit and then you will earn 30 or  $31. That's not the case. It will take a very long   time to earn anything significant here. So, keep  that in mind. In general, watching videos will  

[06:45] not earn you a lot. Even though people always ask  me how can I earn then a lot for watching videos.   There is no way to earn a lot by watching videos.  That's not how that earning method works. It can   be fun and if you find the best sites, it can be  an entertaining way to earn a bit extra, but it's  

[07:00] one of the least effective ways to earn online.  And I want to be completely clear about that. If   you see a site that promises you $1 for watching a  short video, something like that, or that you just   have to pay a big amount and then you will earn  $5 per video, things like that, you will end up  

[07:13] getting scammed. every single platform that I have  tested that promises that it ends up not paying   you or charging you and then you lose money. So  be realistic. You will not earn a lot by watching   videos. But if you really insist that you want to  use that earning method, even though it is one of  

[07:27] the least effective online, I do have a list on my  website of my favorite websites and apps where you   can actually earn by watching videos. I'll leave  a link to that below. But I would say in general   using general get paid to apps, reward apps with  other earning method that is more effective. They  

[07:43] also completely free. You can do other tasks.  You can play games. You can take paid service.   Do small social media tasks. I also do have a list  on my website of my favorite reward apps. So, I'll   leave a link to that below so you can also check  that out. Those are definitely more effective ways
