This video presents a binary options trading strategy for Pocket Option, based on just two indicators: fractal and momentum. The trader demonstrates live trades, emphasizing the importance of waiting for both signals to confirm before entering. The session ends with a claimed profit of $4,743 from an initial $852, achieved over four trades.
Uses 30-second timeframe with standard candlesticks; no Heikin-Ashi or bar charts for clarity.
Only two indicators: fractal (period 3) and momentum (period 9). Custom colors: red up arrows, green down arrows, purple line.
First trade: sell $715, 1-minute expiration. Momentum line crossing from above indicates weakening bullish momentum; red arrow confirms.
Second trade: buy $640. Price accelerates with minimal pullbacks, indicating strong buying pressure; both indicators in sync.
Third trade: buy $875. Price moves against the trader, but momentum line hasn't broken down; trader interprets as noise and waits for expiration.
Final trade: sell $2,000 after a prolonged bullish move showing exhaustion; momentum turns down and fractal prints red arrow.
Account balance grows from $852 to $4,743 in one session. Key lesson: wait for two confirmations; check momentum if price moves against you.
What timeframe is recommended for the chart setup?
30 seconds
00:23
Which two indicators are used in the strategy?
Fractal and momentum
01:04
What does the momentum line crossing downward from above indicate?
Momentum line crossing from above indicates weakening bullish momentum, signaling a potential shift lower.
02:04
Is a single indicator signal enough for a trade entry?
No, the trader never enters based on only one signal; both momentum and fractal must agree.
02:31
What should a trader do when the price moves against them during an open trade?
The trader checks momentum; if the line hasn't broken down and the signal structure remains intact, the setup is still valid and the price move is considered noise.
05:11
When are entries considered cleanest according to the strategy?
After a strong trend exhausts itself, entries provide the cleanest moves because the market is ready for a reversal.
06:49
Simple chart setup
Shows a minimalist setup with standard candlesticks and a 30-second timeframe, emphasizing simplicity for short-term trading.
00:23Two-condition confirmation
Momentum and fractal must align for a trade; this reduces false signals and is a core rule of the strategy.
02:04Distinguishing noise from reversal
Using momentum to identify if a price move is noise prevents premature exits and emotional trading.
05:11Entering after trend exhaustion
Watching for shrinking candles and slowdown after a rally helps time entries at turning points.
06:19[00:10] in a single session. Just two indicators, nothing complicated. But on the third trade, something happened that I didn't expect, and it completely changed the way I trade forever. Stay till the end, I'll show
[00:23] you everything. Let's get straight to the point and start by setting up the chart. I set the time frame to 30 seconds and use standard candlesticks. No Heikin-Ashi, no bar charts, just classic candlesticks. They're the
[00:37] classic candlesticks. They're the easiest to read on short time frames. Now, for the indicators, we'll only use two. That's extremely important. A little later, I'll explain why an overload chart isn't an advantage, it's
[00:51] a direct path to losing money, but first, let's set everything up. Open the indicators tab and select fractal and momentum. We'll set up fractal first. Set the period to three, then go to
[01:04] style settings and change the up arrow to red and the down arrow to green. Then save it. Next, momentum. Set the period to nine, choose line as the line type, set the width to two, and drag the opacity
[01:19] slider all the way to the right, and change the line color to purple. Then save it, and that's it. The chart is ready. It looks clean with very few elements, and that's exactly where the power of this setup comes from. If you
[01:35] trade on your phone, use the exact same settings. By the way, there's one important detail about using these two indicators that most traders overlook. I'll explain it during the live trades, and it will make
[01:49] a lot more sense when you see it in action. I'm watching the chart, and I spot the first solid setup. Open a sell trade for $715 with a 1-minute expiration. The first thing I always look at is
[02:04] momentum. The purple line starts crossing the gray line from above. That's a key moment. Bullish momentum is weakening. Buyers are losing control and the market is beginning to shift lower. By itself, that's not a signal. It's
[02:18] only the first condition. The second condition is fractal. I wait for a red arrow to appear above the candles. There it is. Now the picture is complete. Both tools are telling the
[02:31] same story in the same direction. That's what I call a confirmed entry. I never enter a trade based on only one signal. It took me a while to learn that lesson and a little later I'll explain what happens when you ignore that rule.
[02:48] In fact, that's exactly what changed my trading. in profit. First trade closed. Let's move on. By the way, while you're
[03:04] watching, I want to mention something important. If you want to trade with me in real time, see my entries before I take them and avoid figuring everything out on your own, join my Telegram channel. You'll find signals, copy
[03:17] trading and live interaction with the community. Spots are limited. The link is in the description below. Now let's get back to the chart. I continue watching the market and another setup appears. I open a buy trade $640 with
[03:33] 1-minute expiration. This move has a different character. The price starts accelerating gradually. No huge candles, no sudden spikes, but then the pace begins to increase. Candles keep closing higher one after another
[03:49] and the bullish structure it more and more obvious. I pay special attention to the pullbacks. There are almost none. Every attempt by the price to move lower is immediately absorbed by the next bullish
[04:02] candle. That tells me one thing. Buyers are very active and aren't allowing the market to make a proper correction. The buying pressure is strong. Both momentum and fractal are pointing upward in sync.
[04:17] When both indicators agree, the market usually agrees, too.
[04:29] And I made $588 in profit. 242, we keep going. And now comes the third trade. This is where the thing I mentioned at the beginning happened. Don't skip this part. It's important. I open a buy trade $875
[04:43] with 1-minute expiration. The setup looks clean. Candles are holding above support. Pullbacks are shallow and short-lived. And both indicators confirm and buy entry. Everything looks textbook. I enter confidently, and then
[04:58] the price suddenly moves against me. Not dramatically, but enough to get your attention. This is exactly where most traders start to panic. They watch the price move the wrong way and immediately start
[05:11] calculating the loss in their heads. I used to react the same way when I first started trading. But now, instead, I calmly look at momentum. The line hasn't broken down. It remains above its key level, and the signal structure is
[05:26] still intact as well. That tells me one thing. The setup is still valid. [music] What I'm seeing right now is just market noise. The trade stays open until expiration,
[05:38] and the market will decide the outcome. This ability, distinguishing noise from an actual reversal using momentum, is the detail that completely changed my Situations like this used to throw me off. Now, I simply wait for expiration.
[06:04] in profit, 343, and one final trade remains, and it's the biggest one of the session. Final trade of the day, I open a sell trade for $2,000 with a 1-minute expiration. After a prolonged bullish move, the
[06:19] market starts to lose momentum. The highs stop getting higher, the rally slows down, candles become less confident, and their bodies shrink. The buyers are running out of steam, then sellers begin stepping in. Candles
[06:34] close, gradually move lower, and pullbacks are no longer being bought up so quickly as before. The bearish structure develops steadily and cleanly. [music] Momentum turns downward, and the fractal prints a red arrow. Everything
[06:49] lines up. So, these are the kind of trades that often provide the cleanest and most reliable moves. Entries that come after a strong trend has exhausted itself. The market is tired of moving higher,
[07:03] and you're getting positioned for the new direction before positioned for the new direction before everyone else.
[07:16] in profit, the account balance reaches $4,743 from $852 all the way to $4,743 in a single session. Four trades, two indicators, no
[07:30] cluttered analysis. The most important lesson from this video is simple. Always wait for two confirmations, momentum [music] and fractal together. And if the price moves against you while
[07:43] the trade is open, check momentum. If the line is still holding, everything is fine. Just wait for a confirmation. These are simple rules, but they're exactly what separates consistent results from blowing up an account.
