[00:06] I'm late. Late for the Neymar auction. Let's go. Yay! Beauty. Bia is already messaging me here.

[00:24] crazy meeting. Oh, what time is it? Do you know what time you have to leave home? 6 hours. I'm in the office, it's 5:43. The auction starts at 7 AM in São Paulo. 1 hour from here.

[00:37] you think this was the place? I thought it was here. Wow, now you know it won't be No, but I looked at the... if the... is lying, I'll sue the... the... said it's 1 o'clock.

[00:52] 6 PM is going to feel like a 2- hour chat. No, hour chat. No, man, we're screwed. I man, we're screwed. I [Music]

[01:09] thing, one problem of mine, it's that I get stressed when I'm running late. I don't like being late, but I just don't learn because, like , I'm always late, and usually

[01:22] when I'm late it's not a problem, everyone else is late. It's because I take schedules seriously. Yeah, even though I make mistakes, right? I take it seriously, I worry even if I'm late. But then you get there, and the deal is scheduled for 7 o'clock

[01:34] sharp. It'll probably start at 9, but I'm here rushing to get home and take a crazy shower. I'm going to have to cram gel into my hair. My hair is long, I don't have time to cut it. To frantically slather gel into my hair. Let's hope

[01:48] everything turns out alright. [Music]

[02:02] . Excuse my language, everyone. But as for excuses, I'm not going to say " Inconsequential. Because, dude, you're in a gated community, there's a speed limit. If you don't respect that, imagine your son

[02:14] suddenly leaving home and... damn, you know? So you might be late, whatever the reason might be. Sure, if it's an environment that doesn't have that, right? Okay, great, we can speed it up. Okay , so you can

[02:28] speed up, but for example here, look, the speed limit is 30 km/h, there's even a little speed camera here too. There are kids who ride bicycles. So there I am, like a madman, speeding along

[02:41] because of my own lack of organization and poor timing. And then I go there and hurt someone because of my ignorance. I need to go upstairs to take a shower. Very fast, very fast, very fast, very

[02:54] fast, very fast. Please stay here with Mommy . are you dressed? [Music]

[03:24] It's quite high up. Uh-huh . It's over, so it's done. Okay No, okay, okay, no. This button is showing up, this white button. Well, then you have to climb higher.

[03:36] right? Then you can fix it up better for me, okay? Okay guys, we're heading to Neymar's auction now and we're running are late too. Everyone's late. Okay

[03:51] go. Anxious. First gala event after I slimmed down a bit. I'm already feeling like James Bond. Please, madam, I'm a spy, I'm going to assassinate her. Where?

[04:08] Yes, so that was the reason. Go. Be Go. Be careful that he doesn't stay in the "Pull careful that he doesn't stay in the "Pull here" position. Let's go. Oh, that little hand!

[04:23] But after putting on that outfit, the guy looks like he's wearing armor, right? Do you know who Thiago Fint is? I used to think he looked like a wax figure, that he was handsome and all, but now I understand his personality. It's because it's

[04:38] difficult to walk in, even though it's a top-quality outfit made by John Esperandino. used to it, right? I'm not used to it. I was very chubby. Now I can finally use it without sweating 2 liters per second. I'll

[04:58] see you guys later. Keep following along, I'll try to record it there with my cell phone.

[05:15] night of dreams to be fulfilled here, right? Both the people here and the... Look, right? Both the people here and the... Look, the vlogs are wonderful. I just had

[05:30] I confess to you all that I was lying down, tired, with a headache, feeling a bit out of sorts , and a stomach ache. He has a bit of a runny nose, not a cold, but he's feeling kind of messed up, a bit nauseous. And then, obviously, I took a hot shower too, got up, it makes all the

[05:46] Oops. Then I did the Kiro at zero. It's zeroed out. I swear to you guys, this is crazy. I've been zeroed out. I swear to you guys, this is crazy. I've been doing kiro there with Té for many years. And the

[06:00] exciting news is that we're now partners, and we're going to revolutionize chiropractic not only in Brazil but in the world, right? That's right, you can be absolutely sure of that. And then I'll record it there in the next episode. Come on, you're going to see our office being

[06:14] renovated now, the next step towards the success we're going to bring to everyone. There's news. That's it . And you too, if you're from or near São Paulo, or if you're traveling and in São Paulo and want to

[06:28] get real chiropractic care—because there are two different things, real Kira or real Kiro. Some people are saying it's Kiro, and others are saying it's not, right? So you're come with us. And the guy is really good.

[06:42] And another thing to talk about, huh? Look at this one! What a blessed day to celebrate our partnership this afternoon. [Music] Look at this,

[06:54] we'll start seeing him more and more, I'll go there and so on, now he's a partner, right? You have to work, right? Let's get to work. Let's get to work. It cost. It cost. He spoke. Let's go

[07:06] . You fixed the problem there, didn't you? Ber is going to make me spend 100,000 a day, right? Mother's daughter. Go ahead, you're going to have to ask him to slow down, you'll see?

[07:21] Ah, I trust him, I trust his part and I'll trust mine too, and I think it's going to be good. Man, it makes a huge difference. So, let's then. It's closed.

[07:42] She is beautiful. But this way, it's only for four people at most. I didn't catch Yes, but that was exactly it. Four. Four people indeed. Then we'll go there to see, so I can see if I need to make any observations. There's

[07:56] anymore, because the foundation is already being built. And Isaac and Elizabeth, come here, because the foundation is already being built the way you want to boo. Okay, I understand. Ah, then

[08:09] that door will do. You're going out, you're going into the sauna. As soon as I leave through that door, I'll go into the sauna. love you. Goodbye. Goodbye.

[08:26] Binex cap. Binary class, t-shirt back here, look. Binary class, t-shirt back here, look. Focus on the process there. Here, look. Sneakers, Yes, that 's great.

[08:40] work out at the gym in my building, but today I wanted to train at Aeronberg because of the atmosphere, it's a different environment. And for those who don't know, I've lost a ton of weight in the

[08:54] last year thanks to weight training. It wasn't cardio, it thanks to weight training. It wasn't cardio, it wasn't dieting, it was nutritional re-education, obviously, but mainly weight training, supplementation,

[09:07] weight training, supplementation, and healthier habits. However, for the past week or two, to be honest, I did train, but I only trained one or two days a week, and I was

[09:20] training every day. The physique shrank a bit, but it didn't make much of a difference. Yes, I also gained a little weight on the scale , probably fat and not muscle, obviously. But what really gets me

[09:35] is the willingness. Training is very beneficial. It's very good for the mind, very good for the body. So I was already kind of upset that I wasn't able to upset that I wasn't able to train.

[09:49] And that's it . The traffic light is green. I'm wearing my Later you'll see it at the gym, you'll get a better look at the outfit. Even the sneakers are white and green, the car also has green details, and the profit in the pocket

[10:04] that those who join the binary class will have is also green. So, if you're not yet a is also green. So, if you're not yet a student in my 100% free course, which also includes a live trading room with live content, just go to the

[10:17] my Instagram. By the way, if you're not following me on Instagram, you're crazy, follow @binnerclass.com.br Okay, we're arriving at the gym, there was terrible traffic. Let's go, today's workout is going

[10:32] traffic. Let's go, today's workout is going to be awesome!

[10:51] Well, you have to be careful not to confuse the two, right? Time to go home. It's exactly the same. I even think about who it belongs to. I think it's by Paulo

[11:05] I even think about who it belongs to. I think it's by Paulo Bira.

[11:32] Three mediocre ones there. My wrist hurts here. My wrist hurts. I want to push myself so things don't get worse and stuff.

[12:06] few days, as I said before, since I'd trained. We did back, chest, then back to back, then biceps, triceps, and that was it. But here I'm going to try to get it going here , see? No big

[12:21] Let's see what happens. Want to take a little drink here

[13:25] gained weight here or are you still skinny? Oh, it's already 32. 32, that little creature is but increase the intensity and you can handle more. Increase it by one more.

[13:57] It looks like you've shat yourself. Training session finished, heading home now. Training session finished, heading home now. Seestou. Today I'm going to eat some sushi Seestou. Today I'm going to eat some sushi or a snack, because, you

[14:09] or a snack, because, you know how it is, right? Nobody is made of steel. Let's know how it is, right? Nobody is made of steel. Let's go.

[14:42] here to talk to you about something that, wow, life has changed a lot recently. I always dreamed of owning a car like this,

[14:55] but I didn't just dream about it, I said it and decided, I'm going to own a Mercedes G63. Today I have it. I'm saying goodbye to the Mercedes G63 now, okay? And I already have the

[15:07] money to buy it, but I always like to buy things when I reach certain goals. And besides that, I don't just have goals related to doing things, but also just have goals related to doing things, but also financial goals, okay? And here I am, AMG

[15:21] GM63. And I'm making this video to say that this coming year, 2023, I'm going to fulfill my dream and I'm going to buy one of these. This one was rented for a few days, but I'm going to buy one of these to be my own whenever I

[15:35] want. Beauty? So I'm here sharing this moment that I'm setting in motion sharing this moment that I'm setting in motion . I just logged in, it won't be long now . I just logged in, it won't be long now , just a few months. AND

[15:47] , I used to say I wanted to own a Rolex. Today I have it. The Demar Pig, which is this other watch here, is a little more expensive than a Rolex. I already have it. Patc Felipe. I had some left over a few days after I

[16:00] bought it, and ended up selling it. I am very grateful because God has truly been faithful in those things that I said I would achieve. Not because would achieve. Not because God gave it to me, but because I managed to

[16:13] stay focused. I often stumbled, but the most interesting thing is that I managed to overcome the obstacles. And no matter how difficult it seemed, no matter how distant it seemed, I always managed to find a

[16:27] way to solve it. And for those who don't know, I used to be an atheist. Today I am a Christian. I didn't want to have a child. Today I already have three children. I got rich very quickly. Then I lost everything. I gained over 40 kg, accumulated over R$ 100,000 in debt,

[16:41] 40 kg, accumulated over R$ 100,000 in debt, and managed to get out of it. And today, what , which was R$1 million in total, was my life goal. Today I make more than that per month. And I have a fortune that I never imagined I would be able to

[16:54] acquire. Obviously I would say, "I'm going to get rich," but I had never determined, "Oh, I want to have this amount of money in my account." This has been happening for quite some time now, right? I have a specific number in mind , but not before; I just wanted to be rich

[17:08] , to have financial freedom. And it turns out things have been evolving life, you know? Very interesting indeed. I confess to you, especially regarding my physique and weight loss, that I've always been

[17:24] chubby. There was a time when I managed to do a really crazy diet and lost a lot of weight in two months, but then it all came back and I hadn't created new habits. It was just two months of torture, following a very crazy diet.

[17:38] Man, this time it's different from all the other times, because I've been consistent with my training at the gym for over a year now. I fell in love with training. And now I'm doing boxing

[17:51] too, as you've probably seen in other videos. And the person's self-esteem improves significantly. Wow, did you guys see in the video, me in a tuxedo, all dressed up at Neymar's party?

[18:05] I used to think it was beautiful, I always thought that type of clothing was cool, but I felt really strange when I looked at myself wearing the clothes and they were way too big, you know? To give you an idea, when I used to

[18:18] travel to places like Dubai, Paris, and the United States, I would often get annoyed take my picture, even if she took a good one, because I would say, "Oh, take photos." But deep down I was angry about how I looked in that photo.

[18:35] way you like today. I look at it and say, "Wow, I didn't fall. Wow, this photo turned out great. skinny. Look, look at that big smile, I even got veneers on my teeth." So it was even got veneers on my teeth." So it was a process that happened gradually, and it

[18:48] greatly improves self-esteem. I thought I was doing well when I was very overweight, and many times I was focused, dedicated, concentrated, and concentrating on the process, but without worrying about that aspect of health, you know, and aesthetics

[19:03] results, for example, I recently dropped below 100 kg, right? And that's a result that I look at and say, "Wow, I've had money since I was 18 I became a millionaire. But since then, something really

[19:20] depressed and gained weight, and now I've finally managed to lose weight, get below 100 kg, build more muscle mass, get into the habit of training, and improve my since I last drank soda, for example. I hardly drink anything either.

[19:35] Even when I was a little overweight, many of my tests came back good, but there were still several that were just so- so, and now it's even better. So, the focus on the process that I talk about so much on my Instagram, and

[19:49] to my followers, makes perfect sense, because focusing on the process means not simply thinking about the result you want. Obviously, when you start something, you're thinking about what will happen later on. I

[20:03] want to lose weight, I want to look better, so I can look in the mirror and say, 'Wow, I look great.'" However, every other time I had tried, I kept wanting to see results all the time, immediate results.

[20:17] do in our lives involves micro-resolutions. And when you just look and visualize, you focus too much on the end result, you can't enjoy these micro-results. And this last time was different from

[20:31] all the others, I managed not to focus on the result but to focus on the process, to fall in love with training, with studying. I started studying, I started watching many, many, many classes on YouTube, many videos on YouTube,

[20:44] train better. I've truly made it a priority in my life, and I often say that when you really want something , you have to go after it until you want this, I want that, I want this." But how many times in your life have

[20:59] gotten it? Your brain is already used to it when you say you want something and you can't gosh, I've wanted that toy car on the shelf, but you're not going to have it. I not going to be available. So stop saying that you want it. Start by saying that you

[21:14] really want it, just to change that mindset . And besides that, there's another topic for another video, for another day, which is the Omega Method. This weight loss process also started when I learned the Omega method and

[21:27] began implementing it. This has changed my life quite a bit in many ways as well. So, during this weight loss process, I started to truly focus on the process and enjoy the micro-refreshments. It's a day when I gain more

[21:40] strength, then a vein pops out, then a muscle looks different, then there's a change in weight on the scale. And as incredible as it may seem , I didn't diet. I managed to overcome obesity without dieting. What I did was a dietary re-education.

[21:55] halfway through this journey, which made all the difference. However, what many consider a diet, because I can eat well, right? He put, man, a

[22:07] bunch of options there like, "Oh, a quick getaway, I want to grab a snack, some sushi." Even though I didn't follow it perfectly, the result has already come. If would be better off. But I have a certain profile; I'm the kind of person who

[22:22] , if I try to have a strict diet and follow it perfectly, even if it has those easier options , I still end up what I started doing when I ate a little more junk food, when

[22:37] I strayed a bit from my diet, was to train more. Then I installed boxing, did a lot of things to reshape my life, and the results came. So I overcame and the results came. So I overcame depression, I overcame obesity, I overcame

[22:50] depression, I overcame obesity, I overcame debt, I overcame atheism, I overcame my block about fatherhood, not wanting to have children. And there's still a lot I'm going to overcome. But all of this was only possible, thanks to God, thanks to

[23:02] my wife, thanks to my parents, thanks to my family, to my children who also motivated me, and thanks to myself, right? As Snoop Dogg would say, if I'm not mistaken, when he went up to the Grammys, he grabbed the microphone and

[23:16] said, "First of all, I want to thank myself." I don't know if it thank myself." I don't know if it was Snoop Dogg or not, right? Snoop. Finally, I also want to thank myself for going all the way to the end, and in reality,

[23:28] it's only the beginning, and the end is a thousand times better than the beginning. So I recommend that you focus on the process, on everything in your lives. Focus on the process; the result will follow. Always remember this. So that's it, I hope

[23:43] little more of my routine and I also hope you were inspired by what I just said, because I'm not saying this to brag or to sell you something, to convince you to do something. I'm just

[23:56] telling you that if you focus on the process, that's what I want to convince you of, to no use saying, "Oh, I'm focused on the process, okay? What are you doing?" Ah, I'm focusing on the process, eating just a little less, I

[24:08] doing this, I'm not doing that. Ah, in the financial area, the focus is on the process. Ah, what is the process? Wow, I'm here under CLT (Brazilian labor law), in my position, I need to promoted, eventually an opportunity will arise . Of course. You have to

[24:22] understand? Luck only comes to those who prepare yourself, and no skill, nothing you do in your life will be in vain. Sometimes you won't use it in the

[24:34] short term, but in the medium to long term you will. One thing that was a this with all the pride in the world and without any fear of saying it, was when educational content. That was another turning point in my life. And it's something I

[24:49] here, I'm teaching. I'm not charging anything, but I'm teaching. And the big turning point that happened to me was that, from the day I decided to start the first group of my intensive training, I stayed up all night and said, "I'm going to do it." And then

[25:04] one night I bought the domain, made the website, edited my website, do there, I already knew how to produce content, I already knew how to produce videos. Why? Because many years ago I had a YouTube channel about video games. Many

[25:18] years ago I was already building websites, I had a blog, I even completed a technical high school degree in IT, but even before that technical high school degree in IT, I already knew how to build websites. In other words, n't be useful in my life developed skills within me, and

[25:33] those skills have brought me to where I am today. And there are seven key skills that I'll leave Leave your answer in the comments, and we'll see who guesses correctly . I already said this once

[25:49] I want to see who will remember. First thing, creativity. Second thing, courage. Thirdly, communication. Fourth thing, consistency. Another one that is extremely important is what?

[26:05] Christ, or if you don't believe in Jesus, but have faith nonetheless. You need to have a belief. A person who believes in nothing, doesn't even believe in themselves. So you have to believe in something. I believe in what I believe. You can

[26:19] believe whatever you want. Universe, beauty, but you know, there's a belief system, and it's better to follow a belief system that has an instruction manual, especially one that's been around for so long . That's why I became a Christian. What are the

[26:36] other two? The other two CS. I want to see who's going to know. Comment below. We're in this together. Leave a like and subscribe to the channel. I'll see you in the next subscribe to the channel. I'll see you in the next video.
