[14:58] dark past. I think it's obvious, but I said it anyway. Konstantin Shakht, 53, a former police officer from St. Petersburg, formerly Ipatov, and even earlier an employee of the homicide investigation department. Then an arrest in

[15:12] 2007 with a large batch of drugs. He was sentenced to 15 years, of which he served 12, was released, and tried to get into real estate, but was unsuccessful. And then
