Romanowsky Roulette Strategy Explained and Tested

[02:38] strategic numbers from the first dozen. The only numbers that escape us without coverage are exactly five: 0, 1, 4, 9, and 12. And now let's turn and see what happens. As you can see, we've won, and I think it's time to
