"Delivers a solid framework for AI-driven e-commerce, but the title oversells 'easiest' and '€300/day' with a heavy pitch for a private video."

AI Summary

The video presents a framework for making money with artificial intelligence, emphasizing efficiency over hard work. The speaker, Jesús Orozco, argues that AI is a powerful lever that allows individuals to compete with large companies, and he outlines a three-step system (identify, synthesize, launch) for building a scalable, low-risk e-commerce business. He also discusses the importance of mindset and the psychology of money.

[00:02]
The 'Lazy' Approach to Making Money

The speaker reframes 'lazy' as 'efficient', arguing that the richest people work smarter, not harder. He shares his own story of earning €600/month selling iPhone cases and being called lazy, but he saw it as efficiency.

[01:10]
Why Most Business Models Fail for Beginners

Many beginners fail because they are sold on models like dropshipping or Amazon that are not suited for them. These models have high competition, low margins, and no brand ownership, making it impossible for a solo beginner to win.

[02:29]
Definition of 'Lazy' in This Context

The speaker clarifies that 'lazy' does not mean doing nothing; it means being efficient. He emphasizes that hard work alone does not make you rich, but leverage multiplies your efforts. AI is the greatest lever available today.

[03:53]
The Psychology of Money

The speaker stresses that your relationship with money, formed in childhood, determines your financial success. He mentions a private video on this topic, available via his Instagram, where he explains how to apply the psychology of money.

[04:45]
AI is a Lever, Not a Tool

AI is not a business in itself; it is a lever that amplifies your efforts. Just like the internet, AI alone does not make you rich. You need the right vehicle (business model) to apply it to.

[06:07]
The Three Filters of the Lazy Model

The speaker introduces three filters to evaluate business models: scalability (can you earn more without working more?), risk (low initial capital), and reward (high ceiling). All three must be present for a beginner-friendly model.

[07:25]
Why Dropshipping and Amazon Fail the Filters

Dropshipping has medium scalability, high risk, and low reward due to ad costs and competition. Amazon is worse because you have no brand or customer ownership. SaaS has high scalability but high risk and low cash flow initially.

[08:30]
The Winning Model: E-commerce with AI

The model that passes all three filters is e-commerce with AI. It has extremely high scalability, low risk (low startup cost), and high reward potential. The speaker compares it to a game where you can press a button repeatedly until you win, because the only way to lose is to stop.

[09:00]
Why This Works Now (2026)

14 years ago, setting up an e-commerce store cost thousands of euros and required a team. Today, AI tools like Make.com, Canva AI, Level Labs, and Opus Clip allow a single person to do the work of a team for €20-100/month.

[10:15]
You Don't Need to Be an Expert

AI can gather all the information you need about a niche, acting as an expert consultant. The speaker mentions their own AI, EVA, trained on years of e-commerce knowledge.

[11:21]
Personal Brand is Optional

You don't need to show your face to succeed. The speaker cites clients who earn millions without personal branding. However, if you do expose yourself, it can multiply your results.

[12:12]
Use Specialized AI Tools

General AI is mediocre; specialized tools are better. For example, Nano Banana 2 for hyper-realistic photos, Claude for copywriting, and Level Labs for voiceovers. Using the right tool for each task is crucial.

[13:19]
The Three-Step System: Identify, Synthesize, Launch

Step 1: Identify a specific niche (e.g., knee rehab for 50-year-old marathon runners) to reduce competition. Step 2: Use AI to synthesize a market dossier. Step 3: Launch quickly, even if imperfect, and learn from real sales.

[14:50]
Distribution Over Selling

Instead of selling (convincing people), focus on distribution (putting your product in front of people who already want to buy). Organic content is a powerful distribution method that doesn't require ad spend.

[15:44]
Call to Action

The speaker urges viewers to stop consuming information and start applying. He offers a private video on the psychology of money via his Instagram (@jesusorozcomo) by sending the word 'video'.

The video provides a practical framework for leveraging AI to build a scalable e-commerce business, emphasizing efficiency, niche specificity, and rapid iteration. The key takeaway is to start applying the system immediately rather than waiting for perfection.

Tutorial Checklist

1 13:19 Identify a specific niche by going down two levels from a broad market (e.g., not 'fitness' but 'knee rehabilitation for 50-year-old marathon runners').
2 14:00 Use AI to synthesize a market dossier: audience, problems, existing solutions, gaps, and untapped angles.
3 14:24 Launch quickly with minimal viable product, using organic content and direct messages for distribution, and iterate based on real feedback.

[00:02] what I was going to talk about, I couldn't because until 3 years ago putting the words "make money" and "be lazy" together in the same sentence was considered disrespectful. teach you. What has happened during this time is very serious. For the first time in

[00:15] home with a laptop has access to the same lever that companies years. And that lever is called artificial intelligence. But let me warn you about one thing before you get too excited: opening Clot GPT or Gemini and starting to

[00:30] That's the same as getting behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car without having obtained your the tool is, if you don't know how to drive it, you'll crash on the first show you the laziest ways that exist right now to make money. And by the

[00:44] also called lazy when I was younger. I earned €600 a month in selling iPhone cases, and almost everyone around me called me lazy, but I never took it as an insult. I experienced it as being efficient, being

[00:57] smarter. If you have a competitive advantage in front of you, it would be stupid not to use it. And that's exactly what got me out of that store. Today I manage a of euros a year, and it doesn't matter if you want €30 a day, €300 a day, or

[01:10] same. I'm going to show you how it's done. You have probably tried three, four, five business models in recent years and failed with all of them. It's This didn't happen because you're stupid. It's not because you lack ambition, it's not

[01:22] happened to you is that someone sold you on the idea that dropshipping was for you, that selling on Amazon was for you, that creating an app or software was for you, and none of those things were for you at the time you were in. I see it

[01:36] consulting firm who have spent thousands of euros on Amazon courses or dropshipping thinking that was the way and have spent months testing time. And they burn out because they don't get anywhere . And then I explain

[01:50] are nobody's number one customer. Your competition consists of people with industrial facilities who are testing 15 or 30 products a day. It's impossible for you to win that game alone. And don't think that selling on Amazon is better, in fact it's

[02:03] worse, because you have nothing. The brand is n't yours, the customer isn't yours, and if Amazon decides to close your account, you'll be left with nothing . You have nothing that is sold you a model that is not your size. You wear a size S and they

[02:16] model isn't your size, it doesn't matter how good it is or how hard you . The problem isn't you, it's that that model was never for you. We're going to sort something out because it's very important. When I say lazy in this

[02:29] video, I'm not saying lying on the couch waiting for money to fall from the that, leave now, because that doesn't exist. When I say lazy, I mean efficient. The richest people I know are not the ones who work the most hours, they are the ones who

[02:42] think best, they are the ones who look at a problem and ask themselves, what is the fastest, simplest and cheapest way to solve this? And then move on to the next one. That's what many people get trapped, because they're led to believe

[02:56] break your back, that you have to sleep 3 hours and you have to sacrifice everything. And if working 80 hours a week were the formula for getting rich, the nurses, teachers, and construction workers. And they are not. They work harder than

[03:10] ends meet. Something doesn't add up. What does make sense is that hard work adds up, but leverage multiplies it. One hour of your effort in the normal way gives you one hour of results. One hour of your time using leverage can give you the

[03:25] equivalent of 30 hours of work from another person. And the greatest lever artificial intelligence. What has changed in the last 2 years is that this leverage was previously only available to companies with a lot of money. Today it is within reach of

[03:39] internet connection. And pay close attention because if you don't adopt it now, opportunity in years. Now , everything I've told you so far has a deeper root that almost no one touches on: your psychology

[03:53] choose the right business model, you can have the right leverage, you well and still continue to sabotage yourself, because your relationship with money, the one you've carried since childhood without realizing it, decides everything you're going to do with it.

[04:07] That's why a few months ago I recorded a private video where for the first time [music] I find it on YouTube, it's not on any of my social media, and it's not for sale; only some of my clients and a few other people have it. In

[04:19] that video I explain how I understand the psychology of money after 14 years you chase money, the further it gets . And why will a good business model never work within a bad mind ? So, if you want

[04:32] that video, go to my Instagram account, Jesús Orozco Mo, and send me the word "video" in a direct message and I'll send it to you. And now let's go for the I want to clear up an idea before we continue because many people are

[04:45] hearing about AI all day long and think that the business is AI, that because AI exists you will automatically make money [music] and it's not exactly like that. even if you don't realize it. When your phone corrects a misspelled word

[04:58] suggests a shorter route because there's a traffic jam on the other one, that [music] is song you didn't know and when you listen to it you turn out to love it, that's AI. You've been living with her for years and you didn't even realize it. AI is a lever,

[05:13] not a tool. What you do with that lever is what makes or breaks your money. It's exactly the same thing that happened with the internet. The internet doesn't make you rich just setting up a business on the internet. Well, it 's the same with AI. Being alive doesn't make you rich

[05:26] rich is choosing the right vehicle and putting the top on it. And here's the vehicle? Because if you select the wrong vehicle, it doesn't matter which lever you use. It's like trying to push a shopping cart on a

[05:40] Ferrari engine under your arm, it won't do you any good . You'd have to start with the right car. So, the question is no longer , "Do I use AI or not?" The real question is, what business meets the conditions to

[05:53] truly multiply when AI is implemented? And to answer that we need a filter. We need an objective way to compare business models without use an idea I learned from Charlie Manguer, Warren Buffett's partner.

[06:07] simple concept. If you want to know how to succeed, first define how to fail and then don't do that, reverse the problem. Let's take a look. What would be the someone who is just starting out? Well, one that does n't have scalability, meaning you

[06:22] have to work twice as hard to earn twice as much, that requires a very large initial capital, that has a lot of risk, and that when you succeed the opportunity to earn a lot of money is low. I have summarized it in three filters that have to happen at the same

[06:34] time. All three must happen, and I call them the filters of the lazy model. question you have to ask yourself is, can you earn more money without having to work more? Imagine you open a bakery and to serve twice as many

[06:47] customers you need twice as many ovens, twice as much flour, and twice as many staff. That's not scalable. Now imagine the bakery next door where the dough doubles itself in a magic recipe and with the same

[06:59] ingredients you can feed either 100 or 10,000 people. Which of the two bakeries would you prefer? The second filter is risk. When you're starting out, the last thing you can afford is for a business to ask you for €20,000 to get started.

[07:11] loan, you've failed before you've even started. The price of making a mistake is If everything goes well, how far can you go? There are models where even if you succeed, the ceiling is €2,000 per month and that's it. And there are others where, if you

[07:25] get it right, there's no limit, and you want to be in the second group. We're going to put the see why most of them fail. Dropshipping has medium scalability because you constantly depend on your campaigns working, but it has high risk

[07:38] burn out in weeks and a competitor can appear and copy your entire store in two afternoons. Low reward, because when you deduct the actual cost of the , returns, and commissions, the margins are ridiculous. People

[07:52] show Shopify screenshots of 3 million in revenue, but they forget to tell you [music] that for those 3 million, 2.5 million were spent on ads and another part on logistics. The net is very different from the catch. All three filters are failing. Sell

[08:04] on Amazon. Same problem and worse: you have no brand, no customers, nothing. You're a tenant in Amazon's house. The day the rules change, you'll be out on the street. SAS or a software as a business. Scalability

[08:16] entry risk is enormous and these are businesses that don't generate cash at the long-term asset, but not as a vehicle to start with. And then there's the model that does pass all three filters. Extremely high scalability, low risk if you

[08:30] going to explain to you right now. I want you to imagine something. Imagine a game where you put in a coin, press a button, and if it turns green you win, the coin and you press again, you don't lose and you can press as many times

[08:45] that button? As many as it takes until it comes out green, right? Because the only way to lose is to stop squeezing. It is mathematically impossible for you to lose if you keep playing, because e-commerce with artificial intelligence today in 2026 is

[09:00] explain why. Because it wasn't 14 years ago . I set up my first room at my parents' house in a village in Toledo, racking my brain for months trying to decide what I was going to sell. When I finally chose, I

[09:13] make the website, a photographer to take the photos, a copywriter to write the texts for me, and I spent almost €10,000 and hadn't sold a single euro yet. Every coin I put into that game was costing me thousands of

[09:26] euros, and when it came out red it hurt a lot, but today all that cost has been reduced. AI allows a single person to do in an afternoon what a team of five or six people used to do for months. And for a fraction of the price, for €20 or

[09:39] €100 a month, you get all the tools and access to a whole team. Make.com automates processes, Canva AI provides the creatives, Level Labs provides the voices, Opus Clip cuts the content, and many more are

[09:51] coming out every week. And if I had had what you have today 14 years ago when I started, instead of four failed stores, I would have set up one that generated €2,000 a month in 30 days. And it makes me angry, I confess. It makes me

[10:03] angry to think about the years I lost, the money I threw away, the tests I couldn't do because each test cost me an arm and a leg. And you don't have that problem today. You can put the coin in, press the button, see what happens, and if it comes out

[10:15] barrier was the money you had to start with. Now the only barrier is understand why. And you don't need to be an expert in what you sell. believing when I tell them. And the fact is that today you do n't need to be an expert in what you're going to

[10:30] sell. AI is the expert. And this was previously unthinkable. [music] Before, if cosmetics brand, you had to be a cosmetologist. If you wanted to start a fashion brand, you had to understand fashion, pattern making, fabrics, and suppliers. And

[10:42] if not, you couldn't. Today, AI can gather all that information from around the world for you in minutes. It cross-references studies, books, blogs, articles, and data, giving you a

[10:54] consulting firms. In consulting. For example, we have our own AI called EVA E-commerce Virtual Assistant, which we have trained with all the knowledge we have generated in almost a decade working with thousands of

[11:07] asks Eva how to launch a product, they don't get a generic AI answer that they've that has experienced hundreds of huge advantage. And then there's the other side, which is that you don't have to

[11:21] people put themselves out there, show their faces, and build a personal brand, because it's one But I have clients who don't expose themselves, who don't want to, and they still work the same. I have founders, two people, and they have a turnover of 5 million euros a year with a

[11:34] net profit of 1 million. They outsource or automate everything else, and nobody knows who they are. Your brand doesn't need your face to sell. In the end, the want to associate your face with the company. However, if you decide

[11:46] to expose yourself, you multiply the consequences. This fits with something that is already happening even in giant companies. Toby Lutke, the CEO of Shopify, said not long ago that his company doesn't hire anyone new unless it has been proven that AI

[11:58] Shopify, a $200 billion company . Imagine what that means However, not all SIAs are the same, and this is where many people get confused. They think that by opening a GPT chat and writing a few things they already have the solution and you don't

[12:12] for each task. Imagine I tell you to open a can. If I give you a can opener , you can do it in 2 seconds. If I give you a kitchen knife, you open it, but you might still open it, but it might take you half an hour and half the food will fall to the ground.

[12:26] All three tools are tools. All three can open the can, but only same thing happens with artificial intelligence. A general artificial intelligence can solve any problem for you in a mediocre way. A specialist can solve

[12:38] good way. And when you're setting up an e-commerce site, you need to use the specific tools for each part of the process. For example, to create specialized tools like Nano Banana 2, which makes hyper-realistic photos

[12:51] write your website texts, you have tools like cloud, which copy your brand's tone and nail the texts for you in minutes. And to make videos for generate voices like Eleevel Laabs that put together sequences and leave you with the real thing

[13:04] The question is not whether I use AI. The question is whether I'm using AI in the hand. If the answer is no, it will take you 10 times longer and you will get a vehicle, you have the tools. Now let's go to the system. Three [music]

[13:19] steps. Identify, synthesize, and launch. Step one, identify. The mistake that 90% of people starting out make is choosing a saturated niche. You want to set up a productivity brand, a fitness brand, a generic cosmetics brand

[13:31] , and you enter a market where there are 5,000 other brands fighting tooth and nail. [music] What you have to do is go down two levels. It's not fitness, but knee rehabilitation for 50-year-old marathon runners. It's not about

[13:44] productivity, it's about concentration for self-employed people who work from home and have young children. The more specific you are, the less competition there is, and the more find exactly what you offer. That concreteness is what makes you earn a

[13:58] [music] This is where artificial intelligence comes in . Previously, to understand a Today you hand the niche over to artificial intelligence and in an afternoon you have the dossier that a consultant would charge you €5000 for. What is the audience like?

[14:12] What problems are you having? What solutions already exist? Where are the gaps? And what angles are not being worked on? Step three, throw. [music] And this is where most people get stuck. They want the perfect website, the perfect photos, the

[14:24] start selling, and they get stuck there, never launching. I'm going to named Victor, did. Victor joined a few have much money, he had practically nothing. All it had

[14:37] was a seed launching system supported by artificial intelligence. €0 in advertising, only direct messages and organic content. Do you know what happened? It billed its first €11,100 in 16 days. The rule you have to follow is to throw

[14:50] learn more in one week selling than in six months [music] preparing to sell. And today, with AI, you can do that without spending money or dying in the attempt. One the things that most people don't understand. You don't have to sell, you

[15:04] have to distribute. Selling is very different from going door to door with the product trying to convince someone. Distributing is putting your product in front of people who already have their hands raised, wanting to buy. If you think about it

[15:18] call your house to sell you cereal. He puts the cereals in the supermarket distribution. [music] In e-commerce with distribution method that is working and that does not require you to pay for advertising at the

[15:31] organic content. I have a cosmetics company founder who didn't spend [music] 5 years only organic content. As a result, when he finally decided to scale even further with ads,

[15:44] his acquisition costs were ridiculously low, because his ads already looked like WhatsApp messages to a friend. That authenticity cannot be starting today. One is to keep consuming videos, filling yourself with information that you

[15:57] perfect day to arrive, and that day will never come. The other option is to take what I've told you , start applying it from today, and in 6 months be somewhere else. go to my Instagram account, Jesús Ozco Mo, and send me the word video via direct message

[16:12] . I'm going to give you access to a private video where I explain how to apply the psychology of money. Go for it, bro.
