AI Summary

This video ranks 22 protein powder brands into five tiers based on taste, mixability, protein percentage, and value. The creator shares personal experiences and recommendations, highlighting top performers and products to avoid.

[00:51]
Tier System Explained

Five tiers: King of Gains (best), Protein Paradise (excellent), Middle of the Way (reliable), Rough Reps (flawed), Hang Up the Scooper (avoid).

[02:35]
Ghost Whey – Middle of the Way

Great taste (collaborations like Chips Ahoy) but high cost ($1.73/serving) and subpar protein percentage (~75%).

[04:21]
Transparent Labs – King of Gains

93% protein per scoop, 8–10 flavors, $1.73–$2/serving. Excellent all-around quality.

[12:03]
PE Science Select – King of Gains

Versatile blend of whey isolate and casein, 85–90% protein, $1.15–$1.48/serving, great taste and mixability.

[18:49]
GNC Whey ISO Burst – Hang Up the Scooper

Misleading label: 40g protein per serving actually requires 2 scoops (20g each). Cost $3.10/serving, poor value.

[20:07]
Muscle Milk – Hang Up the Scooper

Only 45% calories from protein, 20g carbs per scoop, better as meal replacement. Not a true protein powder.

[00:00] today we are going to go over the

[00:01] ultimate protein powder tier list we are

[00:04] going to be ranking and comparing 22

[00:07] different brands I have 90 to 95% of

[00:09] them with me here I have tried all of

[00:12] them there may be a few that I do not

[00:14] have but you guys can always check out

[00:16] the full article and blog we will also

[00:19] put down links in the description box

[00:22] and in the pin comment where to find all

[00:24] these products if you guys want to

[00:25] purchase any of these products we'll

[00:27] probably have a discount code or just a

[00:29] way to save some money in general so

[00:31] make sure you guys check it out at the

[00:32] end of this video without further Ado

[00:35] let's get started I love these types of

[00:37] videos it'll be a little longer but very

[00:39] very informative and fun that's the most

[00:41] important thing here guys we are going

[00:43] to be ranking protein powder so let's

[00:45] get started we're going to be going over

[00:47] the five different tiers or categories

[00:50] the first one as you guys can see is

[00:52] king of gangs this is the best of the

[00:55] best unmatched in their quality and

[00:57] Effectiveness these products rank highly

[00:59] in every category taste mixability

[01:01] protein percentage transparency you name

[01:04] it this is the best of the best protein

[01:06] Paradise the second tier they're

[01:07] excellent proteins at the end of the day

[01:09] they mix well they taste good they

[01:10] support your fitness goals they could

[01:12] have some improvements but great

[01:13] purchases at the end of the day Middle

[01:15] Ground of protein powders these products

[01:17] are reliable they do their job without

[01:19] any fuss they may not blow every

[01:21] category out of the water but they are

[01:23] Dependable for regular use fourth place

[01:26] is rough reps this tier includes protein

[01:28] powders that are good but definitely

[01:30] fall short in a few or most categories

[01:32] they require a bit more effort to enjoy

[01:34] it may be a little harder to incorporate

[01:36] in your daily life or your routine I

[01:38] would likely avoid these products unless

[01:41] there is a very specific use for taking

[01:43] it we have hang up the scooper it's the

[01:46] bottom of the bottom probably some

[01:47] proteins you want to avoid there's going

[01:50] to be a lot of drawbacks when it comes

[01:51] to the hang up the scooper so without

[01:52] further Ado let's get started now let's

[01:56] get started with ranking all 22 protein

[01:59] powders I'm not going to be as

[02:00] informative as I usually am when it

[02:03] comes to the specific review videos

[02:04] you've seen on the channel when I

[02:06] dedicate one product for one review

[02:08] YouTube video going over the carbs the

[02:10] fats the proteins who I recommend taking

[02:12] it who I recommend not taking it things

[02:14] I like things I don't this is going to

[02:15] be personally speaking how I think the

[02:18] protein is for myself and what I can

[02:21] recommend for you guys less informative

[02:23] on specific scientific stuff but more

[02:26] getting to the point and just giving you

[02:29] my overall all honest experience so

[02:31] let's get started first one is ghostway

[02:34] protein we've given it a middle of the

[02:36] way ghostway protein it's a little on

[02:38] the higher end at around .73 per serving

[02:42] the average when we as a company at fees

[02:45] good took the average protein cost it

[02:47] was $134 so this is on the highend $1.74

[02:50] the macronutrient profile is subpar

[02:53] you're getting get 25 to about 27 g of

[02:56] protein per scoop the flavor profile is

[02:59] really where shines they do awesome

[03:01] collaborations with different

[03:02] influencers and companies like chips aoy

[03:04] Nutter butter cinnamon bun if you are

[03:07] someone that wants to always rotate

[03:09] flavors or loves flavors just in general

[03:11] I think ghost is the best tasting

[03:13] protein powder on the market flavors are

[03:15] awesome you're going to pay a little bit

[03:16] of a premium which is why it's on the

[03:18] middle of the way the macronutrients

[03:19] could definitely be a lot better you're

[03:21] not getting that 85 to 90 to 95% of

[03:24] protein per scoop you're going to be

[03:26] somewhere in that 80

[03:28] 75% category which is is why it's at the

[03:30] middle of the way but specifically guys

[03:32] for me if I want to take a protein

[03:35] powder throughout the day I want it to

[03:36] taste good and I want to be able to

[03:38] actually take it muscle tech 100%

[03:41] wheight protein I tried the triple

[03:43] chocolate one scoop 36 G 2.5 g of fat 9

[03:47] G of carbs and the protein is only 20 G

[03:50] the flavor was mediocre it was all right

[03:53] it's grass-fed way protein I'll give it

[03:55] a thumbs up for that but anything less

[03:58] than 60% guys I highly recommend you

[04:01] don't buy it cuz I just feel like you're

[04:02] wasting your money you're buying a

[04:04] protein powder but you're only getting

[04:06] 50% of protein and that's why I believe

[04:10] that this has got to go hang up the

[04:14] scooper next up to the plate we have

[04:17] transparent Labs grassfed way icelet if

[04:20] you've been watching Feast good.com if

[04:22] you've been watching our videos you know

[04:24] that we've done a ton of videos on

[04:28] transparent Labs all their products but

[04:30] their protein is one of the best

[04:33] proteins I've ever taken not due to its

[04:37] flavors which is awesome about 93%

[04:41] protein per scoop this is an awesome

[04:44] allaround great product not only do they

[04:46] have I think 8 to 10 flavors so you're

[04:48] definitely going to like one for sure

[04:50] it's a little bit more expensive costing

[04:52] about .73 and $2 per serving somewhere

[04:54] in between there but you're getting your

[04:56] money's worth and that's the reason why

[04:59] we have put it up at king of gains next

[05:03] up to the plate everyone is bulk

[05:06] supplements.com way protein icelet now

[05:09] this protein goes and this company goes

[05:11] straight to the point not only is it not

[05:14] in a tub it's in a Ziploc kind of baggy

[05:16] baggy feel if you like to go to and from

[05:18] the work you're always on the go throw

[05:20] it in the car this is probably a lot

[05:22] more convenient and easier for you

[05:24] you're going to be getting about 95% of

[05:26] protein per scoop as this one is 30 G

[05:28] it's got 0 g of carbs less than 1 G of

[05:31] fat and 26 g of protein goes straight to

[05:33] the point it doesn't come with a scooper

[05:35] actually inside and it only comes

[05:38] unflavored which is this so if you're an

[05:39] unflavored kind of protein person and

[05:42] you got a protein scoop lying around

[05:43] from an empty bottle this is probably

[05:45] great for you this protein powder tops

[05:47] our charts for quality and protein

[05:49] percentage but like I said guys it's

[05:51] drawbacks affecting its convenience and

[05:54] ease of use drop this down a couple

[05:56] notches so we have given it the middle

[05:59] of the the way let's put that up right

[06:02] now next on the list is the Premier

[06:05] protein shakes the rtds the ready to

[06:07] drink now when I first tested these out

[06:09] on the channel I absolutely love them

[06:11] they're easy to take and just go you

[06:14] don't need to open a tub take the scoop

[06:16] dump it in put in water milk you

[06:18] literally just take it and run drink it

[06:21] right you could bring it to your workout

[06:23] session and take it while walking to

[06:25] your car it is that easy to use the

[06:27] protein is going to be 30 G of protein

[06:30] per RTD and they have 24 added vitamins

[06:33] and minerals with a blend of we incing

[06:35] proteins these shakes have a nice thick

[06:37] texture and provided good satiety the

[06:40] biggest knock when it came to the rtds

[06:42] is against needing to be refrigerated

[06:45] you don't need to do this but they

[06:47] highly recommend this and it's going to

[06:48] be better long term now when it came to

[06:50] the actual ranking itself everyone we

[06:52] had to throw it into rough reps and the

[06:55] reason for that is because of the

[06:57] pricing now it came in a little bit

[06:59] higher at about $2 to

[07:02] $3.50 per Shake If you're not someone

[07:04] that's worried about the money then this

[07:06] may be higher on your tier list but for

[07:08] us while incorporating all the different

[07:11] categories and characteristics we've had

[07:12] to give it rough reps the next one

[07:14] that's up to the plate is naked way I

[07:17] have the naked mass in front of me but I

[07:18] just wanted to show you guys the

[07:19] packaging we're going to be ranking the

[07:21] naked way which almost looks identical

[07:23] to this I tried the chocolate version of

[07:26] The Naked way and I'll be honest it did

[07:28] not taste the the best it costs around

[07:30] $160 per serving naked way has a

[07:33] significantly lower protein percentage

[07:37] anywhere between 63 to 83% and it's

[07:40] still below a lot of the other natural

[07:42] products for these reasons we'd have to

[07:44] give it the rough reps next one up to

[07:47] the plate is Optimum Nutrition gold

[07:50] standard weight I got into this company

[07:52] because of Steve Cook when he was on the

[07:54] ow team years and years and years ago

[07:56] this company has been around for over 20

[07:59] I think 20 years and it's funny because

[08:01] they have roughly 20 different flavors

[08:04] you're going to love this protein if you

[08:06] love a ton of flavors which you can

[08:08] always just go in and out with different

[08:10] flavors all the time here are a few

[08:12] stats that I thought you'd probably want

[08:13] to know they're informed Choice

[08:14] certified making it safe for use by drug

[08:17] tested athletes which is awesome they

[08:19] also use a blend of three different

[08:21] proteins hydrolysate concentrate and

[08:23] isolate which makes it a great any time

[08:25] of the day protein powder that is good

[08:27] for post workout recovery while keeping

[08:30] the cost low in regards to cost it costs

[08:32] anywhere between A1 to $110 per serving

[08:35] in regards to the taste I thought it was

[08:37] a bit Bland when mixed with just water

[08:39] or milk and the powder always had

[08:41] clumping and mixability problems overall

[08:43] it's a high quality protein product and

[08:46] it's affordable for many people due to

[08:48] these reasons we had to give it protein

[08:51] Paradise let's throw it up there and get

[08:53] on to the next next up to the plate is

[08:56] Alan new whey protein powder Alan new is

[08:59] is made exclusively of fast digesting

[09:02] whe proteins isolate and hydrolysate

[09:05] which makes this a good post-workout

[09:06] option but not so good if you were

[09:09] looking for satiety and fullness in

[09:11] regards to the flavor profile and the

[09:13] tasting I thought it tastes unbelievable

[09:16] something the brand is known for across

[09:18] all of its products provided you do like

[09:21] sweet tasting things so even when I just

[09:23] mixed it with this water I found the

[09:24] taste to be strong and sweet it also has

[09:28] added enzymes which is a benefit if you

[09:30] want that and it helps support digestion

[09:33] and it's low sugar formula means that

[09:35] this may be a suitable option for people

[09:37] with a lactose sensitivity let's quickly

[09:39] go over its macros one rounded scoop is

[09:41] 31 g 1 G of fat 2 G of carbs 23 g of

[09:46] protein you're getting anywhere between

[09:48] 73 to 84% of protein per scoop depending

[09:51] on the flavor and it costs about $150

[09:54] given all of these reasons we've given

[09:56] it the middle of the way let's put up

[09:59] there right now the next one up to the

[10:01] plate is Legion whey plus protein powder

[10:05] if folks is using high quality

[10:07] ingredients with no artificial flavor

[10:08] sweeteners or dyes so when I tested the

[10:10] cinnamon flavor specifically I did

[10:12] notice a weird aftertaste but I

[10:14] appreciated how it mixed really well and

[10:16] digested well Legion Way in regards to

[10:19] cost comes in between 80 and $2 per

[10:23] serving the same as actually transparent

[10:25] Labs weight but Legion only has 21 to 24

[10:28] g of protein protein putting it at 74%

[10:31] of protein per scoop now given it's only

[10:33] 74% of protein per scoop it costs a

[10:36] little bit higher and the weird

[10:38] aftertaste we're going to have to put it

[10:40] at the middle of the way so let's go

[10:42] ahead and throw it up there right now

[10:44] the next one is the accent whey protein

[10:47] it falls into the same realm as

[10:49] transparent labs and Legion wayy they

[10:51] avoid the use of artificial flavors and

[10:53] sweeteners they're gluten-free and

[10:55] informed Choice certified I personally

[10:57] found this protein powder tasted really

[10:59] great I tried the chocolate flavor when

[11:01] I did have it and it had a really nice

[11:03] chocolate taste it wasn't too sweet and

[11:06] went really well into yogurt coffee and

[11:09] oatmeal unfortunately it was hard to

[11:11] dissolve entirely and it required a

[11:13] shaker bottle with a spring ball or a

[11:15] fro for it to properly dissolve and it's

[11:17] not something that I always want if I'm

[11:19] going to be taking protein I want it to

[11:21] be easy in regards to protein percent of

[11:24] calories depending on the flavor it's

[11:26] going to be anywhere between 71 to 83%

[11:28] of protein for scoop so if you're

[11:30] getting those flavors that are 71 72 73

[11:33] then it may fall lower on your tier if

[11:35] you're getting something as high as 83

[11:36] which I would highly recommend you aim

[11:38] for it could be a little higher on your

[11:40] tier if it weren't for those two factors

[11:42] protein percent ability and mixability

[11:44] we'd put it a little higher but due to

[11:46] these reasons everyone we have to put it

[11:49] at middle of the way which I'll put it

[11:52] up there right now next one up on the

[11:54] list is PE science select whey protein p

[11:59] powder look at the flavor cake pop how

[12:01] can you not like that everyone how can

[12:03] you not like that let's quickly go

[12:04] through the macros here everyone one

[12:06] rounded scoop 31.5 g 1 G of fat 2 G of

[12:11] carbs 24 g of protein that is

[12:14] unbelievable so they use a unique blend

[12:16] of whe isolate fast digesting protein

[12:19] and queline which is a slow digesting

[12:22] protein this combination makes this a

[12:24] very versatile product if you want to

[12:25] take it before bed if you want to take

[12:27] it straight in the morning right after

[12:29] after a workout right after work it

[12:31] doesn't matter it's a great protein got

[12:33] great versatility it mixes well it

[12:35] tastes great and the cost everyone a15

[12:39] to $148 per serving now depending

[12:42] obviously on the size you buy it's a

[12:44] little lower for a small guy like this

[12:46] now there is some variability in protein

[12:48] content depending on the flavor

[12:49] chocolate Shuffle has the lowest at 74%

[12:52] but all the other flavors within the

[12:54] great or excellent categories for

[12:55] protein percentage which is about 85 to

[12:57] 90% because this isn't a pureway isolate

[13:01] this might not be ideal for someone with

[13:03] a lactose sensitivity but P science does

[13:06] use artificial sweeteners which some

[13:08] people might choose to limit in their

[13:09] diets overall this is a fantastic

[13:12] versatile and third party tested protein

[13:14] powder with Incredible price and

[13:16] incredible taste and we got to put it up

[13:18] at king of gains let's go and put that

[13:21] up there right now so take a look at the

[13:23] tier list so far everyone we got king of

[13:25] gains with two protein one protein

[13:27] Paradise one five in the middle two

[13:30] second bottom and one at the very bottom

[13:33] all right everyone next one up to the

[13:35] plate is isopure whey protein powder

[13:38] it's got 25 g of protein 1 G of carb and

[13:42] 0.5 G of fat there's about 41 servings

[13:45] in this container and one scoop is 33 G

[13:49] isopure sounds like a too good to be

[13:51] true product with a protein percentage

[13:53] between 91 and 100% depending on the

[13:56] flavor you get it's a whey protein

[13:58] isolate now I was absolutely Blown Away

[14:01] by how good the Dutch chocolate flavor

[14:03] was and isopure mixed really well in a

[14:06] standard shaker cup it is a bit more

[14:08] expensive than other proteins on the

[14:10] market coming in at about $158 to

[14:12] $228 per serving it is in line with the

[14:15] other quality way isets however the

[14:17] extremely high protein percentage and

[14:19] added vitamins and mineral blend

[14:21] definitely justifies its cost I do think

[14:24] there are better value products out

[14:26] there in the market but isopure can be a

[14:28] great option for people who typically

[14:31] skip breakfast or want the added

[14:33] nutrients this could be a more

[14:34] costeffective alternative to the premere

[14:37] that we went over but it actually

[14:38] doesn't require refrigerating right so

[14:41] I'm going to have to put this in middle

[14:43] of the way so let's go ahead and put

[14:45] that up there right now next one up to

[14:47] the plate is going to be the promix

[14:50] grass-fed whey icelet the one I tried

[14:53] was the French vanilla while going

[14:56] through the ordering process they have

[14:57] quizzes and they website was pretty good

[15:00] it's a high quality product it's good

[15:01] mixability virtually lactose free third

[15:04] party tested with all publicly available

[15:06] results however two key points that I

[15:08] really didn't like one the taste of the

[15:10] vanilla flavor left a lot to be desired

[15:12] I found myself trying to mix it into

[15:14] other things to mass the taste like

[15:16] that's not a good sign right there but

[15:18] even when added to milk and cereal and

[15:20] yogurt and coffee and everything The

[15:22] Taste was just still that bad second

[15:24] thing the cost and the protein per of

[15:26] calories vary based on Flavor if you go

[15:29] one flavored you get the highest protein

[15:30] percentage of 85% and the cheapest cost

[15:33] at $116 to $148 which is a massive

[15:36] win-win on the flip side however the

[15:39] chocolate flavor costs about $1.93 and

[15:42] has the lowest protein percent of

[15:43] calories at 75% which makes it the

[15:46] double-edged sword tanking the product's

[15:47] value for these reasons here and also it

[15:50] only ships to the US and the UK so if

[15:51] you're a Canadian like me you're screwed

[15:53] we're going to have to give it rough

[15:55] reps so let's throw that up there next

[15:57] one is atiz ISO 100 protein powder this

[16:02] is an ideal protein powder for

[16:04] post-workout but won't be that great for

[16:07] managing hunger or providing prolonged

[16:09] satiety like the Alani new and the datiz

[16:12] iso 100 taste very sweet but has a

[16:15] strong flavor even when just mixed with

[16:17] water the biggest issue with diti ISO

[16:19] 100 is that the price varies massively

[16:22] online ranging anywhere between .67 and

[16:25] $328 per serving huge range if it wasn't

[16:29] due to this I think it would hold its

[16:31] spot in the higher rankings

[16:32] unfortunately with so many other

[16:34] highquality thirdparty tested whe I

[16:36] slets on the market paying twice as much

[16:38] for serving for this brand simply isn't

[16:40] worth it if you can find ISO 100 at the

[16:43] lower price point it has a higher

[16:45] protein percentage at about 83 to 90% of

[16:48] protein with some delicious and unique

[16:50] flavors like Fruity Pebbles this was

[16:52] honestly or the Cocoa Pebbles this was

[16:54] honestly one of the best I think it'll

[16:56] be really good for you guys however

[16:58] given these we'll have to put it at

[17:01] middle of the way next one is pure

[17:04] protein 100% we protein so in regards to

[17:08] macros let's go through right now 39 G

[17:10] per scoop which is actually quite a

[17:11] bigger scoop than all the other ones you

[17:13] got 2.5 g of fat 9 G of carbs and 25 g

[17:18] of protein pure protein is a blend of

[17:20] wheight concentrate and whey isolate

[17:22] making it a versatile any time of the

[17:24] day protein powder it has a high

[17:26] visibility being readily available in

[17:28] supermarket like Walmart and Target so

[17:30] it's very easy to get and get your hands

[17:32] on this product is what you might expect

[17:35] from a supermarket branded protein like

[17:36] I just mentioned through the macros

[17:38] there it provides about 62% of protein

[17:40] per scoop and has a lot of additives

[17:42] like thickeners and gums and several

[17:45] sources of artificial sweeteners and

[17:46] flavors the cost is good at $145 to .73

[17:50] but it's it's not the highest quality it

[17:53] is third party tested but with all those

[17:56] other additives and thickeners and gums

[17:58] I just don't think it deserves a top

[18:00] spot at all there are definitely higher

[18:02] quality Brands out there which is the

[18:04] main reason why we need to put it a

[18:06] little lower on this tier the only

[18:07] person I really recommend this protein

[18:09] to is if you're always on the go and if

[18:11] you're traveling and you're near a

[18:12] Walmart and you maybe want to bring it

[18:13] back to your hotel room or something

[18:15] like that then I'd highly recommend this

[18:17] because it's easy to find right the the

[18:19] cost is good you'll get some sort of you

[18:21] know protein in your diet but you will

[18:24] be getting those additives and just due

[18:25] to those reasons we're going to have to

[18:27] put it at Rough reps it's definitely not

[18:29] at the very bottom of the tier list but

[18:31] we're going to have to put it at Rough

[18:33] Reps for sure next one is the

[18:36] GNC whey ISO burst now at the very start

[18:40] if you're going to be grabbing this off

[18:41] the counter you're going to notice right

[18:42] here 40 g of protein holy this has got

[18:46] to be the best protein out there 170

[18:48] calories 40 g of protein 1.5 G of carbs

[18:52] 1 G of fat the scoop if you turn to the

[18:54] back is 47 G this must be a 95% plus

[18:58] protein % of calories however when I was

[19:00] taking it I nearly spat out my protein

[19:03] because I was staring at the tub and it

[19:06] says one serving size is actually two

[19:09] scoops so one scoop is only 20 g of

[19:12] protein that is awful awful the cost per

[19:15] serving tops the charts at $310 per

[19:19] serving due to this reason now if you

[19:21] were to put this in relative terms to

[19:23] find out the cost per 30 g of protein

[19:25] the cost per serving would fall around

[19:27] $2.35 which is still higher than the

[19:29] average this is nearly a dollar more

[19:31] than that average of wheight protein and

[19:33] well above even the highest quality

[19:35] Brands like transparent laps overall GNC

[19:38] whey ISO burst is absolutely not worth

[19:41] the price tag because you're not even

[19:43] getting 20 G you're getting 20 g of

[19:46] protein so you're not getting 21 you're

[19:48] getting 20 it's very expensive um The

[19:51] Taste was all right but it wasn't even

[19:53] that good plus you have to go to GNC

[19:56] only to buy it so due to these reasons

[19:58] we're we're going to put it at hang up

[20:00] the scooper next one is the Muscle Milk

[20:04] genuine protein powder this definitely

[20:07] misses the mark as a protein powder it

[20:08] markets itself as the genuine protein

[20:11] powder but it reality it only provides

[20:13] 45% of calories from protein it fits

[20:16] better as a meal replacement product due

[20:18] to its higher carb fat and calorie

[20:20] content for reference this product has

[20:22] 20 grams of carbs per scoop compared to

[20:25] the 1 to four grams of carbs typically

[20:27] found in protein powders furthermore our

[20:30] criteria for a reasonable protein powder

[20:32] starts at 65% you got to be at 65% or

[20:36] more Muscle Milk is not even close to

[20:38] this number it also has a very

[20:40] consistent pricing online ranging

[20:42] anywhere between $150 and $3 per servant

[20:45] the addon nutrients and Sport

[20:47] certification are not enough to redeem

[20:49] this product at the top tiers at all and

[20:51] because of all these horrible reasons we

[20:53] have to put it at hang up the scooper

[20:57] next up to the list is my protein impact

[20:59] way protein I think this is a phenomenal

[21:03] product the first thing I like this is

[21:04] the unflavored version but I was also

[21:06] trying the mocha flavor and the mocha

[21:09] flavor is awesome if that product is

[21:11] awesome there's probably a good chance

[21:12] that the other flavors are awesome as

[21:15] well it's very sweet and Rich this might

[21:18] be uh too sweet for some people but I

[21:20] really like the sweetness and uh I

[21:23] thought the flavor was phenomenal I

[21:25] think the macronutrient profile is

[21:27] awesome it mix is really good it

[21:30] dissolves very good and it's very

[21:32] versatile because it's so thin you can

[21:34] put it into shakes and coffee and

[21:36] oatmeal in pancakes which I've done the

[21:39] cost is somewhere between a132 and $135

[21:43] per serving so it's definitely very

[21:44] cheap the only drawback I would say in

[21:47] regards to the impact way protein by my

[21:49] protein is the lower grams of protein

[21:52] when compared to the other ones where

[21:53] are about 25 to 30 G especially for an

[21:56] icelet protein they do use several

[21:58] different sources of artificial flavors

[22:00] and sweeteners to achieve their rich

[22:02] flavors as well so that could be another

[22:04] drawback for you guys I can't really

[22:05] think of any reason why impact whe IC

[22:07] slit can't make its way into the regular

[22:09] routine so for that reason everyone

[22:12] we're going to give it protein paradise

[22:15] and we'll put it up there right now all

[22:17] right next up to the list is the body

[22:19] Tech whey protein iets let's quickly go

[22:21] through the macros here everyone 25 g of

[22:24] protein 2 G of carbs 1 G of fat with 22

[22:28] serving in this container and one scoop

[22:30] is 30 G I was absolutely amazed to

[22:34] discover the high quality standards

[22:36] great mixability and low cost that body

[22:39] Tech provided three great check marks so

[22:41] far this is hands down one of the best

[22:43] mixing protein powders that I've ever

[22:45] tried and it'll be a great option for

[22:48] anyone who is sensitive to texture or

[22:50] hates clumping proteins body Tech whe

[22:52] isolate offers 91% of protein per scoop

[22:55] and as low as a119 you cannot go wrong

[22:59] however unfortunately the taste of the

[23:01] cookies and cream flavor and I'm not

[23:03] sure about others but for this one here

[23:05] specifically was completely awful now

[23:08] that is one of the most important things

[23:10] for me is even though it's got great

[23:12] protein percent of calories it it's

[23:14] cheap if I'm not if I can barely take it

[23:17] and digest it I'm not going to buy it it

[23:18] is however available in 18 different

[23:20] flavors including some unique flavor

[23:23] options like apple cinnamon cereal and

[23:25] Wonder Woman sherbet so even though my

[23:27] experience is with the cookies and cream

[23:29] left a bad taste in my mouth I'm sure

[23:31] you guys are able to find a product for

[23:33] you given these reasons I put it at

[23:36] middle of the way all right everyone we

[23:38] got three more protein powders remaining

[23:41] how does it look I think it looks

[23:42] fantastic so far um if you guys have by

[23:45] the way before we finish here if you

[23:47] guys have any comments or questions or

[23:49] anything you guys want answered please

[23:50] leave them down in the comment section

[23:52] let's start a little conversation there

[23:54] I've tried a whole bunch of proteins I

[23:56] thought I'd do this tier list for you

[23:57] guys it is is very fun to do it's very

[23:59] interactive um let me know what you guys

[24:01] think so far but let's get into the last

[24:03] remaining three proteins next one is

[24:06] Rule one which I had in the cookies and

[24:08] cream it is the R1 whey blend the 100%

[24:12] whey protein now this is a big boy that

[24:14] I tried but you guys can always get him

[24:16] in smaller versions so it is a blend of

[24:19] whey concentrate whey isolate and the

[24:20] Whey hydracy this is a very versatile

[24:23] protein powder suitable for any time of

[24:25] the day this blend adds a satiety factor

[24:27] that a pure ice protein just doesn't

[24:29] provide and keeps the cost per serving

[24:31] lower four different size tubs and

[24:34] anywhere between a17 and $157 per

[24:36] serving it has a slightly lower protein

[24:39] percentage than a pure isolate with 74

[24:41] to 80% of protein for serving The Taste

[24:44] and mix ability rule one for me is

[24:47] unmatched I find it provides a nice rich

[24:49] flavor without being unbearably sweet

[24:52] and my personal favorites are the cafe

[24:53] mocha and the frozen banana the big

[24:56] thing keeping this protein out of the

[24:58] king gains is that some of the flavors

[25:00] use food dyes which have potentially

[25:03] harmful side effects without adding any

[25:05] real quality experience to the protein

[25:07] for that reason and like I just said

[25:09] we're going to have to put rule one into

[25:11] protein Paradise which is still a great

[25:14] category to be in it's just not at the

[25:16] top of the list all right everyone

[25:17] second last is going to be reviewing the

[25:20] rise loaded protein vanilla peanut

[25:22] butter review this is a very difficult

[25:24] one for me to put in there but let's go

[25:26] through the macros here 2.5 G of total

[25:29] fat 4 G of carbs 25 g of protein sitting

[25:32] at 35.8 G per scoop honestly guys

[25:36] everything about rise fell right in the

[25:37] middle of the pack for me here because

[25:39] of their unique flavors some of their

[25:41] proteins have higher carb and fat

[25:43] content which means that their protein

[25:45] percentage ranges between 67 to 77% at

[25:48] Feast good this is about the reasonable

[25:50] and good category it kind of Falls right

[25:52] in the line with the other popular

[25:54] lifestyle Brands like ghost and Alan new

[25:56] who offer similar protein percentages

[25:58] and similar cost per serving rise comes

[26:00] in at about $1.67 per serving which is

[26:03] right in the middle it's mediocre the

[26:05] blend of protein powders in Rise make it

[26:06] a versatile option for a lot of people

[26:09] to use it mixes up with a creamier

[26:11] texture and will provide some extra

[26:14] satiety throughout the day now despite

[26:16] its popularity I think the cost per

[26:18] serving isn't Justified and unless you

[26:20] want to try one of their unique flavor

[26:21] collabs this protein powder is far from

[26:24] the first pick given all of its reasons

[26:26] we are going to be putting it at middle

[26:28] of the way and the last protein to

[26:31] review is the thorn wayy protein icelet

[26:34] let's get straight into it one rounded

[26:36] scoop is 30 G 21 g of protein 4 G of

[26:39] carbs and 1 G of total fat now their

[26:42] protein did a lot of really good things

[26:44] well for me personally with no clumping

[26:46] dissolved easily had a nice creamy

[26:49] texture had added digestive enzymes help

[26:52] you break down the protein which is a

[26:54] pro and makes for better digestion and

[26:56] fewer potential side effects it is third

[26:59] party tested and NSF certified one of

[27:02] the highest sport standards available

[27:04] and does not use any artificial colors

[27:06] sweeteners or flavors so what's keeping

[27:10] Thorne from being at the king of gains

[27:12] well Thorn is the most expensive protein

[27:14] that I have currently tested costing

[27:17] anywhere between $2 and7 per 21 G of

[27:20] serving or higher this one comes in at

[27:22] 21 G 6 to 7 G lower than everybody else

[27:26] the second drawback is that thorn is

[27:28] only currently available in two flavors

[27:30] chocolate and vanilla the most basic

[27:31] flavors out there in the market which

[27:33] could get dull with long-term use if

[27:35] you're someone that likes to switch it

[27:36] up a bit if your budget allows for it

[27:38] Thorn protein is definitely a high

[27:40] quality product and you can take

[27:42] advantage of their various Health

[27:44] quizzes and assessments to build a

[27:46] complete supplement stack and save some

[27:48] money now due to all these reasons that

[27:50] we've gone through we think Thorn

[27:52] protein belongs at protein

[27:55] Paradise take a look at the final

[27:57] product here everyone what do you guys

[27:59] think I'd love to know your opinion on

[28:02] all these products what do you like what

[28:04] don't you like do you think this was a

[28:06] fair Judgment of these proteins and if

[28:08] you guys want to see more of these type

[28:10] of videos these tier lless videos please

[28:12] let us know down in the comments section

[28:15] like always if you guys want a more

[28:16] in-depth review on all these products

[28:19] make sure to check out the description

[28:20] box we'll put all that information down

[28:22] there thank you so much for watching and

[28:24] I'll see you guys all in the next one

[28:25] peace
