[00:09] are so excited about this show today basically we haven't had like a lot of big news in a while. For a while it out, so we were talking about that. Today, we're making the news, baby. We

[00:22] get to talk about what we think can and should happen in the MCU phases seven to be like, "Oh, yeah, Dark Phoenix Saga." We're going to go detailed. We're they do a Sam Wilson, another Sam Wilson Captain America movie, who should be the

[00:37] going to outline for you, hopefully today, a fairly good idea of what kind of Marvel projects we're going to see over the next few years. It goes probably make some Avengers films along the way, which they didn't really do

[00:52] me talk about that, first of all, you guys are going to help me by leaving us comments and super chats. Super chats, as always, are encouraged but not required, and we'll try to answer as many of them as we can. But, also coming

[01:04] on right now, I've got just an all-star panel. All all my friends are back in one place under one tent. We have the guy who's always on break, Mr. Tommy Bechtold. What's going on, Tommy? Oh, it's so good to be back in the office

[01:16] and back in the stream. I will say that I am on a little bit of a break right now from work, so hopefully there won't be any consequences from that. You know, I'm allowed a few breaks around here. Yeah, I thought you were not going to be

[01:29] able to do today cuz you had a stand-up show today. Oh, thank you for that you've ever thought, "I like these lives, but I wish there were three less he was on a stage in front of a brick wall having just eaten bad chicken

[01:43] fingers," you can see me for four fabulous shows featuring in at the Carlson, Comedy at the Carlson in beautiful Rochester, New York. Four shows, two tonight, 7:00 and 9:00, two tomorrow night, 7:00 and 9:00. And if

[01:55] Cactus Tate will be there. Cactus Tate will be there bringing her brand of Texas strong comedy and her billions of Tik Tok followers. So, you know, stay for me and then, you know, stay even longer for

[02:09] do your act. >> [laughter] >> And coming up next, we have Mr. Alex Zalben, co-host of the Comic Book Club podcast. What's going on, Alex? Not much. Nothing against you, Tommy. I'm

[02:21] Cactus Tate now. That sounds fascinating. Look her up. All right, I >> have and I I have. I've liked and done the What do you do on Tik Tok? Do you subscribe? Do you Do you just like? Do you follow? You swipe. Yeah, you swipe.

[02:36] thing. I don't know what the kids do. I don't know what's going on. Apart from Marvel, DC, Star Wars, I got I got no game. And speaking of game, trapped in our TV and doesn't know it. So, please don't tell him. Mr. Colton

[02:51] Augburn. Colton. How are you? Did you say I have game? Yeah, buddy. You got game. Absolutely. You're writing videos left and right this week. Colton's covering The Boys. He's got a Kingpin thing coming out next

[03:04] The Punisher Yeah. He's really killing it. Really killing it. Much like The Punisher. So, guys, Good. Oh, okay. Oh.

[03:17] I don't know what's going on there. Oh, actually, sorry. I have to check actually, sorry. I have to check something real quick. Oh, I'm so sorry. I actually I got to get out of here.

[03:35] >> [laughter] right, let's put this screen the way it should go. There we go. All right. Oh, For a second, I thought it was my surprise party, but with reverse with

[03:47] >> Oh, that'd be so sad. [laughter] Imagine we did that to you. Oh, no, we would never. We would never. Oh, sure. >> All right, let us talk about um MCU phases 7 through 9. So, I remember back when MCU phase 4 like was about to

[04:02] Spider-Man: Far From Home when he's web-slinging through the city and Avengers Tower and there's a sign that says 1 2 3 4, we can't wait to show you what's next. And then it turns out it was a lot of stuff to show us and maybe

[04:15] a little bit too much. I do feel like going into phases 7 through 9, Marvel going into phases 7 through 9, Marvel has less of a mandate from Disney to do more and more of a mandate to make money and to be smarter about how they do

[04:29] things, which is great, right? Um maybe that means that they're going to be Deadpool and Wolverine and they won't get to take risks with things like is they're not going to be stretched thin anymore. So, this is a brand new

[04:41] thin anymore. So, this is a brand new day to see what Marvel can turn out. See purpose. I've been watching The Wire lately. So, but if it goes wrong, it could be a a doomsday, maybe. >> be a doomsday, but then there could be a

[04:53] Disney and Marvel. There are some discouraging signs like them laying off their VFX department, which we're going to do a video on soon, but I want to they've got all this stuff set up, all these great characters that we love.

[05:07] breathe and take their time. What do we think is actually going to happen?" For question. Is Steve Rogers, who's returning for doomsday and presumably Secret Wars, also going to become the new Captain America?

[05:21] I wonder, man. Sorry. All right, go ahead. What's >> [clears throat] >> I think from a business perspective, absolutely. From a This sounds insane. Ethical perspective, gosh, I hope not.

[05:36] Just because we have moved forward, we moved beyond to Anthony Mackie being Captain America. I did not love his movie. He was very charming and engaging in it. I think with a better script, better director, he could potentially

[05:50] crush it. To move backwards and be like, "Well, that didn't work. Let's go back to Chris Evans." would be a real bummer. So, I loved it. I I I think there's a way of working out

[06:02] between to mix both of those perspectives where you get both of them in the movie. You get Chris Evans as like his Nomad Cap advising Anthony Mackie as his regular Cap both in the same movie. And that way you kind of get

[06:16] the best of both worlds without being like, "Goodbye, Anthony Mackie. You did Chris He was pretty up front in interviews Well, I've got You guys have already heard this. I think what they should do

[06:29] Skull the villain, bring him back from space, give him some sci-fi stuff, and then, Alex, I love it, he would look to somebody for advice who would maybe at that point in the timeline is elderly Steve Rogers, right?

[06:43] And then like he's in the movie, it's a legacy thing, he's kind of passing the shield on directly. Maybe they should have done that to begin with and Falcon and Winter Soldier, I don't know. But that's just my take. Do you guys have

[06:55] 9? Well, I just want to say I think 0% chance they have Chris Evans become Captain America again. But I do think 100% chance yes, he is going to be in the MCU post-Secret Wars, and I do think

[07:10] he is going to have like a heavy role to play in future Captain America movies. I America, you know, Serpent Society or whatever, and Steve Rogers will be [laughter] a character. We're finally going to get

[07:23] that TV series followed through, yeah, that we've been waiting for since 2014. I think Steve Rogers will be like a lead in the movie. He'll put Bucky in it, think that'd be a lot of fun. Have let them do a movie together, but in that

[07:36] movie, Sam Wilson is still Captain America, whereas I think Steve Rogers is either Yeah, you could go the Nomad route or as I've said on stream before, I'd like to see him be director of shield. I think there's cool stuff you

[07:50] because I mean come on we're kind of dancing is bad. If you take the shield >> Brave New World not that great. Falcon and Winter Soldier had its problems. I

[08:03] really fun movie. I just think the villain could have been better. But the a Civil War thing right now. I'm going back and watching it. His fighting is good in that, but like man, they did some cool [ __ ] with Anthony Mackie

[08:16] in Brave New World like incorporated the vibranium and the shield. Like the way that continue. I thought you were talking Burns' Civil War. My bad. You're talking about Captain America. Oh yeah. Anthony

[08:29] Oh my god, it's the best. It is like brutal as hell, dude. Hey, Anthony Mackie's performance at Shiloh can't be missed. All right, so lay it on me whole list of things I could talk about here, but do you have any or I could

[08:42] just ask like What is your MCU? Yeah, lay it on me. Let's go. >> I do. I and it's I'm glad that someone else mentioned it in the notes. Uh Kenneth Branagh gave an interview where he talked about wanting to return to the

[08:54] he talked about wanting to return to the franchise and man, you know, we've seen Thor at his emotional extremes, right? We've seen brooding Thor, we've seen We've seen brooding Thor, we've seen wacky Thor and is it now not time to you

[09:06] know, walk this character to Valhalla with like a deep character exploration. All of the things that he's learned, all of the personalities that he's tried on. Who is Let's find out who the real Thor ultimately is over 2 hours and 7 minutes

[09:20] and not a second longer. >> [laughter] >> And and I think like you know, not not to make it like the Logan version of Thor, but like make it just about Thor. It doesn't need a million cameos. It's

[09:33] like give him an adversary, give him one last problem to solve, one last battle to win, and then let him find peace because I mean and I this could be phase nine. He could be in, you know, four more movies before this, but like and

[09:47] Kenneth Branagh, you know, you know, one of his passions is Shakespeare and there of these Marvel characters, I'm sure, like they tragedy falls them at every turn. Just when everything is all figured out, crisis, you know, comes

[10:02] nature of comic books. It's like they end a run and then something bad happens think yeah, I think Kenneth Branagh would be it would be a great bookend to, uh, you know, one of the one of the more enjoyable franchises with or micro

[10:17] franchises within the MCU. I am coining the phrase micro franchise. You are >> really though. I like that. It is a micro franchise. Yeah, for so many comics they could pull from there. There's the Walt Simonson when Thor gets

[10:30] cursed as brittle bones. There's the god like the god war war of the realms. suggestion direct from the comics where I think they could have their cake and eat it too is Jason Aaron did this run on Thor where he had three Thors in

[10:44] three time periods going at the same time. Young Thor, regular age Thor, and old King Thor at the end of time. That goes a little crazy. It's awesome. There's Beta Ray Bill powers in it and the

[10:57] don't think they'd adapt it directly, but like that general idea, exactly what you're saying of Kenneth Branagh doing something where you could show the end of the journey, but if they decide to bring, uh, Chris Hemsworth back for even

[11:10] another one, they still have him in the middle of that timeline and could there, man. I love that. >> No, no, I I want that Logan-esque Thor that I want a Thor movie that I don't know if you guys have seen the movie,

[11:25] uh, The Northman. I I forget the name of the No, I need to. Alexander Skarsgård, uh, is in it, yeah. Is in it, yes. I think that would be a lot of fun. And yeah, I think Thor phase nine, call it I don't know what. Get God of Thunder or

[11:37] >> of the gods. I mean, they they did set up a war of the gods in Love and it's funny cuz in the original film, like the deleted scenes have uh and handing over the thunderbolt. But then they did reshoots where they added

[11:52] just do that. Just do like War of the Gods. Since War of the Realms and Malekith has kind of already been done in the MCU. Do you guys think it becomes theoretically, Chris Hemsworth could play Thor another 20 years if they

[12:05] play Thor another 20 years if they wanted him to, but he's going to age when he's not supposed to. Are we supposed to just kind of like not care and just kind of ignore that or Which is why I think Alex's suggestion about,

[12:17] yeah, age him. Age him up. Age to like ancient King Thor. Yeah, why not? Or even, you know, even if you have it's just it's such a good story when he's >> You could work in a plot device like I I don't want to be immortal. I want to

[12:32] And like it Well, that's what Love and Thunder should have been. Yeah, that's I mean, that's what it we should have had. But also, the storyline, I think Loki remember who it is now. Where he like has to wear armor and stuff like that

[12:45] could also cause him to age, too. Or we can just suspend our disbelief. >> But But imagine how cool it would be That or cuz imagine how cool it would be to have Chris Hemsworth just stay around as Thor for the next 20 years and have

[12:58] him be just kind of like King of Asgard Thor. That's, you know, maybe he's not a main main character like he he is right now, but he he just kind of pops up from bones thing. And this is not a joke. This is actually what happens in the

[13:10] comics. I remember this so distinctly. He gets so hit so hard in his armor, he turns into liquid inside of it. And it's just sort of sloshing around. Who Hemsworth. Yes. >> Yeah, it sounds like a Taika Waititi

[13:23] joke, though. I mean, he did give us Thor tied to God, I hated that joke. All right, that's great. I love that one. Next. I've got a list. I could I could go, but I I'll monopolize. I've got one. I've mentioned it before,

[13:36] but it kind of goes back to Sam Wilson. I want them to do Civil War II. And I I know that comic it's not great, but there and the character's name I looked it up. Okay, it's Ulysses Cain. He's an inhuman and

[13:51] in Civil War II, he is he can see the future. And I believe it's Captain future. And I believe it's Captain Marvel wants to use him to prevent happen and that always makes me think of the line from Winter Soldier where

[14:05] was supposed to come after the crime and Right. Nick Fury is like, "Wait, wait, we don't have time for that now." And I I believe in Civil War II, it's Iron Man who is like, "No, that's No, you can't do that. You can't You can't like start

[14:20] arresting people and stuff before the punishment happens." I think it'd be really cool since we're in the mutant saga, I think we need to have mutants even in Avengers movies and like Spider-Man movies or whatever.

[14:32] And you could have a mutant serve as like a villain type role, but also have Captain Marvel and Captain America or whoever. I don't know which characters it could be, but do

[14:45] that Civil War II and have them fighting over like what to do with this mutant Valentina who would definitely, you know, want to be able to use that power. as much as they can, they're going to incorporate mutants into any story. Like

[14:59] like in Brand New Day, they're incorporating a mutant. I I love that. But yeah, I think it'd be fun and it could be something that since [snorts] they're not going to be doing these big saga cappers as often, I

[15:13] think. Like I think after Secret Wars, maybe we'll get like a 8 to 10 year, you know, time period before where get like another giant movie. So, a Civil War movie could be one where we actually see like the the X-Men and the Fantastic

[15:27] Four and the Avengers all together in a movie. That that could be kind of like a Yeah, so then the Avengers movies can actually just be about the Avengers Yeah, I mean, you know. I I think we'll get we'll get to

[15:40] yeah. And I think Marvel Civil War. Yeah, I don't think it needs to be like any one particular character Civil War, yeah. the Captain America franchise, I guess, if it's just

[15:54] What would you call that? Captain America: Civil War II. What if it's What if it's Captains America? Captains America, yeah. Just put the like Marvels. Captoons. Captoons with the

[16:09] Captoons. Not cartoons, but Captoons. [laughter] I just want to be clear. All right, so I'm just going to >> Sure, I've got a left-field one that just came to mind. And this is like kind

[16:24] of similar to my pitch about the Thor, but there was this amazing comic that Donny Cates did about Thanos. So, what if we got a Thanos movie? The idea of that is that Thanos travels to the future, sees himself, if I remember

[16:38] correctly, has killed the entire universe, but can't die himself. And so, he summons his younger self there to kill himself. And so, it's all about like how do you kill himself? He pals around with

[16:52] the craziest characters I think in comics called Cosmic Ghost Rider, who is a ghost rider who is the Punisher with the power cosmic from Galactus. It's crazy. So, I again, I don't know if they could do all of that, but it just

[17:08] feels like Thanos, you know, there's a good argument to be made was the star of two of the biggest movies of all time. Why not continue that character? Why not give him a solo movie? Yeah. I was really sad that he didn't come back.

[17:20] would like them to actually cuz usually I'm saying don't do Disney Plus stuff, make movies. That would be a good like >> 100% >> balls to the wall with it. Yeah. Well,

[17:33] in gaps. I for me like it's cool to get zombies and friendly neighborhood and I also want to see that Captain America's Avengers team have any missions prior to Civil War, you know, just That would be really fun for me.

[17:47] do it in animation. Okay, yeah, then yeah, that'd be a great way to do it. villains or you can use major villains. Maybe there was an Ultron bot left. Well, and speaking of speaking of Thanos and filling in gaps, I I want to see um

[18:02] Thanos get the >> Ant-Man go with Thanos's butt. Yeah, I mean I have a video of it. 17 episodes. And that's a good one. You know, Colton, they were talking about doing a Nova TV series and I think it's

[18:14] opening scene of it because the the Nova Corps are like the Jedi. They're only interesting once they've been destroyed. So that's the first scene. That has to >> Has to be. Yeah. I love the idea of more animated

[18:26] projects that fill stuff in. It feels like this is me with absolutely no no knowledge whatsoever, but it feels like pre-Endgame there was this allergy to important and you have to see everything. And now that we're in a

[18:40] brand new world with uh the MCU, I hope maybe there's some more openness to that. Something like showing Captain America's mission where several episodes, the series that people have talked about incessantly. Do that

[18:55] in animation. Maybe you don't have to have Chris Evans as the voice actor. I'm the voice on What If, but he did a perfectly serviceable job. So if you want to watch it, if you're an MCU fan, watch the show. If you don't see it,

[19:08] it's not required for the next movie. Exactly. Exactly. We have to remember that I mean pre-Endgame all the MCU was was movies. We didn't have the Disney Plus and the the shows and the the shows we did have weren't

[19:21] >> Agents of Shield fans lighting up the comments right now like a Christmas my Inhumans squad? >> there was an Easter egg in the show and Easter egg in Daredevil in the finale

[19:34] let me ask Okay, we're talking about cosmic stuff then and I If you guys I Infinity Gauntlet of ideas that we're throwing out here cuz we mentioned some of these in past videos. I For me, I look at like really interesting premises

[19:48] they've set up or really interesting teams. So, the one I keep saying over and over is if you're going to if you want to do the plot line from the Eternals and keep that going, you have a guy who's half Earthman, half Celestial,

[20:02] right? I just think they do Eternals 2 but make it the Star-Lord movie. He's turn out because it's Chris Pratt. Yeah. The Eternals show up on his doorstep and go, "Hey, we need your help." and he goes, "Who the hell are you?" They have

[20:15] explaining it to the legions of people who didn't see the Eternals and then you Harry Styles and Pip the Troll and do it that way and I think it that's the best way to sell that story, especially to Disney bosses. I would love to see that.

[20:29] Hell, put Silver Surfer in it while we're at it. Yeah. I love that idea cuz the biggest movie stars right now. Really appeals to the broad >> so few movie stars, too. Yeah. Great

[20:41] Uh just to throw something out that is like half-baked at this point but just great >> Half-baked. Oh. Find me more. I'll find

[20:53] It's actually very insensitive of you to make that joke but I wasn't going to say it's fine. It's time is this thing called Annihilation which is basically Annihilus, this big

[21:06] armored bug man from the negative zone, attacks everybody in the cosmic universe in Marvel. It brings in the Guardians of the Galaxy, it brings in Nova, jumping the gun here, but I sort of feel like Fantastic Four two in some way

[21:21] the negative zone. This is something that either they could build up to an Avengers style event movie, or alternatively mix Guardians of the Galaxy four, bring

[21:34] Fantastic Four movie now that we're in this new world, and have one big movie something like that. the Fantastic Four I have a question about. So

[21:48] let's just presume that at the end of Secret Wars there is no more multiverse, I'm going to guess not everybody remembers or something because otherwise you're also Professor X Xavier. We met another one." So some memories are going

[22:02] Basically, it's the James Gunn way of universe. But when we are talking about the Fantastic Four I think what they're going to run into

[22:15] Natasha Lyonne is still here, so it's cool. Do you think that we get a movie water, or do we go straight to them exploring and going to the negative zone? I

[22:28] water movie just because we already did that with Captain America. That's the only reason. Like I think I feel like it's the natural story, but also it's been done. So instead maybe they do remember, maybe they don't. Whatever it

[22:40] is, they're thrust into new adventures and just going, you know? Thrust into the adventures. I hope that when they merge these all the universes together, I I don't want little lines here and there throughout the different movies,

[22:55] you'll remember when our universe was separate from this one." I'm like, "No, just Yeah. I hope they just >> It's like referencing the blip too much. you really do want to get in the weeds on it, I hope that

[23:08] in universe, this new universe, it's like you're rewriting time almost. Like it's it's like they've always been there. Like we just have this new there. Like we just have this new cohesive history that the Infinity Saga

[23:20] and maybe even some of the X-Men movies, the Fantastic Four First Steps movie, all of that is just kind of this loose history and we get the general gist of it and anything that Yeah. >> Exactly like comics. And anything that

[23:33] Don't worry about it. >> And you can bring in this sliding timeline or what what's that called? Uh that comics are on a um Like how Spider-Man doesn't age proper. Yeah, how he how he was able to drive

[23:46] protesters, but he's not that far in college now, right? Right. Yeah. >> Um Yeah, I love that. I think that makes total sense. It also like when DC did the same thing here at the end of Crisis on Infinite Earth. But excuse me. Um

[24:00] when they did that carbonated soda um Element, not sponsoring this video, but it is delicious. Um when that happened, one, only the people who were like involved in the final thing remembered

[24:16] So that could be a way to go about it, too. Um I can I put one little asterisk matters, but again, going back to the comics, the end of Secret Wars I don't

[24:28] know, but like at the end of Secret Wars the Fantastic Four are the ones who repair the multiverse. Like we're left on this note of them if I remember correctly, it's literally Reed Richards being like throwing multiverses in the

[24:41] air as they recreate them sort of from memory. So the whole Future Foundation does it. It does that. So I don't know how exactly they're going probably not that exactly, but it is a really nice note that that book the

[24:55] Secret Wars book 2015 ends on. So, if they want to use that, that could indicate they are people who remember whether it affects the storyline going forward or not. Which characters from Cuz don't most of the characters not

[25:09] remember, right? After None of them do. I honestly don't even know if the Fantastic Four do going forward. Yeah. He It was something they waited for a long time. There was a I think it

[25:22] was the free comic book day special like 2 years ago or something. There's this Richards, goes to Miles and he's like, "Hey, I want to show you this new he's like, "How much do you remember?" And he's like, "Everything." So, Ah,

[25:37] >> So, he knows everything. And then there was recently I'd I'll start get out of the weeds in a second. But, there was recently a storyline in Avengers where they went to Reed Richards because they found out about Secret Wars. They're

[25:51] like, "What's going on? Why don't remember this?" And he kind of laid it Marvel, more folks may or may not remember, but they know about it, but really it was just like I believe Miles

[26:03] Reed Richards, but they never talked about it. Ah. pretty funny, too. For that they would be like, "Don't don't don't worry about better. It's exactly what Colton was saying. Why Why be like that?

[26:19] >> James Gunn did it is perfect. If people reference something, then it happened. And if they don't, then don't worry about it because we follow the minutia >> [clears throat] >> most people don't. You know, most people

[26:31] >> most people don't. You know, most people don't know what a She-Hulk is, etc. Um didn't mention our new merch store sale going on right May the 4th through the end of this month, our Star Wars parody merch is 15%

[27:13] also the merch that we have we have classics like good soldiers follow orders. I have friends everywhere. This is a brand new one Docking Bay 94 Scum and Villainy Welcome. The Apprentice Lives. The Hello There T-shirt and

[27:26] welcome mat. I have one upstairs. We also have I got to love this design so much the Darth Maul the Japanese inspired Darth Maul design as well as no one's ever really gone classics like original trilogy and I love this shirt

[27:38] know and of course Tashi Station power converter sale. Links for all of those and more are down below. But seriously on the cosmic end there's a an Adam Warlock story. I freaking love that involves Thanos and

[27:51] Adam Warlock's evil half the Magus where Adam Warlock discovers this evil church that is being run by his future self and it's oppressing vast swaths of the galaxy. It's a fantastic story and if they are going to do Guardians 4, that's

[28:04] Adam Warlock and he is the cosmic character who can be front and center. And Alex you mentioned annihilation. After that event there was a new cosmic group formed, right? They could become like the new Guardians in in the MCU.

[28:18] I'm not sure who you're talking The Annihilators weren't they formed after >> Yes, I did forget about that. Yeah. Silver Surfer, Adam Warlock, and the little girl from Guardians 3 Phyla-Vell Phyla-Vell, thank you. Yeah.

[28:32] Queue it up again Ryan and then Alex you can say oh the Annihilators. Yeah. Oh. We'll fix it in post. YOU MEAN THE ANNIHILATORS? YEAH, we did AI scans of everybody here. It's way different when

[28:44] by the way we're on all podcast platforms as well. Yeah. I think that was their attempt to do like the Avengers and it didn't quite stick. They also recently had a thing that was an okay comic, but a really cool idea,

[28:56] Imperial Guardians, where they were It was Captain Marvel, characters in it, but it was Captain Marvel, Darkhawk, Darkhawk, I always say that wrong, couple of others, all working for

[29:09] Maximus the Mad from the Inhumans and him sending them on like black ops missions, which very cool idea. If they want to do something like that, I'm into Darkhorse comic? Is that what you said? We're talking Marvel.

[29:22] can't pronounce that word, hawk. Hawk. Uh there is, you know, I I think in July announce like what's going to happen in phase seven. They're going to start, I Comic-Con and I think they'll announce Black Panther 3 cuz no-brainer, they're

[29:36] going to make Black Panther 3. Um so, I want to know that. What What do you guys think are the predictions for you can pull from the comics or just ideas, but what do you guys think about Black Panther 3?

[29:48] Mm. Well, I have a spin-off idea from Black Panther for Black Panther 3. So, I I am Oh, god. I'm afraid that what I'm going to say is going to take us off of what you just said, but I'll say it anyway. I

[30:03] know that we're talking a lot we we we've brought up a lot about the horror elements of Marvel and the horror direction they're going. I want them to take Namor and make a very scary ocean movie because what's more terrifying

[30:16] than the sea? What's more terrifying than the depths of the ocean? And like, counterpart, the Aquaman movies, like those are like the sea is like neon Joel Schumacher Batman in those movies. Everyone's The octopuses are banging on

[30:29] drums, everybody's playing flutes made out of uh uh barracudas. I want Namor spaceship. It's amazing. >> I I want people getting >> yelling I want people getting murdered deep below the ocean surface and Namor's

[30:44] got to figure it out cuz he's such a dark brooding character, too. It's like, >> who Oh, go ahead. Go ahead. Oh, no, maybe we're about to say the same thing. One of my favorite ideas that never got done was that spin-off of Aquaman they

[30:57] were going to do called The Trench that was just supposed to be like a nasty little horror movie. I feel like James Gunn yeah, James Gunn would do that now and they should do that now and if Marvel wants to steal that idea and run

[31:10] >> [laughter] >> Tommy certainly does cuz I forgot all brilliant. >> The guy who does Conjuring, James Wan, yeah, he he was going to do it and he directed Aquaman, yeah.

[31:24] That would be cool and Namor I think is almost a better fit for it. Yeah, I I think they can tell a cool story under the sea. This is >> This is connecting way too many dots, but just while we're talking about

[31:36] horror stuff, in the brief you had mentioned some of the Midnight Suns characters as potentials for going forward. here, but earlier this week Marvel Comics put out this teaser saying that

[31:50] they're going to have a new publishing line called Midnight. They didn't give creative teams, it's a new publishing line, something completely different. There's rumors out there that what it is is essentially Marvel doing absolute

[32:05] DC's absolute universe, but with their monster, with their horror characters. So, doing like a rebooted own universe version of like Blade version of like Blade and Ghost Rider and Morbius, maybe and

[32:18] Tomb of Dracula and all those classic titles. That definitely got me thinking like, it's never a direct line from the comics to the movies, but we know that they're an indicator Yeah, it's an indicator and like the ultimate universe

[32:32] the original ultimate universe definitely influenced very clearly the MCU. So, I do wonder if there's like, "Hey, let's have an idea percolator of these monster characters so potentially we could do them on screen." Which would

[32:45] And I want to just throw in cuz it took me a second to find the image. Great uh comic book called uh Sub-Mariner: The Depths, which is like a whole like horror comic. It's fantastic. It's from the point of view of these like guys who

[32:57] like coming after them to kill them. It's amazing. You mean Namor? always called him growing up cuz we didn't have people to pronounce it for us. So, we just There were no cartoons of these characters. Um yeah, going back

[33:11] definite like they've laid some great groundwork there. I just think they need that hit. You know, Moon Knight was a decent show, wasn't a big hit, not like And I think they were thinking that was going to be Blade and maybe now it's

[33:26] just make Ghost Rider the character that like really gets people interested in something that's definitely crossing the streams and I thought about this for a while? It's I think

[33:39] if Clayface does well, that will mean good things for Marvel horror. Like if that does move If that movie does solidly, something that's relatively unrelated from a superhero universe that is the

[33:52] Trench movie but with Clayface." And that's going to absolutely spur Marvel on to be like, "Oh, what is our Tomb of Dracula movie? What is our Werewolf by Night movie?" or any of these things. Regardless of what it is, they're going

[34:04] to figure it out quickly. It's probably Blade. It should be Blade, but I guess Well, can I throw out my idea for Black Panther 3? >> That's what we've been talking about all along, Ryan. Very clearly.

[34:19] to be grown up at the end of Secret Wars. And T'Challa is going to be Black Panther again, right? Do Do we agree? Oh, good. I thought you were going to Powell. I was kind of worried there for a second. No. No. No. No. The man's

[34:32] amazing, but there's some roles even he shouldn't take. No, I I think that and and I think that the the plot line, like during the Ta-Nehisi Coates storyline, Shuri becomes like a a a sorceress and stuff like that. That's the one thing in

[34:45] but not explored is the spiritualism and the afterlife. And I think they do that Killmonger finds a way and maybe they bring back the resurrection altar but I kind of more front and center in this film, especially if they go the

[35:00] >> Or if it's post Secret Wars, he's back. Like, you know, they could just have Killmonger back. That's true, too. Well, I don't know. Oh, yeah. Oh, I they if they did do that, that would be cool because the original script was

[35:14] like tribal quest together and I'd love to see that interaction. I'm with you that I I think they're probably just going to age up T'Challa Jr. and be like, this is T'Challa, you know, and

[35:26] there. But I would really love to see them do that original idea he had for the second Black Panther film but have it be like Winston Duke and M'Baku taking T'Challa Jr. on his like spirit quest or whatever

[35:41] going through the the jungles of Wakanda and him like learning and like him asking about his father and you know, he can tell him how oh, we once we were once enemies but your father was a good man. It could be such a good movie.

[35:53] Yeah. They probably are just going to age him up. To go in the opposite direction, I totally agree with you. I think we are going to have a new Black Panther when we go post Secret Wars. I thought when you said Ta-Nehisi Coates

[36:05] Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda. >> What a story. What a story. Wild story. read. It's incredible. >> 100 It's incredible. Like the whole

[36:17] your head around. I think they could simplify it on screen. I also feel like beyond the emotional aspects, both of the movies so far have been about colonialism and expansion. So, what's bigger than expanding into multiple

[36:31] planets in space? Yeah. That would be a great way to especially if like the um if Marvel's not putting up any whatever he wants, you're right. That would thematically fit what he's done.

[36:45] Um but again, they also set up the US government like once regime regime change in Wakanda. There's also a storyline from the Chris Priest store uh comic run where they basically other governments prop up a guy to take over

[36:59] country. So, he's exiled. And that's really interesting, too. Maybe we could see T'Challa or Shuri cut off from their people because diplomatically they just there was an uprising or something like that. I mean then again, they kind of

[37:13] Well, then in the Priest run, if unless I'm misremembering, he also spends some time in New York being a street level hero, right? Like I don't I don't think they'd do that, but I would love a Disney Plus Black Panther on the streets

[37:27] show kind of like Daredevil Born Again. That would be fun and very different and I don't I don't remember if this was in a Black Panther solo series. I don't with the Avengers. T'Challa was a school teacher in New York. I think they did

[37:42] that run for a while when he couldn't return home, which is again like after decide they want to keep making movies, concept. It shouldn't just be more of the same. Or do like uh Black Panther

[37:55] Saved by the Bell. Like have him be the teacher, the students are always messing Use the same set. They use it for iCarly and a bunch of other shows. It's right there. Yeah, perfect. Good morning, Mr. T'Challa. But who will be the MCU's

[38:09] Screech? That is the question. Who will be the Screech? Are they going to Bucky Barnes? >> to have an actual Screech powers. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, okay. Uh all right. Well, so yeah, just go Screech. Yeah. Are they

[38:23] Shuri? Are they going to kill off Shuri if we Well, she was going to be Black Panther at the same time. She was also going to be Black Panther as well in the original draft of part two.

[38:37] Okay. But I also see her evolving past the role. Like I said, in the comics, to this other universe where Bast is and you know, it's it's the core of what realm. And as a scientist, I think she would explore that. They did kind of set

[38:52] like grief and anger and all like you could totally write her character to be Black Panther. You're supposed to be. >> Yeah, I'm letting go. Yeah. Right. All right. We have so many super chats. I do want to talk about um, Avengers

[39:08] movies and some ideas for that. I think we can all agree that Shang-Chi just what they set up, right? Like it follows through on the war with the sister. from the fans. Let's hear from you guys. See what's going on. Christian Ford has

[39:22] quite a few super chats in here. So, uh, we'll hear from him a little bit longer. kill for a King in Black story arc." That's the Venom, right? Yes. So, that is Null, who everybody remembers from Venom 3, of course. My

[39:38] The big bad of the Spider-Verse. He's coming. It's going to be huge. Uh, he Earth, covers the whole place with goop, and turns everybody into Venoms. That's also has more

[39:52] everybody in like alien oil and [ __ ] and then they fight him off. Yeah, the stuff happens. Yeah, that's all right. Yeah, Eddie Brock's there. A whole bunch of into it as well cuz they include the one-shot, and this is also not a joke,

[40:06] where, if I remember correctly, Hulk becomes a Venom and then fights Santa Christmas in the middle of the King in Black story arc. So, I have not read this. It's going on the list. Legitimately great comic. Definitely

[40:19] check it out. Hulk V Santa. Right up there with Punisher meets Archie. Uh Ethan said all-star lineup. Thanks so much. And let's see that alien boy said been getting a lot of compliments on my your mom will return to Avengers

[40:33] Doomsday shirt. Love you. Also love when Colton curses law. Well, Colton cusses like a like a stable boy. So just hang around him long enough. Colton said these Colton gets into these Texas cuss words that I have to look up.

[40:48] Yeah. It's true. He's very good [laughter] at it. us a taste. >> Come on. Give us a little sampler. Let me try one. What's a Texas bass-ackwards? Is that a Is that a Texas

[41:02] Yeah, did it up. I love little sayings like um we used to hear things like boy, flat rock. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's true. All right. Uh let's see. Colton's

[41:16] running away with this super with this live stream like a hobo with a sweet around the front down under gave us eight Australian dollars. Said I'm super love to see them go up against Mr. Sinister. Then down the road Apocalypse

[41:30] he says pets for Doug. I thought he was saying Apocalypse colon pets for Doug. reading it. Yeah, I think we're definitely going to get Does Doug have a pet or is that just kind of really messed up?

[41:44] Ryan is Doug's child. Exactly. I'm his employee. Who rescued Oh, stop. We're not the one teaching Radio. He's Um but [laughter] I do think we're going to get multiple

[42:00] X-Men stories, right? Like I not JUST THE X-MEN [laughter] WHAT WE WERE SAYING [laughter] I THOUGHT OF. YEAH, YEAH, YEAH, YEAH. Really bad

[42:12] [laughter] yeah. I never saw the movie, I just saw the Anyways, >> [clears throat] X-Men projects. Like we're going to get >> think we're going to get radio

[42:24] post-doomsday because I think We might, yeah. Cuba Gooding Jr. needs to be in one of these franchises. Yeah. >> I I kind of think, all right, stay stay introduce Wolverine just the new Wolverine whoever he is in a solo movie

[42:37] and then eventually bring him into the X-Men. it? Yes. really do think they're going to keep I I think they're going to keep him.

[42:51] Let me ask you this. Let's say they keep Hugh Jackman but the movies aren't good. Wouldn't that be terrible? Wouldn't you have rather seen him go out after the big crossover with Logan as his as his

[43:03] Secret Wars? Like at a at a certain point, we're going to hit the event horizon of like ways to keep this character around. be the guy who'd be like, oh yeah, I knew some other cuz he's that character

[43:17] his X-Men. I think he's got to die in Secret Wars. What about if they work in some kind of nonsense where he and Deadpool like I don't know, maybe they keep the TVA around or something. So that way they

[43:32] wall-breaking character who remembers all this stuff. Keep him with Hugh pair. They can do more Deadpool and Wolverine stuff and that can kind of be their over here kind of more bizarre R-rated wacky kind of stuff and then in

[43:48] the main line MCU they can eventually introduce the new Wolverine of that universe and just have you can have both. You can do Deadpool and Wolverine 2. You can have Hugh Jackman's Wolverine still remember all that stuff and he'd

[44:00] be sharing the screen with a fourth wall-breaking character. So that just little thing and then you have your main line Marvel Universe with the new X-Men, >> confusing. It's like having multiple Batman. I I hear Yoda's voice in my head

[44:15] already. Wolverine, you have impossible to have two. You know, like it's just I think we're I think we're going to primed for it now though. I mean we have like multiple Spider-Man, Batman.

[44:27] time. Get it now. I think people are going to be like, wait, isn't that the do the DCU Batman right now, people would show up expecting Robert with you except with the Deadpool movies, we had two basically two sets of

[44:42] X-Men at the same time. Like we had the X-Men movies going with Deadpool and sometimes they crossed but it didn't really matter and this is the one exception. And here's another reason I want them to keep Hugh

[44:55] Jackman's Wolverine is I want more Daphne Keen X-23. And they're kind of a >> say. Yeah, it's true. That's true. >> I mean yeah, I guess you could have her be like one of the few characters that remembers and then she meets this new

[45:09] variant of her dad. I I don't [laughter] know then it gets kind of wonky but No, think she'd be pretty good for Champions. so many more super chats to get through. She would be great for Champions. Angel

[45:23] going to be back cuz of money they're Well, he actually has a choice. I mean, there is a certain amount of money they certain point I think he would just say, look, I don't want to do this anymore.

[45:36] and doing other stuff. That alien boy gave us another two bucks and says you'll like this Tommy. He screamed when he saw you and Abbott. Great job. Yeah, >> Didn't realize that was on. Uh Jordan Freeman gave us two bucks and

[45:49] said Deadliest Catch season 22 begins tonight. Okay, thanks. Didn't know that. >> [laughter] >> New episode of For All Mankind. it on streaming? Should we watch Should we live react to it? Uh thank you so

[46:03] much for the information and that guild of kilometers in tent gave us $10. Thanks so much and said the guild that guild is unfortunately not very familiar give a brief brief [laughter] EXPLANATION OF NOMAD?

[46:18] Um Yeah. Well, I mean the original Nomad that's like when Steve Rogers wore the V cut with the cape, right? Like he Yeah.

[46:30] Nomad there was just a period of time where Captain America rejected being believe in America anymore, changed his costume, got on a motorcycle, rode solving mysteries, rewriting history as one does and he that's it. Like that's

[46:47] basically the whole thing. So there's obviously more storylines and things generally speaking I feel like people use Nomad as a shorthand for he's not wearing the costume. He's maybe a little ambivalent.

[47:01] directly. I think Chris Evans looked beautiful in this. Absolutely beautiful. boots I think that really sell it along with the 70s >> even lower I stopped there. Yeah, exactly. Get to that happy trail baby.

[47:15] exactly. Get to that happy trail baby. Let's see it. Finally. [laughter] I think I think that maybe we're confusing the the viewers a little bit. Nomad is actually just Bruce Banner because he's not angry anymore.

[47:28] Oh, right. Right. Right. He's Nomad. Exactly. Why aren't you the Hulk? He's Nomad. Nomad no more. Tommy in comedy.com guys with Joe List. >> Yeah, that's right. And we'll have links

[47:42] can find out all the information of where you can he can really lay down >> Say that one again. >> [laughter] >> Rick X Taylor gave us $5. Um let me see if you have some more for

[47:55] for Tommy's tight five tight five here. Uh, screen crush is Deadpool Deadpool X-Force with Logan post secret wars still a lineup we can imagine and saying. Make them this like team of multiversal

[48:09] continuity. I think Yeah, but also like >> Wait, I know where Logan I know exactly and if you're going to do this as a movie, if you're going to do X-Force, he

[48:22] is in Mojo world. That's the perfect place to do it. Mojo world should be the last place with all these weird variants from all the remnant realities cuz Mojo collapse of the multiverse. You have this alternate universe where it's all

[48:35] course that's where Hugh Jackman's Wolverine ends up because that's what sells the most tickets. You're welcome. That and them being TVA agents, I think going on. >> The other option for the comics is

[48:50] there's a great comic called Exiles, which is basically Sliders but with the X-Men where they're going through the multiverse and it's basically the same trying to find their way home. It's a little more TV

[49:03] coded than movie coded but that would work just as well, I think. it's kind of weird they haven't rebooted feel like that's the sort of premise that somebody would have gotten a hold

[49:15] multiversal time. >> talking about those little hamburgers? No, no, no, no. There's the Jerry O'Connell John Rhys-Davies show from the 90s and early 2000s where they went to different dimensions. White

[49:29] Castle is rebooting Sliders though. They [laughter] should and they they have happy meals but they would make great toys. And nameless 695 gave us $5 could be centered on the X-Men >> [laughter]

[49:43] >> with Rogue taking Captain Marvel's powers at the climax. Ooh. >> Now, Rogue versus Captain Marvel, yeah. If we're doing Avengers films, right? If we're doing actual team-ups, I think one of them needs to be Secret Invasion just

[49:56] to get the taste out of my mouth of the TV show. And I do think Avengers versus X-Men just needs to be a movie. Doesn't have to be based on the comic runs that we've had like at least two separate Avengers versus X-Men books. But I mean,

[50:08] teams in Marvel and throw them together. Why not? Well, that maybe that could be kind of the the Civil War idea that I was kind of throwing out earlier. It could be more of Avengers versus X-Men and like maybe the Avengers

[50:22] are wanting to use this mutant and the X-Men are like, "No, you're not going to use our guy like a like a weapon." Yeah, that could be cool. us another $5. Said I thought we would have gotten a Nova movie by now. We've

[50:35] in Guardians of the Galaxy. They've They've had it. They you know, Marvel written. And when they have directors come in, sometimes they go, "What are Gunn did Guardians cuz they kind of had his pick of a few different things. Mhm.

[50:50] Um I It was a TV series for a little bit, probably because of Bob Paycheck and wanting to push Disney Plus. I think that story belongs on the big screen personally, but yeah, I hope they make it. Yeah, it's crazy that they haven't

[51:03] it. Yeah, it's crazy that they haven't done the Sam Alexander Nova, which was written by Jeff Loeb and it's basically like the last Nova helmet crashes on Alexander finds it, puts it on, suddenly has

[51:16] access to the knowledge of the universe. That's like a classic 80s Last >> too. Yeah. >> Oh, yeah, 100%. It's like straight over I just gone for. >> I wouldn't say set it in the 80s, but

[51:29] then it's just Star-Lord. Yeah, it's exactly It's very It's very Green Lantern as well. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Def- Well, agree Yeah, it is. Alex is right. They They do differentiate it in a lot of ways cuz it

[51:42] is a kid, you know, and it's it's got more of that like Goonies feel to it. Um the best YouTube names I've ever heard. I I hope you have a channel that I can check out and it's just like reviews of deli meat, gave us five bucks and said,

[51:54] you for what you all do." I'm so happy. Thank you so much. I chat. The Duke of Deli Meat. bucks and said, "Which character or variant do y'all rock with the most?"

[52:09] >> Yeah. >> Um Andrew Garfield Spider-Man. >> You [ __ ] Good [snorts] choice. >> I like the Iron Man variant Doctor Doom. I'm a fan.

[52:22] >> [laughter] >> Uh, this this battle goes back years. >> I said that backwards. I like the Doctor Doom variant known as Iron Man. There we Loki. >> what you meant.

[52:34] Ooh, alligator Gator Loki. >> Richard Grant Loki is my favorite. He is I like headless Scott Lang from uh zombies. Mhm. I've got one.

[52:46] >> The Ben Grimm variant from Punisher season 1, also known as Micro. Yeah. that. You know, I'm watch I'm rewatching Girls right now and I forgot he was on >> Yeah. in everything he does.

[53:00] Uh, and Jimmy Jimmy Rost Jimmy Jimmy Rost, sorry, gave us five bucks. Uh, said Luke Cage movie by Tarantino or Punisher Punisher movie by Nolan. but there are some really great like action directors you could give

[53:13] to make his 10th and final movie a Marvel, but ooh. It's insane that the Punisher thing's not a movie. You could have made that and doubled your money at least. Hold on. It

[53:28] may be terrible. We just don't know yet. Uh, normally we would have gotten a Monday. So, I'll let >> Yeah, and the review embargo is not until like an hour before it releases. Yeah, it's not a good sign. I really

[53:41] do here, but because like Jon Bernthal co-wrote it and I remember like when they announced he was Punisher, there was like a Instagram photo or something researching the role cuz he now he's like he is that role, you know? Well,

[53:55] I'm glad they let him help write it cuz God has he been wanting to tell us something for years now. So, let's see what he's got to say. Is there is there a chance that it just doesn't do any like it's just not

[54:08] eventful and that's why they're like they're cuz everybody's all hyped up that there's going to be massive spoilers or or clues into Spider-Man brand new day or Daredevil season 3 and it's just a story about a guy killing a

[54:21] bunch of people and they're like It's almost definitely what it is. Like I like maybe that's more as to what like that that would like they're just like people are just going to be underwhelmed by the lack because fans crave all of

[54:34] the, you know, post-credit scenes and all of the like just devoid of them, there's going to be a very, you know, weak criticism that whatever. I bet you they do have to explain what he's why he

[54:49] sure. I bet you when they approached Bernthal about returning, I bet he pitched them a movie that he wants to do and they were like, "No, hour on Disney Plus though." And he's like Well, we'll again, we'll see. It

[55:04] may be great. It may be it may be one of these things we look at and go, "Yeah, that would not have worked as a 2-hour film." Did you see did this is off is going to be in theaters and they are

[55:17] sold out? I tried to get tickets. They are sold I didn't I well, I didn't know it, really? >> Yeah, they're going to be in 4DX, which definitely doesn't feel like a place I want to see The Boys I'm scared of that.

[55:33] got too much stuff and I wasn't caught up and now I am. So into the season. I'm >> VLC It's so good, man. You got to catch up and talk to us about it. VLC VFA gave "Any updates about the movie Whale Fall?" That's a great question. Colton,

[55:49] Yeah, what is going on with Whale Fall this I'm jealous of those who got to see that trailer. My wife just had to go into labor. I couldn't go to CinemaCon. >> nuts. Yeah, very selfish very I I haven't I haven't been home in weeks.

[56:02] >> [laughter] >> Uh let's see here. Christian Ford gave us another five bucks and said, "Tommy, get the Daytona and let's mosh." Um It was epic last night and the Foo Fighters will be headlining tonight.

[56:17] he went to see G and R. We heard about Oh, that's awesome. Yeah, I forgot. Okay, now it's all back. I'm jealous you got to see G and R. And yeah, Foo Um Person with an unpronounceable name,

[56:29] that is their actual name, gave us a tuny and said, "When do we think Skarr will return?" He could be alive. He was my pick to be on like the the actual Thunderbolts, like an evil team. What if he's the one thing they change

[56:41] after Secret Wars? They're like, "Oh, Skarr's got Oh, that's a no. Oh, no. I heard Scourge, not Skarr. Yeah, I was like, "What are you saying?" Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't know if Skarr's going to show

[56:54] up, guys. That to me That if I'm going to embody like the rushed mess of it's Skarr. You probably are going to see him You probably are going to see him briefly in Secret Wars if that little

[57:08] Hulk village thing we saw is anything. Yeah. The Hulk village, I just I'm just just picturing the opening of Beauty and the Beast with Belle [laughter]

[57:22] >> of like to see Yeah, yeah. You do proper Old Man Logan and you have him be in That'd be [clears throat] cool. I'd like to see um in the Hulk village in the Hulk saloon like a like a person a Hulk playing piano, but it's like the lonely

[57:35] Yeah, [laughter] if if they do that change an area of Disney World to make it into a Hulk Village that you can actually visit. It Yeah. I'm banned for life from Hulk Village at Disney World, y'all.

[57:49] Village at Disney World, y'all. >> [laughter] much, and said, "Doom stays in Kang Tower. The rest of older characters like Logan stay back in the TVA and serve as universal overseers, and they intervene

[58:03] cake and you can eat it, too. You don't just have to look at it through a glass case." I love having cake that I'm also eating. That That sounds fantastic. And yeah, I think that Kang's Citadel at the end of time

[58:16] totally Doom's castle. It was always Doom's castle. Yeah. might do that. I don't know. I think so. Yeah. it's been destroyed and rebuilt several times cuz you can see like like the bond

[58:28] of gold and stuff. >> And I'm I'm really digging the idea of Deadpool and Wolverine just being TVA agents getting sent on cuz God, that just opens the door for them to be sent anywhere. You can have them anywhere,

[58:42] anytime. Just have fun with it. Yeah. >> Nick Cage Ghost Rider, you know, movie I my memories and watch our live streams with us. Deadpool and Wolverine in in space. Yeah. Bear Arms Channel gave us two bucks and

[58:57] Abdul-Mateen. Well, he's already got a job. He can't do it. And Jimmy Ross gave us another two bucks and said a the warrior style X-Men movie would be cool. first one is. And I think I did a video on this exact thing where I said my

[59:11] they go and have a field trip in the city and they all get separated. Marauders in the sewers. That's what I would like to see. Keep it small. Don't the world is at stake. The whole point is their world is at stake. Yeah. And

[59:28] said, "I love you all. Thank you for being my favorite nerds. I really hope break Daredevil out of prison. What do you think about this?" Yeah. Yes. It might be too much for

[59:42] fans I mean for movie fans. Wait, who the hell is that? Like who is that guy? think break him out of prison because Matt doesn't want to be broken out of Matt doesn't want to be broken out of prison. Like he turned himself over.

[59:54] I do think the hand might be like pursuing him or something and Spider-Man is there to do what he thinks is like protecting him, but maybe the hand there cuz they want him to be their new leader. There's a lot of cool directions

[1:00:07] he could go with it. Uh alternately, I think we just get a quick shot after that hand fight of Spider-Man looking over and be like, "Aren't you my lawyer? think that's all we'll see and they're actually going to save the Daredevil

[1:00:20] movie cuz then it'll be like three movies in a row where they build it up. said, "Do you think that Disney" and this I love this by the way this kind of opens up some Wolverine ideas as well.

[1:00:33] Do you think that Disney will do a movie with Maestro who is the future evil version of Bruce Banner uh who's got a beard and has conquered the world?" It's the best way I know how to put it. Future Imperfect is one of the best Hulk

[1:00:47] stories of all time. It is very similar to the Thanos thing and the King Thor thing we were talking about earlier, but it's Hulk gets sent forward in time, meets this evil version of himself. It would be awesome. That would be

[1:01:00] >> Old Man Logan could also if you want him to be the villain of it, that works too. games, but not in live action. >> Yes, he's You might see Maestro I think come the end of Brand New Day and the end of Doomsday.

[1:01:16] in new directions without actually making a Hulk movie. Yeah, because I pissed that he's been locked up for so long. So, when he finally gets out >> yeah, yeah. Yeah. 100%. No, I I and that's the thing like

[1:01:30] the way Banner describes it is it's like I was locked in the backseat of a car control and he just says I put the brains and the brawn together. He doesn't say I put the two personalities together. There's nothing about

[1:01:44] Hulk-like. Oh, no, I think that there's going to be a reckoning for sure. Uh and I'm looking forward to it. Because look, Avengers Endgame, I love the movie, the Hulk doesn't do anything in it. He doesn't like he he goes rawr

[1:01:58] and in the last battle he doesn't get a moment apart from snap to bring get to do any Hulk [ __ ] which would always be good. there. Thanks to all of our super chat members and people who are becoming
