Chapters
YouTube automation involves hiring scriptwriters, voice actors, editors, and thumbnail artists, or using AI to replace them, to create videos without appearing on camera.
Eric has eight main channels generating an average of €11,000 per month in 2025. He shows revenue screenshots from multiple channels, including one with €10,842 and another with €2,136.
Eric pays about €1,000 for equipment monthly, leaving a 90% profit margin on his €11,000 revenue.
On average, one out of every five channels works (generates income). The first channel can start earning after three weeks.
Eric chose YouTube automation over trading, e-commerce, and crypto because it requires low initial investment and can generate significant income within 90 days.
Focus on sub-niches or micro-niches with no competition, low barrier to entry, and high RPM. Validate by checking if the niche works in other languages.
Content creation involves scriptwriting, voiceover, editing, and thumbnails. AI tools like ChatGPT and Eleven Labs can reduce costs and time.
Thumbnails attract attention, titles convert views. Both are equally important and should be optimized together.
Customize logo, banner, and watermark, but focus on content first. Customization becomes important after reaching 10,000-20,000 subscribers.
SEO is not critical for automated channels. Focus on descriptions, tags (using VidIQ), and creating content that works rather than over-optimizing.
Open channels massively (one in five works). Create systems to scale channel creation. Investment can start at €0 by doing everything yourself.
YouTube pays via RPM (revenue per 1,000 views). Increase RPM by making longer videos (1-2 hours) and targeting high-paying niches like technology.
Additional income from affiliate marketing, promotions, and selling channels. Channels can sell for 3-5 times annual revenue.
Requires many hours initially, dependency on YouTube, and risk of low-quality content. Avoid competition and focus on quality.
YouTube automation is a viable business model with low entry barriers, but success requires dedication, niche selection, and scaling through multiple channels. Eric's transparent breakdown shows both the potential and the challenges.

[00:02] this video. You want to create an online business and you want to make money from it. The problem is that there are a lot of businesses and you don't know exactly which one to choose. Did you know that YouTube is an interesting business
[00:16] that can generate a pretty good income? But not everyone dares or wants to simply show their face in videos. What many people don't know is that there's a way to earn money from YouTube
[00:30] way is called YouTube automation. And although this name sounds somewhat magical, like an automatic strategy to earn money without doing automatic strategy to earn money without doing anything, it is not like that at all. It consists of
[00:43] show our face. How are we going to do it? We're going to do it by hiring a the scripts, hiring a voice actor, someone who will read the scripts, hiring an editor, someone who will edit the videos, and finally
[00:57] someone who will create the thumbnails. And today it is especially artificial intelligence we will be able to do the work of all these people, but in a much simpler way and above all having to
[01:10] invest much less money. YouTube automation is a business that allows many people to make a lot of money, but the reality is that 90% of the people who try it end up failing. That's why I've
[01:22] decided to prepare this video in which we'll explain the strategy transparently and step by step so you can discover this business model and learn how to make money with it. For this I will be
[01:35] Everything's great, it's a pleasure to have you back on the channel. Eric has been working on YouTube automation for 2 years now. It has eight channels. With its channels, it generates an average of €11,000 per month. And I think that when
[01:49] fundamental is, hey, that it is explained to you by someone who actually has results. So you'd be willing to share your results. Yes, 100% to be fully transparent. So let's get to it. Perfect.
[02:03] Okay, as you can see here, well, this is this channel. I set 2025 because I like to measure earnings quarterly, every 6 months, or every 12 months because, as you know, YouTube has its ups and downs.
[02:17] Sometimes there is more demand, sometimes there is less demand, so I like time. Of course, this average of 11,000 doesn't mean 11,000 every month, but rather that in 2025 the average has been
[02:32] 11,000. Clear. So, well, this is a channel that since 2025 has generated a channel that since 2025 has generated reached 100,000 subscribers relatively recently and I'm already
[02:44] waiting for the first plaque. Then, if we go here to the second channel, we see that, well, it also has quite a few subscribers since 2025, well, the results of 2025 and we see that it has generated $10,842
[02:58] to show that they really are dollars and it is not some external currency, well, I can show it here. And I do this because sometimes, well, depending on the equipment, I pay in dollars or I pay in euros, and it helps me to later see
[03:13] what profit I actually make or not. Then this is the third channel which is a bit more dead these days, but well, it sometimes generates daily income. At a peak of €25, I have this one
[03:27] fully automated; the equipment already knows what to do and works completely on its own. We see that sometimes there's a spike of €285 just because, and well, last year it did generate a bit more money, but as I
[03:40] said, sometimes demand drops and we have to accept it, that's all. Okay, we see that it also has 86,000 eh 435 subscribers. Let's go to the fourth channel. fact, I've only just started doing it . And well, we see that
[03:56] with this, uh, €1758 has also been generated this 2025. If we go here to the fifth channel, this one is in Polish, okay? What I do a lot is see if a niche
[04:09] open in, and if I see that there's no competition, which I'll explain in detail later, well, I take advantage of that and open it in several languages, right? I see that, well, since 2025 it has generated €2136. Then we see this, we see that it has
[04:26] also generated dollars, okay? It's the dollar currency; in euros it's a little less. And also, since 2025, a very small but good channel, so
[04:38] you can see that you don't need to generate many visits in this business model to generate income. We see that even with half a million visits, half a million visits, more than €7,000, about €7,400, has been generated.
[04:52] We also see this one here that has generated uh 2.1 million visits throughout 2025, $14,922. here. Then we also see this one that 2025 uh
[05:06] Then we also see this one that 2025 uh 6788 20,000 subscribers. This last one, which I also started very recently, we see that it has already begun to generate its first income in the
[05:20] which would be extra to the eight main ones that you have two. Exactly, those eight main ones. In fact, I have quite a few more, but I only really count the ones that work for me. I mean, obviously not daily, but channels are opened weekly
[05:35] , but these eight are the ones that mainly generate that money. And then to finish, this one too, which I've recently started generating income from, also in dollars, and there are, well, 6 with a
[05:50] very small channel, and here we have the 10 channels that are giving me income super interesting and very grateful that you shared it because many times we talk, we hear about YouTube automation, but
[06:02] very few channels are actually used or you can actually use it, right? I'm really excited about them. talked about enough is, okay, this is the revenue that has been this? Okay, personally, I mean, it got to
[06:16] the point where it was more profitable for me to pay those people a fixed price, okay? At a monthly price. So, of these 11,000 that I receive monthly, I pay about 10,000 for equipment, so that's a 90% margin and
[06:32] good. Excellent. Another thing I'm many of them, so the people who are actually watching them actually see them?" Hey, how many channels do we have to try before
[06:47] one potentially works? Well, it depends on the person. So, channels works for me. It's also about interpretation, and it's a bit subjective, what it means to work, whether it generates a little income, whether it generates 3,000, 5,000
[07:00] a month. But if we're talking about it working, about it generating the first income, for example, the first one I opened is already generating income after three weeks . And that's a good thing too: you can start
[07:14] three weeks be generating your first income. lucky factor that the first one works, but even so, for someone like you who has been doing this for 2 years, only one out of every five, or 20%, are the ones that work for you. And well
[07:28] , a person who tries it might get not, and they might have to try several. To be transparent, I also open channels these days, so it comes in waves. Sometimes I spend two weeks
[07:42] channels and none of them work. To be completely transparent, very honest, huh, but on average one out of every five channels works pretty
[07:54] In the end, Eric, you're a young person who probably wanted to probably tried a lot of things until you decided and found was that process like? Why did you end up sticking with automation? Okay, well,
[08:09] at the beginning, before, I mean, I was very clear that I wanted to live off some online business, mainly I knew that I wanted to have my own business because on my father's side I saw that he was a very hard-working person and I
[08:24] was clear that I also wanted to be that and it's like what I had seen. So, I wanted to take it in a less traditional way and I wanted to go out a bit from that root, you know? And I wanted to do it more online. And at first I
[08:38] do it more online. And at first I considered certain things to decide which business model to stick with, primarily. At first I started with trading, but it wasn't that it didn't
[08:51] work for me, it's just that I realized it was n't really what I wanted. YouTube automation business model, it is true that you need many years of training to truly become profitable. So, you mean, with trading you say.
[09:06] Exactly, exactly. So, if I'm referring to express is that you can generate income with any business model, because it does n't depend on the business model, but on the person, but obviously
[09:19] you have to choose the one that best suits you. So trading is obviously a good business model, but the barrier to entry is really high. Because? Because from the start you already need training, you can
[09:31] start by training online, etc., but if you really want to do it in a short period of time, to learn that skill, you have to training is expensive and to be transparent, you know that there are very
[09:46] few people who have dedicated themselves to trading or have learned the skill in a short period of time. So, I didn't want to spend two, three, or even four years learning that either, and I wanted to see those first results, yes, in a faster way
[10:00] , not monetary results, but I wanted to see those results. Then I also considered e-commerce, but I asked quite a few people and it turns out that e-commerce is a business model that, as I said,
[10:14] can be scaled, it's very scalable, but to reach those 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 euros a month you have to invoice a lot of money because you need those products, just like with dropshipping and with Amazon.
[10:28] Then I also considered crypto, but to really generate that income and that return on investment, you need to invest a lot of capital. So, these are business models that require a lot of capital to start,
[10:43] and I didn't have that capital, which is why I decided on YouTube automation. It's a business model you can start today with virtually no investment, and within 90 days, if you do things very well and understand what you need to
[10:57] do, you can already be generating a significant amount of money. In fact, by the second month of monetizing the channel, I was already making about €2,000 a , the choice was basically mainly due to the initial investment issue
[11:09] Hey, trading, well I need a course, I need to have capital to buy a funding account so I can operate e-commerce, I margins are lower and in the end you kind of get guided by something that's not
[11:23] necessary. Of course, in the end I only valued that barrier to entry into the business model entry into the business model money doesn't come quickly, because money never
[11:36] building, building and then that money will come. And I realized that I was building the person, but I also needed a business model good profitability. And I repeat, it can also be generated with the other
[11:49] business models, but you have to invoice a lot of money for the net money that you keep to be relatively high. And one of the reasons why I started with the YouTube automation business model
[12:01] is because I was in a situation in my life where I was working and studying at the same time and I didn't have a lot of time either. So it's true that people talk about
[12:15] YouTube automation as a business model that you can do with an hour or half an hour a day . That is completely false. In other words, you won't be
[12:27] time to it. Obviously, I don't dedicate as much time to it these days, but I still right at that moment in my life is when I decided to take, well, select that business model. Once
[12:39] we understand a little bit about why you chose this business model and what think it makes perfect sense to explain to people how YouTube automation is done from the perspective of someone starting from scratch
[12:53] done? We have some cards here for Yes, we have prepared these cards. Ultimately, people need to understand that an automated YouTube channel is still a YouTube channel. The only thing that's
[13:06] called automated is that we automate the creation of content, those scripts, voiceovers, which we'll talk about later. And as I've stated here, a YouTube channel doesn't need any face to go viral and generate
[13:18] income. Ultimately, we don't depend on a personal brand to generate visits and generate income. And that's a very good thing. Because? Because if tomorrow you want to sell that channel, which
[13:32] we'll talk about later, since it's not tied to any since it's not tied to any person, you can decide to sell it and income you can earn by selling those channels. So, people need to understand
[13:45] that an automated channel is a YouTube channel, but we automate those content creation processes to an external team and upload that content without us appearing within the channel. In fact, I'm sure
[13:59] that both the people watching this video, including you, have at some point watched a video or news item or something on an automated channel. Definitely, absolutely.
[14:13] Now that we know what an automated channel is , let's move on to one of the most important parts within our automated channels, which is the niche. The niche is what we talk about within our channel. There really aren't
[14:27] within our channel. There really aren't x niches in the YouTube market. imagine. Here I've given you some more popular examples, which can be more popular examples, which can be sports, health, history, technology, and
[14:40] sports, health, history, technology, and as I said, the niche is the topic that our channel deals with. For example, if we upload videos of football, then football is indeed a sport. The niche would be sports. If we upload videos about
[14:53] would be sports. If we upload videos about how to improve your diet, etc., it would ultimately be a health niche, and then also a history and technology niche. this is really the first thing people should do when they say, "Hey,
[15:05] an automated channel, which would be a YouTube channel. Hey, what am I going to talk about?" No, it should be the first thing and then everything else built around it. Exact. Exact. Because many people, when they start,
[15:17] , or shouldn't I?" First, you need to be clear about what content you're going to upload to your channel to have better direction and more clarity. Okay? So I'm going to set this aside for now, and
[15:31] there are certain points to keep in mind when selecting this niche, okay? We generally call it a niche, but we focus on a sub-niche, a micro-niche. I gave you the example of football, but football wouldn't really be
[15:45] a niche. The general niche is sports. So the niche, in this sports. So the niche, in this example, the one for football, would be sports, the example, the one for football, would be sports, the sub-niche would be football and the micro-niche
[15:57] would be some football player, whether the most popular ones, Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, etc. Okay, that's important because we have to keep in mind that we don't target, as I've said here, general niches, because
[16:11] in general niches there will always be competition and what we have to do is avoid all that competition to take that big piece of the pie in terms of traffic, which generates revenue.
[16:25] sub-niches or micro-niches, that is, create a channel about, for example, a Exact. Only about him. Exact. In other words, in the end we also have to assess what is
[16:38] working within the platform. One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking, "Okay, what do I think is going to work?" But it's not really the approach, it's what's working within the platform.
[16:50] We leveraged that and brought it to our market and gave it our own name. By market I mean language. In other words, it would involve identifying a sub-niche, a micro-niche that works in another country, in another language, and adapting it to another country, for
[17:03] example. Exact. And as I said at the beginning, I currently have channels in said at the beginning, I currently have channels in Polish, Russian, German, French, Italian, Portuguese and all those channels. Finally, it is also necessary to analyze whether there is a large
[17:16] demand within that market. And if there is high demand and no competition, that's where we assess whether to enter that sub-niche or not. Okay. Okay. Then, one of the very important points is that we take this into account
[17:29] we have to focus on sub-niche or micro-niche, but let's see how to potential niche is that niche, sub-niche, micro-niche, that has worked in other
[17:41] markets but has not worked in the one we are going to replicate. I repeat, by market I mean language. It's what you said, analyze if it has worked in another language, bring it to the language in which we are going to open the channel, in this case it is always
[17:55] open the channel, in this case it is always done in Spanish, and analyze if anyone potential niche. Because? Because we have that validation that has worked and hasn't been done in the market, we are going to open that channel. And
[18:09] then there are also some points to consider to determine if it's a really. These are the three points that I follow religiously to truly assess whether it is a potential niche or not. The first one is that it has no
[18:23] competition. Real competition is what makes you unsuccessful. In fact, I have an academy, I have a training program where one of the biggest mistakes is that students initially enter niches
[18:36] that have competition, and when they realize this and improve, that's when their channels start to take off. Ultimately, we always have to find niches and enter potential niches that have no competition. Then the
[18:50] second point is also a low barrier to entry . What do I mean by a low barrier to talking about at the beginning with business models, well, that's also being looked at here. The this business model, in terms of low barrier to entry, is, okay?,
[19:05] to assess whether those channels are working , but we also have to take into account how much that content creation will cost us . Generating € 1000, €2000, or €3000 per month is of no use to us. If that content creation is going to involve
[19:19] the profit is really very low. So, we need to see that barrier to entry lower, okay? It should be a niche with a low barrier to entry, meaning that the content type is
[19:34] too complicated or expensive to produce. Of course, I mean, value that a lot. but right now I'm relying heavily on artificial intelligence to Currently, I don't do everything with
[19:48] artificial intelligence, I'll explain later, but I do do a large part of it, to entry a little lower because the costs go down a lot. And then the third and one of the points, well, for me the most important to
[20:02] not and to really see if that niche is scalable is that I have a good RPM. RPM is what YouTube pays you for every 1000 views, okay? So, if we initially enter and open a niche channel with low RPM, that's
[20:19] where we realize that the niche is not scalable. Because? because we will need many millions of visits to generate thousands of euros. On the other hand, it's much easier to find a niche that has a good RPM because
[20:31] with just a few visits you can already generate very good income. How could I know? In the end, we know, right?, that there are some niches, also focused on what type of person will view the content, which are higher or
[20:43] lower RPM. But how can people know which niches are good? If high RPM, right? You'll never be able to do that. You can't look for it. Hey, tell me potential niches that have a good RPM and he won't tell you
[20:57] . That's understanding it. It depends on the type of content you upload to the person with higher or lower purchasing power. Gaming content. Gaming content attracts young children. So, the type of
[21:10] people that this content attracts have lower purchasing power, but for example, technology, artificial intelligence, etc., that type of content attracts people who have higher purchasing power. And I know that the
[21:24] higher purchasing power. And I know that the niche is one of the hardest points to understand, the hardest to find those potential niches. So, for those of you watching this video, if you message me on
[21:36] Instagram (which you'll see on screen), I can send you a list of potential niches for you to consider, and then it's up to you whether you fall into those niches or not. And Eric, once we've chosen
[21:49] the niche, I already have my niche, my sub-niche, my micro-niche, I already know what my channel is going to be about, the next step, as I see it, is content creation. Hm. Ultimately, as I said, this business model is called
[22:01] content creation. Content creation is the creation of those videos, everything you create to publish on the channel. And as I've mentioned here, we need certain people for content creation. We need a
[22:15] screenwriter, because a screenwriter is the person who is in charge of writing the entire script for the video and then automatically passing it on to a voice actor, which is the second point. Okay, a broadcaster is the person who narrates that script of
[22:30] intonation also somewhat in relation to the niche, right? Obviously, a niche genre of horror, of horror stories, will have to be narrated in a different way, okay? Then we have the editor, who is the person who puts that voiceover together with
[22:44] more images, stock videos, and makes the video come out. And then there's the thumbnail artist, who's the person in charge of making the covers for those videos, right? And then I mentioned here that everything has changed today because
[23:00] artificial intelligence is increasingly revolutionizing things. I remember perfectly when I started in this business model that had just been created; Chat GPT hadn't been created yet, but it was becoming fashionable, and
[23:13] today it doesn't do what you can do with artificial intelligence. And as I've put here, what you used to do in hours or even days, you can now do in just a few seconds. I literally put
[23:29] a thumbnail here with a designer, and when I was doing the presentation, I promise you I made this thumbnail in 30 seconds. I took this miniature, asked them to change the face, to change the order a little, and this is what they
[23:42] amazing what you can do, and I actually did this without paying a single euro. free. If it's what I've talked about before, that thanks to artificial intelligence, the costs of this barrier to entry into the business model are
[23:57] for example, of these miniatures? Artificial intelligence is incredible, and more and more of it is appearing all the time . I've just seen some tools that can simply give you an idea; they put your face here
[24:10] so you can see how you would look. Of course, that's crazy. And what I also see is that YouTube automation used to require more money, well, to have an editor, ta ta ta. And nowadays there are many costs that you save on
[24:22] , right? Like voiceovers, which are usually the most expensive, can be done with AI and in the end they save you a lot of money because I YouTube automation, who might have hired people and
[24:35] paid them very little money and in the end if you pay very little money the Exact. And if it's not a good result, then it's usually not going to be hard to make it work. Clear. For example, the people I
[24:47] have working for me obviously do their job, but these days they rely heavily, very heavily, on artificial intelligence. If you like, I have some, well, I have some artificial intelligences that I
[25:01] have developed to generate titles, scripts and thumbnails and it's within my academy, within my training. If you're okay with it, we'll put them up Okay, perfect. Okay, so here we have the
[25:17] script I've developed. Obviously this is a Ferrari, right? But you can actually do it at home with regular GBT Chat, it won't give you the same result. This is a little more exclusive than what I created, but hey, you
[25:32] So, let's make a script. Tell me about a topic that comes to mind, that's on your mind. the best restaurants in Barcelona. restaurants in Barcelona. Okay, so I'm going to put "make me" and
[25:57] That would be a sub-niche, wouldn't it? Also. Exact. Yes, yes, yes. And the micro-niche would be restaurants, okay? Look, I mean, apart from that, he's already given us the restaurants in case we want to add them in editing,
[26:12] but here he tells us the whole script, okay? Hmm, I'm automatically set to make a 10-minute video, but if I tell it now to lengthen it, then obviously it would make it as long as I want. I repeat,
[26:26] this is fine, but we also have to, I mean, we can't trust it 100% and then check that what the artificial intelligence has done is well done and that it hasn't put in any nonsense either. But yes, this guy is very well
[26:38] trained and he speeds up the whole process a lot . You've already seen that in less than 10 seconds he's given us a 10- minute script. And at the level of the the prom. I literally did this in 30
[26:51] seconds, just like with the script prom. This is a miniature that I made entirely from scratch. I told him exactly what I wanted and what word I wanted to appear inside the thumbnail. This is another
[27:03] example. Uh, this one too. This one too. If you look closely, well, if you really look at how the miniature is structured , it's very well done, very, very cool, and you're saving money.
[27:17] Clear. In other words, they can charge you 10, 15, 20 for this perfectly well, and it's not just the money, it's the time, which is the most important thing, which is what will make you advance much faster. We've seen everything involved in choosing a niche,
[27:32] we've seen the process for creating content, which would be the script artificial intelligence, obviously supervising, you can even do it or by hiring someone, depending on how you want to do it.
[27:46] Then there's the voiceover part; you either hire someone or nowadays, with artificial intelligence, for example, Eleven Labs or others that exist, they'll be able to do it for you, basically with a human voice, they'll read everything and you'll
[27:58] have it. Then there's the editing, which involves an editor who will put together the audio track, add images, and so on, which nowadays can even be done with artificial intelligence, and the
[28:11] thumbnail artist, which can be done either with AI or by hiring someone. And now we move on to the packaging part, right? This is 50% of the success of a piece of Clear. So, in the end, what good is doing the best voiceover? What good is
[28:25] having the best script and the best editing if you can't get people to engage with your video? Something else that's important, and that I have to create good content. I mean, if it's a
[28:37] Barcelona, it has to be good and not just a chat room with a script that some to work, right? To do something truly useful and that truly benefits Clear. And that's also very important. So, I'm going to talk about the
[28:52] packaging now, but not just focus on that, I mean, focus on the entire creation of the video. Because? Because if we make the best packaging, but then in we make the best packaging, but then in terms of editing, etc., it's not done
[29:05] into the video because it has caught their attention, but they will leave because it is not quality content. So, the packaging is a combination So, the packaging is a combination of a thumbnail and a title.
[29:21] People who are starting from scratch think that the really important thing that makes them enter into our video is the thumbnail, but this is not really the case. In other words, it's equally important, but the thumbnail goes
[29:34] Because the thumbnail is designed to attract the attention of people, of the audience browsing YouTube. And the title is meant to turn that attention into visualization. Therefore,
[29:47] equal importance should be given to both the thumbnail and the title. There are come to me and say, "Hey, how's this packaging?" And I see that the miniature is packaging?" And I see that the miniature is awesome, but the title... well, it's either not
[30:00] well done, too long, or it just doesn't grab your attention and doesn't convert you. And the thumbnail is just as important as the title, I repeat. It all goes together. Once we've seen this,
[30:12] let's move on to channel customization. There are certain aspects of our channel that we need to customize , but it's not something we should worry about at first. In other words, people worry about, "Oh,
[30:28] words, people worry about, "Oh, what logo should I use? What banner should I use?" But that's . Because? Because the people who are going to watch your videos aren't going to watch them for the logo, but for the video and the content you're creating. Obviously,
[30:42] when you're already a big channel, with 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 subscribers, you need to have a logo and a banner that identify you as who you are, right? But at first it 's not important at all. As I said, here we need to customize the
[30:55] following, which is the logo, the banner, and the watermark. And so that you understand perfectly, well, this is my personal channel. To customize your channel, you'll need to go to YouTube Studio, then to the
[31:08] customization area. To change the banner, click where it says " banner, click where it says " banner image." To change the logo, 's your channel logo, right? You have to click on change or add. And for the
[31:22] okay? Scroll down a bit, it will add a watermark; it's the notification bell that prompts people to subscribe. Because? Because if you show a person Because if you show a person a logo that says "subscribe" for 8, 10, or 20 minutes,
[31:37] subconsciously their mind is already seeing that they have to subscribe. Obviously, if it's a good video they'll subscribe, and if it's a bad So, all the content creation goes hand in hand with
[31:52] all the customization, and I also recommend customization, obviously adding a logo and a banner that matches the colors you 're using in the editing process. Exactly, exactly. It would be called a bit
[32:06] more the channel's branding, that is, if you use yellow, red, blue colors, then that should be represented in the logo and the B, that is, the overall branding of the channel. Okay, perfect. Okay, understood,
[32:21] Pareto principle style, not to focus too much on this at the beginning, but to publish good content first and then focus on these things later. Perfect. Now let's talk about SEO. What is SEO? SEO is the
[32:34] SEO. What is SEO? SEO is the positioning of our channel. This is very important. Obviously SEO is important, but it's not something we should fact, as I've mentioned here, I've generated millions of visits without even
[32:50] thinking about it and without adding SEO. So, it's something we have to take into account. Now I'll talk about how we can better position our videos, etc., but it's not something we need to overthink, okay? Ultimately,
[33:03] YouTube's algorithm works very well and obviously already knows what kind of people to recommend it to and what kind of people not to. Obviously, SEO is more important for a personal brand because of the type of videos, but generally
[33:18] not for automated channels. So, what do I recommend you focus on in terms of SEO? Okay? I recommend that you focus on descriptions, cards, and you can also leverage Vidac, which is a
[33:32] completely free extension that you position your video at the description level? I recommend that you include description level? I recommend that you include the most important parts of the video or
[33:47] the parts that talk about what the video is really about. What I also sometimes do is put the description and below it I put inspired by and titles of videos that have those words that describe what the video is about. And at the credit card level,
[34:03] this is related to Life IQ. The IQ life extension allows you to see a feature called tags when you're in YouTube Studio , which
[34:16] are cards, labels, it's the same thing. And that's related, those tags are words that you put that are related to the video you're talking about. For example, if you upload a video of the 10 best saves in
[34:30] football history, you will obviously include football, football history, football saves, football gloves, and football goalkeepers. Ultimately, it's about giving them information, more information about what the video is about, but I'm really saying this with complete
[34:44] transparency. Sometimes I've posted a video weeks Sometimes I've posted a video weeks later and it has 200, 300, 500,000, 1 million views, and then reviewing the video I've realized that I hadn't
[34:56] something to keep in mind that doesn't subtract, but it doesn't add a Okay? understood. And then at the level of content focus, because in the end, you can focus content so that it ranks well on YouTube, for
[35:11] search for, right? The best restaurants in Barcelona to eat at for less than €100 is probably not something that's very viral, right? No, no, you're not going to be watching click on it, but the one who's looking for it is the video that's looking for it, right? Which
[35:28] for an automated channel? content that is more sought after, more Yes, that's a very good contribution you've made. There are two types that you can upload as well. There are, well, there are several types of videos, but there are more videos that
[35:40] work at the moment, not trends, but there is a high demand. For example, any famous person or singer, even if it's not a trend, there's a high demand because there are people interested in knowing about
[35:52] that person. But in terms of videos, you can focus your video to be more SEO-friendly. How can you do it? Well, focus it in a way that the type of video is something people will search for, but you also have to keep in mind that those types of videos aren't
[36:05] going to take off or generate as many views at first. you to try and combine the two? Because what I see is that some give more muscle to the channel, hey, I have several positioned that give me little, but they're there
[36:19] . And then there are the other viral trends that might work well for a few days or weeks, but then they die out. That's more at a personal branding level, but what I do in automated CANs is upload what works and that's it
[36:32] references, I see what has worked for them, I leverage the time those people have invested in finding out if it works or not, and then I do what learned, well, I've learned it with all the experience I have with this
[36:46] for example, if I start looking for SEO videos, the videos that , not at all, but what you have to do now do more of what works. Understood? Now that we've covered SEO,
[37:02] I want to explain a little bit about testing strategies, okay? And here I want to emphasize what I've said, that the right mindset to have in this business model is to have the mindset of opening channels massively.
[37:18] Obviously, you can't afford it at first . Because? Because when you start out you're going to try to keep costs as low as possible, but what has given me the most money and what has really made me scale is opening channels
[37:32] massively. Because, as I said before, one in five channels is successful, open 10 channels and none of them work, but to eventually get one that channels. In other words, you don't have to open one or two channels and focus on that,
[37:48] but keep opening channels, create good team systems that also allow you to open channels, because you won't be able to afford it, not only due to initial income but also because of the team systems. In other words, you have a limit
[38:02] that you can't open more channels, so it's about creating that team system massively. business model where you always have to be setting up new you have, right? Of course, because I've had channels that were
[38:17] making €3,000 a month and those channels have died. So, if automated channels and only focus on one, obviously there will be a day when that channel doesn't necessarily die, but obviously the income will decrease, and if we
[38:32] depend on only one channel, our income will drop significantly. And here, to emphasize, I've stated that the investment in this business model really depends on you, because you decide whether to hire a team, you decide whether to
[38:45] do it with artificial intelligence, or you decide whether to do it yourself. So, it all really depends on you, and you can start today with literally €0, which is like me. Of course, I started that way myself
[38:59] because I've always liked YouTube and I thought, "Okay, well, I'm going to try it and see what happens." I tried it with €0 investment. And after three weeks I monetized that channel, which I opened with the goal of testing to see
[39:11] if it would work. After 2 months I was making about 2 minutes a month, which is a lot of money. Yes, I do sometimes see comments from YouTube automation, like, "Hey, how can I do it while investing very
[39:24] little money?" Well, doing it entirely yourself would be the solution, which would n't really be automated anymore; it would be like a self-employed YouTube channel, so to speak, but it can be done. Clear. And now that you've
[39:37] also brought this up, I want to talk about costs too, because we haven't talked much about that before, which is content costs. Many people, and I'm sure you've heard it too, say that people who use this
[39:51] Because? Because you can really pay 3 or 5 for a script. But I always say the same thing, I'm not exploiting those people, it's just that if those people take 20 minutes to make a script
[40:04] artificial intelligence, I'm paying them $ for 20 minutes they work, that 's $1 per hour. So you're not really exploiting those people and in the end
[40:16] you pay little, but that's because it's very quick content to produce. At the voiceover level, it also depends; if you pay a real person to do it, it will artificial intelligence you can do it for free, and at the editing level it can
[40:31] cost you less per minute. And as for the miniatures, as you've seen, you can do it perfectly well with Chat GBT, or if not, the as I said, you can make them yourself. Hmm,
[40:43] business model and the step-by-step process for setting up these channels, let's see how to make with these channels we get visits, but hey, how do we translate those visits into revenue? Perfect, then yes, let's do it.
[40:58] Let's see how, as you said, we make money. Ultimately, YouTube pays us, but what exactly does YouTube do to actually pay us? No? YouTube makes money thanks to advertisers who pay to
[41:13] appear on the platform, and YouTube gives us a percentage of what they earn from that advertiser for those ads appearing in our videos.
[41:25] I think this is the easiest way to explain it: this would be the CPM that many people have heard of, and this would be the RPM. Of course, I 've also noted it here, which is the next point, which is how we measure
[41:38] the money we earn. We measure it with CPM and RPM. CPM is what advertisers pay YouTube to appear on the platform. And the RPM is what
[41:50] we keep for ourselves, that is , we measure what we earn with the RPM, which is what we earn per 1000 visits. $2 per 1000 views, $ per 1000 views. In the end, that's what we measured it by. And I'm
[42:04] also going to give you a little trick or some little tricks to increase some little tricks to increase that CPM and that RPM. As we have seen, YouTube makes money from advertisers and we make money from those
[42:17] videos. So, the more ads we can add within our video, the more we'll be earning. So, the longer the video, the more ads YouTube will show, which means
[42:31] YouTube will make a lot more money and YouTube will pay you more. So, these days, the channels I showed at the beginning, that type of content, I'm doing between one and two hours, okay? It's content that's
[42:44] mean, videos of one to two hours. Of course, because the content is so long, as I said, YouTube can put many ads and earns more because of each one. many ads and earns more because of each one. Exactly. And that's what I've
[42:57] Exactly. And that's what I've also been talking about in tips for finding a potential niche, that is, it's not about finding a niche or having a niche, a channel that generates millions of visits, but about finding a
[43:10] channel that has a high RPM. The channels I've shown don't generate many views, nor few either, but since I have a high RPM because I use the trick of long videos, I don't need to get 1 million views to
[43:24] generate €1,000, no. I, for example, I, for example, have between 7 and 10 RPM on those channels, which is a very, very high RPM. The average here in Spain is between one and three, as we have
[43:37] discussed, depending on the niche. And obviously one of the tricks I recommend to increase that RPM is to transition to niches that pay more.
[43:49] Obviously, the purchasing power of people in the United States is much higher than that of people in Spain or any other part of Europe. So, English content pays very well, but there is also a lot of
[44:02] Perfect. So we've seen the first way to earn money, right? That would be with what YouTube itself pays you . And we're going for more. Let's now look at other ways to generate income with this
[44:14] YouTube automation business model. The first of these would be an affiliation. You can become affiliated with a product, understand what your audience wants, and sell that audience what they want. For example, if you have an
[44:29] audiobook channel or a technology channel, you need to understand what that audience wants, whether to affiliate with a product or create the product yourself. You can do both. Initially, I always recommend affiliate marketing
[44:42] because you have the assurance that if the product isn't sold, you're not try it quickly and accurately. Exact. So it's about understanding what your audience wants, aligning yourself with that product, and selling your audience
[44:54] what they want. Then also on the other hand, promotion. Promoting other people. In the end, you can sell, imagine, you have, for example, on the first channel I opened, which was about Formula 1, someone
[45:09] wrote to me to promote their Formula 1 clothing store. They had the typical Formula 1 driver t-shirts and wrote to me and said they would pay me to promote that clothing store. And then there's also the sale of channels, which we
[45:25] 've touched on briefly, but it's something that needs to be taken into but it's something that needs to be taken into account, because since we don't appear in the videos, we're not attached to that channel. So, at any time
[45:38] channel. So, at any time we can decide to sell them or not. And I that are generating good money for them, between €5,000 and €10,000 a month, for more than €300,000. In fact, I've received offers to sell
[45:53] channels that are making me between € 2,000 and €3,000 a month for €30,000 to €40,000. It's up to you whether to sell them or not. Whether you prefer that recurring income or that lump sum income also depends on what you want, but the important thing is
[46:08] this: you're not attached to those channels and at any time, if you 're in a bad situation, etc., you can sell those channels. that I have a friend who recently sold his channel for several hundred
[46:25] thousand dollars, and basically he got three times what he generated in a year, money, but also a lot of work, many years uploading content, and well, it's definitely interesting to have the option in
[46:38] a business to be able to sell it. What YouTube values here is not the monthly income it's giving you, but the consistency with which that channel generates income. You're going to get paid much more for a channel that's been
[46:51] making, for example, €2,000 a month for 2 years, than for a channel that's been making €10,000 a month for two months. But that's because people who buy those kinds of channels are looking for that stability and that security, in quotes. Yes, yes.
[47:03] Perfect, so I understand the whole revenue part, and now something that I think address the topics that aren't usually discussed, right? When we talk about YouTube automation. And for me, one
[47:17] well, negative things. Like everything in life, there are negative things, and I think it share them in this video. Clear. The first very important thing is that people tell you that with 30 minutes a day you can do it, but not
[47:33] only in this business model, that is, in any business people sell it to you as generating easy and fast money. And that's not really the case. And especially in this, in this business model, if you start and are doing the
[47:46] content yourself, obviously at the beginning you will have to dedicate many hours to it. I remember at the beginning when I started I was working right after I quit, well, I quit my studies, but summer came, I was working in the mornings and I dedicated the
[48:00] whole afternoon, the whole afternoon to that content creation, idea, etc., mind that you're going to have to dedicate many hours to it. The second point is also many hours to it. The second point is also that you depend on YouTube. It's not the
[48:15] same as having your own agency and offering a service to other clients, hassle. Because? Because those customers are always going to complain,
[48:27] etc. But really one of the problems, in quotes, is that you depend on a platform. But in the end I don't see it as so much a drawback because you always depend on something and it's better to depend on a platform, which in
[48:42] this case is one of the largest platforms in the world, than on any client, uh, etceteram. Yes, in the end all businesses depend on third parties, but yes, it is definitely a negative point. And any others you might want to
[48:56] highlight. I don't know if you have any that you've heard about that could be brought down to earth and discussed, for example, something that would scare me is if the content is all
[49:08] created artificially, low-quality content, because in the end that's very ephemeral content that will eventually that's important because obviously YouTube will penalize you
[49:21] if you do that, but the point is always to create quality content. I always tell the people I teach from scratch that it's important to create is a platform that's viewed very much in the long term, because the video you upload
[49:35] today can generate income for many years, so you have to create good content. But the same applies not only to same applies not only to artificial intelligence, but if you take a
[49:47] thumbnail or a screenshot of someone else's video, you will also be penalized. Because? You'll get pop-ups about telesor, copyright, etc., but that's normal and it's something that's been done wrong. That's why I haven't put it,
[50:00] because it wouldn't be very ethical to do so, so it's not done. Yes, one of the mistakes people can make is wanting to go fast, content, and by creating bad content, well, it might work for a little while,
[50:14] Clear. Yes. If you think you've touched on one of the mistakes people make, we can also list some other mistakes they make here, okay? And I've been developing it a little before, but not
[50:29] specifically, which is focusing on things that aren't relevant. I really think this is much more important than people realize. I, for example, when I started I understood this very well and that's also why it made me scale
[50:45] quickly, in quotes, right? Focusing on things that are irrelevant. you start out you have to focus on selecting your niche,
[50:57] creating content, and so on. You don't have to focus on SEO, you don't have to focus on branding, you don't have to focus on logo, banner, etc., but rather focus on the main things you have to do at the
[51:11] beginning. Then also, as we just discussed, is poor quality, and then I would say that the biggest mistake a person starting from scratch makes, which we talked about at the beginning, is choosing the right niche. And what about
[51:27] the niche? They choose niches that have competition. And if you first enter a niche that has competition, you're going to spend a lot of time
[51:41] figuring out what to do, things to try to make the channel work, but if the niche has competition it's very difficult to scale your channel. So I would 100%
[51:53] focus on a niche that has no competition to really take that whole competition to really take that whole piece of the pie. M, well Eric, I think we've covered everything with this. Let's close the video now. I really
[52:05] enjoyed discovering this business model, seeing a bit of the step-by-step process good, the bad, real experience, real channels. I'm sure people will like it and leave a like if they do.
[52:20] Eric, you mentioned during the video that you have a program for people who are looking for, well, something a little more personalized, a kind of support. What does this involve and how can someone
[52:32] interested hire it? Okay, yes, perfect. Look, I have a program. Obviously, what I've explained here is very good and there's a lot of value in it, and it's true that people can learn a lot from this. But for people who want to take it a step further and
[52:44] really start this business model right away, going full steam ahead , so to speak , I have a program where we help people generate their first income, especially by learning the skill and then generating their first
[52:58] income within the next 90 days. This program obviously includes over 50 hours of training, but not only that, there are more than seven weekly calls, not only with me, but with experts in
[53:12] miniatures, scriptwriting, and so on . There is also a community section where everyone can talk to each other . There is a one-on-one chat section with me where I personally answer those questions. They have access to
[53:24] potential niches so they can really see them there and start working artificial intelligence promotions so that the costs are
[53:36] greatly reduced and they can do things themselves, and they also have access to me in masterminds and events, so that we can all help each other and truly grow as a family. Today we are 250
[53:50] people and I am delighted that we are becoming more and more . Great, we'll anyone who wants more information about it. Exact. For those who want to take that step, in the description,
[54:04] as you just mentioned, there will be a link where my team and I will assess those people, their goals, and whether they truly want to fully commit to this business module, because I only
[54:17] like to help people who want to be helped; otherwise, they won't get those in the description. And I'll be there checking on each and every one Perfect. Well, Eric, thanks a million for stopping by, for sharing all this with
[54:33] people, and well, I hope everyone enjoyed it and thanks Perfect. Thank you so much. Yeah.
