if you're a solo founder and you want to get to a million 2 million 3 million 4 million and more the key is really to sell passive value products so I'm talking about things like online courses software as opposed to things like consulting or an agency if you're doing consulting you're the one providing that value and with a limited number of hours in a day you know it's hard to scale that basically as opposed to you
create a Course once and you sell it forever or you create SAS you sell it and it provides value passively because with an agency you're essentially selling labor right a little bit of expertise but also people to do the work and it's possible to build like some massive freelance operation with upw work and stuff but it's going to be really difficult to scale that up as a legitimate agency just using Freelancers you will need full-time staffers
