A dropshipping veteran from 2017 reveals his 2026 playbook for building profitable stores with AI. He shows real revenue numbers, breaks down how dropshipping works, maps the industry's evolution, and shares step-by-step methods for product research, store building, and Facebook ad testing.
Three new stores made ~$700k combined in two months (Jan 1–Mar 2). Total revenue across all stores is $2–3 million, with 18–23% profit margins.
Customer pays on Shopify; the supplier in China receives the order and dropships directly to the customer. No inventory is held, removing the biggest business risk.
Extremely easy start: cheap and powerful Facebook ads, viral simple products, little competition. Downside: 4–6 week shipping times.
More competition and YouTubers made product research harder. One-product stores emerged, AliExpress offered ePacket shipping, and real ads and Google skills were required.
Apple's ATT made ad tracking and data less accurate, the biggest change of the decade. This forced creative testing, higher cash flow needs, private agents, and upsells/funnels.
UGC creators became essential, creative fatigue rose, hybrid fulfillment gained traction, and smart sellers prioritized profit over flashy revenue numbers.
AI tools are everywhere, forcing creativity as differentiator. Micro-influencers outperform celebrities, one-product niche brands dominate, and customer experience plus retention (LTV/MRR) are critical.
Expect a 3–5 year plan. The playbook changes every few years; the ability to adapt is what keeps you relevant.
Jack over-relies on AI copying, ignores customer problems, and quits early. Emily researches her customers, uses AI to enhance but not decide, builds long-term systems, knows her numbers, and adapts.
Email marketing generates an extra 20–40% in revenue each year for e-commerce brands. Omnisend simplifies this with AI-powered pre-built automations.
Use a detailed AI prompt (e.g., with Scopic AI) to research trends, verify on Amazon via reviews, search Facebook Ad Library sorted by impressions, and extract unique marketing angles from customer feedback.
Winning Hunter shows real ad spend. Filtering by ad spend, active ads, and last 90 days revealed a competing product still generating $25,000/day in revenue — proving the niche is alive.
Pros use AI to speed up but not decide. They create clean, focused stores with copy and landing pages tailored to specific customer segments (e.g., dog breeds), not generic templates.
Run a CBO campaign with 3 ad sets (one angle each: pain, benefit, lifestyle) and 3 creatives per ad set with unique hooks. Most ads fail; use data to double down on winners and replace losers.
Dropshipping in 2026 rewards creativity, deep customer understanding, and relentless testing. AI is a powerful accelerator, but the human must always be the final decision-maker.

17:01Ads success = iteration, not luck
Distills the Facebook ads section into a universal principle that separates pros from quitters.
35:40[00:01] saturated products that everyone else are selling. Then they'll tell you to use an AI page builder to build the store, and at the end everyone's stores all look the same. Then they'll tell you to rip off one of your competitors video
[00:14] ads, then run it on Facebook for $200, and overnight you're going to be rich. I'm launching new drop shipping stores every single month in 2026, and I've been documenting it on this channel. And some of these stores have hit $100,000
[00:28] showing you the exact blueprint and step-by-step guide that I used to launch a brand new drop shipping store and take it to $1,000 a day within around about 7
[00:40] video, guys, I've actually created a comprehensive Miro board that's going to go over absolutely everything. I'll even put it on the screen here so you can see it. Now, this is to help you guys with every single step. Now, this took me
[00:53] hours and hours to create, and this will be available for all of you guys right now in the pinned comment and in the description below. Now, the only thing like button, and YouTube's come out with this new feature called hype the video.
[01:06] mean everything. But the least thing that you guys can do is destroy the like button and leave a comment on what you thought of today's content. So, guys, before I teach you how to master drop shipping in 2026, I have to show you
[01:20] proof that I know what I'm talking about. So, check out this store. You can see from the 1st of January till the 2nd of March, which is today's date, it's done $200,000 in revenue. So, you can see this store here. Now, if I go to
[01:33] another store, you can see from the 1st of January to the 2nd of March, this one's done $345,000 in revenue. And if you look at this brand new store. This one's just done shy of $100,000,
[01:46] and collectively, these are just three stores that are relatively new. That's around about $700,000. Combined with all the other stores that we've got, we're looking at around about 2 to three million dollars in revenue
[01:59] those that are wondering what the profit margin is on average, it's around about 18 to 23% overall. Now the reason why I show you guys these numbers is not to flex, it's just to show you guys that we are still every day in the trenches. Now
[02:14] shipping back in 2017. So the fact that I've stayed this consistent is important. Now with that being said guys, let me show you how to master drop shipping in 25 minutes. So guys, check this out. This is the Miro board that I
[02:28] mentioned in the intro and you can see how comprehensive this Miro board is and don't forget it is available for you guys straight away in the pin comment All I ask for in return guys is you destroy the like button. Now before I
[02:41] get into the nitty-gritty stuff guys, I just need to explain how drop shipping works cuz a lot of people are still are confused how it works. A customer orders a product on your Shopify store, goes on their mobile phone, goes to your store
[02:54] on Shopify, makes the payment. Then on the back end there's an automated order being received and then it gets sent to your supplier. So your supplier in China will receive the order confirmation on autopilot and then what the supplier
[03:07] does is they send it directly to your customer. So you don't hold any inventory. The beauty of drop shipping is you don't risk inventory. Inventory is the biggest risk in any business. Just as an example guys, if you look at
[03:21] restaurants, the biggest risk they hold is the meat and the ingredients they customers, all that's going to go to waste. So drop shipping is a way to de-risk in the e-commerce world. The best way to look at it guys is drop
[03:34] shipping is a section of e-commerce. So e-commerce is a massive industry that grows every single year in market capitalization and drop shipping is just a fulfillment method of that huge industry. Now what I've also done guys,
[03:49] video is I've gone over the four different businesses that most beginners kind of bunny hop between, which is SMMA, Amazon FBA, Forex, and drop why I believe drop shipping is the best. So, you guys can read that in your spare
[04:03] always asking me which one's the best. So, have a read of that and it explains. Now, I need to explain to you guys the drop shipping era from 2017 drop shipping era from 2017 to 2026, almost 10 years. Now, the
[04:17] cuz there's key things that you can learn from each era. Now, remember guys, I actually started in the 2017 era. So, this is how drop shipping looked in this is how drop shipping looked in 2017. Very easy to start. In 2026, lots
[04:32] it didn't need much money. You could open a store quickly using Shopify and start selling right away. Facebook ads were super cheap and super powerful. You could literally turn anything on and spend literally $30 and make a really
[04:46] like to explain it is it's like a slot machine. You could literally put in, let's say, $10 and you'd get back like $80. And it would be very high chances. Even Google ads were crazy back then. You could literally mess around with it
[05:01] were simple and viral. Things like fidget spinners, phone gadgets, and random wild products sold fast because they were trending and people shared them. The biggest thing for me back then was the phone gadgets.
[05:13] many people knew about drop shipping yet. It was more back then affiliate about. And then the other issue was long shipping times. Actually, back in them days, guys, it took four weeks to get the product to the customer, sometimes
[05:26] even six weeks. Now, how did drop shipping look in 2019? More people joined the game. It became more popular with more YouTubers coming online and then actually knew what they were talking about. And they shared some
[05:39] got harder. Finding winning products wasn't as easy because many people were selling them at the same time. Stores needed to look legit. Simple messy stores didn't work. This is when one product stores became a big thing. So,
[05:52] back before then it was general stores and around about 2019 was when one common thing. Suppliers started to improve so platforms like AliExpress began to offer better shipping packets, shipping options like ePacket, and more
[06:06] learning was required. You actually had to know how to use Facebook ads. You had to actually learn how to use Google, understand the bidding platform. And how did drop shipping look back in 2021? iOS updates changed everything. Apple's
[06:19] privacy policies updated ATT, updated the ATT, made tracking harder, so ads become less predictable and the data was less accurate. So, I would say to you guys this was the biggest change in the last 10 years, which is ad accuracy due
[06:34] to privacy updates from Apple. This is what's made it become a lot harder. Creative testing became key. Instead of targeting, you had to test lots of ad creatives, videos, and images. Cash flow became important. Slower
[06:46] payouts, rising ad costs meant you needed more money up front to keep the business running. Private agents became more popular than AliExpress, so people stopped using AliExpress and went to private agents. And upsells and funnels
[06:59] increased profits. Because the ad costs went up, you were forced to do upsells and cross-sells because you couldn't afford the ad cost anymore. So, you were forced to have to do some form of upselling or cross-selling. Then drop
[07:12] shipping in 2023 looked like this. UGC creators became essential. Brands natural-looking videos, and this is because TikTok became such a huge platform in 2022 and in 2023.
[07:27] So, it made UGC creators very popular. Creative fatigue was a big problem. Ads stopped working faster. You had to consistently make new videos and test fresh ideas. Hybrid fulfillment method became very popular. Sellers mixed
[07:39] suppliers, agents, and local warehouses. So, essentially, you'd have different suppliers in different regions depending on what you were selling. And focus on profit, not just revenue. So, the fancy screenshots of people showing you those
[07:51] big revenue numbers wasn't as important anymore because people knew that profit was the most important thing. And that's why I always say to people on YouTube, sometimes you don't want to be doing massive numbers like the like the stores
[08:03] that I showed you in the intro, those aren't massive numbers in today's age, but the margins in terms of profitability are still very high. And I would rather have more profit than more revenue numbers. So, I'd rather have
[08:15] less flashy numbers, but know that the profit is still very good. I can't focus on this enough, guys. Focus on your profit, not the revenue. Now, that moves us onto drop shipping in 2026. AI tools are everywhere. People use AI
[08:29] to make product pages, ads, video ads. This means you must be creative, not just faster. So, the essential thing is, guys, people have lost their creativity since the start of the eras. So, over these eras, people have lost creativity,
[08:45] and that is essential for success. Micro influencers drive sales. So, small creators, let's say 1,000 to 100,000, are bringing in better results than famous influencers. One product brands dominate. So, instead of general stores,
[08:58] one product brands or niche niche stores have dominated. So, let's say you're selling pet products, they're exclusively just pet toy products. So, they're super niche. So, those are dominating right now. Customer
[09:10] experience is everything. Easy returns, easy replies. Remember, Amazon and all these other platforms have set the standards in terms of return policies, refunds, and stuff like this. So,
[09:22] because people now know when they buy online, they are very well protected. Retention, one-time sales aren't important anymore. You need to make sure that you've got LTV, long-term value, customer value, MRR, monthly recurring
[09:36] revenue. If you are just essentially looking to survive on one order from one customer every single time, you will not last longer than about 18 months. And well, guys, is because although you may have not experienced this much in terms
[09:51] of 10 years in the industry, you're about to experience the next 10 years. So, you're going to be here in 2036. So, you can identify the kind of changes to expect over 10 years. And the truth is, guys, drop shipping is not a
[10:05] get-rich-quick scheme. You're looking at around about 3 to 5-year game plan. So, happen in the next 3 years, you're really going to struggle. So, by me showing you this, it's going to help you identify how the cycle changes every
[10:19] different year. Look at how many changes I've had to endure to still stay relevant in terms of being able to do drop shipping. It's kind of crazy, guys. essentially. Now, this brings us on to the biggest question, but why are people
[10:33] the biggest question, but why are people still failing drop shipping in 2026 with AI? And here's the truth. Now, I'm going to give you guys two examples. We've got Jack here on the left-hand side. You can see Jack's there looking slick. And I've
[10:45] got Jack down as the guy that doesn't win. Now, on the right-hand side, we've got Emily. Emily's here, and she's the one crushing it. Now, I know a lot of are going to be mad because you're thinking, why did Emily beat us guys?
[11:00] And I've done that just to kind of annoy you guys anyway. Emily won on this why. Now, there's actually some truth behind this why Emily won in terms of leave that for another video, but anyway, let me go over this. Jack relies
[11:15] too much on AI and no thinking. Jack uses AI to build his store, write the ads, and pick the products, but doesn't understand why anything works. So, when something fails, he's stuck and can't fix it and relies on the AI to fix it
[11:28] for him. Jack copies instead of creating. He asks AI to copy trending products and ads, and then the problem thousands of people are doing the exact same thing. So, his store and all the offers and all the angles all look and
[11:41] sound like everyone else's. Jack ignores real customer problems. He picks a product that looks cool instead of solving real problems, so people scroll by, maybe click, but don't actually buy. Jack quits too early. He tests a product
[11:54] for a few days, loses some money, and gives up. In 2026, success often comes from testing and improving and staying consistent. His website looks okay thanks to AI, but it feels generic. No real brand story, no personality, and no
[12:08] reason for customers to trust him. Then, if we look at Emily, who won in this challenge, Emily understands her customers deeply. She She knows exactly who she's selling to, what they struggle with, what is the struggle, why they
[12:22] should buy it, and she doesn't guess, she researches. So, this is essential, guys. If you don't know what your product is that you found that could be a winning product, you don't understand what it solves, the people it can help,
[12:34] you've already lost. If you're just taking links from, let's say, Facebook or AliExpress, throwing them over to AI, and guessing that it can figure it all out for you, you're all wrong. Emily uses AI to help, not replace. She uses
[12:49] AI to speed things up, ideas, scripts, product pages, but she edits and improves everything to make it feel real and human. Emily focuses on one clear products. She builds a strong offer around one product that actually solves
[13:04] a problem. Emily invests in better creative. She spends time making and sourcing high-quality videos that feel natural, engaging, and not lazy or copied videos. Emily builds a long-term system. She sets up things like email
[13:17] and SMS retargeting, repeat purchase strategies, so she makes more money over knows her cost, profit margins, and data. She doesn't guess, she makes decisions based on real numbers. Guys, the amount of people I know that don't
[13:31] know their numbers, they then do like $200,000 in revenue, they then hire an accountant turns around and says, "You do know you are making a loss, and you owe X, Y, and Z in, let's say, bills or
[13:43] taxes." And guys are like, "There's no way." I actually had a really good friend of mine that scaled crazy in the last few years, and in this first store, he thought he was making lots of money. His accountant then said, "You owe this
[13:56] didn't know what to do. So, you really because if you don't know your numbers inside out, you can never make any real decision. Emily adapts quickly. If something isn't working, she changes
[14:08] angles, creatives, or offers instead of quitting. Changing instead of quitting is essential. Emily builds a real brand identity. Her store has a clear message, turning feelings to customers. Customers remember her brand instead of forgetting
[14:21] it. Drop shipping and e-commerce brands using email marketing generate an extra using email marketing generate an extra 20 to 40% in revenue every single year. beginners and pros don't use email marketing is cuz they think it's hard to
[14:35] set up. And the funny thing is, Omnisend with their new AI tools have made it extremely easy for you to integrate email marketing. So, as soon as you've downloaded the Omnisend app using my link in the pinned comment and in the
[14:48] automations that you can choose from: abandoned carts, welcome flows, AB testing, upsell. These are the automated flows that all of these brands generating huge revenue are all using. And Omnisend have already generated them
[15:02] for you. All you have to simply do is edit the content in the automation, and you can even use Omnisend's AI to edit the content in terms of writing the emails, and then you can just save them and start using them. And the best part
[15:15] is, Omnisend, if you're a beginner, give you up to 250 email recipients for free, which means it's risk-free. So, when you download the Omnisend app and you sign don't have more than 250 email recipients, it costs you nothing.
[15:30] Remember, email marketing has remained the most powerful organic way to promote your brand once you start to get visitors. And the biggest brands are all moving over to Omnisend, so make sure you guys join in because Omnisend is the
[15:43] best platform for email marketing and AI emails and SMS. And with that being for Omnisend in the pinned comment and in the description below. Now, I'm going segment. So, we've got here the beginner dropshipper
[15:57] versus the successful dropshipper product research. This is where a beginner fails with product research versus a pro wins with product research. So, you got the beginner here lets AI do all the thinking just ask AI to give me
[16:10] a winning product and blindly picks one, accepts answers without questioning, doesn't check if product actually makes sense or is saturated, uses copy and paste idea, same product, same angle, everything. Nothing changes. No real
[16:23] understanding if the product fails, they don't know why because they didn't think it through. Chases shortcuts because they believe AI will magically figure it all out without any real effort. Now, what the pro does is it uses AI for
[16:35] ideas, not decisions. It gets suggestions from AI, then it filters them using logic. Does this actually solve a problem? Uses common sense before testing anything. Adds originality, changes the angle or offer
[16:47] else. It understands the why. Know why a product could work before spending money on it. Uses AI as a tool, not as a crutch. AI speeds things up, but it isn't the final decision maker. You
[17:01] should always be the final decision maker. Now, what I've got for you guys is how to find a winning product. So, I'm going to be showing you the step-by-step process of how I do it. Now, what you're going to want to do,
[17:13] to one of your AI LLMs. I'm going to be using Scopic AI for this one. It's going to want to do is I've actually given you a prompt sheet here as a Google Sheet, and it goes over the prompt that I'm going to be using for
[17:26] the LLM. So, it says here, "You're an elite e-commerce market research analyst validation." And it goes over a trend demand, it goes over Amazon demand, and it goes over everything in depth. So, look at the way I'm prompting the LLM.
[17:40] And you have to really ask yourself, do you actually prompt LLMs like this or your prompts aren't like this, this is why you're completely failing, cuz you're not prompting AI correctly. So, I'm going to grab this prompt, guys. I'm
[17:53] going to go to Scopic, I'm going to paste it in, and click send. So, check it's gone over this. So, you can see, "Let's dive into the process of identifying high demand. Step one, trending demand." So, it goes over main
[18:06] keyword, small dog dental care. So, it goes over the demand. It goes over what niche is currently in demand, and then it goes over the Amazon and forums. So, it goes over Vet's Best Dental Gel for Dogs. It goes over
[18:20] buy. So, it kind of goes over everything for me. Now, what my job is to go off products. You can see, this is a product right here. This is a product right here. And I need to then manually go and verify it. It's done some of the
[18:35] research for me. It's done some of the hard work for me, but I still need to in one of the names of the products that it's found. It's a dog toothbrush and want to do, guys, is I'm going to want to look for the Amazon listings. So, I
[18:49] can see the same brand here, brand one, brand two. It's the same brand. There's I'm going to want to go on Amazon. Now, I'm going to want to go to the Amazon one with the most reviews. So, you can see here, this is the product. It's got
[19:02] around about 391 reviews. This is the actual product itself. Now, what you guys can do is you can head over to the Facebook Ad Library, select all, click all ads, and you can type in keywords like dog toothbrush and search for that
[19:15] keyword. And now what you can do is you can go to filters, and you can change the language to English, you can [snorts] change it to active ads, and then the next important thing is there's a new thing now on the ad library called
[19:28] sort by. You want to sort it by impressions high to low. So, the more impressions, the more successful the ads are. So, this new filter that Facebook's added is going to definitely help you guys figure out which ads are actually
[19:41] are coming up here, and it says, "What if dogs could brush their own teeth?" And you can see these ads being run here. This is them advertising a dog toothbrush. Instead of you manually trying to fight your dog to brush their
[19:54] teeth, you can see that this dog toy actually brushes their teeth whilst simple what they're trying to do here. Now, this is really important, guys. Although the AI has said that dog cleaning kits are really hot in demand,
[20:07] which it is, the most important thing is understanding what type of product is the market wanting right now. Now, I've been able to identify that why fight brushing their teeth? Instead of fighting them, give them a toy that
[20:21] cleans their teeth for them. Now, what I'm going to want to do, guys, is I'm I'm now on their website. So, this website looks really, really nice, by page. That's what they're calling it, the bite and brush.
[20:35] So, if I now go back to Google and type in bite and brush, I should be able to find other types of products that are similar to theirs. guys, is finding it on Amazon. So, I've now found the product on Amazon, because
[20:50] in that way I can get authentic reviews, and they've got 1,200 their reviews could be biased, their reviews could be fake, but on Amazon is very unlikely. So, now what I can do, guys, is I can now copy this Amazon
[21:05] link. I've then put to scopic I want to sell this product like this one and send it the Amazon link and I said that I need to find a unique marketing angle or based on their reviews on Amazon, the feedback, the way I can figure out a
[21:18] unique gap in the market that I can sell this product in. And if I go back to the doing. I'm trying to find the angle guys. So look, I've gone to Amazon, I've extracted the reviews based on sending it the Skopic link, sending Skopic the
[21:31] link. I'm now trying to identify what the unique angle could be for this product. I don't want to try and sell the product exactly the same way they direct competitor and these guys by the look of it is a big brand making a lot
[21:44] of money. Now check this out guys. Skopic AI have come back and said based on what you've shared, which is the Woof Finger toothbrush, you can see here it's gone over the review, so what the reviews are, the missing features. You
[21:56] here. It gives me unique marketing angles and product improvements. So one of the main issues is built to last, sizing options, easy refill options, flavor variety, gum massage feature, additional cleaning surface, and focus
[22:11] additional cleaning surface, and focus on ease of use, and target specific dog breeds. Now in my opinion, specific dog breeds are the biggest thing for me to capitalize on. These other ones are pretty good, but I'd have to say that
[22:25] specific dog breeds would probably be the way I can win in this kind of market. Now check this out guys. On AliExpress, I typed in dog toothbrush toy and you can see this one here is a dental cleaning kit to clean their teeth
[22:38] see there's other versions here that have got loads of orders. So I know that versions that I can sell. There's this one here that I keep seeing that comes very highly recommended. Then there's also this version here that I'm seeing a
[22:52] lot of positive reviews for. So I know I can buy the product that does the same same as their product, it technically essentially instead of you trying to force your pet to brush their teeth,
[23:06] you're going to be doing it by giving them a toy that does it and they enjoy do it. Now, if I go back to Scopic, I know what I want to do is focus on do is I'm actually going to copy this and say, "What are the largest dog
[23:20] breeds I could specifically focus on in the USA?" So, I actually want to know don't want to be specifically choosing breeds that are small in terms of ownership in the USA because then the market's too small. I want to go over
[23:33] the top five breeds in the USA, so I know that when I run ads, at least people are going to have those breeds. So, you can see Great Dane is coming up as one of the biggest breeds. A Mastiff is coming up, a Saint Bernard. So, it's
[23:46] gone over each breed that is really popular in the USA. "Give me a unique marketing pitch for each breed, why they need the Bye-and-Brush." Now, the reason why I'm doing this is because when I create the landing page or the ads, I'm
[24:02] going to be focusing on each breed individually. So, although I'm going after specific breeds, I still need to isolate each breed into one. So, check this out, guys. So, it says here, "The Great Dane, gentle giants deserve gentle
[24:15] magnificent Great Dane deserves the best dental care and the Bye-and-Brush is here to deliver with the extra large size and the gentle silicone brushes or finger toothbrushes designed to fit perfectly in your Great Dane's mouth.
[24:27] Saint Bernard. So, you can see how it's identifying a different angle for each I thought I really need to focus on the main issues for each breed and why these ones are generic and they're
[24:42] make them better. And again, my human decision understands that. But if you were just to go off this, you would just believe the AI's done a good job. So, this is where you've got to make sure
[24:54] you as the human checks everything. So now, let's look at the difference. For large mouths and deep jaws, making it difficult to access all the teeth with traditional toothbrushes. Their size and gentle nature makes them resistant. So,
[25:07] these are key bullet points that I need because now I can say remake the Great Danes marketing angle based on this information. So, now I've highlighted what each breed has and why they would be an issue to traditionally brush their
[25:20] teeth. Now, look at the difference with this response versus the response here. verify this because you got to understand this sounds good, but it's generic. This now sounds a little bit more pain pointed. And imagine if you're
[25:33] a Great Dane owner, by coming up with these information or these points, trust because you've actually focused on the key issues. So, now if I go back to my Marrow board, I have now got my angles and I know what I'm doing. So,
[25:47] I've got my product, I've got my angles, I just need to verify that this product brands. Now, I've already found this brand. I'm going to use this brand as what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to use Winning Hunter to do this.
[26:01] Winning Hunter. Now, what I've done guys is I've actually gone over to Winning Hunter, which is the best way to validate any product. Because remember validate any product. Because remember guys, the best way to still find winning
[26:13] products and validate them is are these ads being run by these brands and are they spending lots of money. The only way to tell that is by using an ad spy tool like Winning Hunter. This is the only way to do it, guys. So, I found the
[26:27] page on Winning Hunter, Woof here. Now, I want to see how much money and how many ads they're actually running. Now, the ad library can show you the ads, but spending. You just can't see that data. And the other thing with Winning Hunter
[26:39] is it also shows me other dog brands that are very similar to this one that here is running 1,000 ads, this one's 100 ads. So, you can see other ads that is, although I found the brand, guys, I need to filter this
[26:55] from sort by. I want to filter it by ad spend. And I also want to filter it by active ads. And then you want to go to where it says last seen date, and you want to click last 90 days, and click apply. And it's going to show you all of
[27:09] recently, and you can see here. Now, by me filtering this, guys, by ad spend, I'm seeing the ads that have made them the most money and got them the most traction ever on their account. So, you can see here it's a store revenue
[27:22] $25,000. So, they're making $25,000 in the last day. So, you can still see they're running ads, and they're making money if they're still making money with this product, there is still money to be
[27:34] that I can do with winning countries I can click these three dots, and I can go to find competitors with magic AI. That way I can find more brands selling the exact same product on the ads library. So, you can see here now, I'm able to
[27:48] find other brands selling very similar products. And then that way I can see how much money they're also spending on their ads to see if this niche, or are money on paid ads. So, this is the way I'm verifying it. Because this is live
[28:04] active data that I can go off. So, now, based on me finding all these active data and knowing that this is still making money, they're generating $25,000 a day, then I know that this product's making money. So, that's my product
[28:17] research done, my angle's done, so now I can move on. Now, let me talk about how drop shippers build their Shopify stores. So, the beginner will do this, auto builds everything with AI, uses AI generated to do the whole store. They
[28:30] don't change anything. Looks generic, sounds generic, and it's just a generic template. Too much clutter, too many add-ons, and too many pop-ups. No clear message, no unique market angle, and doesn't think like a buyer. Builds a
[28:44] Okay, it looks nice for me, but not for my customer. Whereas the professional uses AI apps to speed up, but not decide. Clean and focused design, clear via instantly, and built for conversion. Thinks like a customer, not like them.
[29:00] Now, there is nothing wrong with using AI, but you've got to make sure that you don't just use AI to build the store and then do nothing after. So, the way that I would actually do this, guys, is I'd actually use Scopic AI to do this for
[29:12] myself. So, how I would do it, guys, is I'd use a page builder like Scopic AI. You simply put the AliExpress or a competitor's link in there. You then can get it to pick you a brand name and a brand identity, and then it will build
[29:25] the store, it doesn't mean you're finished. You still need to add more sections. You still need to replace some of the copywriting. So, the copywriting that you should be replacing it with is based on all of this information off the
[29:37] chat. So, I could now say to Scopic, "Make me a landing "Make me a landing page based on this info." So, you would replace some of the copywriting from what Scopic AI page builder would build
[29:51] was on the relevant link that you gave it, whether it be the AliExpress link or the competitor link. Now, remember, we're trying to identify custom marketing gaps. So, you can see here that Scopic's now built me a exclusive
[30:06] type of product page copy that is built and designed for these unique breeds. tell Scopic to do to actually segment these out. So, you'll build one page for
[30:18] Great Danes, you'd build one page for Mastiffs, one page for Saint Bernards. landing page. You'd create separate landing page for each breed. And then you'd ask Scopic, "Build me a landing page just for Great Danes." And then it
[30:31] would give you all the copy you need just for Great Danes. And then once you've done that, guys, you can use Shopify Sidekick AI to build you custom sections. Now, this website, for example looks absolutely amazing. The content,
[30:45] the quality is crazy. Now what I would actually do is print screen some of this, get Sidekick AI with Scopic AI's prompt generator to create you custom sections that look like this. Not even just that guys, I would also use
[30:58] Scopic's AI image prompt maker to remake images like this but for your product. they're doing their design, their copywriting, their look is working for a
[31:10] beginner versus pro drop shippers mindset. Now the beginner thinks like this, they only care about the cheapest price. Think lowest cost more profit but Picks random supplies, goes on AliExpress, chooses any supplier that
[31:24] product. Doesn't message the supplier, doesn't check if they're even legit or quality, doesn't check about the shipping times, nor the return or refund one of the most important things that you got to check. Because remember, your
[31:39] logistics isn't in your hands, it's with the supplier, and ends up with problems. send a product to a customer from your supplier and it's an issue, will your supplier stand on their word and refund it or return it or exchange it? Or are
[31:53] you going to have to pay for those issues? Now a way a pro works is they think about the long-term effect and not the quick profit. So even though it might not be the cheapest, they know long-term they're going to be the most
[32:06] resilient. Carefully vet suppliers, communicate regular with them, verify product quality, focuses on faster shipping even if it costs a little bit more money, and understands the policies. Know when to
[32:19] do the refunds, know when to do the exchanges. Fewer complaints equals fewer chargebacks and equals better payment providers that don't have you banned or have you on what we call reserved payments. Now I've made it very easy for
[32:32] you guys. The best supplier in 2026 that fits everything that I've mentioned in the pro section is Team Drop. Team Drop is the supplier that I'm using for my drop shipping stores right now. If anything changes, I will always let you
[32:44] guys know, but Team Drop is the best. Now, that moves me on to how pro drop shippers test their ads on Facebook. So, let's talk about day one to day three. The campaign's very simple. It's a CBO campaign. Ad set one has one angle. So,
[32:58] one angle could be, let's say, the dog breed. Angle two could be the dog's age. And angle three could be anything else to do with the dog that could be an extra angle. Now, in each one of these ad sets, there's three creatives.
[33:11] Creative one, creative two, creative three. Now, the hook is the only thing is dog breeds, there's a different hook for each ad. Same with ad set two, and same with ad set three. This is the new Andromeda update that you have to make
[33:25] sure you focus on this type of structure if you want your campaigns to actually work. Now, testing three different angles instead of guessing, they try three ways to solve the same product. Pain, benefit, lifestyle. Test three
[33:37] different hooks concepts. Each ad starts differently. So, only the first three that's what we call your winning time. If you can't win somebody over in the not going to watch your video, and they're not going to buy your product.
[33:50] The next thing is not expecting instant winners. Pros, they actually accept most of the ads will fail at the start. They know that from this equation, maybe only the rest is not going to work. Look for small signals, click, watch time,
[34:04] engagement. These show what's working and what's not working. Then they improve what works. So, if in ad set number one, angle number one, hook number one works the best because you mention a certain word or a certain
[34:17] phrase, then you need to captivate on that. Then on the second day of launch, it's the same campaign, but guess what's changed. You've got ad set one with angle one that worked, and you've got ad set three with angle three. But, guess
[34:30] what the difference is. We keep the same hooks. So the ones in green are the ones the ones that didn't work. Guess what I did with the one in purple. The reason it off. So that hook is no longer running. But guess what I've done. I've
[34:45] added a new hook in. And the exact same thing with ad set number three. there that wasn't bad. Based on the watch time, based on the based on the click through rate, based on the hook rate, these ones all
[34:59] added in a new hook instead of killing them because there's no need. I just But guess what I'm doing guys. I'm going based on the data and I'm making And it literally says it here. Double down on what works. If one angle works
[35:14] or a hook performs better, focus on that and make more versions. Keep improving the winners. They tweak small things to make the ad better and better. Test new hooks around the same idea. Even if something works, they still test fresh
[35:28] openings. Build towards a winning creative. It's not found instantly the winning creative. It's built over time and testing and improving. Don't accept instant results. Running ads on Facebook is about iteration, not
[35:40] luck. Turn dates into decisions. Every test gives you feedback and that way this constant pipeline will change. How your ads look on day one to day three versus day two to day five is going to be dramatically different. Look
[35:54] at how it looked here versus how it looks here. And that's based on reading data and making changes. So guys, that is how you master drop shipping in around about 30 minutes. Now I have actually made a free course that is over
[36:07] six hours long. This is basically just a summary version. But if you want to will leave it linked in the pinned will get a message at the end of this video to watch it. But that is basically
[36:20] my in-depth course that teaches you how to do all of this in step by step. With enjoyed the video. I hope you've learned something, and I'll catch you guys on something, and I'll catch you guys on the next video.
