[01:12] speedtest.net, which I'm sure a lot of you are aware of. And you can see I'm seeing ads on the left-hand side, on the right-hand side, and at the bottom. Now, these are what you call Google AdSense. So, if I click the little right-hand

[01:26] dots, you can see it says here ads by Google. So, essentially websites like timeanddate, which is basically showing you the time, the dates, world maps, and everything. You can see this website's also getting ads on the right-hand side.

[01:42] Again, this is done by Google AdSense. Now, the crazy part is these websites get hundreds and millions of visitors every single month. So, although these websites are free to use, so for

[01:56] example, if I want to get my speed test, I can click go and I'm going to get the service for free. As you can see, I'm getting a speed test done for free. I'm not having to pay for it. The way these companies make their money is simply by

[02:08] the AdSense because of the sheer volume of people using them. And you have to ask yourself a question, which websites do you go to on a daily basis where you get hit with ads constantly although the service is for free. And if you've ever

[02:22] wondered, "Well, how do these guys make money if I get it for free?" This is exactly how. Now, just to put into context how much money these websites make, you can simply copy the website URL, go to OpenAI or any LLM, I'll put

[02:35] month, and how much would they make off the Google AdSense. I've turned on the search mode and thinking so that it gives me the most accurate information. And you can do this with anyone that you want. Okay, so check this out. It says a

[02:49] current third-party estimate puts speedtest.net at 133 million visitors per month in February 2026. Now, depending on that RPM, which is revenue per metric. Now, this will depend again on the niche that they're

[03:03] classed on on Google AdSense. So, Google AdSense will pay your website different earnings based on the niche. For example, technology, beauty, travel, one of those. Now, it's giving you a rough estimate. If you're getting 306 million

[03:17] estimate. If you're getting 306 million page views, divide that by 1,000 RPM, $600,000 to 1.5 to 2.5 million dollars every

[03:29] single month. Now, you might be watching this thinking, "Well, how could I do the same because I don't know how to create websites like this." Now, the good news is you can make websites just like this and just like this one using AI. You

[03:42] don't need to be a coder, a developer. You can literally recreate this yourself using AI in the next few moments. So, now I've shown you the two examples, guys, let me break this down. First, I want to talk about the opportunity. You

[03:56] don't need to sell any products, you don't need any social media, and you don't need any coding. And I've given you guys two real examples, but on the whiteboard, I give you loads, guys. I give you over eight examples and their

[04:08] estimated revenue. Now, the first thing that we need to do is pick a niche that we want to build an AI website utility in that we can put AdSense onto. Now, just to let you guys know, you can put AdSense on any website. And I'll be

[04:23] showing you how to do that later. You literally just apply for Google AdSense, to put on the website, and they'll start appearing on your domain. So, don't worry about that part, guys, it's super easy to do. Now, here's the thing, the

[04:36] niche is so important. And the reason why is because you want a high search volume niche for primary keywords, and you want a high RPM niche. For example, finance, health, and education, and tech. And then you want an evergreen

[04:50] demand so that all year round people are constantly searching for whatever utility your website's going to offer. Remember, it's a free utility. And then with AI, which we'll do in a minute. Now, I've given you guys 15 utility

[05:05] You've got compound interest calculators, mortgage payment calculators, salary tax calculators, loan comparison tools. So, you can see I've given you loads here. Now, what you can do, guys, is you can actually copy

[05:19] all of these from where it says niche selection. You can go back to whatever give it this master prompt that you guys have got access to in the whiteboard, build my own utility website, but it's going to be based on niche criteria,

[05:32] some examples, but I want you to find me one with that's competitive in a sub Because you don't want to build a utility website like a mortgage payment companies that have already built those, you're going to be competing with huge

[05:47] brands that have good SEO. Now, SEO is search engine optimization, which means how high do you rank for those keywords or what your website's doing. Now, the main way this works is SEO to promote it. So, we need to be in a niche where

[05:59] it's going to be easy for us to optimize the SEO so that we rank very high up in the search engine. So, now you can see OpenAI, which is what I'm using, is going to help me conduct that research and come up with some real ideas that I

[06:12] can do. Now, whilst we're waiting for that to happen, we can go back over to Google and type in Google Trends. And then you can wait for whatever it is it's going to give us, and then we can use Google Trends to help us with search

[06:25] engine volume. Now, another tool that you can use, Google Keyword Planner. if the keywords that you're going to be ranking for have a lot of search volume. Ads, and you're going to go to where it says sign in. Once you've signed into

[06:39] we're not running any ads, we're just using it for the keyword planner. You can go over to where it says tools, and then you can go to planning and keyword planner. Then you can go over to where it says get search volume and forecast,

[06:52] and then you can enter the keywords here as well. So, you can see here it's giving me a contracted take-home pay calculator, self-employed tax estimator, PAYE versus umbrella calculator. And you can see it's giving me loads of other

[07:07] examples. Now, it's recommendations here. So, here we've got a salary sacrifice calculator, bonus tax calculator UK. Now, I'm going to go with the contracted take-home pay calculator. So, we can go back to the keyword

[07:20] planner, and we can put them in here, and we can click get started. And you can add your keywords in here, and it gives you the estimate for keywords. You can see here, based on contractor, it gets 100,000 to a million views.

[07:33] Contractor pay, which is a more niche one, gets a 100 to 1,000. The only issue with keywords is because it's just one word or one phrase, it can be hard to estimate the volume. That's why Google Trends is usually a better option as an

[07:49] average. Now, check this out. I've put take-home pay calculator into Google Trends. I filtered it by the UK as that's the market I'm trying to cover. I've done 2004 to present web search, and you can see it's trending massively.

[08:03] And it shows you other keywords or search interest that there is. And you can see that the way this works isn't based on actual volume, it's based on trend. The trend being 100 means amazing. So, you can see that the trend

[08:17] for this is massive, which means the keyword volume also means it has to be huge. But, we can go back to OpenAI and say, "What say, "What is the average search volume for

[08:33] and then you can put that in, the actual niche that you're trying to go for, and you can give it that. But, just based on the Google Trends chart, I'm convinced that this is a very good opportunity. It's saying it gets 301,000

[08:48] monthly UK searches, which is really, really good. Now, obviously, you want to first, because if you try and go for the whole world or the global market, it's very hard to do it. So, the strategy is you go after one country first, a big

[09:03] one like the UK, and then you slowly grow it SEO-wise afterwards. So, we're going to go for the UK as it's got enough monthly visitors. You want to stick between 100,000 and a million monthly searches to start with. So, for

[09:16] mine, mine's right around about the middle, so I'm happy with this option. So, now we've got our utility website idea, we're going to now build it with AI. So, what you need to do is you need to head over to Hosting Horizons, which

[09:29] is linked in the pinned comment and in the description below, because this is going to be the AI builder that we're going to be using to build our utility application online. So, this is essentially going to do it all for us.

[12:10] give you a better prompt than if you were to do it yourself. So, you can see here it says SEO requirements. It's giving Horizon the SEO requirements like header tag 1 2 3 4 5. Now, the thing is, guys, I used to be an SEO expert back in

[12:25] the day, back in 2018, and I know how hard it was to optimize for SEO back then, but now it's become so easy with AI. So, now what we can do is we can copy that prompt, go back to Horizon, and paste it in. And now what

[14:21] Now, with the edit content, you can actually select things, and you can change them. So, for example, like here, we can change the text, change the text change things if you want to. Now, you can also view it in full screen as well,

[15:22] TakeHomely as I like that one the most. I'm going to type it in here. Now, that domain isn't available, so I'm going to call it TakeHomely Calculator instead. And you can see I have three free domains available. And you can see here,

[15:35] guys, if I scroll down, and it's free. So, I'm going to select it. I'm going to click next. I'm going to enter all my details, and click register. And just names for free, and you can see it's finishing your domain registration.

[15:53] domain was added to my site. So, now I can click continue, and you can see it some time to go live. So, it's saying it live. Usually, it's a lot less, but now

[16:06] click publish changes, and you can see now our new domain name is available, which is takehomely.com. And just like that, my website is now at this current moment, it isn't available because the domain hasn't been

[16:21] verified yet, but once it has after around about a few hours, it will work. we need to do anyway whilst that is being published to the official domain. is get ourselves a Google AdSense account so we can start making money.

[16:37] adsense.google.com, which is this one here, so you can start earning money with AdSense, which essentially means you put ads on your website, and then you get paid for it. So, all you need to do is click sign in. Now, if you don't

[16:50] account, and then once you create an account, it will ask you to fill in some details. It'll ask you for your first name, your last name, your business information, maybe your address, but you will need to fill this in. It might even

[17:03] ask you to do some KYC, which is ID verification, address verification. Now, onboarding, you'll come to a screen that looks like mine where it says home. You'll then going to go here where it says connect your site to AdSense. Now,

[17:18] essentially, this is where you connect your website to AdSense so we can start you're going to click let's go. You're going to add in your URL. You're going click save. Now, you can see that my domain name has been added, as you can

[17:33] see it here from the drop-down menu. You can also see what the website will look explore. You can click got it. Now, because that website URL isn't available just yet because I'm waiting for it to publish, I've added another company that

[17:47] click explore on the preview tab, and you can see my other domain that is available for another company that I own has now got that URL. And then you can see where it says ad settings, you can click auto ads. And then it shows you

[18:00] what the ads will look like on your website on mobile and on desktop. And you can customize what you want the ads to look like and where you want them to be. And then you've got auto optimize as well, which I'd recommend. And then just

[18:13] like that, guys, once you've done that, you can simply click apply to site. So, now you can see that my takehomely domain is available and showing there. see now it's active, the domain is working. So, now I can click explore,

[18:28] and now Google will look for my website and find the best place to put the ads. And now I can click auto ads, desktop. I can go to the overlays that I want on, the pages that I want on. So, I can literally select all of these if I want

[18:42] want. And then you can also go to where it says auto optimize and turn this one on, which I'd recommend. And then you're going to see it says, "Get code." Now, you're going to want to click this button, and it says, "Copy and paste

[18:56] going to want to copy all of this information because guess what? We're going to get Hostinger Horizons to do it for us. So, you're going to paste that in, and it says, "Copy and paste AdSense code between header tags of your site."

[19:09] And now we can click send, and it will add that code for us to the website. So, Google AdSense code to your website. This needs to go between this section." yourself on other websites, which can be really confusing, especially if you're a

[19:26] to do it all for us, which is, like I said, a cheat code. And now we can go back to the Google AdSense, and we can click apply to site. And then you can click apply now, and you can see that's now been done. And you can also see that

[19:40] Hostinger Horizon has successfully done that for us. So, now what we can do is we can refresh the page. We can click edit again. Now, when you click edit this time, you should now see it says four in-page ads, so it should start

[19:54] saying that these ads are now showing on your page, which it is. And then you can where it says intent-driven formats, you just click apply to site, and you can click apply now. And just like that, it

[20:07] says ads, manage ads for your site. It says they're turned on, they're optimized, and they are all working. So, you can see now that this is now working as it should be under ads. You can see the URL, ad optimization, and it's all

[20:20] working, and you can even see your reports here, which is your search volume and how many RPM that you're getting. Now, in terms of driving traffic to our website, which is so important, we need our SEO to be super

[20:34] powerful. Now, there is an SEO masterclass on section seven that goes over title tags, meta descriptions, H1 tags, H3 tags, FAQs, image tags with alt text, SSL certificates. This is super important to improve your ranking and

[20:51] your search engine optimization. You're also going to want to apply for Google Search Console, because that helps you optimize your website for SEO. So, you can add in your domain, you can click continue, you can click continue, and

[21:06] verification. Then it says you need to verify the ownership of your domain. guys, is we can go back to the homepage, go back to our Horizon dashboard. We can

[21:18] name. We can click where it says more info, and we can go over to where it says DNS names and servers, and then we need to add a TXT record. So, we're going to go over here to TXT. It's going to give us the record for us, and then

[21:31] you're going to click add record. So, now that record's been added, and you can see now it's been added here at the bottom, and then we can go back here and says ownership verified, so now you can go to property, and just like that,

[21:44] guys, you're going to see your domain under Google Search Console, and you can do is you can go over to where it says performance, you can go to where it says pages, sitemaps. And what you can do under

[21:57] Google Search Console, guys, is I'm not going to speak too much about it in this video is this is the main place that you come to to optimize your search engine ranking, so that when people go to Google and type in take-home pay

[22:09] calculator, you start ranking for it. But you do need this set up, guys, to make sure that you can optimize your website as much as possible. You need to strategy, guys. I've given you all the strategies that you need to do. So,

[22:23] writing blogs, getting other websites to link to your website. For example, if there are people writing blogs about how to improve your take-home pay in the UK, or how to increase your salary, they

[22:35] might leave a link to to how to calculate it to your website. Now, you can use AI to basically outreach to these companies that write blogs about and even get AI to find them for you,

[22:48] and ask them if they can link your calculator, which is 100% free to use, take-home pay, and then you're going to get more backlinks, which means that Now, it's important that you do this, guys, because the more authority you

[23:16] people, and you mention to them that you have a free tool that people can use where other people charge them money, and if they can link to your website, it would be massively appreciated. Now, let me give you guys the realistic results

[23:29] and timelines. So, in month one, you want to build between three and five sites. Obviously, with the hosting Horizon plan that I've got you guys to as you want. In month two, if you've done your keyword research and your

[23:42] search console correctly, and you're backlinking through other blogs, you should now be seeing around about between five and $50. Now, in month three, you're going to be generating around about 50 to $200. Month six, $500
