for the past five years I've worn the same thing nearly every day now you might think that's taking minimalism to the extreme but there are some practical reasons behind it wearing the same thing every day frees up my time energy and mental space it's less to worry about when I wake up it's less stuff filling my closet drawers it's less time spent shopping the latest trends and most importantly less time worrying about what other people think
