48sThe bold claim of saving hours creates immediate FOMO and curiosity for busy creators.
▶ Play Clip"Seven copy-paste Claude hacks that genuinely deliver on the 'save you hours' promise, despite a bit of sponsor and CTA filler."
This video demonstrates seven beginner-friendly Claude AI hacks for content creators, ranging from setting up a reusable social media strategist project to automating email triage. The presenter walks through concrete copy-paste prompts that help with profile audits, content calendars, video scripts, repurposing long-form videos, and community insights. The overarching message is that Claude should be used as a launch pad for ideation, not a replacement for human creativity.
Claude can act as a social media strategist by profile auditing, content planning, and scripting viral videos, as well as an executive assistant to manage your inbox.
Instead of starting new chats, Claude 'Projects' let you save instructions and logic in folders so every conversation within that project uses them without re-prompting.
Name projects like 'YourBrand+Platform' and fill in the description prompt with your follower goal, timeframe, and content type.
Copy-paste the instructions prompt into the project and fill in every bracket with your personal brand, goals, audience, and content pillars for the best results.
Audit your social media via the Claude Chrome extension on trusted sites (YouTube Studio, Instagram) or by uploading screenshots into your project's chat.
Only use the Claude Chrome extension on trusted websites like Instagram and YouTube, not on smaller or unknown sites.
Analyze the comment section of your posts — or a niche neighbor's high-comment video — to discover common questions and pattern topics for future content.
The prompt 'Everything you know about my personal brand and my goals, build me a 30-day content calendar' generates a full month of structured content with alternating value pillars and multiple hook options.
Pick a day from the generated calendar and use the prompt 'Let's start on day [X] and use hook H[X] — help me turn this into a full script' to get a complete script with text/verbal/visual hooks, talking points, and CTA.
Create a 'YouTube to Everywhere' project, paste in the repurposing instructions, and feed Claude a YouTube transcript using the prompt 'Turn this into multi-content' to get a week of short-form scripts, hooks, captions, and carousel outlines.
With a Claude subscription, connect Gmail in settings > connectors, then use Claude Co-work > Scheduled to create a daily email briefing task that writes drafts in your inbox but never sends emails.
Claude hacks are meant to prompt and accelerate your work, not replace your unique human experience and creativity.
By combining Claude's Projects, Chrome extension, and Co-work automations, content creators can offload repetitive strategy, auditing, and email tasks while keeping full editorial control. These copy-paste workflows turn Claude into a scalable 'team member' for a single professional creator.

21:35[00:05] not using Claude yet, you're leaving hours on the table every single week. We have done a full video on Chat GPT prompts that will help you grow to 1 million followers, but this video, my dear friends, I fear
[00:20] is next level. So, in this video, I want to show you how to turn Claude into your social media strategist. You can get profile audits, plan out content, and script viral videos, and how to have Claude be your executive assistant and
[00:38] manage your entire inbox for you. I know AI can feel so overwhelming. It's moving so so so fast. So, today I want to be sure to break this down to be super simple and low intimidation, so you'll be able to take action on all of the
[00:53] hacks today. As always, timestamps are below. Use them if you need them. Let's jump in. All right, first things first, if you don't already have Claude in your desktop or like as a desktop app, you're going to want to do that. So, you're
[01:08] just going to go to claude.com/download and then download it so that it's an you're just going to get the most out of it. And then create an account if you don't already have one. Now, to set up your social media strategist, instead of
[01:23] lot of people that's the default is starting a new chat, you're going to go starting a new chat, you're going to go to projects here on the left. Now, projects, this is basically a folder of organized chats, and within each folder,
[01:39] you can set and write instructions or like upload logic of how you want Claude to behave and interact with you. Then, that way any conversation that you have within one of these projects or within a folder, Claude is going to use those
[01:55] instructions, so you don't have to like re-prompt or re-train Claude every single time you're starting a new conversation. So, what we're going to do is we're going to start a new project. Name your project like your brand name
[02:12] and the main platform that you're going to be focusing on. So, I'm going to do like It's Modern Millie YouTube, right? Or It's Modern Millie your main platform is, that's what you're going to do. And for your
[02:28] description, you're going to copy and paste this you're going to copy and paste this prompt. So, it's simple. I'm a blank many followers on this platform in this time frame using this type of content.
[02:43] So, filling this in, I'm a I'm going to say I'm a content creator coach trying to grow to trying to grow to for me, let's say 1 million followers
[02:58] on YouTube in 6 months
[03:10] And this is where you do like long-form YouTube videos or Instagram Reels, TikTok videos. So, specify the content type. I'm going to say long-form type. I'm going to say long-form YouTube videos.
[03:27] Get rid of the brackets. Oops. Okay. Now, this is where we're going to add instructions to Claude. So, right instructions. And you're going to copy and paste the prompt that I have. All
[03:43] by the way, are in the description below, completely free. You could just copy-paste them into Claude. I have them pulled up here on the side, so I I'm pulled up here on the side, so I I'm going to copy.
[03:59] it so good. And then paste. The important thing here is to go back and fill in any of the blanks. So, this way you're giving Claude full context on your personal brand, your goals, your
[04:14] audience, content pillars. The more specific you are and detailed you are with setting this up, the better results Claude will give you. So, when setting up all of these initial prompts, just give yourself that time to really dive
[04:30] again, you're going to get the best results that way. So, I'm just like anywhere that I need to fill in, looking for any brackets or any like semicolons, colons that I'm like, okay, I need to swap this, I need to swap this. Once you
[04:45] glance through and you see that everything is filled in, you don't have just those brackets are filled in, then you could save the instructions. With these instructions saved, you can now reference this project and start
[04:59] conversations anytime you need help specifically with YouTube. You can make multiple projects for different platforms. So, with this these focusing on YouTube, it's all YouTube related prompts. And then you could swap
[05:14] the prompt for creating like, let's say I do a new project and I want to do It's Modern Millie TikTok. Copy paste the same instructions, just make sure it's focusing on TikTok throughout the prompt. And that way, platform specific
[05:26] projects and then you have those platform specific chats within here. So, I could open this up and be like, "Hey, give me some video ideas for my YouTube And that's how you're going to keep all of your chats organized. Now you have a
[05:39] trained social media strategist that you could reference anytime and ask all the questions. For hack number two, this is how we're going to set up getting an audit of your social media account. There are two ways to do this. First way
[05:54] is going to be the quickest way, and that's actually by using the Claude extension, which I feel like is a hack in and of itself. It's like, "Hey, did you know that Claude has an extension?" So, this is my Claude extension, and I
[06:07] pulled up. So, let's actually just go to like YouTube Studio. And let me go to my analytics. And here, I could literally just ask Claude, "Can you take a look at my YouTube analytics from this page? Let me know what my top-performing videos
[06:22] lean into to go viral, right?" I could just ask specific questions here to analyze my content. I could do the same analyze my content. I could do the same thing over on Instagram and ask Claude
[06:34] to audit my Instagram profile. Now, I do have a prompt for this. So, we're just going to copy and paste our prompt. Audit my Instagram, fill in the brackets, and give me feedback on what I
[06:49] brackets, and give me feedback on what I need to change to start getting more the prompt. We just fill in that top part and press send.
[07:03] to get as much accurate data as possible. So, we're just going to let Claude do its thing, approve, and get an actual audit on our profile in real time. My disclaimer is to only use the Chrome extension on trusted websites
[07:19] like Instagram, YouTube. I wouldn't do this to analyze other smaller websites we want to do this only on trusted going to leave this going, and I'll show you another option for how to get an
[07:35] audit done for you if you don't have the Chrome extension. What you could do, so the background. What you could do, again, you're going to go to your project and if it's YouTube that you want audited, make sure you're going to
[07:48] go to your Instagram project. You're going to do the same thing. You're going going to do the same thing. You're going to copy and paste the same exact prompt here, but this time you're going to add attachments and you want to add
[08:00] profile. So, you're going to screenshot your profile, you're going to go to your analytics, screenshot your analytics, screenshot your content, all the things, upload as many screenshots as possible and that way they have those visual
[08:13] your profile, your content and what you need to improve on. Okay, Claude is done doing its thing on this browser. So, as you can see, profile at a glance, bio profile optimization, there's feedback on everything, my content strategy,
[08:29] what's not working, hook strengths for my videos, consistency, growth opportunities that maybe I'm missing out on, what's working, what's not working. And then finally, because the prompt that we pasted in, you don't have to do
[08:43] the single most important thing that I could do right now. So, I love using the helpful, especially for getting like a free audit. If you've learned something
[08:55] thumbs up since it tells YouTube that other creators, like yourself, would two new things by the end of the video, consider subscribing since it's a free way to support my channel and it allows me to continue to create free videos
[09:09] like this for you every single week. If you're starting to see how powerful this can be, not just for your content, but for actually understanding your audience and for growing your business and you want even more Claude prompts than just
[09:24] this video, then I definitely recommend taking a look at this resource that HubSpot put together called Claude Hacks for Marketers. This is going to walk you through how to use AI for things like campaign planning, content strategy,
[09:40] audience insights. And what I like about this so much is that it's not like theoretical. It's a literal and practical guidebook and workbook that gives you 60 copy and paste prompts that you could plug directly into Claude.
[09:56] This is going to help you with things like coming up with hooks, planning your content, doing a competitive analysis accelerator, so being able to do a complete analysis of a competitor. And what I love the most about this
[10:11] resource is how easy it is to use. You can literally just like find a problem that you're facing or a result that you want and just select the drop down, copy, paste into Claude and you immediately get insights and answers.
[10:28] So, if you want to continue leaning into AI more strategically with additional Claude prompts, literally 60 for your business, I'll be sure to leave a link description for you. So, again, this
[10:42] resource was made by HubSpot, who's also sponsoring this video. So, huge shoutout to them for putting this together. Hack number three is knowing your community. So, the comment section is actually one of the most valuable pieces of
[10:56] information or places on the internet for a content creator. Not because it's going to bring you good engagement, but also because it's where you can hear directly from your audience and what they are looking for. So, while we have
[11:11] this Claude extension opened, what I'm going to do is navigate to any of these has like top comments. Okay, this one has a good amount of comments. I'm just going to
[11:23] scroll the comments to see if there are any that are not the automations keyword triggering. So, here with this opened, all I'm going to do is copy and paste this prompt into the Claude
[11:38] extension. Basically, asking Claude to analyze all the comments on this post, and then organize them, and then identify any sort of content that I can create from common questions or any patterns that I need to be aware of, and
[11:52] lean into those with my future content moving forward. Now, if you don't already have a comment section with an active audience, what you're going to do active audience, what you're going to do is go to a niche neighbor of yours.
[12:05] Let's go to Miss Jade. I love Jade. She's one of my friends. She's another YouTuber. If you don't already subscribe to her content, definitely go subscribe. I'm going to find a video that has like
[12:19] high comments, and that's where I'm going to paste the prompt here. So, now on this post and organize them into questions. Because if you're looking at questions. Because if you're looking at a niche neighbor or a competitor,
[12:33] basically you're trying to find an established creator that already has the you're just going to analyze their audience questions because their audience is probably also your audience. Analyze those questions so that you
[12:46] could figure out, "What does my audience currently want and need?" and then apply it to your content. For hack number four, we are going to plan out 30 days of content. Like that. You're going to Your mind
[13:00] is going to be blown. It's amazing. You're going to freak out. Okay. So, what we're going to do is we're going to go back to our project. So, this is the project that we have set up. And very simply, all you're going to do is copy
[13:15] simply, all you're going to do is copy and paste this prompt into the chat. So, everything you know about my personal brand and my goals, build me a 30-day content calendar." Now, y'all, I tested this out with my actual project that I
[13:28] use, and it takes a few minutes for Claude to do all of its deep thinking, Claude to do all of its deep thinking, but it was amazing. Here we go. Here's the results that I got. So, once everything finished, it literally
[13:42] planned out all of my content, and what's really cool is I could click here, and then I'll be able to view multiple hook options. So, not only is like, "This is your video. Here's different hook options. Let's alternate
[13:56] because the prompt suggests, 'Hey, make sure we're alternating between different value pillars and different styles of video.'" So, it already does that rotation for you to make sure your content is always changing and testing.
[14:08] And basically, what comes back is a full month of structured, validated content aligned with you and your brand. The hook suggestions is such a big deal because your video performance definitely revolves around having a
[14:22] solid hook, which I talk about a lot on the channel. And if you're somebody who is like, "What is a hook? Or how could I use hooks to get better views or more use hooks to get better views or more engagement?" I do have over 75 free
[14:34] hooks that you can get access to. I'll be sure to leave that linked down below. prompts that you could use and apply to your content. Our next hack is asking Claude to fully script out your video for you. And it's using this
[14:49] conversation that we've already started. So, we had Claude build out our 30-day "Oh my gosh, wow, I love this." You're what pieces are true to you and the type of content that you would post. When you
[15:03] find a piece that you're like, "Ooh, I actually really like that," you're going actually really like that," you're going to copy and paste this prompt into Claude's conversation, basically saying, "Hey, let's start on
[15:16] day suggestion, let's start on day number five," or let's start on day number five," or whichever day you like and use hook I whichever day you like and use hook I put HX you have to fill it in H1 or H2.
[15:28] Help me turn this into a full script. You don't have to fill out anything else. We're just filling out these two X's at the very beginning and then don't change anything else with the prompt and I tested this as well. So let's say I
[15:42] like day 12. 12. Let's start working on day 12. I really Let's start working on day 12. I really like
[16:00] And what's going to come back is a script. It's Modern Millie strategy script because we have the text hook, the verbal hook, the visual hook, the script, the talking points, and the call to action. So it's like fully
[16:13] you're not just going to read that script. You're going to copy it, paste it into wherever system you use and then customize it, humanize it because it's you, it's your brain, your brand voice. We're always just using Claude as like a
[16:27] launch pad for ideation or getting things started and then you humanize it for your uniqueness and literally it's like the strategy is done for you. You just have to personalize it. All right, this next hack is I think one of my
[16:41] personal favorites. I put so much effort into my long-form YouTube videos and for the longest time I felt like I was working harder with my content and not smarter where I put so much effort into the long-form video and then it's like
[16:53] all that effort it goes up and that's it. But how can I use that video that I put so much time and energy into and then continue to pump it out to my audience in different formats through Instagram, Tik Tok, email newsletters,
[17:07] all the things. So let's turn one of my YouTube videos into one week of content. actually going to start a new project for this one. And we're going to call
[17:19] this like long-form to everywhere or like brand name YouTube to everywhere. I have the description that you're going to copy-paste. You're going to create
[17:31] the project. And then for the instructions, I have the prompt that you're going to copy-paste. Again, keep everything. Just fill in the brackets. Obviously, if it says insert your brand name, where it
[17:45] says audience, insert your audience. We're starting a new project. Now, within this project, we're keeping these instructions because we don't have want to have to re-prompt Claude every single time. So, you keep those instructions
[17:58] there. Now, the next step, we need to get the transcription from our YouTube video so that Claude's going to turn the transcription into multi-pieces of content. So, I'm going to go to We're going to go to transcript.
[18:15] We're going to go to my recent YouTube video. this one. Share. Copy.
[18:41] YouTube transcript. Turn this into multi-content." Boom. Then we send. From there, it literally gives us a full
[18:56] week of content with short-form scripts, hooks, captions, hooks, captions, email newsletters, carousel outlines. Pretty much anything that you would need to pull from that macro piece of content
[19:10] and distribute it into micro content. Hack number seven, uh I already said the last one was my favorite, but this one's also my favorite because this one, like literally set this as an automation one
[19:24] time and now my email inbox is like pretty much taken care of and I think it's the coolest thing ever. So, we're going to set up an email triage with Claude. This one does require a Claude subscription, so I do pay $20 a month
[19:40] for this, but honestly with the social media strategist we have set up and the basically executive assistant that I'm about to set up with you, that's like so cheap instead of hiring out a social media strategist or instead of hiring
[19:55] out a VA to check your inbox and do inbox responses for you. So, honestly I think it's a pretty good deal and what we're going to do, you're going to make sure you have your subscription set up. Then in settings, we're going to
[20:12] go to connectors and make sure your Gmail that you want Claude to be checking is connected, your proper Gmail account. Once your Gmail is
[20:24] connected, we're going to go to Claude co-work here. Under co-work, we're going co-work here. Under co-work, we're going to go to scheduled and start a new task and this is where we're going to set up like an automation where every day
[20:37] Claude co-work is going to check your email for you. So, I have my task called email briefing and then summarize my calendar and inbox
[20:49] description. And then what you're going to do is copy and paste the prompt that I've already created. This is literally the same exact prompt that I use for my email triage automation. Once everything is filled out, you're
[21:05] you're going to choose the frequency. I have this set to daily at 1:45 p.m. because usually I do my inbox check at the end of my day and usually I try to wrap up work around 3:00. So, I want the email briefing done before my
[21:22] want the email briefing done before my end of day. So, every day at 1:45 p.m. Claude code does my email briefing. When you press save, you'll have to like approve Claude can go into your Gmail and like write drafts for you, but
[21:35] Claude won't ever send emails on your behalf. The drafts are just written. So, as you can see, I have some new email briefings from Claude and it's ran every single day. The automation starts running at
[21:50] 1:45 and then it does its check. It's It does its triage. The drafts are written and then these are like the runs and I can see the results. For the drafts that Claude writes for you, you actually open up your Gmail account and when you open
[22:05] up an email thread, the draft is already there in the thread. So, you don't have to like copy and paste it from Claude. It's already there in the thread. You just edit it and send it off. So, this is what I've been doing to kind of make
[22:18] checking my email a lot smoother. I just want to remind you any sort of AI automations or hacks that we're going over, again, these are just to prompt
[22:30] you and get you started with your creativity. This is not to replace you or the human and unique experience that you bring to the table. This is honestly you bring to the table. This is honestly just like the beginning of introducing
[22:42] Claude to my channel and I feel like there's so many more advanced stuff that we could get into as well. Like I feel like the email triage one is a little bit more advanced and that's honestly the direction that I want to keep going
[22:54] with these sort of tutorials. So, if you're interested in more like, "What can Claude literally do for me work wise in the background so that I could stay focused on my creativity. If you're curious about that, you want a more like
[23:07] curious about that, you want a more like advanced Claude deep dive, let me know maybe like a part two to this video. Thank you so much for watching and I your joy. Bye. My squeaky chair.
