[10:10] wall not only do they have amazing workouts just built into it you can be shoulders and biceps today and just like check shoulders and biceps say I want to workout for between 15 and 30 minutes and just like here are 20 workouts that

[10:25] fit into what you want um or or if you want like what I've been doing is they have these like multi-week programs where I'm I've been doing one lately called House of volume and it's just like they're like 45 minute to hourong

[10:38] workouts that's just really hitting hypertrophy and like really really pushing you to exhaustion and like it's a it's like a it's built around muscle growth and it's four times a week for four weeks so it has 16 workouts just

[10:52] made for you and you just follow the schedule and so I don't have to think to decide every single workout I was going to do and sometimes I'd just cut a full three sets blah blah blah blah blah blah blah if I don't make the

[11:08] I will do more so I love dude like I get the best workouts I've ever gotten and I've lost over 20 lbs

[12:51] else the second time I tried it I did I did more than that second time I tried it cut sugar and I started working out and I started going on walks

[13:03] every morning and when you have like I'm a very hund 100 or zero all I'm a very All or Nothing person like uh if I'm if I'm not if I'm trying to eat right but I'm not working out I have no motivation

[13:19] to eat right so if I cut sugar and then I also start working out that's like oh I want to make it worth it I want to eat better and if I'm going to be eating better then I'm going to start working out to make the not eating sugar worth

[13:34] my time and effort cuz I have serious a serious sugar addiction so like if I'm going to cut sugar let's let's do all the other things

[13:47] drinks with calories yeah I rarely even drink zero sugar sodas but it's good for like at with someone with a serious sugar addiction like a zero calorie zero sugar soda helps me out a ton it just it keeps me

[14:06] fruits are great for you still need carbs but you should eat carbs that have carbs but you should eat carbs that have a lot of fiber in them too

[14:36] something in my hand so that no so the no sugar one helps a lot yeah that's the thing like if I didn't have no sugar I'd i' if I didn't have a zero sugar soda like i' I'd crack a lot faster it's at least

[14:50] something that lets me uh move on of chemicals you put in your body aren't going to be good for you but it's bad

[15:05] for you in a different way you shouldn't chug a million zero sugar sodas that's going to be terrible for your body but it's still it's still a a much better day or or one every two days or something

[17:47] kind of carbonated drink a soda or Red Bull or something it's rare and it's Bull or something it's rare and it's always zero sugar zero calories

[18:01] main part of this weight loss uh right now I've started a bulk as of two weeks ago and so the for the first time I I'm pretty sure I'm in a caloric Surplus I'm trying to figure out where my body's caloric caloric Surplus is um because

[18:13] sometimes I like some days I gain weight some days I lose some days I lose weight but um I was on a caloric deficit for a while and working out hard that's that's what happened here I mean I was

[18:26] losing some days when I was hitting like when I'd go a week perfectly I was eating like 1, 1700 calories which is pretty low it's not dangerously low but pretty low it's not dangerously low but it's an aggressive cut for a 62 35y old

[18:39] it's an aggressive cut for a 62 35y old guy who is Lifting for 45 minutes a day guy who is Lifting for 45 minutes a day that's an aggressive cut and I was uh I pound a day um I think on average I was losing

[18:53] day um I think on average I was losing about two two to three lbs a week um and I went from 223 pounds down and I went from 223 pounds down to uh down to 200 lb like 199 200 lb in

[19:10] about 2 and 1 half months interm intermittent fasting is the key to weight loss um I disagree I think intermittent fasting is a great option for weight loss if that's what

[19:23] works for you intermittent fasting it's not like your body like doesn't if you don't get food in the morning then it triggers extra weight loss or something weight loss is all about staying under a certain amount of calories and staying

[19:37] was the thing I was having I was having 1,700 calories a day and making sure I got at least 220 gram of protein um sometimes sometimes up to 230 240 grams of protein like 1.1 1.2 times uh it take take your body weight

[19:53] in pounds multiply that by 1.1 1.2 and do that many grams of protein so I was doing like three protein shakes a day and two meals intermittent fasting and two meals intermittent fasting doesn't by itself doesn't make you lose

[20:07] weight but if you restrict yourself to fewer hours where you can eat you're and that's what it's about but if you intermittent fast and then in those can eat you binge like it's not going to do
