if you want to grow a newsletter is having a consistent day and time that you send it can be once a week it can be every day it can be three times a week but the important thing is that people sort of build up the habit of seeing and opening your email at the same time this is the mistake I made with my last newsletter at back Linko where I built up a pretty sizable email list
we got to 200,000 subscribers but our open rates were never really above 30% because I would send at random times I would send them random days the content was totally different it didn't have that consistency versus the exploding topics newsletter which every week we send it at Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. eastern and the format is exactly the same that way people build up the habit of opening the email
