Realistic Earnings Expectation

With 10 review videos per month, expect ₹20,000-30,000 from Amazon. Better to join high-paying programs like Impact Radius.

[00:02] Amazon the easiest. Link it on Pinterest. Post it on Twitter. Guys see how I generated ₹64,000 commission from Amazon Affiliate Marketing. But they don't say that it took him 2 years to earn it.

[00:18] I am not saying that earning ₹64,000 is not a good thing. But these people show in the videos as if they are earning ₹64,000 or lakh per month. And that too at a What? What? Yes.

[00:31] Amazon's commission rate is around 5% for most categories. This means that even if you sell a product worth Rs 2000, for example, a smart watch, your commission will still be only Rs 70. Anyways so for the last 5 days

[00:45] I tried Amazon Affiliate Marketing. Created a new Amazon affiliate account. Chose a product. Took his affiliate link. We promoted it and then tracked every day how many sales we got and how much commission we earned. Very

[00:58] transparently. If you miss this video, you may never understand the real picture. working in the affiliate marketing industry for a long time. And in the initial days, I promoted a lot of things by joining Amazon Associates US. But the commission was so low that it made

[01:13] no sense. After years I have tried Amazon Affiliate Marketing again to give you guys a crystal clear perspective and practical guide. clear perspective and practical guide. So let's start? Let's do it.

[01:30] Associates account in my cousin's name. Well, there was already an not able to recover his password. very good. And after creating my Amazon Associate account, it took me an hour to choose a product

[01:44] that I was going to promote. So finally I thought why not promote a protein supplement. I take protein supplements regularly. So I thought it would be easy and remember what I said in my first video? You just have to

[01:56] choose those products in which you yourself believe. So I decided to promote Optimum Nutrition's protein. Amazon was offering 5% commission on this product which is very low. But still because the cost of the product was around ₹3 to

[02:09] ₹4000. I thought it would be manageable. Great. So we created an Amazon Associates account. I had chosen the product. Now I had to choose how to promote this product. And for this I had three options.

[02:23] Write the first blog post and generate traffic on it somehow. Second, create social media content and third, upload review videos on YouTube. If you have seen the old videos of this channel then you will know what I did. Off course

[02:36] making review videos on YouTube. Well, my schedule was already quite busy but I had to move very fast. script written by Chat JPT as you can see. And then within an hour I shot the entire video which was quite long. About 3 minutes.

[02:50] What is the matter, sir. What is the matter, sir. What is the matter? That's it. Now normally it doesn't take me that much time, but I am not comfortable selling supplements on videos. So I had to do a lot of retakes. Anyway, somehow I

[03:02] completed the video and then asked my editor to do basic editing. Till now we have done four things. Amazon Affiliate Account Created. Choosing the product is done. Deciding how to promote is done. And completing your YouTube video review is also done.

[03:17] I got the video completed around 2:00 in the night. But I was so tired But I was so tired that I fell asleep without uploading it.

[03:29] I did was log in to my Amazon Associates account to see how many sales I got and in Amazon Associates I saw zero clicks and zero sales. Before I got disappointed, I remembered that I had neither published the video

[03:42] nor taken any affiliate link. So where was I expecting sales and clicks from? Well, first of all I uploaded my video on another channel. A great well optimized description, hashtags, end tags to upload a nice thumbnail.

[03:55] But when I went to Amazon to get my affiliate link, I came to know that Amazon does link, I came to know that Amazon does mistake, I should have checked this beforehand. I listened to Arijit Singh for a while.

[04:09] But then an idea came to my mind. Direct linking of product pages is not allowed. But I can at least link to the search result page that comes up after searching for 100% whey protein on Amazon. And this is how it was done. I went to Amazon and

[04:22] typed in Standard 100% Whey Protein. And as you can see I can link to this page where Optimum Nutrition is also showing. Of course, other protein supplements are also being shown along with it. But whatever product is sold, whatever protein the customer buys, the

[04:36] commission will be given to us only. How does it matter ? One problem here is that when customers have too many options, they get confused and go away without buying anything and because of this the conversion rate is very low and this is

[04:48] a tip for you guys too, the more distraction free you keep the customer buying the product, the more sales you will get but here we did not have any option, so we took the affiliate link of this page, pasted it in the description of the video and

[05:00] published the video, then on the second day at around 11:00 pm I sat down to check the results and we got absolutely not a penny less than ₹ father-in-law, neither did we get any clicks nor any sales,

[05:14] then I watched the video and after seeing so many views on the video, the picture of course became clear. I got 59 views on the video, most of them were my friends and family but then I realised that I had unlisted the video.

[05:26] realised that I had unlisted the video. Yes you shut up man. Just shut up now. Well, I made the video public and then double-checked everything so we were all set for the next day. Well before moving ahead in the video I want to tell you about

[05:39] the sponsor of this video which is glimoai. Well, I've talked about influencer marketing in several previous videos. So glimo is an AI powered influencer marketing platform that can help you to find over 100

[05:51] platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Amazon. Their AI semantic search and 30+ filters make it super easy to find creators who truly align with your brand or campaign. You can filter by engagement rate, audience age,

[06:06] location, niche, and more. Plus, Glimo's AI also writes outreach emails, tracks replies, and manages the entire campaign, all from a single dashboard. No need for spreadsheets. You get access to a number of

[06:18] useful tools such as a fake follower checker, engagement calculator, and pricing estimator. And you also get a smart Chrome extension that shows real-time data of influencers across various platforms and glimoai's plans start

[06:31] as low as $59 a month which I think is value for money so check out glimoai link is in the description below and you can scroll down to the pin comment to find out more and don't forget to check out their YouTube channel as well @ glimo ai and

[06:46] with that let's go back to the Amazon affiliate journey pay and I did one more thing to speed up the process. I

[06:59] also promoted my videos through infeed YouTube ads. This means that whenever someone searches for best protein or top protein brands on YouTube, my review of Optimum Nutrition appears at the top of the search results. And I did this only to

[07:13] So by the end of day three, our video had 1700 plus views. Of those, 500 plus views were through ads. And I was excited about the sales. But when we came to Amazon Associates, it was showing us ₹ in earnings but it was

[07:27] also showing one ordered item. So when I clicked on the full report and saw that someone had ordered protein. Not the one we were promoting but someone else. Well, at least we got one sale but we won't earn until the product is shipped to the customer.

[07:40] Clicks etc. were not updated yet because it was showing that the statistics were not yet updated. Amazon whatever happens, we sold a product worth Rs 2000. By the way, I will explain the profit, how much money was

[07:55] spent, everything in a spreadsheet later. So keep watching. n't have much to do. So I got busy doing something else but I was looking forward to the but I was looking forward to the next day.

[08:12] good. But I noticed that the likes on the video automatically decreased. For the most part I think whatever my non-people liked, YouTube might have removed them thinking they were bot likes or whatever. Moving forward, I opened the Amazon Associates

[08:25] dashboard again and for the first time, it felt good. Showing us 10 ordered items. Four items shipped and ₹13 in commissions earned. I clicked on the full report and saw what products people had ordered. Well, we got two more

[08:40] orders for protein shakes. It may have been done by the same person because there were two orders for the same product. And apart from that, orders came for other things also. Now some people will say that if you were selling protein then how did you get orders for other things ? So let me tell you

[08:52] that whenever someone clicks on our affiliate link and buys anything within 24 hours, we still get the commission. This is generally called cookie window. Clicks conversion rates were still not fully updated. Of course but still good progress. So on

[09:06] Day Four we sold goods worth approximately ₹12 to ₹13,000. And I was so looking And I was so looking forward to day five.

[09:18] 2600 views. Again pretty good. The like rate on review videos with low engagement is anyway low. I opened Amazon Associates and I was happy to see that at least something is happening. We saw 14 ordered items, ₹91 clicks,

[09:32] 14 ordered items, ₹91 clicks, 11 shipped orders and ₹542 in commissions. I clicked on the full report. And as you can see ₹12,300 worth of products you can see ₹12,300 worth of products shipped. We earned a commission of ₹542 and 62 paise

[09:45] and an extra order was already showing. So there were still four orders to ship. I wanted to show you some more numbers. We also received two orders on Day Six. 15 were

[10:00] shipped. ₹1149 on products and ₹683.9 in commissions. And one product still had to ship. And anyway, I will count this within Day Five because Amazon updates the data quite late anyway. So

[10:15] in total we got ₹2700 views in five days, technically in four days. We sold 16000 words of in four days. We sold 16000 words of products and earned commissions of ₹700 plus. And that too through such affiliate programs which are known for paying commission.

[10:29] And now comes the matter of expenses. So I already had the product and even if you don't have it, you can still mail it to the companies and almost all the companies give you samples. So that counts for ₹ There is no cost in making a video

[10:43] and the editing also needs to be done lightly which you can do for free through CapCut. So again the ₹ spent YouTube ads generated me ₹735 extra views ads generated me ₹735 extra views and it cost me ₹158. And

[10:57] other than this, no major expense. And I used YouTube ads only because I had to finish the video on a deadline and needed speed. Now there are two perspectives to look at this result. First, if you generate ₹700 in commission from one video in 5 days, then it is

[11:11] you generate ₹700 in commission from one video in 5 days, then it is post 10 videos, that's about ₹30,000 every month. Another perspective is why not join individual affiliate programs instead of Amazon. For example, if you

[11:26] instead of Amazon. For example, if you their baseline commission is 12% and if you want, you can get it increased to 20% by negotiating. I am not kidding, in that case, you earn ₹1000 worth of product sales anywhere

[11:40] you earn ₹1000 worth of product sales anywhere from ₹120 to ₹3200 per video in five days, which is equal to anywhere from ₹8000 to ₹1800 per month per video. But this is the ground reality of Amazon affiliate program, guys.

[11:54] However, if you want, you can play a little smart. Like choosing only those products which are around ₹10,000 and have a good commission rate. But even in that case, you cannot expect more than ₹500 to ₹600. That's it. Other affiliate

[12:08] programs pay you much more than this. So it's totally up to you. If you can make 10 review videos per month after doing proper research then you can expect ₹20 to ₹30,000 per month. And if it supports your lifestyle then go

[12:21] for it. And if you feel that you should Impact Radius and Q Links. Now I am not just giving you knowledge about high paying affiliate programs. The next two videos are decided on the topic of my AI.

[12:36] But after that I will do a challenge in which I will show you how to generate actual good revenue by joining a high paying affiliate program. So make sure you subscribe and like the video. Well, my goal for this video was to

[12:50] generate at least ₹5,000 in commissions. But firstly I did not get the link to the product page and on top of that the commission was so low. So to make up for that I am going to give away ₹5,000 to two random comments. So make sure you comment as well. And if you

[13:04] like the content of No BS Courses, then make sure you support this channel by sharing this video with your friends. And with this I wish you all the very best and I will see with this I wish you all the very best and I will see you at the top.
