[01:07] or might not be securities, or whether you're doing custody or any other activity. It's clear that we need to know what the rules of the road, so that's what all of the regulators, the SEC, the CFTC, the OCC, are all working on.
[01:19] So even if we don't get the legislation that has to be passed by Congress, Either way, we're getting the regulation, the CFTC, the SEC set in rules, but just less sticky,
[01:31] and why we truly have just one week left to contact our senators, let them know that crypto regulation in America is important to us. Because let's say it passes. Keep in mind, this is just a cloture vote.
[01:44] This will let us know if we can even get it on the floor for a vote. If it does pass, then we have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 days only of the Senate actually in session before midterm elections where we get a whole new crop of senators and really have to start again.

[04:44] Maybe more people buy Pepsi this other year. Admin of Flow. These are two of the winners we're seeing emerge in crypto, Solanese. And looking at decentralized AI, big win small.
[04:57] But not big, really small yet significant win for BitTensor. A BigTensor subnet, Oro, subnet 15, has been accepted into Y Combinator. So what Oro is, Oro describes themselves as the biggest agent competition in the world.

And frankly and that duopoly has been aggressively lobbying for a new regulatory agency Why Because of red capture They cannot control it Again the government official is not going to know how to regulate something this dynamic
[07:05] So they're going to turn to the leading labs and say, hey, how should we regulate it? And, of course, Ben Klopik is going to have all the answers on that. And Dario has already said in his testimony that he thinks open models, if sufficiently advanced, are dangerous
[07:20] because they're not centrally managed and controlled. So it's very clear where the battle lines are going to be drawn in the future. It's going to be about whether you want a centralized, closed market, or you want a market that is decentralized and open.
[07:34] And yes, closed will participate in that. And Y Combinator, recognizing a bit tenser so much, to me, is Signal. Also, this is big, Robin Hood, Hood, announces plans to take minority stake in Crypto.com, a crypto exchange.
[07:49] So Robinhood has partnered with Crypto.com to expand their prediction markets. It's actually a partnership with Crypto.com, Robinhood, and OG.com. And under the agreement announced Tuesday, Robinhood will begin routing a portion of its football prediction contracts to OG.com's CFTC regulated exchange and clearinghouse.
