13:19

[00:00] The midterms bring in the nine most consistently profitable months in all of stock market history. There is no other period like it. Bitcoin's bull market is returning.

[00:12] Expect big moves this week. This is a big week for crypto. Do not be fooled by this short-term volatility. You need to get six altcoins on your radar.

[00:26] Big, big news today. My name is Aaron. This is Altcoin Daily. Guys, smash the like button. Share this video with one friend who needs to understand why you need to be bullish on crypto today.

[00:42] And those said reasons why you need to be bullish are as follows. Breaking news, the CFTC just proposed its own Clarity Act, issuing its first round of federal rules ever written for crypto markets by the CFTC.

[01:03] CFTC Chairman Mike Selig took to the press today to share the two big changes he wants to make as far as the CFTC regulating markets. Today, the CFTC is doing its part to deliver clear rules of the road for cryptoasset markets

[01:20] with its advance notice of proposed rulemaking on regulation cryptoasset transactions and regulation cryptoasset markets, which is now live on the CFTC's website. These rules would codify a pathway for cryptoasset exchanges to operate under uniform national oversight by the CFTC

[01:35] pursuant to the same statutory authorities that the prior administration instead utilized to regulate by enforcement. Two new rulemaking frameworks. One of the rulemaking frameworks has to do with regulating crypto asset transactions, giving clarity so people are free to transact in crypto.

[01:56] And the other is to provide clear rules of the road for crypto markets. So crypto markets can grow in the United States of America.

[02:08] More options for more people. More money coming into this space now that clear rules of the road start now. I love this little hype video that Mike Sellick put out himself saying breaking news, talking about how bad crypto used to be, where we came from, highlighting crypto, Tom, very crypto native video, and ultimately making sure that industry participants, markets, players, institutions around the world understand that clear rules of the road start now.

[02:47] This hype video uses a Kanye West song, so I'm not going to be able to play it for you. I'll just give you 30 seconds. News overnight, Sam Benjamin Freed is now in custody in the Bahamas. His $32 billion cryptocurrency exchange, FTX, goes bankrupt in a matter of days.

[03:04] $8.9 billion in customer funds are missing. I think rules of the road that are there at the beginning, that people say, you know, we've got a cop on the beat. The CFTC is well suited to play an increasingly central role in overseeing the cash digital asset commodity market.

[03:20] I believe that this is an industry that absolutely positively has to be regulated and has to protect consumers I think that it very much now the time for the CFTC my former agency the SEC to step

[03:34] forward in the gap here and write rules for this new innovation the same way that I was able to do when I was at the CFTC. It's absolutely critical that we have a federal standard for crypto assets, and right now

[03:46] we've dealt with a password of state laws and regulations. This is the official proposal on the CFTC website, now made available for industry participants and regulators to provide comments.

[04:01] And the comments that we're seeing from crypto industry leaders are very positive on this. Brian Armstrong saying, great to see the CFTC moving forward on rulemaking for crypto, opening up the public comment period.

[04:16] Thank you, Chairman, for your leadership. Tyler Winklevoss explaining, clear rules of the road for crypto are incoming. The future is bright. And of course, this is in line with what we have been seeing regulators and the industry doing.

[04:34] Just in, the SEC moves even more forward with its pro-crypto regulation, greenlighting its first ever 3x leveraged Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs.

[04:46] Breaking news, the U.S. Treasury and FinCEN withdraw two major crypto proposals that were harmful for the industry that targeted self-custody and mixers.

[04:58] If these would have been implemented, the rules could have significantly expanded reporting and surveillance and monitoring. Because this has been withdrawn, this is very positive for the crypto industry.

[05:13] We are going big on digital assets. Again, guys, if you're getting value today, smash the like button and subscribe to Altcoin Daily for daily videos keeping you informed on everything crypto. Crypto is very volatile, right now consolidating at upper $85,000 range.

[05:30] A minimal correction did take place, but structural support remains intact. Bitcoin is still bullish. The 40% move in Bitcoin and 80% move in Ethereum over the past 50 calendar days,

[05:47] really, you only needed to be holding Bitcoin for six of these days to capture a 40% move and an 80% move in Ethereum. It all happened in six days in a 50-day period.

[06:01] This is why it is so important to be in this market. Remember when Bitcoin was at its lows, how low the RSI was? We were showing you that it was a good time to buy and markets moved up greatly.

[06:16] Well, update, the weekly RSI is back above the mid-level, but that doesn't mean the best part is behind us. Because last cycle, we reclaimed the RSI midpoint quickly as well, and price kept running for years.

[06:33] And you can feel the momentum gaining in the market. Altcoin dominance breakout, a five-year breakout for altcoin dominance.

[06:45] In fact altcoin market cap just hit its highest monthly close of 2026 with MACD turning bullish for the first time since February of 25 The next altcoin season could be massive.

[07:00] So the bull market is returning. Let's talk about six altcoins I think are about to do really well. and expect big moves because order books are getting thin

[07:13] and that's going to create massive moves when the price is ready to run. Right now, Ethereum has large sell orders around $3,000, but if we can get past this, a pump to 4K could actually happen really fast.

[07:28] It is very clear if you talk to Wall Street and institutions that Ethereum is winning the capital market race. That's why Joe Chalom, former BlackRock, now SharpLink, is so bullish on Ethereum.

[07:43] But even he admits Solana is bullish. A lot of individual chains are bullish. So he kind of lists out why he's bullish on Ethereum, but why he's bullish on the coins he's about to list.

[07:55] I don't think we should be in a world where one chain dominates everything. I think there are going to be a series of chains who, in different domains, have expertise. I believe very strongly, and SharpLink has been built on this conviction, that Ethereum is winning the capital markets use case and is going to be winning a lot of the agendic finance use case.

[08:14] But there are other great chains. Solana is doing well in meme coins. Others are doing well in payments. Others will do well in specialized fields. We should live in an omni-chain world as long as those chains are truly decentralized and no one person can change the rules of the game.

[08:31] And Ethereum is that leading decentralized blockchain where it's not owned by anyone. And you can trust that the rules won't change. But I'm not suggesting there should be another infrastructure monopoly.

[08:44] We're going to live in an omni-chain world and each will have a specialization. Ethereum is where the liquidity is and where capital market is. And that's why you see ETH, the token rally, over 70% in the last three months

[08:56] because they see institutional adoption and agentic finance coming. and that's why we're here to help investors get access to that opportunity. The 70% run in three months means we're going from narrative to production to mass adoption.

[09:12] Nier Protocol with amazing September metrics. Fundamentally, Nier is getting to a whole different level this year. Nier's blockchain had its best fee month of the year in September.

[09:26] fundamental metrics are hitting all-time highs for Nier. Avalanche, still very much in the conversation, especially with adoption by Hyundai like this.

[09:38] Hyundai says it tested two transactions on Avalanche during and outside banking hours. The proof of concept focused on real corporate processes, including internal compliance controls and reconciliation. I think certainly a big moment for Avalanche.

[09:53] XRP is gaining momentum with even some of the most experienced TradFi traders admitting hey check this out possible cup and handle prepare for some action

[10:07] in XRP Canton network may be the dark horse of this cycle this institutional chain is seeing amazing growth Unique parties on Kenton have grown 46x over the past year This is bullish And finally Chainlink is

[10:25] very much still in the game and Sergey Nazarov, in about one minute of this clip, simply explains how Chainlink is enabling new use cases for tokenized

[10:37] assets, how tokenization is growing leaps and bounds. Crypto is seeing rapid adoption because of it, with certainly Chainlink being one of the leaders doing this. Mike, listen for yourself.

[10:49] It's definitely something that'll create a lot of capital efficiency. The floor and the yield and all that stuff will get a lot better and better managed. I think there'll be a lot of demand for that. And generally speaking, like you said, there is a lot of real interest in tokenization

[11:05] because of these efficiency gains. Our role in this is really enabling that tokenization. So we work with a lot of banks for them to generate their tokenized deposits, to have a chain of their own for those deposits.

[11:17] We work with folks that make stable coins. We are a large provider of cross-chain connectivity, proof of reserve, all the technologies needed to make reliable forms of on-chain cash work.

[11:29] And so what I'm seeing is just rapid adoption. with the Junius Act in the US I think that's really just accelerated it massively at an institutional level I think that you'll see more and more legislation

[11:42] in the US and other places that will accelerate the tokenization there's so much reason to be bullish going forward on crypto we show you this on a daily basis

[11:54] so make sure you subscribe but what about midterms? the midterms are coming this could really shake things up And while I do expect volatility around the midterms, after the midterms, expect a market rally.

[12:10] Maybe for up to nine months straight. And this isn't according to me, Altcoin Daily. This is, in fact, according to legendary investor Ken Fisher, who explains the midterms bring in the nine most consistently profitable months in all of stock market history.

[12:28] There's no other period like it. There's so much negativity in markets right now. After midterms, things could really pick up and get to its next level, at least according to Ken Fisher.

[12:40] See you tomorrow, my friends. Will the midterm elections drive the next market rally? Let me just say, and I've been saying this for midterm after midterm after midterm after midterm,

[12:53] the midterms bring in the nine most consistently profitable months in all of stock market history. There is no other period like it. They quell legislative risk.

[13:07] They make a quieter period. All major legislation, and people don't think about it this way, but it's true, happens in the first two years of President's terms, not the back two. Legislative risk falls.

[13:19] Markets like that. there hasn't been a negative nine-month stretch, fourth quarter of the year and the first two of the next year, since the Great Depression. And in the last 100 years, those nine months have averaged 19.8%.

[13:34] You should be Professor of Finance at some prestigious university because you explain things extremely well, Kent.
