[07:56] we are going to tell you about that also, how do they happen and where do they happen which you will not even know about. And I think Doctor Sahib, the sooner the cancer is detected, the more prevention can be done according to me.

[08:10] Absolutely right. So I will tell you that stage one breast cancer is curable for life in 95% of the patients. Ok? The same stage four cannot be cured.

[30:08] So, incidental first stage of lung cancer, incidental first stage of gall bladder and pancreas cancer have been diagnosed in him. In the first stage, no more than 90% of the patients do not have any symptoms.

[30:23] So today if I feel that I am fit and fine. I don't have any symptoms. I did not get any tests done for 5 years. He may be thriving. Yes. And in the third stage, as you are talking about, some symptoms start appearing.

[30:36] So what kind of symptoms are those? So in pancreas it is called head, body and tail. Ok? There are three parts. Jaundice increases with cancer in the head of the pancreas because it blocks the duct. Tail of pancreas is the most deadly cancer.

When the cancer reaches the fourth stage and reaches the lungs When the cancer reaches the fourth stage and reaches the lungs or spreads to the stomach and becomes filled with water or there is shortness of breath, then it becomes known. Tale of pancreas we feel is one of the worst

[31:10] cancers. We because we just can't diagnose them early. So what is happening outside in the body? Meaning something like weight loss or weight loss. Your food has caused weight loss. You will say that whenever I eat food, I don't enjoy it much. The

[35:15] called ovaries. Eggs are formed in the ovaries. Those eggs come into the uterus. There is a connection between the eggs and sperm and a child is born.

[35:29] Cervical cancer is the lower part of the uterus. That became the cervix. This is ovary. Again, you should understand that ovarian cancer and breast cancer are almost hormone related. So, whatever high risk features there are for breast cancer, the same high risk features can

[35:42] also be there for ovarian cancer. reasons which can increase breast cancer. I repeat again at the cost

[35:55] of repetition. I know that it is very important to diagnose ovarian cancer in the first stage. It is in our hands. It can happen easily. And especially GG Gen Y, whatever

[36:07] And especially GG Gen Y, whatever you say, they have to make sure that all the elder people and they are mothers and they are aunts and they are grandmothers. If they find something is different in their abdomens, please take them to the doctors early. So we can

[36:22] family. Ok. And Sir, if someone gets ovarian cancer, it is diagnosed and it is detected, then it can be cured, then what effect does it have on pregnancy,

[36:39] cured without surgery, okay, ovarian cancer, ideal surgery in ovarian cancer is removal of both the ovaries, if you remove both the ovaries,

[38:26] cancer treatment is divided into three branches. Surgeons, surgical oncologists who give radiation, radiation oncologists, and my field is called medical oncologists. Medical Medicine Medicine can be of any type. It may

[38:45] also be an oral tablet. Intravenous injection may also be necessary. Intramuscular injection may also be done. It can also be done by giving insulin under the skin. Ok? This is called systemic treatment of cancer.

[39:01] This is called systemic treatment of cancer. chemotherapy, second is immunotherapy, [sound of clearing throat] [sound of clearing throat] third is targeted therapy and targeted therapy includes

[39:14] oral pills which we call magical pills. now let's start with breast cancer.

[40:10] What does immunotherapy do? Increases the immunity of your body. The simple way I explain immunotherapy to everyone is that cancers form every day in everyone's bodies, including yours and mine.

[40:22] Our immunity kills cancer. That's why we don't have symptoms. kills cancer. That's why we don't have symptoms. hands with Immunity. Immunity says, friend, he is my own brother. He does

[40:37] n't kill him. Cancer thrives. Immunotherapy puts a barrier between the two. Suddenly the immunity wakes up and says, hey, this is foreign sales. Kill him. And apart from this, immunotherapy makes that immunity 10 times stronger. So that's how

[40:53] Ok? Now what is targeted therapy? Targeted Now what is targeted therapy? Targeted therapy can be oral or intravenous. Target means a particular target like chemotherapy, that is a bomb.

[41:20] Now this is the result of research happening for the last 100 years. Some targeted therapies like now I will give the example of lung cancer. In 2003, when I passed out from AIIMS for fourth stage lung cancer, we used to give Gita,

[41:37] Bible, Quran to people, they used to say brother, if you get chemotherapy done, you will live for a year, if you do n't get it done, you will live for six months, you see, today 60 to 70% of lung cancer

[41:49] today 60 to 70% of lung cancer patients are treated by oral tablets, no chemotherapy, no target therapies and in lung cancer also, 20 to 30% of patients We so medical oncology is not synonymous with

[42:06] Ok. Lots of targets are happening. Third, you mentioned bone marrow. There is something called a cartilage cell therapy in bone marrow. If you've heard it's another coming out to be a magical way of treating bone marrow

[42:22] cancers and lymphomas, which are cancers of the lymph glands. What do they do again? They take cells from your body, from your tumor. We in the lab

[42:36] and inject those millions of cells back into your body. So one fighter becomes 1 lakh 1 crore fighters and enters the body again and kills cancer. hear it. It does not mean it kills 100% but it does kill

[42:50] and does cure patients who would not have been otherwise? Ok. Well, a similar question came to my mind that if there are cancers caused by hormones, then I Breast ovary prostate right so immune immunotherapy

[43:06] here [nasal sound] it is strengthening your immunity and this is what immunity means, it has become a hormone. So can this cancer be treated only with immunotherapy or are different types of therapies used at different stages?

[43:36] as I told you earlier, it acts as a fertiliser for breast cancer, right? Hormone therapy prevents estrogen from growing. Similarly, Hormone therapy prevents estrogen from growing. Similarly,

[43:50] Okay, it acts as a fertiliser. So, if you stop testosterone with hormone treatment, in fact, you will be for prostate cancer. Okay [sound of clearing throat],

[44:06] so it is a hormone. Inhibits hormones. Immunotherapy Body's immunity. Immunity means T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, macrophages, which means WBC count in our body. There is a WBC in CBC which

[44:21] increases in case of infection. That is a type of immunity. So immunotherapy and hormone therapy are different. different. Ok? Ah, okay, let's talk about the kids. It has been

[44:33] seen many times that children also get cancer. So what types of cancers do children have ? What other reasons could there be ? Is heredity the only factor or is there something else? So, there is a scientist doing a Natsan.

[44:48] We call it Kanudsan. Because it is spelled like that. Yes. Natesan came out with some two-hit theory. Ok? The two-hit theory means that many Ok? The two-hit theory means that many children inherit an abnormality mutation from their mother's womb or genetically. Does it happen
