Chapter 2: God Still Speaks Through Dreams

[00:02] meditating on these pages I wrote, and if you pray sincerely to God who >> [music] >> you will experience His nearness, His >> you will experience His nearness, His presence, and His love.

[00:23] Book Born in a [music] Dream For God does speak, now one way, now >> [music] >> In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they slumber in their beds.

[00:38] Job 33:14-15 God touched me. On the morning of my 65th birthday, I woke up with this crystal-clear thought be God's Fingerprints.

[00:54] Was I dreaming, or was it a simple mental impression? [music] There was no sound of a voice coming from heaven. Was it just a simple thought that crossed my mind while I was

[01:06] All I know is that it is just a knowing. This is [music] God's assignment. Throughout my life, every now and then, I had these very clear thoughts or impressions [music] in my mind as soon

[01:21] as I woke up. Many times, they were very clear dreams that lingered with me for several minutes after I wake up in the morning. They even come at 3:00 in the morning, and I would be fully awake. I would

[01:35] write them [music] down on my journal, and they will keep me thinking the This very clear thought of God's Fingerprints >> is one of them, and happened on my 65th birthday.

[01:49] I know I ought to write this one book. I thought I was pursuing God all my life, even as I was building my business. all [music] along, and I kept on running away.

[02:03] That was when I was younger. But as I grew older, I get to enjoy his call, his [music] words, his visitations, words, his visitations, his revelations, his pursuit of me, and

[02:16] him, too. It was like a hide-and-seek process. It was a love affair. As I grew older, it became intensely personal, experiential, not an academic knowledge

[02:30] younger. Believe me or not, God still speaks to people, his friends, his children in the scriptures. Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send?

[02:44] Who will go [music] for us?" And I said, "Here am I, send me." Isaiah 6:8. My heart's response. Dear God, I'm answering [music] your

[02:57] just anything. I want to write what you want to say to your people, so you will have to back me up along the way. [music] I will wait for your inspiration. I will look back and find your fingerprints in

[03:10] the timeline of my life. [music] I will feel your hands and see how you are holding me in this present time. I will look at where your fingers are pointing to guide my direction towards the future that you have set for me.

[03:25] I love you, and I thank you for everything. God is touching you. And to you, my reader, if you spend time meditating on these pages I wrote,

[03:37] and if [music] you pray sincerely to God who inspired me to write these pages, you will experience his nearness, his presence, and his love. You will be transformed, and you will walk this earth seeing his fingerprints

[03:51] [music] in the circumstances of your own life, in the lives of people around you, in the events of history. You will see that the story of this according to his plan, and you are a

[04:04] part of it. The timeline of history of mankind is filled with the fingerprints of God as his hands [music] works the fulfillment of his design. In my life, in your life, [music] in all of mankind and the created universe.

[04:19] For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the [music] glory of the knowledge of the [music] glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. Lord as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14. [music]

[04:33] knowledge of his [music] glory. If you look at the globe, you see the earth filled with water. And if you could only see the depth of the sea, you will discover that there is no space

[04:45] in the entire surface of the depth of the sea not filled with water. As you keep reading, the depth of your mind, heart, and soul [music] will be by the knowledge of the glory of the Lord.

[04:58] I pray that God will open the eyes of my spirit and yours to his glory that is being [music] revealed. And that we may both follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. As I write this book and as you and I

[05:13] inspiration, where we both will see his fingerprints and experience his presence. For those who are led by the spirit of God are the children of God. Romans 8:14. Speak to God in your heart.

[05:29] Imagine being like one of the two men whom Jesus appeared to on the road to >> They did not recognize him as Jesus spoke to them. Imagine all the times Jesus tried [music] to speak to you through a book,

[05:44] a sermon, an encouraging word of a friend, a convincing word from someone. Think of all the times you did not him in your life as he tried to communicate with you.

[05:57] communicate with you. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears [music] my voice and opens the door, I will come into him and eat with him, and he with me. Rev 3:20 ESV. [music]

[06:11] Now, you close your eyes and speak to God silently. [music] Give him time to speak to your heart, In the beginning, this will be hard because our brain does not stop

[06:24] thinking. We have lost the art of listening. We cannot stand still. And yet God says, "Be still and know that I am God." Psalm 46:10.

[06:36] "Come now, let us reason together," says the Lord. Isaiah 1:18. Do not hurry. Do not worry. Clear your mind of all concerns. Think of an imaginary box [music] and imagine all

[06:49] your concerns as written on a piece of paper and locked inside that box. And you will pay attention to it again later. come back to them that they are not as important as you

[07:04] thought they were. You are [music] in the presence of the God of the universe who created you because he loves you. Ask him to make you understand and experience his love.

[07:16] Without knowing and experiencing his love, you cannot [music] love him. You can only think about him, but not love him. intellectually, but your heart is dry of love.

[07:31] Find him in your spirit where he dwells. consciousness of his love is not in a building. He is inside of you in your Of course, he is in the building because

[07:45] present. What I mean is that his presence becomes so real to you only when you become aware of his presence [music] in your spirit. That is where you and God meet and you

[08:01] become one with God. Stay on that awareness. Here I am. I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person

[08:14] and they [music] with me. Revelation 3:20. Yes, Jesus will eat with you. Did you not know he likes to eat with his friends? Not just eat, but drink a little wine.

[08:28] He is happy. He celebrates. He wants to share his happiness with his friends. I bet you there was so much good food at the wedding in Cana where he performed his first miracle of

[08:42] changing water into wine. Good food [music] and good wine. You would have loved to be there. He is a happy guy, you know. You might have seen picture of him agonizing for carrying that heavy cross and being crucified,

[08:55] >> but he was suffering joyfully because he was doing it for you. Thank him for what was doing it for you. Thank him for what he has done for you.
