This video is a comprehensive, AI-powered dropshipping tutorial for 2027. It walks beginners through the entire process, from building a store with AI in under a minute to selecting winning products, optimizing listings, and driving traffic through creator partnerships. The guide emphasizes using data and AI tools to streamline every step and reduce the risk of failure.
The video promises a complete guide to AI-powered dropshipping, with each step taking about 60 seconds. It claims to cover store creation, branding, sales, and promotion using AI.
The first step is to use Shopify's AI store builder. You enter your niche and basic details, and the AI generates a complete store with pages, banners, and a clean design in about 60 seconds.
Product selection is the most critical step. The video introduces a framework: products must be trending, relevant (solve a common problem), and demonstrable (easy to show in action).
AutoDS is introduced as a tool that provides a 'TikTok Shop Marketplace' with real sales data. You can filter products by 7-day trend to see what's gaining traction.
The video warns against products that are not relevant or are too niche. It also advises avoiding cosmetics, clothing, and technical products due to high ad costs or return rates.
The video shows how to use Claude AI to generate multiple marketing-focused product names and descriptions. It also demonstrates using AI to create professional product photos.
The recommended pricing strategy is to multiply the product cost by three and round up to a price ending in .99. This ensures at least 50% profit margin.
The video suggests using bundles (e.g., buy 2 get 1 free) to increase average order value and offer free shipping. It also recommends using a countdown timer and currency converter to boost conversions.
For traffic, the video recommends reaching out to TikTok creators with under 50k followers, offering them a free product plus a commission. This is a low-cost, high-trust alternative to paid ads.

18:25[00:00] I've done over $10 million in online sales and this is the only AI dropshipping tutorial you need in 2026. And every single step in this video takes less than 5 minutes. Building the entire store, 60 seconds.
[00:12] Finding a winning product, 5 minutes. Branding, boosting sales, promoting your product, 5 minutes each. Because I will show you how to use AI to speed up every single step. Just copy exactly what I'm doing and by the end of this video,
[00:25] you're going to have a complete store live on the internet, ready to take real orders and make real money. And here's the best part. Everything I'll explain in this video will cost you exactly $2 to do.
[00:39] And the first step is the one that keeps most beginners stuck for weeks, building the store. But we're going to knock it out in 60 seconds with a free tool called Build Your Store, which generates your entire Shopify store with AI.
[00:52] and you might be thinking, wait, shouldn't I pick a product first? No, and that's actually the mistake most beginners make. You'll see why in less than a minute. I'm going to leave a link to build your store down in the description. It's completely free, so grab that link and build your
[01:08] store right along with me. So let's start the timer. Click build my free store and it will take you straight into Shopify to create your store. Fill in your Shopify details, then hit claim a store and it will bounce you right back to build your store and ask you to pick a niche. This will
[01:25] give AI a direction so it knows what kind of layout and structure to build for you. And if you haven't decided on a category yet, just select I'm not sure and keep moving. Next, it's going to ask you to pick two banner images. We'll swap them out later with our own graphics. So again, don't overthink it.
[01:43] Now hit activate my store to turn on your Shopify plan and grab the link in the description to get three months of Shopify for just $1 per month, which is a crazy deal when you're getting started. Pick the basic plan. It's the cheapest one and does everything you need, and you can upgrade
[01:58] later once you're actually making money. So you're spending $1 on AutoDS and $1 on Shopify so far, and that's it. Every single other step in the tutorial is free. Head back to build your store,
[02:11] hit I'm done, continue, skip past the add-on step, and hit customize my store. And that's it. The AI takes it from there and builds your entire store without you touching a line of code. And boom, just like that, we have a functional store up and running in less than 60 seconds
[02:26] with a homepage, banners, product sections, and a clean layout, all generated for you automatically by AI. But here's the part I really want you to see. AutoDS, the tool that powers all of this behind the scenes,
[02:40] has already added winning products directly to your store. Real products with real proven demand sitting on your homepage right now, which means that technically you can start selling, but I don't want you to settle for the same product everyone else's store starts with.
[02:54] I want you to find a product that's actually yours, one that's trending right now with real momentum and way less competition. And that's exactly what we're doing in step two. So how do you actually find a winning product?
[03:06] Every single winning product has to check three boxes. I call this the true method, and if your product misses even one of these three things, skip it and move on. Don't even waste your time. P is for trending. You want something that's just starting to pick up momentum over the last few weeks but hasn't peaked yet.
[03:23] But watch out. You don't want to be the very first person selling something that nobody knows about yet, because when other people are already running ads for your product, you get to see exactly what's working for them and skip weeks of guessing.
[03:35] Plus, people actually understand your product before your ad even shows up. So your ad performs better. And this is exactly why the best strategy right now in dropshipping is taking products that have just started blowing up on TikTok shop.
[03:49] But here's the problem. You can't actually tell if a trend is dying or growing just by looking at it. You need real data. And that's where AutoDS comes in. AutoDS is specifically built for dropshippers, and they've got this feature that shows you every single product that's blowing up on TikTok shop right now with real sales numbers for each one.
[04:09] If you use the link in the description, you can get a three-day trial for just $1. So grab your heavily discounted trial and follow me as I walk you through the tool. When you log in, you want to click on TikTok Analytics under Marketplace over here on the left sidebar.
[04:24] Now, you're going to see a massive list of products currently selling on TikTok shop. But here's the most important part. You're also going to see a seven-day sales trend. And that's what tells you whether the trend is still climbing or if it's already dead.
[04:37] I'm going to talk more about that in just a minute. But if you click on the price, you're also going to see a lot more information, like the viral index, popularity score, and even how much money it made in the last month. So filter by category and set the time range to last seven days.
[04:51] and boom, you're now looking at every product trending up right now. But be careful, you should know that not every trending product is a great idea for your dropshipping business. And if you choose the wrong product here, I can guarantee you'll fail.
[05:06] Even if you nail every other step in the studio perfectly, and that brings us to the R for relevant. This means that your product has to solve a real problem that people deal with every single day not some random toy or gadget that just looks cool for five seconds And the strongest niches are health looks pets or kids because that where people spend money the fastest
[05:29] This takes us to the U for unique. And this one is so important because you need to remember that your customer has never heard of your brand before. So if they see your product or your ad and immediately think, I could just grab this at Walmart, you lock them. You need a product that
[05:44] makes them stop and go, wait, I've never seen this before. Because that little bit of curiosity is the entire reason they click. And without the click, you'll never get the chance to sell them anything. But there are some things you absolutely need to avoid, too.
[05:56] You want products that are easy to demo on video, something with a clear before and after. But skip skin care and wrinkle products, makeup products, and clothing. The ad costs in that space are brutal because the competition there is just insane.
[06:10] and also avoid hair products and complicated tech products. Let's go back to AutoDS. I will choose the Pets category for this video. That's always a solid category. So let's click on that and scroll through the results.
[06:23] And a quick heads up, if the 7-day trend chart dips slightly over a weekend and picks back up during the week, that's totally normal buying behavior. That's why you also want to look at the 30-day chart for a smooth upward curve,
[06:35] which means that demand is genuinely building. And let's check out this product right here. the Yipitor Slow Feeder Dog Bowl. Right after that, you can already see that the seven-day trend line is climbing. But before we call this a winner, let's click on it and open the full
[06:49] analytics page and run it through our rules. First off, the numbers look good. 80,000 units sold, over $50,000 in total sales. The product is obviously doing well, but it still hasn't peaked just yet. So obviously, this is a great product. It solves a real daily problem. It's easy to demo.
[07:06] the numbers are fully validated, and boom, we just found a winning product. Now that we found a winning product, we'll scroll past the charts and find every TikTok video currently promoting that product. So next, I will sort by most viewed, most likes, or most commented.
[07:22] And right there, you're looking at the exact content making money right now. But TikTok is only one piece of the picture, because the biggest sellers are mostly running paid ads on Facebook and Instagram too. and AutoDS has an ad spy tool that lets you see the ads currently converting for your product
[07:38] across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You can see the hooks they use, the angles they push, and the numbers behind each one. Plus, you can save or download any of these videos straight from the tool. We will download a couple of them to use later. Now, if you're scrolling through all
[07:52] this and feeling stuck, AutoDS has a hand-picked product tab. These are products that AutoDS's team and their AI have already validated for you. And when you click on one, you'll get way more metrics. You'll see the potential profit, how saturated the product already is,
[08:06] and even exactly who your target customer is. You can just compare a couple of them side by side and pick a winner. And now that you have a winning product, just hit Import Draft. Then go into your draft, and before you publish,
[08:19] delete the product, auto-DS, auto-added when it connected. You don't want to make the customer choose. Then hit Publish. Give it about 20 seconds and boom, the product is now sitting inside your Shopify store with images, variants, and a basic description already pulled in for you.
[08:35] But you're still not done because if you look at this product page right now, it's not going to sell anything. The title is directly translated straight off AliExpress. The images are flat supplier photos on a plain white background and there's no pricing strategy behind any of it.
[08:50] So to get your page ready for real traffic, we need three things. Your brand name, the images of your product, and your pricing. Let's start with the name and positioning. And for that, we're going to open Clod again.
[09:03] Open a new chat and upload a clear photo of the product and tell Clod what it does, who it helps, what competitors are charging, and the main frustration it solves. Then use this exact prompt. I'm launching a DTC e-commerce brand for this product.
[09:17] Give me 15 product names, each one or two words. Every name must make it obvious what the product is and hint at the main benefit of using it. so that someone who has never seen this product before understands what it does and why they'd want it just from the name.
[09:30] Then give me three clear marketing positions based on the daily problem this product solves. Keep the wording simple and do not make claims the product cannot prove. And the reason I'm this specific about the name is that your customer has never heard of you.
[09:42] So the name has to explain in one second why they should buy from you. Let's go to Goldguard and move now into the listing images. But while we're here in Cloud, let me show you something that honestly feels like cheating.
[09:54] AutoDS now has an official connector built right into Quad. Just click Connectors, search for AutoDS, hit the plus button, and log in with your AutoDS account. That's it. Takes about 30 seconds, and it works even on Quad's free plan.
[10:08] And now Quad is plugged directly into your AutoDS account, so you can just type things like, finding a trending pet product under $10 with fast shipping, and add it in my draft. and Qwad searches the catalog, runs the numbers,
[10:22] and imports it for you. It can even publish your drafts and pull larger reports on your store. But don't worry, it always asks for your approval before it actually changes anything. So once you get the hang of it, you can start running a big part of it through Qwad.
[10:36] But for now let keep going step by step I show you how to use ChatGPT or Gemini FreePlan to create product photos that look professional and most importantly that sell Now this part usually involves a lot of back and forth
[10:50] Most of the time the product ends up looking slightly off. So I'll put right here on the screen the exact prompts I use that will save you a lot of time and credits even if you're using the free plan. One upload as many photos of the product as you can.
[11:02] Front, back, angles, someone holding it. The more the model sees the less it makes up. Two, tell it who your target customer is, because the audience will tell everything to the AI.
[11:14] The colors, the setting, the styling, whether it's on a marble kitchen counter or a gym floor. Three, fix one thing at a time. When something's off, don't rewrite the whole prompt. Say, same image, but the handle should be black.
[11:27] Otherwise, you get a completely different photo, and you're starting over. So we now have new users that are listening, and honestly, I get surprised every time I do this. Look at the quality of these photos, but it's time to talk about your pricing.
[11:39] And pay attention here because this is where most beginners leave a ton of money on the table. Take your manufacturing costs for one unit of your product. Then multiply that number by three and then round the price up so it ends in a 95 or a 99.
[11:53] But now here's the most important part. Make sure you've got at least 50% of profit before you spend on ads. You'll see why that's important in a second. So our product costs $11.63 to source and ship.
[12:07] Well, times that by three, and you get $34.89. We're going to round that up to $34.99. This margin will leave you room to promote your product later and still be profitable.
[12:19] And that's what entering a trend early actually buys you. Everyone selling this in six months is going to be fighting each other on price to the bottom. Right now, there's nobody to fight, so you get to set the price instead of matching it. but there is one way to increase your margins without increasing your price.
[12:34] And that is by getting your customers to buy multiple units or products in one order. So one strategy is to offer free shipping when someone buys two or more products. That one small difference can make the larger offer feel like a way better deal,
[12:48] which means more money for you. You can also think of more creative ways to do this. Your page is almost there now, but we still need a listing title and copy that converts. AutoDS actually has an AI product page generator built in that writes your title, your full description, your feature list, and your benefit statements in a clean, optimized format.
[13:08] You just have to pick a tone, whether that's professional, casual, social media, whatever fits the brand you're building. Then hit generate. Then save and import, and the entire finished product page pushes straight into your Shopify store.
[13:21] So let's jump back into Shopify now, and boom, your product is live with a brand name, AI-generated images, a complete description with real features and benefits, and correct pricing. The only thing left is to tweak a bit the rest of the store so it doesn't look generic.
[13:35] Because customers don't just buy a product, they buy from a brand. So we're going to fix this in less than two minutes. Go back to ChatGPT and ask for a banner image that matches your product's vibe.
[13:47] Then upload it in Shopify to replace the placeholder. we picked earlier. Turn the opacity down slightly so any text on top stays easy to read. Then ask in the same chat for a simple logo and a short one-line tagline. Keep it stupid simple, especially
[14:02] if you're not a designer, because a clean text logo in a modern font will always look better than a messy amateur design. Then head into the Shopify theme customizer, open the settings panel,
[14:14] and find the accent color options. Grab the hex codes from your logo and apply them to your buttons, links, header, and any accent elements throughout your store. Don't forget that your store doesn't need seven different colors fighting for attention. One simple main color and a second
[14:31] brand color for accents is all you need. And make sure to add a featured product section on your homepage and select your product because the golden rule of e-commerce is if they have to search for it, they won't buy it. And that's it. Branded store, no designer, no code, and the setup
[14:47] phase that keeps mostly going to suck for weeks is now completely behind you. And that's it. In two minutes, you have a fully branded store without touching a line of code or paying a designer. Now, the next step is to set up your order fulfillment. But here's the good news. You
[15:03] already handled it. When you connected AutoDS back in step two and chose a product, you connected the supplier at the same time. So when a customer orders, the order lands in your AutoDS dashboard.
[15:16] you confirm the payment method, and the product ships straight from the supplier to your customer's door. You never touch it, but there's one thing you should do first. Order your product. Make sure the quality is right and avoid any refunds and bad reviews.
[15:28] This will save you a lot of headaches down the road. So now that we have everything set up, let me tell you three easy ways to multiply your sales because there are three apps you need installed before anything else.
[15:41] Each one solves a very specific problem that will boost your sales instantly, and it will take a couple minutes to install and set up each. First is the bundles app which will display your buy two get one free offer right there on
[15:53] the product page so customers can see the different pricing tiers without having to click away So install it and then set up your offer Tier one is a single unit at your base price with shipping Tier two is buy two get one free with shipping but here a little trick that makes this work even better Add a countdown timer for urgency because
[16:12] when a customer sees a clock ticking down next to an offer that already feels like a great deal the deal plus the timer pushes most people towards the bigger option. The next app you want installed is the currency converter. Set it to auto detect the visitor's turn sheet and round all converter
[16:27] prices up to 0.99 and turn on flag icons so people see the national flag right next to the price. Now, when someone from Australia or Germany or Canada visits your store, the price automatically
[16:40] shows up in their local currency. And the third app you need to install is the reviews app. This is what gives your product page social proof. So install it and import reviews directly from your AliExpress supplier listing. Choose at least five to ten reviews that include real photos showing
[16:57] real people holding a product because a page with even a handful of photo reviews makes the customer feel like other people have already bought this and they're happy with it. And that little extra nudge is often the entire difference between someone adding the product to their cart and
[17:13] someone getting distracted and leaving your website. And boom, just like that, your store is ready to make its first sale and convert like huge brands with hundreds of people behind it.
[17:25] Before discussing paid ads, there's a completely free way to get your first sale, and it takes about 20 minutes a day. Post on TikTok, not once a week, but every single day. Show yourself using the product with your phone. It doesn't matter on the lighting. You can also use AI to make
[17:40] TikTok videos, and that's something I talk about more in my accelerator program. But here's the hack. Remember in step one, when we sorted those TikTok videos by most years, go back to that list, watch the top five, but at first you can just copy it, use the same hook style, same pacing,
[17:54] same shot, just show your product. Here's also another tip that almost nobody does. Go into the comments of those exact videos and start replying. Answer the questions people are already asking because those comment sections are full of people who already want the product
[18:09] and are sitting there hesitating. That's a warm audience on the internet looking to buy your product and it costs nothing for you to talk to them. A few of them will click on your profile and some of them will actually buy your product instead of the competitor's product.
[18:24] Now, most tutorials would tell you to go slow $50 a day at ads here. You can, but there's a faster way to your first sale and you don't have to pay a cent until the money's already in. Go back to AutoDS TikTok Analytics,
[18:36] click your product and scroll to the videos driving its sales. Every one of those is a creator who has already sold this exact product to their audience. Sort by most viewed and find small accounts sitting with less than 50,000 followers.
[18:49] Because TikTok no longer cares about followers as long as the video goes viral. Then DM them offering a free product plus a commission on every sale they bring in. You set up a discount code in Shopify with their name on it.
[19:03] They post and whatever sells through that code, they make money on it. and the code is how you track it, and it takes about a minute to set up. DM 100 creators. Most will answer 10 or 20 will, and that is all you need to start.
[19:17] And once you've got proof, that's when paid ads make sense, because now you're spending money into something that's already working instead of just gambling. And here's what changed this year. It used to be that running ads meant paying an agency two or three grand a month,
[19:32] but professional ads don't win anymore. The weird, funny, personal video does better than the professional video does nowadays. And you can now generate that with AI in about 10 minutes.
[19:44] The tool I'd use is Higgsfield. You can upload your product photo, choose one of their ad video templates, and it generates a bunch of different videos for you. You can even go back to those TikTok videos from step one, find the format that's already working for your product,
[19:57] and rebuild it with your own branding. Then make five different hooks, upload all five, and let the algorithm pick the winner. That's the entire system. But I need to be honest with you, because nobody else making videos like this one will be.
[20:11] Here's what's actually going to happen. You'll launch, you'll DM your creators, and one of two things follows. Either a video hits and you get failed, or you post for three weeks and hear nothing.
[20:23] And that's the product telling you no. So go back to AutoDS, find the next trending product, swap it out into the store you've already built. Once you get familiar with the system, it will take you just 20 minutes. And that's not because you're doing anything wrong. It's because
[20:38] dropshipping in 2026 is a numbers game. And it's a numbers game because the barrier to entry is so low now. AI made this easier for you, and it's going to make it easier for tens of thousands of
[20:50] other people who watch a video just like this one. Everyone's using the same tools, finding the same trending products, running the same creatives. It still works. I just showed you that it works. but you're playing a difficult game and you should know that going in.
[21:03] And here's why I'm telling you this, because there's one model right now that looks exactly like dropshipping did in 2016. Almost nobody's doing it. The people who are doing it aren't talking about it. And the margins are what dropshipping margins used to be
[21:15] before everyone found out about dropshipping. This is the way that I actually make most of my money online. And I put all that information in this video right here. So click on this video. I'll see you in the next video. And thanks for watching.
