[19:06]

[00:03] Where people ask questions like ? Or what are its tools like? I get questions about different crypto brokers.

[00:15] So in today's video we will talk about a broker who is a big broker at the India level. FIU is both registered and trusted.

[00:47] Welcome back to the Trading School and this is your channel where we talk about genuine knowledgeable videos. So the most common question is which crypto broker should you start trading with? Whom should we trust

[01:01] ? So my first point is that this word broker which we are using is this word broker which we are using is lot of brokers. There is Zerodha, Go, USTok, XYZ, there are many such

[01:18] companies which are doing brokerage work. Broker means it is just a platform. Ok? Where you use a terminal from where you just place buy orders, sell orders. But orders from all these platforms go to the

[01:33] But orders from all these platforms go to the exchange. Which are these exchanges in the Indian market ? Either you are sending the order to NSC or sending the order to BSE or collecting the order from MCX.

[01:46] Meaning, if you are buying then your orders are going, if you are selling then you are inviting the buyer to collect your orders. But when we talk about the crypto industry, it is not just brokers. Cryptos are traded all over the world.

[02:02] World wide trades are taking place. And these world wide trades are 24*7 trades. All these platforms are authorized in India but where will they get the volume

[02:15] from? So first of all it does not send orders to any exchange. They do not collect orders. They are working as an exchange themselves.

[02:27] And here comes a big question because if a broker is acting like an exchange, does it have sufficient volume? This is a very big question. If they do n't have the volume, your orders wo

[02:42] n't be placed. And to mitigate these things, they have come up with an idea that they buy volume from other brokers worldwide [laughs]

[02:56] and by buying volume they manage the liquidity of their orders and the liquidity of their platform. And this is also necessary because in India we remain active during maximum day time. But as we know crypto trading runs 24*7.

[03:12] So, suppose you place an order at 2:30 in the night, then it is place an order at 2:30 in the night, then it is

[03:28] collect that liquidity worldwide and bring it to their exchange. So first of all it is important to understand that we should use a broker who has proper liquidity

[03:42] who has proper liquidity and due to the logic of collecting this liquidity, the brokerage charges or fees of these exchanges increase significantly. charges or fees of these exchanges increase significantly. So how should we select a broker,

[03:57] we will understand all these things in today's video. So guys today we are talking about coin switch. A platform that has been in use in India for a long time. Stably working. There are more than 2.5 crore active users

[04:11] working. There are more than 2.5 crore active users in it and 2.5 crore means almost 2% of the total population of India, which is a huge volume. It is an FIU registered platform. It is an FIU registered platform. It is also ISO certified and the trust that people have placed in it over the years is

[04:25] is also ISO certified and the trust that people have placed in it over the years is trading volume is also important, how many coins are listed. 2.5 crore people are also important, how many coins are listed. 2.5 crore people are trading in it. Total volume received is Rs 8 lakh crore.

[04:40] trading in it. Total volume received is Rs 8 lakh crore. And in this you are not able to just trade. You can also trade spot. Meaning you can also invest. You can do trading. In futures,

[04:53] all types of trading options are available to you in options. a big question arises among Indians that whether I will have to trade on this broker platform or can it

[05:05] additionally provide me another platform. So it is fully integrated with TradingView which you have been using for years and you are comfortable with that platform. Besides, it is not just a desktop platform but also an application.

[05:20] You will also get a mobile application to use with which you become more friendly. For me, another biggest question arises and that is the fees. This platform claims to be working with the cheapest brokerage and

[05:37] working with the cheapest brokerage and that is what I can see. You see this 0.04 and 0.04 means whether you are placing a maker order or a taker order. You can see this in the lowest brokerage industry. But here you have to understand that

[05:54] when you are able to generate trading volume of Rs 300 crore to Rs 5000 crore you are initiating trading then your brokerage will be 0.4 i.e. 40 paise.

[06:09] Whether you are placing a maker order or a taker order, I am talking about spot trading. Is it spot investing or spot trading? This is true when you are trading in the spot. Ok ? Next we go. You see,

[06:24] future fees are different. Option fees are different. And first I will show you the options. Now see, if you are an option trader then there is zero brokerage charged here. 100% zero brokerage charged here. 100% brokerage off even if you are trading in VIP One

[06:39] i.e. from zero to 100 crores. Within these 30 days, if your volume is from zero to Rs 100 crore, then you will not be charged any brokerage. Even if you are trading more than Rs 100 crore within 30 days and you have leveled up to VIP 2 category,

[06:56] your brokerage charges are still zero. Meaning, these people have made option trading very easy and are allowing you to work with zero brokerage. Another thing you should notice here is that your deposits and withdrawals are very easy.

[07:13] My bank account is already linked. I can top up directly from here and I can make my deposit here through all three options available to me - IMPS, NEFT and RTGS. There is NEFT and RTGS. There is

[07:28] deposit has to be made. This is the maximum we can do. There is no limitation. You can start with as little as ₹100. There can do. There is no limitation. You can start with as little as ₹100. There or 1 month or you will have to make enough profit only then you will be

[07:41] able to do it. Now let's look at futures trading. How much is the fee charged in future? There are different sections in the future also. VIP Section One means 0 to 10 lakhs when

[07:53] you generate future volume. It has a 0.025 0.025 maker fee. Ok? And 0.063 in taker fees.

[08:08] Now it is important for me to explain the maker and taker here. Maker means when you Maker means when you place a limit order and taker means when you place a market order. Maximum Indians are

[08:22] making this mistake. They are placing market orders. And in market order you can see that the brokerage here is comparatively higher. So here I suggest people every time to higher. So here I suggest people every time to

[08:36] reach VIP Six, your turnover is above Rs 500 crore with these 30 days, then your brokerage charges become very low here. That is 0.12%. That is 0.12%. Ok? People might be confused here

[08:51] that I did not use the word percentage earlier. Now I am using the word percentage. Meaning here this charge is being levied on your total trading volume. Meaning it will differentiate every time, suppose you are placing an order of Rs 1 lakh

[09:07] suppose you are placing an order of Rs 1 lakh and 0.012% is being charged on it. So this will be a separate fee and here it is 0.025. So here the calculation of fees will be different. One problem that Indian traders face in crypto trading is

[09:22] how to manage taxation. Mostly people know that 30% tax will be levied Mostly people know that 30% tax will be levied whenever they trade. Whether it is in loss or profit, it is not total calculation management. So here I would like to

[09:36] tell you that if you even get a little idea about spot investing, then you already have two options left. You can also do futures trading and options trading. You can also do futures trading and options trading. And in this, when you are trading derivatives, then

[09:50] And in this, when you are trading derivatives, then you are not charged 30% tax on derivatives. You should discuss this with your CA as to how much tax will be levied if 30% tax is not levied on it. This will be calculated only according to your income slab.

[10:05] That is income from other sources. Now let us talk about the platform. If you look at the platform, you have options for more than 400 cryptos available here. Options means there are so many cryptos available. You

[10:21] means there are so many cryptos available. You you will also see how much volume is running from here. In the volume section, [nasal sound] USDT IAR 1.71 BTC IAR 44.61

[10:36] Lakh, here you will see the entire volume section and from there you can choose whether there is proper volume or not and whether it can be traded now or not. Here in this chart you can see what is the total change today. Here's a coin

[10:50] what is the total change today. Here's a coin that traded quite well today. that traded quite well today. That is STO IAR growth of 42%. Meaning here you can clearly see which coin is performing well today. Which one has

[11:02] coin is performing well today. Which one has fallen today? Ok? Next, if we talk about this platform, then this platform is integrated with TradingView. You can directly open its full screen and

[11:17] You will see the candlestick chart very clearly. From here you can change its time frame. Like it is on daily time frame. You can change this daily time frame from here and if you want to trade for 5 minutes, then you

[11:34] Now look here, the best thing I found is that here you can see a limit order section and a stop limit section. Market order is missing and I think it is best not to place this market order because maximum Indian

[11:49] because maximum Indian traders get trapped in that trap by placing market order. Get traders get trapped in that trap by placing market order. Get lakh. Ok? Now you place an order at Rs 64 lakh and it gets placed directly at Rs 64

[12:03] and it gets placed directly at Rs 64 lakh 500. This is due to liquidation. So that you do not get trapped in that trap, they have placed only limit orders. The market will come there. You will get entry into the market only if the proper order is executed.

[12:18] You should not take trades anywhere in a hurry to enter. Market orders are not to be taken. So next we move on to options trading. The most favorite trading segment of Indian traders and when we are talking about options trading in Coin Switch,

[12:35] and when we are talking about options trading in Coin Switch, you can see different expiries here. What are the expiries?

[12:47] What are the expiries? Consumables have three days expiry on 30th March, 31st March and 1st April. Consumables have three days expiry on 30th March, 31st March and 1st April. Then April 3, April 10, that is, now there started to be a difference of seven days. Now the monthly started coming again on 24th April. This

[13:02] Now the monthly started coming again on 24th April. This monthly 29th May, 26th June, 25th September, 25th December means you have a lot of expiry options. It is not like the Indian market where there is no weekly. Only monthly payment is available here. You

[13:15] also get options for daily expiries. This is a derivative option. Ok? And not just daily, I mean now you will say that I am not seeing daily options beyond 1st April.

[13:27] Daily expiries are not visible. So as you move into the new week, you will also start seeing daily options. Ok? Now look, there are some modes here which I liked very much. First of all, if you want to watch Greek then turn

[13:42] on this Greek mode. In this you can see both Delta Theta things. If you understand option Greeks, understand their complexities and want to trade while

[13:54] looking at the data while understanding those complexities, then this information is very helpful for you. A seller mode is also provided. When I turn on this seller mode, I found a very interesting thing here

[14:08] which I did not see on any other platform. Look here, this is an ROI Look here, this is an ROI section. How much is this? Has an ROI of 89%. And also the winning probability is written here as 0.71%

[14:22] and look here, what is the ROI here? 0.15 0.15 and what is the winning probability? Of 99%. What I found most interesting was that if there is an option seller. In option selling, we have

[14:37] talked in many videos about how option selling is done. If you want to understand option selling in detail then go and check other videos on my channel.

[14:49] How to make regular profits from option selling. So look here there is 99% So look here there is 99% probability in this trade. Meaning if a layman trader comes, he knows that if I do this trade then there is 99%

[15:04] profit probability that I will definitely get that profit. What could be easier than this ? You don't know what an ATM is? What is ITM? What is OTM? Don't know. But here you can place your trade on the basis of this information. So

[15:21] do this with some wisdom because here I understood one more thing that people get confused, see this green section here 91%, if people get confused in this and think that this 91% is my profit probability then

[15:37] they will be trapped. So please take care of this thing. The ROI is 91% and the winning ROI is 91% and the winning probability here is 0.53, which is the winning probability here is 0.53, which is the winning probability. So you have to sell such levels

[15:51] where the winning probability is high. So use this information properly. Ok? If you believe the market will not fall, then sell puts. If you believe that the market will not go up then sell calls and you should focus on the

[16:07] strike price at which the winning probability is highest. is highest. Ok? Here you will find the section for market orders and also the section for limit orders. This is because a

[16:21] market order must have been placed here, as I understand it, because trading volume is a factor when we sell options. So here's another good thing. So here's another good thing. Look here, if I

[16:37] select this strike price, then here you will see OI 2.48 here you will see OI 2.48 million, okay, and if I select this strike

[16:49] price, then here you will see that it has 3.48 million. OK see that it has 3.48 million. OK means the OI volume seems to be increasing. At the same time I slide down a little bit. Here we

[17:04] go to some ITM. Look here, there is no OI. There is no trading volume in it. So should we trade it? No. Because if there is no trading volume then the trade will not be executed. And you can see all this information in a single

[17:19] platform. Now let us talk a little about margin requirement here. How much money will it cost? How much investment and how much money will we have to make to take a trade? So here I select a lot. Let us assume for

[17:34] an example that you buy this one trade with a strike price of ₹0000 and your view is that the market will go up from here. So to buy you will need ₹30,000. This is what I am talking about Deep ITM. Now I am talking about a near buy

[17:51] ITM. Meaning, not ATM, let's go a little deeper and assume that you select the one of 65000, you are bullish on this strike price, your view is that the market will go up from here, then what is the margin requirement, only ₹7300, it

[18:06] is affordable, you can do options trading in crypto trading, yes, now let's see can do options trading in crypto trading, yes, now let's see if I am buying this strike price, then if I am buying this strike price, then

[18:21] breakeven point is written. What will be the maximum profit? Unlimited. What will be the maximum loss? Of ₹7,238. By removing some brokerage, maximum he is counting and showing you the entire premium. Ok? It is great to have all this information

[18:37] on a single platform. And look here, there is also a section for limit orders. If you do not want to place a market order and want to work on a limit order , then you can also place a limit order. You can do both buy and sell. You can

[18:50] also manage the lot size from here on the same platform. Whether you want to do less or more, everything is available on one platform. Now let us move to the most important and most us move to the most important and most interesting aspect which is future

[19:06] interesting aspect which is future trading. Whenever we talk about cryptos, my favorite is futures trading. Because futures trading trading. Because futures trading keeps you away from option complexities.

[19:20] Why don't maximum people do futures trading in the Indian market? Because they are afraid of high margin requirements. Meaning you have 25 300. You enter the options.

[19:33] Why are you not trading futures ? It will cost ₹1.5 lakh, ₹1 lakh. Minimum ₹1 lakh, ₹1.5 lakh will be required. But if I talk about crypto trading, there is if I talk about crypto trading, there is no high margin requirement.

[19:47] You can start future trading here even with very low investment. Ok Ok ? Now let's see how this will happen. ? Now let's see how this will happen. This is the chart of BTC. Your view is that the

[20:00] market has to go up from here. What can you do ? Directly Buy Spot: Just like we buy spot, we can also buy futures and these are perpetual futures. Meaning they do not expire. You

[20:14] can hold it for a long time. Now look here there is a leverage option. The best thing about this platform is that I have seen many platforms. There the leverage is locked. You have to take leverage of 100x only. Leverage of 50x is required. Here you

[20:28] can select the leverage yourself. For example, let's assume here you want to work with 2x leverage. Why? I understand the risk of getting liquidated by taking excessive leverage. Meaning a trader is understanding that thing. So I have to

[20:45] trade with low leverage with low margin. So you can select accordingly. So you can select accordingly. Currently, for beginner traders, you can avail leverage ranging from 1x to 25x. And to increase it beyond 25x, you will have to make that many trades.

[21:00] This is a good thing about the platform. When this platform understands that a trader is new and

[21:12] in the pursuit of high liquidity, if he trades with high leverage, then locked it at 25x and asked you to try trading that much first. With 25x now we look at the trade ahead. That too, see here, I saw another good thing when

[21:27] I selected it at 25x, confirm one second, let me show you again. one second, let me show you again. Once I confirmed it. I will show you how to increase it once.

[21:44] came here. And this popup was showing that this is high risk leverage. 25x means this platform is also educating you that trading with 25x is risky for you.

[21:58] OK, let's reduce the margin requirement a bit. When the platform told us that this is high risk. So let's multiply this by 10x. If I confirm with 10x, it won't give a popup. Did not say high risk. My view is that I want to

[22:14] take the trade with 10x and it will count on the basis of my order value. Let's assume my order value is ₹1 lakh. Ok? I have not yet entered the amount as I am just reviewing the platform. I am also realizing

[22:29] reviewing the platform. I am also realizing how good this platform is. Total IAR value is ₹1 lakh. If you want, you ok. 1 lakh 99825

[22:44] he has taken something by default. I have entered a total value of ₹1 lakh and this is my margin requirement i.e. my trade value is ₹99825.

[22:56] value is ₹99825. How much will my margin cost? For ₹11,378. My trade will be executed for ₹398 with 10x leverage. Meaning, why are maximum traders not doing futures trading in the Indian market? In fear that it

[23:11] costs too much money. But if you trade crypto futures, it does not cost that much money. And this is the most interesting thing. If you understand this thing, then you will definitely be interested in crypto future trading. There is

[23:26] definitely be interested in crypto future trading. There is is no effect of implied volatility. Delta count is not to be done. Gamma count is not to be done. The market moves straight up or down like equities. And futures trading wo

[23:43] n't cost me a lot of money. So, why shouldn't we do futures trading ? I really liked this feature. Looking at futures trading, let's start futures trading in crypto.

[23:57] start futures trading in crypto. you are welcome. Start futures trading. Another great thing is to look at trade on charts here. Meaning you

[24:13] can place orders directly from here. Long or short order. Ok? But what is a complication here? Here one is taking the market long or the market short. I would suggest that you place orders directly from the limit section here. Due to the

[24:27] lack of liquidity in market orders, your order spread may increase significantly. So take care of that. Ok ? Overall, I would give Coin Switch good marks.

[24:39] I must give it a 8 out of 10. The platform is good. The reason behind deducting two numbers, I will only give its deposit point because it does not have UPI deposit. But all the options like IMPS, NEFT, RTGS are

[24:57] given. If you use an Indian bank account, you already have internet banking. So by definitely using it we can withdraw our deposit. The platform is overall workable and trustworthy. The volume is very good. It has been working in India for a long time

[25:12] so just we should give it a so just we should give it a try.
