[05:02] want here in Binance. Ok ? I have already made a video of the entire procedure for depositing USDT in Binance. ? I have already made a video of the entire procedure for depositing USDT in Binance. Please do check it out. Now if you do not want to order USDT from anywhere on chain
[05:16] then you will have to buy USDT here through P2P. Ok? Click on Add Funds and here you can buy USDT. I have also shown the entire procedure of buying USDT inside Binance. I have made a video. There
[05:30] is a link on the i button. It is also in the description. Now that you have USDT, what do you do? Simply click on your futures and after coming here and making it available, it will be written in small letters 0.0 USDT because the funds that you have
[05:45] requested have come in your assets wallet, in funding and not in the futures wallet because if you want to do futures trading here then you will need USDT in the futures wallet. Ok? You have to click here. You can see
[06:01] From Spot Wallet to USDT Futures in Spot Wallet. I have around 500 USDT in my spot wallet. For example, if I want, I will request only 10 here by clicking on 10 and then I will click on confirm transfer. Now look, I have
[06:15] 10 USDT in my futures wallet. Now I can start my futures trading here as I wish. The main thing involved in futures trading is your leverage. Number one margin, number two liquidation
[06:30] price, number three and your prediction is to be buy or sell, both of these are coming written, so first of all the buy or sell, both of these are coming written, so first of all the leverage helps us in placing our order, even if
[06:44] we have less amount to give, still it is fine, if here in this order, let us assume that I need 10 USDT for minimum positioning size, but
[06:57] here I want to place only two USDT in the order, so leverage helps me here. Ok? If I increase the leverage here, then my margin amount will be the amount which will be exactly deducted from my wallet
[07:12] and if it is applied in this order then my margin will reduce. The amount I have to pay to take the order will be reduced. If I increase the leverage and if I decrease the leverage then obviously I will have to pay a little more margin.
[07:28] Then we have buy and sell. Bye means bye long. That means if my prediction says this, my research says that this pair of XRP will go up in the future, then I will keep Buy selected here and place my order.
[07:45] But if my prediction says that this pair of XRP is going to go down in the future, then I will select Sell Short here and then place the order here and if this pair of XRP goes down then I will get
[08:00] profit. If the pair goes up, I will lose. Futures trading works in a similar way. Now comes the amount system. So here I want what percentage of my fund of 10 USDT here. Like I want to scroll it. Let's say
[08:16] I want 20% of my 10 USDT to go towards this order. Ok ? So I will set that amount like that. And my order value, order size, basically the positioning size, will be set there accordingly. Ok? You
[08:31] set there accordingly. Ok? You can see 19.9 means my position size is almost around 20 USDT. Positioning size not margin. Margin is the amount that will be deducted from my wallet. This is the positioning size. Ok?
[08:47] This is my quantity in a way. This is the margin. This cost which is written here , this is the margin. 1.98 USDT will be deducted from these 10 USDT that I have in my wallet. And my positioning size will be 19.9 USDT.
[09:04] If I want I have 10 USDT here. I want that USDT here. I want that my 50% amount should be fully deposited in this order. So you can see that 4.98 USDT means almost around 5 USDT will be
[09:19] 4.98 USDT means almost around 5 USDT will be deducted from me here. This will go into my margin. But my positioning size will be around 49.8 or almost 50 USDT. And this is happening because I have taken 10x
[09:33] leverage. Now the concept of leverage must have become clear to you. The amount I will be paying as margin here is around 4.99 USDT multiplied by 10, okay
[09:46] ? So this amount comes out to me which becomes my order value. Ok? If I increase the leverage here from 10x to 20x, see what will happen, it will double there. Right now you can see there are 49 something. As soon as you confirm it here and make it 50%,
[10:02] you can see that it has become something around 96. Ok? If I Ok? If I multiply 4.989 by 20, this amount will come out to be the positioning size. This is how leverage works. I have shown it to you clearly.
[10:17] I'll take the leverage back to 10x here. Because due to leverage, the chances of your order getting liquidated become very close. Ok? The more leverage you take, the more the risk increases.
[10:31] After that comes your stop loss take profit. Stop loss is a simple formula for take profit. If you do not want to suffer a loss of more than one point here, then you will place a stop loss here. Of the same price. If you want that
[10:47] after reaching a price point, your order should be automatically liquidated, sold so that your profit is booked, then here you will set that take profit at that price. If I am going buy here , going buy long here, then
[11:02] my stop loss will be placed at the lower price. Meaning I will incur a loss if I go down. So after a point below, if the order starts going down, if the coin starts going down, then my
[11:14] order will get liquidated. I will then set the stop loss here accordingly. But if I want it to go up here and my profit is booked there and the order is sold then I can set the take profit here. But if I am
[11:28] placing a sell short order here then both the take profit and stop loss will change. both the take profit and stop loss will change. Because my stop loss is to take profit on the move down. There is profit if the coin goes down. So for me, right now
[11:43] it's running at 1.399 something. So I will have to place a higher price here in stop loss. Let's I will have to place a higher price here in stop loss. Let's assume it reaches 1.9. If it reaches 1.9 from 1.4 then I will suffer a huge loss. So I will place a higher price
[11:58] here in stop loss if I have taken a sell shot. And for the same thing, I will have to charge a lower price here to take profit. 1.4 is running. So let's assume it reaches 0.9, then my take profit will
[12:13] work here. Because the more it goes down, the more it benefits me. If I'm taking a cell shot. Ok? In this way, after setting all these things, you can see them here. Taking orders etc. whatever you want. Your costing here
[12:28] looks like this. So let me show you this order of mine. So I have taken isolated margin in this. This means that my maximum loss can only be 2.48 USDT. I cannot suffer a loss more than that. I have taken 10x
[12:42] leverage. That means, the margin I have given will be multiplied by 10 and my positioning size here will be. And then I have bought long here. Meaning showing you these things for example. You have your own research, your own money
[12:59] , your own assets, your own funds. So accordingly you have to place the order thoughtfully on the basis of your research and knowledge. Ok? Not at anyone's behest. Here I have selected Buy Long and selected Market. Meaning
[13:12] my order will be placed immediately. Then this amount is being made for me. This quantity which is the positioning size, I have not ticked the slippage tolerance here. Both stop loss and take profit have been set. Ok? And here in take profit I will have to keep the
[13:25] price high because I have taken buy long. So let's assume it reaches two pay then my profit will be booked. But if it starts going down and reaches one, then basically my order here should be liquidated, sold.
[13:38] I don't want to see any more losses than that. Ok? Now this is my cost here. This means that my margin for this order will be around 2.46 USDT. 2.47 USDT will be deducted from my 10 USDT. If I click on Buy Long here,
[13:55] you can see all these things here. Now if you want, you can click on confirm here and your order will be placed here. You will find all the positioning here. Meaning, I have taken only one
[14:08] positioning right now. You will get to see things accordingly. You can also modify Stop Loss Take Profit as per your wish by going here. Otherwise, you can cancel it and install a new one. Ok? After that, you can
[14:21] also tinker with the leverage if you want. If you want to reduce your margin then you have to increase the leverage here. Along with this, your risk also increases. You have to keep this in mind. If you want to close it, you will click on Close here and
[14:35] you will be able to close it. Margin: If you want, you can place your order in futures trading inside Binance. Ok? If you want to cancel or close, then click on this and confirm everything here and as soon as you
[14:50] confirm, see that your order has been crossed here. Closed and I had 10 USDT and it's now 9.92. So there is a little bit of slippage in the price and I started seeing some loss of around 1% here. So
[15:05] my cut pit has decreased a little bit there to around 0.8 USDT. This is the entire procedure for placing your order in Binance Futures Trading. If you have any question, you can definitely ask it in the comments. Rest
