[02:46] who will sit again to decide so many subjects and their academics. That is why whatever has been going on for so many years will continue to do so in the future. Understand one simple thing. So today, even after studying for 18 years and on top of that,

[03:10] how work is done in the company and how they have to do their work. This thing literally forces me to think that if the company has to provide training after placement, then literally what did that person learn in 4 years of engineering? Why did he
[03:23] learn in 4 years of engineering? Why did he twist. When our team was researching on this, we came to know that many new colleges have come up in India which are breaking such outdated systems
[03:37] and are actually focusing on curriculum skills. And making students not just exam writers but also builders and creators. We are creating such a person who will not look for a job in future but will create employment. And to
[03:50] I recently went to an institute where first year students are not just doing coding but also music. They are building drones, robots, and not just for fun but for a national impact. Now I don't know how many of you
[04:03] also went to the Newton School of Technology 's Receive Campus last year. And at that time also I felt the same thing that this institute is something different. But this time when I went back there, one thing became clear to me that this is not just any coding

[05:50] So what is the payload capacity of this drone right now ? Sir, it is around 4 kg. We have a payload capacity of up to 4 kg and in our problem statement it was that we had to You guys took it up to 4 kg. Yes this 4k this can easily do 4 kg.
[06:04] Drones weighing 4kg were also made. Other Than These These Two All Are Custom Made In House. Like this these are also sheets and 3D printed all we have made by ourselves.

[07:10] I was in the first year, brother, I was submitting assignments, attendance, tension of internal marks and here first year and second year children are trying to solve national level problems. And this thing has been
[07:23] achieved by Newton School of Technology because of the difference in their curriculum. Look, curriculum affects your thinking in a certain way. If your curriculum is weak then you will think average. But if your curriculum is strong and powerful, then you will think about

[08:45] this is interesting sir. This is basically our robotics club website. So here we manage our inventory. and our ongoing projects are also there. Like right now our
[08:58] drone projects were ongoing. So here is their documentation. If someone wants to read from outside, he can read our documentation that we are making. Where have we failed? What success have we achieved, at which stage are we
[09:10] and our ongoing projects or future projects that are planned here, like there are two-three medical projects and all these are theirs too. And the events that we have, and all these are theirs too. And the events that we have,
[09:23] we keep listing on this website all the time and all this keeps happening. And What happens in normal colleges? We are asked what is aerodynamics? What is left and drag? What [music] is Bernoulli's Principle? And
[09:36] what do we do as students? Just memorize the definitions and answers. But the questions in Newton School of Technology were not like this. Actually, when I talked to the professor, I found out why his thinking [about music] was so different. Sir
[09:48] asks questions to the children, he asks in this manner, show me what you have done. Explain this mechanism. What are the exact sensors in this drone and why are the real-world use case of [music] this drone? Now what happens because of such questions is that
[10:01] students do not just tell the definition. He directly shows his laptop shows the entire blueprint and shows the drone flying to explain its application. Now imagine how big an impact it will create if any student
[10:16] Now after going there I came to know one more thing that this thinking culture is is a whole ecosystem behind this. Now after talking to sir, I realized one thing there that what is the role of teachers in most of the colleges in India
[10:30] ? Finishing the syllabus, giving notes, checking attendance, giving important questions before the exam. Meaning, the teacher has also become a machine in a way. But I noticed a distinct difference at Newton School of Technology. The
