Chapters
The video promises a five-step process for finding products that could generate tens of thousands of dollars, covering product research, supplier finding, and negotiation.
Most beginners fail because they pick products that don't solve a real problem. A product must solve an actual pain point or no one will buy it.
Find problems through your own lifestyle and interests, niche target markets, or existing products trending on social media and marketplaces.
Look at what's trending on Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, Etsy, AliExpress, and Alibaba.com, and analyze which problems those products solve or fail to solve.
The video recommends an AI business agent platform (Axiom Work) to automate product research and pull real market data from Alibaba.com and Amazon.
A winning product solves a problem important enough that people will pay, but niche enough that many competitors aren't already solving it.
Step two: start from the problem itself, not product ideas, and use AI to analyze trending products on Alibaba.com that solve that specific problem.
Avoid saturated products with extreme price-led competition. Look for improvement opportunities, like dual-sided desk mats with cork bases and custom cheat sheet prints.
Step three: use AI to find 10 metal clamp cup holders with an integrated hanger on Alibaba.com that ship to the US and EU, then compare product specs, pricing, and minimum order quantities.
Before ordering, clarify what you'll sell, how you'll sell it, must-have features, customization, target market, target price, profit margin, and branding.
Step four: talk to multiple suppliers to compare quotes and leverage better terms. Negotiate not just price but also customization, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and support.
Ordering a sample is worth the extra cost to avoid wasting money on junk and to test whether the supplier will handle a big order correctly.
Axiom Work can draft and send inquiries, auto-reply, follow up, and negotiate with multiple suppliers simultaneously in real time across time zones.
Scan messages, standardize all data, and compile a comparison table. Supplier #2 won with lower shipping cost, cheaper samples, faster lead time, and a higher rating.
Final step: prompt AI to order from the chosen supplier with the quantity, shipping method, and details filled in. Review and confirm the order.
The first few products will likely flop. Persistence, iteration, and learning are where a winning product is often found.
The five-step process — problem, product, supplier, negotiation, and order — is practical and beginner-friendly, but success still requires persistence, iteration, and a realistic business plan.

[00:01] from scratch. I'll be sharing the five-step blueprint beginners are using right now to make tens of thousands of dollars from product research to finding suppliers to negotiation. To guide you along, I'll be finding a new product
[00:15] the beginner mistakes that lead to instant failure. Having made over a can assure you by the end of this video, you'll have everything you need to to finding a winning product is finding
[00:29] most beginners fail at finding a winning product not because they can't find a product, but because they pick one that doesn't solve a problem people actually or fancy your product is. If it doesn't solve a real problem, no one's going to
[00:43] ways to find a problem to base your product around. The first way is through yourself. Think about your own lifestyle and interests. What problems have you experienced? Were there any products you had or wish you had to solve these
[00:56] target markets. Specific types of people out there that you could sell to. For Think about the problems they face. You'll want to niche down on target markets to find niche problems to solve. So, instead of everyone that works from
[01:10] toddler or people who work in a small space or people who eat at their desk. Their specific problems could be solved with a product. The third way is through existing products. Take a look at what's trending right now on social media like
[01:24] Instagram and TikTok and marketplaces like amazon.com, Etsy, AliExpress, and Alibaba.com. You'll want to analyze the problems they're solving and not solving easiest way to do all of this is with AI. I personally use Axiom Work. It's an
[01:39] AI business agent platform that automates the entire product research Sourcing Toolkit plugin. I'm going to ask it to list the top problems being solved by trending products on Alibaba.com this month. Focus on
[01:52] and eat at their desk. Analyze competition. What it's going to do is pull real market data from Alibaba.com and Amazon and analyze millions of products to compile a custom list. Not only does it list out the top problems,
[02:06] but also the trending products that solve these problems and critical market insights that would be tough to spot on your own. In our example, it seems like but it's pretty much already solved by the many basic desk vacuums out there.
[02:21] There is high market saturation and intense price wars. That's a no-go. The key is to find a problem important enough that people will pay to solve it, but niche enough that a ton of products and competitors aren't already solving
[02:34] it. If you can find that gap in the market, that's your winner. Now, how about tech killing spills? Seems to be a high growth problem with solutions high growth problem with solutions emerging as a must-have. Okay, okay, I
[02:47] to go with it. With the problem in hand, you can now enter step two, product. solve it. You might already have something in mind if you found your problem through an existing product or you might have no clue. Either way, put
[03:00] aside any product ideas you may have for now. You'll want to do your initial search from scratch starting from the problem itself. I'm going to head back to Axial Work and ask it to analyze the top trending products on Alibaba.com
[03:13] that solve the problem of my specific problem, tech killing spills. This way, there right now for this problem including ones I didn't even know existed. And as you can see, there are indeed multiple products which include
[03:26] clamp cup holders, desk mats, and silicone keyboard skins. This full analysis will help me pick the right product with confidence. In this case, it's looking like I should avoid plastic clip-on cup holders. It's labeled a red
[03:38] ocean with extreme price-led competition. Whoa, there's an improvement opportunity for dual-sided desk mats. Customers are looking for cork bases and custom cheat sheet prints for software shortcuts.
[03:52] Interesting. Any opportunities to differentiate, whether through unique definitely something to look out for. Many times, these gaps point to winning can't really be differentiated, you'll only be able to compete on price, and
[04:08] much as these cheat sheet desk mats sound cool, what's speaking to me right now are these aluminum pro organizers, aka two-in-one metal clamp cup holders with a hanger for headphones or bags. It's labeled blue ocean for its high
[04:22] demand but fragmented supply, and it has high margin potential, typically selling for over five times its cost. I can totally see demand for a premium cup I think this is the one, and this brings us to step three, supplier. We've picked
[04:37] can make it real. Your final product will all depend on what's actually out there to be sourced. The perfect product in your head might not exist, so keep an open mind and analyze as many suppliers as you can to see what's realistically
[04:51] hundred browser tabs to manually search and compare suppliers myself, I'm going to get Axiom work to do it for me. I'm going to ask it to find 10 metal clamp cup holders with an integrated hanger on alibaba.com that ships to the US and EU.
[05:05] Compare product specifications, pricing, and minimum order quantities. Identify the top five. It's going to comb through alibaba.com and come back to me with the comparison table of 10 products, the top five supplier recommendations and why,
[05:17] as well as the full list of products and suppliers it's found for me. I can see their photos, pricing, minimum order quantities, supplier name, and rating. Clicking each product also links directly to its page on alibaba.com.
[05:30] Easy peasy. Now, before you go shopping, make sure you confirm your business plan. What exactly do you plan to sell, and how do you plan to sell it? Ask drop ship? What are your product's must-have features? Does it require
[05:43] customization? What is its target market? What about its target price and profit margin? And how will you brand and market it? You've got to know this down pat in order to properly filter which product and supplier is the best
[05:55] possible products and suppliers, the next step is to reach out and begin step four, inquiry and negotiation. It's time to get down to business. You're going to want to talk to multiple suppliers, even if you're only seeing one product you
[06:09] like. By gathering several quotes, you can compare them and gain leverage to negotiate better terms. Plus, you can ask about factors beyond just product and price, such as customization, minimum order quantity, lead time,
[06:21] payment terms, and customer support. These are all things you can negotiate as well. One more thing I recommend you ask is if they provide samples. The last thing you want is to waste your money on a pile of junk. So, paying a little
[06:34] extra to test the product is often worth it. It's also a test for the supplier. If they mess up your sample, they'll probably mess up your big order. To inquire, you can head to a product and press chat now to message the supplier
[06:46] it, especially if you aren't sure how to negotiate, you can let Askew work inquire and negotiate for you by pressing AI negotiate. It sounds next level, and it's because it is. You can even AI negotiate with multiple
[07:00] suppliers simultaneously. I'm going to select the top five suppliers recommended for me and prompt Askew work to send inquiries to the suppliers and negotiate the price down, request a sample. It's going to draft a custom
[07:13] inquiry for me. Once drafted and approved by me, it will bulk send it to all five suppliers on my behalf through my connected Alibaba.com account. Earlier today, I sent out more inquiries, and hopping to the messages
[07:25] section, we can witness it in action. It's not just inquiring, but automatically replying, following up, and negotiating for me. You can see with of what I'm looking for, the number of pieces I want, and asked for the price,
[07:39] The supplier responded with "Hello, boss." and asked if I was okay with bag packaging. Bag packaging. You'd think the AI would freeze up here since I never prompted anything in the past about bag packaging, but it kept things
[07:53] moving by replying "Bag packaging is okay." and focused back on inquiry. The supplier then sent me the quote for 100 pieces and the cost of shipping by sea. And this is when the AI started getting down to business. "$278 is a bit high
[08:06] price?" I'm telling you, this thing negotiates in a very realistic way, I have to say. "This is the lowest price, boss." Unfortunately, the price was firm, but I did have more luck with this second supplier. Actually, Axiom was
[08:19] able to negotiate the unit price from $6.99 down to $4.99. Normally, that rate is for orders over 500 pieces, but I'm getting it at 100 pieces. That's a $2 discount per piece, or in other words, $200 in savings. That's crazy. Keep in
[08:35] mind, this is happening across different time zones. Instead of having to message and wait over multiple days like how it usually goes, Axiom is replying for me in real time to the supplier when they're online in China. I can just go
[08:47] to bed and wake up to quotes. And once you get your quotes, rather than needing copy and pasting everything in, you can have Axiom work scan your messages, standardize all the data, and compile a comparison table and analysis for you.
[09:01] Okay, so out of all the metal clamp cup holders, I've got down to these two. Number one from Jieyang City Fulwin Hardware Plastic Co. and number two from Hello World Guangzhou Import and Export Co. Both use metal and look premium,
[09:15] with number one having a rotatable hanger. Number two does not have one, but has color instead. In terms of their unit price at 100 pieces, they are very close at $4.99 and $4.83. However, the
[09:28] shipping costs change everything. $320 versus $153. $819, while number two comes in cheaper at $636. For samples, number two wins again on
[09:42] cost with $20 versus $6, and its shipping cost being $50 versus $34, totaling $70 and $40. Lead time for each 100-piece order is 20 days and 14 days.
[09:55] For the samples, it is 7 days and 4 days. And lastly, both suppliers are highly rated at 4.4 and 4.9 stars and match each other with a 5% reorder rate. really want that rotatable hair on
[10:09] number one, number two takes the cake. It's checking all the boxes. Let's get it. And all that's left is step five, order. Let's bring it home. Typically, you would head to the product page on Alibaba.com to make your order. But, to
[10:21] details, you can simply prompt Axia Work to order from the supplier you like with the quantity, shipping method, and other details you want. It'll start creating your order for you with everything already filled out. You just review and
[10:34] confirm, and it'll be submitted straight to the supplier. Now, I'm going to be real for a second. Don't be surprised if your first few products flop. As much as down to a science, let's be honest, it has to do a lot with luck, as well. But,
[10:48] and iterating where a winning product is often found. So, stay persistent and you to give it a try, you can download Axia Work for desktop using the link in my description. Install the Axia Sourcing Toolkit plugin, connect your Alibaba.com
[11:03] with AI. Check out this video to learn product. Otherwise, be sure to like this video, subscribe if you haven't already, video, subscribe if you haven't already, and peace out.
