54:51[00:01] JACK THE GUY AND WELCOME TO A GAME called Face of Another. A spooky game. I'm ready to get in. There's no point trying to explain these games anymore. You know what it's going to be. I'm getting straight in. Warning. This game
[00:13] also contains flashing images, loud noises, and jump scares. That's I mean, noises, and jump scares. That's I mean, good for me, but warning to those who it's not good for. Sarah hasn't texted me back yet. That's
[00:25] not like her. We talk every day. I haven't heard from her in 3 days now, and I'm starting to get worried. What if something to happen to her? What if she something to happen to her? What if she got the face of another?
[00:41] starting to forget what she looks like. Her face is starting to blur in my mind. I have to look at pictures just to remember her face. Is that normal or am I going crazy? I actually think it's pretty normal. I I can picture people
[00:54] perfectly in my head, but after a while it's like, what? What do you look like? Maybe it's just a stress from my school assignment. It's due tomorrow. Uh, so I need to finish it now. Where did I leave my laptop?
[01:07] I don't know. I'm worried that Sarah has the face of another person now. Oh, okay. My clothes. My three pairs of jeans. Actually, are those jorts?

[51:11] all in our pockets now. We can take pictures of like fun moments and get take pictures of like the most horrific moments, people in their worst. You have getting shot in the streets and you see videos of it on Twitter and Tik Tok
[51:26] within like 10 minutes of it happening. It's really scary. And then when you even know if it's real people. Like you could have put this picture online and people will be commenting on it. You ever go to a Tik Tok that has like very
[51:39] are the same. It's like three emoji comments. That's all bots. Like this shit's not real. It's all obvious that it's like ruining all of our mental health. We all know our attention spans are getting worse. We all know that this
[51:54] thing is an absolute plague on us as people, but we all partake in it as well still. Like even I do. I want to be off it more than I'm on it. And I guess I am. But I still like check it all the time. It's [ __ ] I hate it what it's
[52:09] worse. If you ever gone to like the comment sections of anything these days, I feel like Tik Tok and Twitter are probably the two worst. which is funny thinking that Reddit used to be like the worst place and now Reddit's like it can
[52:23] people in their own niche communities interacting with their own niche what the other subreddits are doing. But something like Twitter or Tik Tok has become so democratized and it's so everywhere in front of everybody, the
[52:36] comments are just so horrendous these days. And even like comments on my own YouTube videos, I've thought about I thought a lot of times about turning you turn them off, then your videos probably do worse and it gets to less
[52:50] subs because you're not getting as much engagement anymore, which again just feels like being in an abusive relationship with something that you're don't really want to do. Like, don't get me wrong, all of you guys are really
[53:04] me wrong, all of you guys are really sweet, but every now and then that like 5% kicks in where like a video goes wrong, I do something that's dumb. It's doesn't matter that much, but it still gets to me. And in those moments, I'm
[53:18] comments and never interacted with the comments again? And we we just keep this what it should be, which is like you watch my videos, you have fun watching them, you interact with them, I play game, I put it out to you knowing you
[53:31] guys have watched them, it's fun. Like maybe it should just be that, but I do like interacting with people. So, it's such a double-edged sword. What's the get the other ending? If I have to do a whole bunch of stuff, then I don't
[53:43] normally like doing it. But if it's the case of like play the last chapter again, then that's fine. Oh, okay. So, I just have to do this again. And I at the bathtub, I just need to take a
[53:56] picture. That's not too bad. Oh, she's back. to you. That's It's awful, man. Last hallway.
[54:16] Oh, you could see the real her in that. I didn't realize behind her was her real self. Bring it up again. Show the picture again. [music]
[54:51] So the thing took over like I got sucked into the phone.
[55:15] like that there's two endings to it. So, ending two was better, right? That I overcame what it was. I actually said sorry to her. She got to pass on. But I
[55:27] done. And then the second one is you didn't say sorry. You got sucked into the phone. You're dead. [ __ ] you. To do all of that in an hour to Again, I'm I'm a really big fan. I've been playing some bangers lately. To marry the story with
[55:41] the gameplay so heavily is such a hard thing to do. And we're starting to get some really good indie horrors that really showcase why gaming as a medium for its storytelling is really powerful. Like going around and actually
[55:56] taking photos of stuff and having to deal with what you did and the paranoia of it. like her coming to get you kind of mirrors her own paranoia of being in this toilet stall and hearing someone come towards her with a camera. So then
[56:08] you flip it and she's coming towards me and I have the camera out and I'm taking pictures of her uh mirroring what happened here. It's really cool. Anyway, thank you guys so much for watching Face of Another. Absolute banger of a indie
[56:20] others like this that I've missed. Um I have a couple more saved on my desktop that I'm going to play soon. I'm happy it's a new year. I'm happy I'm recording regularly. We're playing some really, really good games that I'm really into.
[56:34] great time playing games again and recording YouTube videos. So, I hope as well. But, thank you for watching this one and I'll see you next time.
