▶ Play ClipThis video presents a fast leveling route in World of Warcraft's Midnight expansion, taking players from level 10 to 90 in under three hours using the Distinct Earth and Sky Riding add-on. The creator explains the setup, key tips, and common pitfalls to maximize speed.
The route uses the Distinct Earth and Sky Riding add-on with TomTom for waypoint arrows, making it plug-and-play.
Get the Lucky Tortollan Charm from Grifta in Durnholde and put it in your warbank for your alt.
Select the '10 to 90 midnight leveling route' in the add-on; others are outdated.
Constantly tap your forward movement key while flying to trigger discoveries faster.
Farm Hud keeps the waypoint arrow centered on screen, improving navigation.
Surge forward and skyward ascent charges reset to six on each level up.
Skip caves that don't trigger discoveries reliably; you'll still reach level 90.
Avoid flying low near mobs or opposite faction towns to prevent getting one-shot.
Non-English clients need Ace 3 and Lib Babble Sub-Zones 3 for automatic waypoint switching.
You can race change after hitting 90 if you don't want an earthen character.

2:35[00:00] I just leveled from 10 to 80 in about an
[00:02] hour and 24 minutes, and from 10 to 90
[00:05] in under 3 hours total. And with the
[00:06] latest update to the Distinct Earth and
[00:08] Sky Riding add-on, this route is easier
[00:10] than it's ever been. No confusing
[00:12] transitions, no guesswork. You can
[00:14] basically just follow along and start
[00:16] leveling. In this video, I'll show you
[00:18] exactly how to set this up, use it
[00:20] properly, and a few key tips so you can
[00:22] level as fast as possible. All right,
[00:24] let's get this set up. First, you'll
[00:26] need two add-ons, the Distinct Earth and
[00:28] Sky Riding add-on and TomTom. The
[00:31] Distinct Sky Riding add-on handles the
[00:33] entire route, and TomTom gives you the
[00:35] arrow to follow. They work together and
[00:37] make this really simple. You'll also
[00:39] need the Lucky Tortollan Charm to get
[00:41] out of the starting area. Just grab it
[00:43] on your main from Grifta in Durnholde
[00:45] next to the Black Market Auction House,
[00:47] then toss it into your war bank so your
[00:50] alt can pick it up. Once you've got that
[00:52] done, hop onto your leveling character,
[00:54] grab the charm from the war bank, and
[00:56] open up the add-on. You'll see multiple
[00:58] routes listed, but you want to select
[01:00] the 10 to 90 midnight leveling route.
[01:02] The others are older and not nearly as
[01:04] fast as this one. After that, it's
[01:06] pretty much plug and play. You'll get a
[01:07] waypoint arrow, and you just follow it.
[01:10] The add-on handles all the transitions
[01:12] for you now, so there's no more
[01:13] switching routes or figuring out where
[01:15] to go next. And honestly, that's what
[01:18] makes this route feel so much smoother.
[01:20] Now, before you take off, there are a
[01:21] few really important things you'll want
[01:24] to do, because these can make a huge
[01:25] difference in how fast you level. The
[01:27] biggest one by far is constantly tapping
[01:30] your forward movement key while flying.
[01:32] This forces the game to update your
[01:33] position more frequently, which helps
[01:36] discoveries trigger faster and keeps the
[01:38] route moving smoothly. If you're not
[01:40] doing this, your run is going to feel
[01:42] noticeably slower. One additional add-on
[01:45] that takes this method to another level
[01:47] is Farm Hud. Most people use it for
[01:48] gathering herbs and mining, but it works
[01:51] incredibly well for this route because
[01:53] it keeps your flight path and waypoint
[01:54] arrow centered on your screen while
[01:56] flying. Another really important thing
[01:58] to know is that every time you level up,
[02:00] your surge forward and skyward ascent
[02:03] charges reset back to six. And because
[02:06] the levels come so fast before 80,
[02:08] you're constantly refilling your
[02:10] skywriting charges throughout the run.
[02:12] You still need to manage them a little
[02:13] bit, but it helps a ton with conserving
[02:16] your second wind charges. One thing I
[02:18] noticed during my runs is that a few
[02:20] caves don't consistently trigger
[02:22] discoveries very well, so I usually just
[02:24] skip those entirely. During my last run,
[02:27] I skipped around six discoveries and
[02:29] still hit level 90 before running out of
[02:32] nodes. So, don't feel like you need to
[02:33] force every single one of them. One
[02:35] thing you definitely want to avoid is
[02:37] flying too low around mobs, especially
[02:40] near opposite faction towns. It's very
[02:43] easy to get one shot if you get too
[02:44] close, and I've had multiple runs ruined
[02:47] because of that. If you're using a
[02:49] non-English client, you'll also need the
[02:51] Ace 3 add-on along with Lib Babble
[02:54] Sub-Zones 3 for automatic waypoint
[02:56] switching. And finally, if you don't
[02:59] actually want an earthen character at
[03:00] the end of this, you can always do a
[03:02] race change after hitting level 90 and
[03:04] still save yourself a massive amount of
[03:07] leveling time. That's pretty much it.
[03:08] Once everything is set up, this route
[03:10] becomes incredibly easy to follow. If
[03:13] you want to see a full 10-to-90 run with
[03:15] no cuts, I'll have that linked down in
[03:17] the description below. And if this video
[03:19] helped you out, don't forget to like and
[03:21] subscribe, and I'll see you in the next
[03:23] one.
