[00:08]
Introduction to Astra's Capabilities

The video addresses the hype around AI tools like Astra, questioning whether they can truly understand requirements and handle real-world tasks, not just generate content.

[00:36]
Practical Test Plan

The presenter outlines a series of tests for Astra: converting an image to a 3D model, creating a working application, analyzing a spreadsheet, building a website, and transforming a report into a presentation.

[01:14]
End-to-End Workflow Test

Astra will be tested on combining multiple files (documents, images, datasets) to handle a complete workflow, while also identifying where human input and supervision are still needed.

[03:17]
Pricing and Access

GPT-6 Astra is available in the Plus plan with limits (5-hour and weekly limits) and in the Pro plan with no limits. Users can switch from chat mode to work mode and choose between 'light' and 'medium' processing modes.

[04:27]
Demo 1: 3D Model from Image

Astra can create an editable 3D model from a simple image of a chair. The process involves uploading an image and providing detailed instructions about proportions, editable components, and realistic materials. The output is a downloadable file viewable in a GLTF viewer.

[08:11]
Iterative Refinement in 3D

Users can continue the conversation to modify the 3D model, such as adding a cream-colored cushion. This shows Astra's ability to iterate on designs without starting over.

[10:04]
Demo 2: Creating a Playable Game

Astra can create a complete 2D platform game from a simple description. The presenter uses a prompt generated by ChatGPT to specify requirements like animated characters, controls, enemies, and coins. The output is an HTML file that runs directly in the browser.

[14:57]
Demo 3: Data Analysis with Spreadsheets

Astra can analyze a sales spreadsheet and provide insights such as total revenue, best-performing products, and lowest-performing regions. It can also generate a business report with an executive summary and recommendations, saving hours of manual work.

[21:11]
Demo 4: Presentation Creation

Astra can convert a sales analysis into a 10-slide business presentation. The 'max' version produces better results with more charts and a more professional look compared to the 'medium' version, though some manual tweaking is still required.

[23:39]
Demo 5: Website Creation

Astra can build a complete, professional-looking website for a small business (e.g., a cafe) from uploaded business documents and a description. The 'max' version produces a visually impressive site with sections like menu, stories, and contact.

[28:55]
Demo 6: Advanced Presentation from Report

Astra can create a professional presentation from a detailed report, structuring it into 10 slides with speaker notes, charts, and a logical flow suitable for a leadership review meeting.

[34:20]
Demo 7: End-to-End Workflow

Astra can combine multiple files (market research, sales data, product notes) to create a complete product launch strategy, including an executive summary, market analysis, sales analysis, and a 90-day action plan with assigned tasks and completion evidence.

[41:48]
Key Lesson: Treat AI as a Collaborator

The biggest lesson is that AI works best when treated as a collaborator. Provide context, explain the desired outcome, review results, and iterate with feedback. The key skill is communicating ideas clearly.

GPT-6 Astra is a powerful AI tool that can handle a wide range of tasks, from creating 3D models and games to analyzing data and building websites. The key to using it effectively is to provide detailed, context-rich prompts and to treat it as a collaborator, iterating on the output to achieve the desired result.

34:20

[00:08] and you've probably seen the headlines. Astra can create anything. AI can now build apps, websites, and designs. AI will completely change the way you work. But how much of these are actually true? Because there's a big difference between

[00:21] an AI that can simply generate something and the AI that can actually understand your requirements, work with different types of information and also help you communicate real world tasks. So instead of just talking about Astra, we are

[00:36] video, I'm going to give Astra practical skills, tools, and hours of manual Astra an image and asking it to transform that idea into editable 3D

[00:50] model. Then we'll see if it can take a simple idea and create a working applications. Then we'll upload a spreadsheet and test how well Astra can analyze data, find patterns and also generate business insights. We'll

[01:02] provide business information and see how it can create a complete website. We'll also give it a detailed report and check whether it can transform that information into professional presentation. And finally, we'll combine

[01:14] multiple files, including documents, images, data sets, and see if Astra can handle a complete end toend workflow. But we'll also look at where Astra stills needs human input and supervision. Because the goal is not to

[01:27] make exaggerated claims about AI. The goal is to understand what Astra can actually do and where it can save time and also how it can use it effectively. have a clear answer to that question. Is GPT6 Astra just another AI tool that

[01:42] generates content or it can actually work like an AI teammate that helps you create, analyze, and also build real things? So, let's find out. Also, just beyond simply using AI tools and learn how to build generative AI applications

[01:56] and intelligent AI systems, then you must explore Simply Learn's range of generative AI programs. Simply learn offers a varieties of certification and with some of the world's leading universities. Through these courses, you

[02:09] will gain practical expertise in areas like prompt engineering, large language models, rag, vector data sets, AI agents, agentic AI, lang chain, LLM ops, fine-tuning and also generative AI application development. And that's not

[02:22] all. You also get the opportunity to work with realworld projects, applications, and also guided by experienced AI professionals. These skills can help you prepare for emerging roles such as generative AI engineer, AI

[02:35] developer, LLM engineer, AI solution engineer, or even agentic AI developer. If you want to build your career in generative AI, check out the link in the description box to find a program that matches your experience and areas of

[02:48] interest. Before we move ahead, here's a quick question for you to answer. What make Astar different from traditional AI chat port? Is it a text answer, random outputs, real world workflows or is it human replacement? Let me know your

[03:01] answers in the comment section below. Now let's explore what Astra has for us. Now before we move ahead, let's see how the price ranging for chat GPT6 with the features of Astra is. Now for the free plan, you don't get chat GPT6

[03:17] and for the normal go plan also it's not mentioned but for the pleasant pro will be available. As you can see, we have GPT6 model which includes Astra as well. But there are limits for it. So we have a 5our limit and also weekly limit as

[03:32] well. And if you go to pro, it's clearly mentioned pro reasoning powered by GPT6 Astra and it has no limits. So these are the price ranges of how much Astra will

[03:44] cost you. Now after purchasing the plan for GPT6 Astra, you can just change from chat mode to work mode in the main window as well. And here you can see window as well. And here you can see there is six soul light and medium. And

[03:59] there you go. You would have changed to GPT6 Astra light and you have medium as well included in this. So here whatever work you do it will be powered by GPT6 Astra. There are again two modes for it as well. the light one and the medium

[04:14] one. Choose as the task are more, you can go with the medium one. If it is low, you can go with the light one. Now, a first demo is something that showcases how AI is moving beyond text generation. Imagine you have a physical object

[04:27] around you. It could be a chair, a machine, a part of any object that you want to recreate digitally. Normally, creating 3D model requires knowledge of software like Blender, 3D modeling skills and also hours of manual work.

[04:42] But with Astra, we can start with something much simpler, just an image. In this demo, we will upload an image of an object and ask Astra to create an editable 3D model. Now, let's see how this work. Before starting, we'll need

[04:56] one image. Now, let's consider a normal chair image. Open Astra, switch to work chair image. Open Astra, switch to work mode, and change the model to GPT6. Now, just upload the image. So for uploading you can just click on plus add files and

[05:11] if you have any chair image just add that. So let's take a look. I have a chair image. We're uploading a chair image. Now we need to tell ATA what we want. A common mistake while using AI tools is giving very short instructions.

[05:26] For example, if I only say create a 3D model, ADA doesn't know enough information about the quality structure or even the output format we need. Instead we provide a detailed instructions. Now if you want such

[05:40] prompts just go to chat GPD again and say that I want to create a 3D model. Can you give me the prompt for it? So it'll give you a prompt just copy and paste it. So the prompt will be something similar. Analyze this image

[05:54] something similar. Analyze this image and create editable 3D model of this object. And let's add some requirements as well. So what are the basic requirements for my 3D model? The first condition will be to maintain the exact

[06:10] proportion of the image of the chair. The second one being create separate editable components so that we can edit later. So create separate components later. So create separate components which can be editable later. The third

[06:24] which can be editable later. The third one would be to maintain a realistic one would be to maintain a realistic materials. So add realistic materials. It should not be like it's created by AI. And lastly optimize the image for

[06:40] editing. And also I want to run in the same window. So make it run in this chat interface itself. So these are my basic

[06:52] requirements which are basic but if you inform the EI it will understand the code much better. So if you run this, let's wait for a couple of minutes so that it'll come up with the answer. Well, Astra is working. Let's understand

[07:05] what is happening behind the scenes. First, Astra analyzes the image. It identifies the shape of the object, different components, visible details, the overall structure. Then it recreates the digital representation. The

[07:18] important difference here is that Astra is not simply explaining the steps actually helping create the output. Now we have our 3D model. Let's look at the results. So now it has given us a file

[07:30] results. So now it has given us a file which is GB. So you can use blender also. So if you want the file to be in blender just add in the requirements that it is a blender. Download that file and also we'll view it in a f viewer.

[07:44] And here you go. There is a 3D image of the exact same chair with the same proportions. Now instead of receiving a simple image, we have an editable model as well. This means different parts can be modified individually. For example,

[07:57] if the chair seat and back support and legs and other components can be adjusted separately. This gives creators much more flexibility. One of the biggest advantages of working with Astra is that we can continue to conversation

[08:11] and also improve the results. We don't have to start again. Let's say I want to change the design. I can simply ask add a cushion which is in cream color to this chair. So let's do that. add a cushion which is cream color to the

[08:26] cushion which is cream color to the chair and so again it'll create a folder and which we need to download it and also view it in the gltf viewer we cannot display the 3D image directly in the chat so it'll create files you can

[08:41] blender you can ask to give a blender code as well so here you go we have it so let's just download this and go back to gltf viewer choose the file And here

[08:53] you go. The cushion is here. Obviously, some parts of the chair are missing. It's not exactly the same chair. So again, if you can modify it, create instruction that it should be the same chair. So here the few things can be

[09:09] improved in a we can also create multiple variations. For example, create three different modern variations of the chair design etc. This allows designers and creators to quickly explore different ideas without manually

[09:22] rebuilding everything. This capability can be useful in many industries. For product designers, it can help create quick prototypes. For manufacturers, it can help visualize concepts before production. For architects, it can

[09:35] creators. It can help convert real world ideas into digital models. The key takeaway from this demo is simple. Asta can take an idea or an image and help transform it into something usable. But there are pros and cons. The prompt

[09:50] should be mentioning a clear variation of what you want. Now let's move on to something completely different. A playable game using only simple playable game using only simple description. So let's start a new chat.

[10:04] Imagine you have a game idea. Maybe you want to create a small game for a project, a learning activity, a marketing campaign or just and fun. Normally building even a simple game requires programming knowledge, design

[10:17] skills and a lot of testing. You need to write a code, create the interface and add animations, handle user interaction and also fix errors. But with Astar, we can start with just an idea. We will describe the game we want and also Astar

[10:31] will help us create the working files. Now let's see how let us say we want to create a simple 2D platform game. Instead of explaining how the code every individual feature we will just describe the final result and I've created this

[10:46] prompt using chat GPT itself. I've just given an image of what kind of a gaming I want. Now let's go through the prompt that I created. Again I've created this prompt using chatib itself. I've just given it an inputs of what are the

[11:01] requirements, how it should be and what is the interface like, what are the controls like etc. So we'll go on first let's move on to work mode and this requires a little bit more effort. So now there are two ways. If you want

[11:16] the game prompt to apply in the same chat GPT interface, this is the prompt. Else you can just ask it to give a HTML CSS files and also JavaScript that you can download and run it in your system. Now the prompt goes like this. Create a

[11:32] complete 2D platform game that runs directly inside chat interface and interactive preview. And also the requirements is build a game using HTML, CSS and JavaScripts. And here are the features animated player character and

[11:46] left right moving enemy controls restart button. We have controls as well mentioned. So such detail cannot be created by humans to be honest. So you can use another chat GPD or any other AI tool to generate this prompt. Now let's

[12:02] see how good is this. So we have given it. Now let's understand why this prompt works. The first part tells us as what we want to create a playable 2D platform game. Then we provide specific requirements. For example, we mention

[12:16] movement controls because the character needs interaction. We mention jumping mechanism because that defines a game play. We mention enemies and coins because these creates a challenge and award system. And finally, we specific

[12:29] what it should run and how directly in the browser. This gives Astra a clear understanding of the expected output as well. Now ATA will start creating project. While it works, let's observe the process. For this, it should create

[12:42] an HTML file for structure, CSS file for styling and JavaScript file for gaming logic. The JavaScript handle things like player movements, collusion, detection, scoring system, and game controls as well. Let's open the generated HTML

[12:55] file. So here we go. We are opening it now. As you can see, game is running directly in the browser itself. And let's see if the character can move. We let's see if the character can move. We have right left button. So yeah, it to

[13:09] be honest it's so nice. It doesn't feel like it's created with just one prompt. So let's restart the game. Let's try to play this. I'll put it to full screen and it'll take some time. So just be patient. So the first starting will be

[13:24] sorry for that. Uh so let's jump jump and go and the point. Okay. And here you go. The important thing here is we started with an idea. We didn't manually write any code. We described the outcome

[13:37] and asked our help create the working application. Now again to make changes changes. Instead of again opening the code and searching through hundreds of lines we can simply explain what we want to change. Now again to change that the

[13:52] another AI tool for prompting. For game. Change the game environment to a forest theme or futuristic cyber security theme. Add neon backgrounds futuristic obstacle that you can add in

[14:06] the prompt and you will definitely have a game. This is where we see the advantage of using AI in development. The first version does not need to be perfect. We can create a basic version quickly and then improve it through the

[14:19] conversation. You can explain what you want, review the output and provide feedback. This type of workflow can be useful in many situation. For developers, it can help create prototype fers. For educators, it can help create

[14:31] interactive learning experiences. For marketers, it can help build simple games for campaigns. And for beginners, it removes the initial barrier of not knowing how to code. The important lesson from this demo is that you don't

[14:45] always need to start by learning every technical detail. You can start with the idea, describe the outcome clearly, and also use AI to help you build. Now, let's move on to the most practical workplace use cases of Astra, which is

[14:57] analyzing data. So let's start a new chat and it's should be in work mode and Astra medium. Almost every organization works with spreadsheets whether it's sales data, marketing performance, financial reports, customer information

[15:11] or even project tracking team spends a lot of time cleaning data, creating charts and also finding insights. The challenging is that the raw data does not always tell us a clear story. You need to identify patterns, compare

[15:24] performance and also find problems and make decision based on information. Normally this requires advanced Excel skills, formulas, pivot tables and data analysis knowledge. But with Asta, we can simply But with Asta, we can just

[15:38] simplify this process. We can just upload our spreadsheet, ask a question in normal language and let Astra analyze the data for us. Let's see how this works. For this demo, let's consider a sales data set. The spreadsheets

[15:51] contained information like data product name, region, number of units sold, revenue generated, etc. So, as you can see, this is the data set that I'll be using. We have order ID or the date, product category, region, country,

[16:05] salesmanship, discount percentage, and much more other information. Normally, if you wanted to analyze this data, we would manually create formulas, build pivot tables, and create charts. But with Astra, we can simply explain what

[16:17] we want. So let's again open back to Astra and upload the sales data. Once understand the structure of the spreadsheet. Now let's provide our instruction as well. Again here I've created the prompt using chat GPT as

[16:33] well. Whatever necessary requirements I have mentioned it and it has given a clean prompt. So what it says is analyze this sales spreadsheet. the monthly lowest performing regions, revenue changes, important business and we are

[16:47] also creating a summary report charts and recommendation as well. Now if I give this it will understand the different columns and types of information. I will re remove and reattach this file to use a different

[17:00] mode. Okay, let's see now after adding the sales data. So instead of uploading I've added it. So basically it's uploading and then attaching it to the prompt. It identify which columns contain dates, which column represent

[17:13] products, which values represent sales and revenue. Then it start looking for patterns. For example, which products are generating the most revenue, which regions are performing better, are we suddenly increase or decrease in sales.

[17:26] Now let's look at the results. So as you can see, we have total revenue, total profit, total orders, average order value, best performing product, lowest performing product, and the key insights. Now here the key insights are

[17:40] laptops generated the highest revenue amount for products. South American record lowest region revenue. So South America we can work on that region itself. Monthly revenue reminded relatively stable with variations across

[17:54] the year. Profit trends closely followed revenue patterns indicating consistent margins. Focus on high paying products and also improving weaker regions through targeted campaigns. So these are the insights that it has given us and

[18:08] it's still so if you had to do this manually it would ask us to clean the data if the data is not proper then evaluate the data use formulas see the maps see the graphs and then identify the trends. Now all this is done within

[18:23] just few seconds of prompting. Now if you have any other questions regarding the sales report you can just ask the same chat and we'll get the complete answers for it. Now let's for example ask a business focused question. Which

[18:35] product category needs most attention and why? So if you ask that it should give us South America because it is having the lowest sales. So let's say having the lowest sales. So let's say which product. Now here the answer says

[18:48] that based on the sales data analysis the product category that needs most attention is variables. Why variables need attention? It generates the most revenue lowest sales volume lower order count. profit margin is healthy. Now, it

[19:03] recommendation where run targeted marketing campaigns for variable products, analyze customer preferences and missing features, bundle variables with high performing electronic products, offer promotions to increase

[19:17] adoption, identify the region. So here we have a brief idea of which category should I focus on and what are the solutions to bring that category back again to the profit margin. Now as I told previously to analyze this data it

[19:30] would have taken so many hours of my time and now I can just do it with just prompting. Now another major thing I want to see if Astra can actually do is create reports which is a professional report. So let's ask Astra to create a

[19:44] professional report. So basically here I'm giving a prompt which says create a business report for analysis include executive summary key finding charts business recommendation and also action plan that I can actually discuss with

[19:58] the team and get to production. Now this is why most of the data analyst work on to actually get a business plan out of it to identify where we are going low on the cost or anything else the region etc. We'll identify that and give a

[20:13] business or an action plan. Now here I have not done any data cleaning, data analysis, etc. But I should be able to get the answer for this. And here you go. We probably have the answer for it. So as you can see we have business

[20:28] performance report here, executive summary, sales performance analysis covering revenue products and also great performance. The total revenue is this much, total profit is this much, total orders is 25,000. Top performing product

[20:41] is laptop category requiring attention is the mouse and lowest performing region is South America and here are some key findings and this is pretty some key findings and this is pretty much good with that but can it create a

[20:55] much good with that but can it create a graph way storytelling way maybe try it let me know in the comment section below if Astra can actually work by creating a convert this analysis into a presentation So you don't need to do

[21:11] much work. Just present it with your co-workers. Let's ask to convert this sales analysis into a 10 slide business presentation. So again I've given 10 slides include this this this things and press it enter and okay I'm running it

[21:25] at light but if possible running it in medium will give you a more precise way of answering it. So if I don't get the required output I'll just try running it in medium. So the presentation is ready. So let's see. So first one it's a normal

[21:43] PPT not something great but there are no graphs and such. So I'll run this same prompt but using medium. So let's see if that can generate. Now I'm going to run it in medium since I want a more deeper PPT. So let's see if there is any

[21:58] difference also. I'm curious to know if there is any difference as well. So here it's adding. I want more charts than dashboards and I want the presentation to be more professional. Okay, since it's already gone, let's just see what

[22:13] are the results. So here we have the presentation. It looks good actually compared to the previous one. We have the graphs which is revenue graph and we have other graphs that is kind of a storytelling pattern can be better. The

[22:28] PBTs lack so many other things formatting background professionalism and so many other things but we have some graphs some storytelling to do so I feel you cannot repeat so I feel you need to change few things before

[22:44] actually using this as a fullyfledged PPT or report generation system this will definitely save some time because we don't have to manually copy the data create the charts or organize the slides it'll all be there a little tweaking is

[22:57] required. This capability can help professionals across different roles. For business analyst, it can speed up reporting. For marketing teams, it can sales teams, it can identify growth

[23:10] opportunities. For managers, it can provide faster access to insights. The key takeaway from this demo is Asta can help convert raw data into meaningful preparing information, you can just spend more time understanding and also

[23:25] acting on it. So far we have seen Astra work with images, create applications, analyze data. Now let's explore another powerful capability which is website creation. In the next demo we will see how Astra can generate a professional

[23:39] websites from a simple business requirement. Astra demo 2. Now let's move to our next demo. Creating a website is something that traditionally requires multiple skills. You need someone who understand design, someone

[23:51] who can write content, someone who can actually develop the website. Even creating a simple landing page can take hours because you need to decide what section should the website have, what content should it be written, how should

[24:05] the design look and also how it should work on mobile devices. But with Astra, we can simplify this entire process. We can describe the website we want, provide some basic information about the business or idea and Astra can help us

[24:20] create a complete website. In this demo, we will create a website for a small business. Let's see how it work. Now, before creating the website, we need to provide ATA some basic information. For this demo, I have created a simple

[24:33] business information document. So this is one of the first document I'll be providing which has market research report where industry information, customer trends, competitive analysis and market opportunities is mentioned.

[24:45] and market opportunities is mentioned. This is second document where we have a very comprehensive details about all the things. So as you can see we have month, product, customer, region, specific units sold and we have other information

[25:00] as well. So here you can see we have even the customer rate. Now again we have small notes about uh product strategy notes where we have given the targeted audience, business goals and marketing ideas. Now lastly we have

[25:14] quarterly business report. This gives an idea about how the business is running etc. So here I'm going to upload all the four files. Now after uploading the documents again prompting is required. This prompt I've again taken from chat

[25:28] GBT itself. So I just went on chat GP and I asked to give a brief prompt about creating a web on all these documents together. So we have requirements is add together. So we have requirements is add modern premium hero section, add a

[25:43] contact section, use business information etc. So if I run this I'll be having the website. So as you can see whenever you give a prompt or something like that here we'll see the entire step-by-step procedure of it. So I'll

[25:58] review the document of the cafe's details. Then build a polish modified friendly website. I'm using site skills for site and preview. So it's actually telling us each step by step of how it is doing and what it is doing. So keep

[26:11] in mind more information that you give it to Astra or any AI tool that much clearcut and accurate answers you will be getting. Now here as you can see website. It is working on multiple parts. the page structure, written

[26:26] commands, the layout, the visual style and even the overall user experience. Now let's look at the result. Uh demo part three. So here the review is done and let's preview the cafe website. So make sure that chat GP6 Astra we have

[26:41] four stages. I used to use medium. Right now I've shifted to max just to see how the performance level is maximum. So let's just click on preview and see the website that it has created for our cafe. So as you can see, oh my god, this

[26:57] cafe. So as you can see, oh my god, this is very nice website for a coffee shop. And you can see that it has all the things that I have asked for. In fact, it's so beautiful and it's too good to be created by chat GPT. And we have the

[27:13] be created by chat GPT. And we have the menu, kind words, stories, etc. We have coffee bakes little moments. This is absolutely mesmerizing website that it has created. So I definitely see difference between the

[27:26] medium and the max level of Astra. Now since we have already created a PBT in a medium level which was okayish. Now let's try to create a PBD with the max version. So we'll quite know the difference. This website is so cool to

[27:41] be created by just an AI tool that is Astra. I know web website web developers role is on danger because of this but it's so good. Now if you want to correct

[27:53] you can actually give chat what are the corrections and it will definitely correct it. So as you can see we have our story as well which is nice and good. It's not too cluttered. It's too nice. So that's nice. The important

[28:10] thing here is that we have started only business information and a description of what we wanted and that's all. Now if you want to make some improvements like you don't need to eliminate this version you want this specific images that you

[28:26] have captured in your cafe or something you just need to again feed that data into the same chat and it will be correcting those images. So far we have seen Asda create models, applications, analyze data and build website. Creating

[28:42] professionals spend a lot of time whether it's a business review, training materials or even a client presentation. Creating a professional slide deck requires planning and designing skills. Let's explore another practical use case

[28:55] of ATA which is creating presentations. Creating professional presentations is not just about adding a text to the slides. A good presentation requires understanding the audience, organizing information properly, creating a logical

[29:08] flood, deepening visual appealing slides, highlighting the most important insights, whether you are preparing a business review, a training presentation, a project update, or even a client proposal. Creating slides

[29:21] manually can take hours. You need to decide what information should go into each slide, what visual should be included, how should the story flow from one slide to another. With Astra, we can simplify this process. We can provide a

[29:35] document report or even a raw information. Astra can help transform it into another structure presentation. Let's see how. So here again, as usual, I'm going to open a new chat and here work. And here we are making sure that

[29:50] chat GBT6 Astra is at max because we want to see the previously generated PPT to the max generated P. Now here's a sample of the information available read through the document, identify important points and also manually

[30:05] create slides but Astra can help that automate this process. Now Astra has access to the source of material. The next step is to explain what type of presentation we want. So as you can see we have revenue portfolio, monthly

[30:19] revenue, iittita, product and design performance again review by region, customer demand insights. We have so many information. Now if I say I want to create a presentation with just 10 slides which I can be presenting in

[30:32] front of a meeting. Will it be able to create? Let's figure it out. So here the first thing as usual that we do is to upload the file. So let's do that. And here I'm going to give a very simple prompt. So here I'm giving create a

[30:48] professional business presentation from this report. Requirements is create a 10 slide presentation. Use the executive friendly structure. Highlight key summaries. Add speaker notes of each slides. The presentation should be

[31:02] suitable for a leadership review meeting. So that is it. I'm not giving information is given in the report itself. So let's see if it actually can create a good presentation for me to pre present it. Here did you just notice one

[31:16] thing? We are not just asking create slides. We are giving ASR more context. We are specifying the audience which is the leadership team. The purpose is business review. The format is 10 slides and the expected element is charts,

[31:30] insights and speaker notes. This help Astra create a presentation that is more analyzing the report. identifies important information from the document. It understands which number matters, which trend should be highlighted, which

[31:45] points need more explanation. Then it creates the presentation structure. Now let's review the output output. So I'll just pause this Astra demo for continuation. Now we have received the final presentation. So let me just open

[32:00] final presentation. So let me just open it. So yeah, the presentation is ready and here are the slides. Oh my god, this is so good. So we have first slide as a strong growth with an outbounding constraint. Then we have revenue IITA

[32:15] analysisdriven Q2. The theme is really nice, customer priorities, Q3 targets depending etc. the Q3 investments everything and also we have leadership decision and Q3 milestones. This is so nice presentation. Astra has created a

[32:32] complete presentation flow. Example in slide one we have company name and slide one we have company name and presentation topics etc. So accordingly it has divided in 10 slide how to present the entire report. Instead of

[32:45] starting with a blank slide check Astra gives you a structured first version that we can improve. Now let's refine the presentation. You can also refine the presentation. The first version may contain the right information but you

[32:58] may not want the style to be the same. So you can restyle or redesign with again the same prompting available. So you can just go back here and give what you can just go back here and give what are the sorry. So here you can just go

[33:13] back and give what are the corrections necessary in a proper prompting format and you will have the presentation ready within max to max 10 minutes. If you professional just ask it to make it more modern and professional. Astra can

[33:27] adjust the overall design direction. Now let's improve the storytelling. The capability can save significant time for professionals who regularly create presentation. Business teams can create reports faster. Students can structure

[33:40] research presentation. Trainers can prepare course materials. Marketing teams can build campaign text. The important lesson here is that Astra is not only creating slides, it's helping organize information into a story. So

[33:53] far we have seen Astra work with images, code, data, websites, and presentation. And now let's explore another powerful capability which is working with large documents. Many professionals deal with lengthy PDFs, research papers,

[34:07] contracts, and reports. Reading and extracting important information manually can take hours. In the next demo, we'll see how Astra can analyze large documents and extract meaningful insights. Now, here's another challenge

[34:20] for us. Usually, when we are creating reports, it's multiple reports at a time. So let's automate this process and let's see how Astra works on creating multiple times of reports at the same time. So again I'm going to upload the

[34:33] files required which is about any kind of business research etc. And here let me just say that we are have to create executive summary market analysis customer insights u sales analysis

[34:49] positioning business presentation and action plan. So this is a step-by-step procedure which we had to do manually. But as an automation part, let me just give what and all things I need from these documents and let's see how Asta

[35:04] performs. So again it is a max version. So I'm hoping for a good result. So this might take some time. The challenge here will be collecting all these pieces together. Normally we would need different tools for different task. one

[35:18] tool for analyzing market data, another tool for creating presentation, another tool for writing the report and another tool for organizing information. Instead, we'll all provide all necessary files to Astra and ask it to create a

[35:31] complete workflow. Now, if you have noticed, we have not asking Astra to perform individual tasks separately. We are giving it a larger objective. The goal is to create a complete product launch strategy. Astra then decides how

[35:44] different pieces of information should come together. First, Astra analyzes the information from the market search reports. Then, it looks at the spreadsheet data. It identifies sales trends, customer patterns, and important

[35:58] numbers. Next, it reviews the images and product information. Finally, it combines everything into a structured output. Uh uh let's cut it here. Demo five, continuation of Now, let's look at what Astra has created. As you can see,

[36:14] we have an repeat. As you can see, you have an executive summary which we were have an executive summary which we were asking for a market analysis and also a customer insight based on available information. Sales analysis is also

[36:27] there in the form of spreadsheet. Marketing recommendation and also a complete action plan is given. So if I open a complete execution workbook, so it'll have a step-by-step procedure of how to execute the plan. So let's take a

[36:41] look at that. So here we have months 1 to 12 calendar known as RU. So this is our plan for first 12 months and the region that we need to concentrate and here as you can see we have inputs. So we have revenue across labeled months

[36:58] and what to do AI assistant is the largest category at 21%. the last 3 months. Basically insights from here is given and uh here you have again by

[37:11] region also it has been categorized and this is the sales analysis. Now when you go for launch model uh what are the models launched everything is here. Now the actions required. So here as you can see first window is D1 to D7 finance and

[37:26] see first window is D1 to D7 finance and data confirm currency day it's extra scope and row gain and as you can see what and all teams can handle what and all problems is also mentioned here so it's easy for us to distribute and sort

[37:41] this out first. So this is like a 90-day launch action plan. So these are the things that you need to do over across 90 days. So here first week we should concentrate on finance and data then product lead then research lead. So in

[37:56] that also is um given what actions you need to take. So for suppose finance and data we have confirm currency extra scope and ro and for product lead we have to confirm AI assistance from factor existing skew and also variant

[38:11] physible and what will be the completion evidence is also given. So we can judge evidence is also given. So we can judge if 127 is actually executed. And here it has given a status also. So we can just complete it here. So entirely this is an

[38:24] end toend Excel sheet where you can you just need to execute the plan and add to the plan here and your launch action plan will be successfully launched in like 90 days. So this is really pretty impressive because um so many people sit

[38:40] together discuss the plans discuss the sheets from different departments uh come up with a plan. 90 days is a huge period of time but for every single department there are assigned works to do that at least it used to take weeks

[38:53] together and now it can be done in like few minutes using Astra. This is really impressive and then you have a scorecard here which is again another data resource and as you can see we have original sales record also being here.

[39:09] Now let's convert this information into a presentation. As I told you before, uh a presentation. As I told you before, uh do use the max version here. That is the obviously it is giving us better results than the medium. High is also pretty

[39:23] nice, but I'll show you what max actually does. So here, let's again give it a prompt. So instead of just manually copying everything into slides, you can just ask Astra to do it for yourself. So we entirely have the action plan, sales

[39:38] data, everything. But again copying and pasting and also regarding the pie charts and other charts for easy observation and understanding instead of doing that manually again can consume a lot of time. So instead of that let's

[39:52] professional investor style presentation for for the product strategy launch. So here I'll take the help of chat GPT itself to write an entire prompt because it's more clearer and it'll add information that maybe in normal words

[40:07] we cannot add it. So as I told you earlier it's the same procedure. So here I have started with a professional. So it is a more apt strategy to go by. So we have a create a professional inverse investor style presentation from the

[40:22] what are the things that should be highlighted in the slides is also mentioned such as the problem statement, market opportunity, product overview, growth strategy and financial highlights. Now if you give this, it'll

[40:36] create an entire presentation for us to ready to go. Demo 7. Now as you can see the PPT is generated and it contains all the things that we actually would want to present for a product launch. So as you can see we have product overview,

[40:53] customer insights, business model, growth strategy, reported financial highlights with all the graphs required for an easy understanding. So PBD us for people who invest in this to get a clear idea of how it's going to be and we use

[41:10] pie chart and other kinds of graphs to make sure that they understand and clearly this presentation has all the qualities that you can actually present it. This type of workflow can be applied across many industries. For businesses,

[41:23] creating strategies, reports and presentation for marketing team, analyze campaign and create recommendation for students, research topics and also create assignments for professionals to combine information from multiple

[41:35] sources and create useful outputs. Now, this is where AI becomes more than just a content generator. It actually becomes a planning assistant. Throughout this course, we explored how Astra can help us complete different types of tasks. We

[41:48] started with simple inputs like images and transformed them into digital models. We created applications without manually writing even a line of code. We analyzed spreadsheets and converted raw data into insights. We built websites

[42:01] using simple descriptions. We created presentations from documents. And finally, we combined multiple files to create a complete workflow. The biggest lesson here is that AI works best when you treat it like a collaborator. Give

[42:14] it context. Explain the outcome you want. review the results and also continue improving throughout the feedback. Astra represents a new way of working with artificial intelligence. Instead of using AI only to answer

[42:26] questions, we can use it to create, analyze, build, and even solve real problems. The key skill is not just knowing what AI can do. The key skill here is knowing how to communicate your ideas clearly. Start with your goal,

[42:39] provide the right context, use detailed instruction, and keep improving the output. The future of AI is not about replacing human creativity. It's about helping people turn ideas really faster. Until next time, thank you for watching
